Ayers laughed out genuinely at Hope's comment. "A-freakin'-course, girl!" He nodded vigorously. "Got some moonshine stashed still. Oughta be enough to git us both drunk, believe it'r not. I wuz storin' it in case I needed to blow something up, but I figger this's way more important..." Frown. "They ain't got laws aginst just having all the parts fer IED's lying around if'n yer a Huntsman, right?"
JACK
Jack quietly stared after Ayers. What the fuck could he say? No. I'm sorry? Hell, they're relationship was essentially fuck buddies, not really a relationship. He quietly walked to a far, secluded place. He had exploded, his friends had tried to help them and he blew up in their face,
But...He was right,no matter what he did, he was always the weakest link, and as a Priest of the Wild Hunt, there was no greater dishonor.
He paused, Someone was crying. He slowly followed the noise. It was the new girl. Reese or Rhea or something. He sighed. "It's rough isn't it? Having someone poke around your head?" He asked softly.
Good to be back"Well, that's..." She quirked her eyebrow when he mentioned making IED's. "Honestly, don't think I will need too much. One glass will probably down me like a sledgehammer to the face."
"...we have to make some explosives from that one day." She remarked with a chuckle, tapping Ayers' side again.

Here We Go
In the time it had taken someone to find her - despite going to great pains to hide herself - Rheia had fallen onto the ground, where she laid on her side, sobbing uncontrollably. She seemed lost in her misery, like it wouldn't end. Like there would be no distractions.
As always, Rheia was surprised when something managed to distract her from her grieving. She looked up to see Jack - the person that had reacted in anger and pushed away who she presumed was a friend.
Naturally, Rheia didn't want people to know what was really troubling her. She didn't want anyone nearby. She just wanted to be alone. So, in a fairly large display of total hypocrisy, Rheia decided the best defense was a good offense.
After taking a few seconds to regain her composure, she... well, tried to glare at Jack, but it wasn't very effective. "What do you want?" she asked.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp.""Yeah, and I'm gonna need a terrist cell's worth of alcohol to git drunk." Ayers retorted. "More fer me, then. I wuz thinking that whutever's left'll still be damn useful. Wuz thinking of tossing it on that White Fang bastard hwut thought he was so cool'n tough, the one whut cut my arms in half when we wuz doing that raid with Glen'n Yun." He frowned. "How're y'all'n Yun, by the way? Y'all holding up?"
Somewhere at Beacon
Rheia looked over to Jack, and actually focused for once. He seemed... actually somewhat remorseful. A far cry from what he had acted like back during the Dreamshade. But maybe that was what he was like. Maybe he got angry, and cooled off.
Either way, she didn't want other people nearby. Rheia completely ignored what Jack was saying in favor of lashing out, trying to get him to leave her alone and let her grieve in peace.
So naturally, she responded with a clipped and harsh "I want you to go away."
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Mandatory Therapy
"I know you don't mean to be a dick," acknowledged Rheia, "but this isn't something I can just... just spill to somebody I met one week ago. Just... just go, alright? It'll be easier this way." She sniffled.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Triple Bird Strike
"Wait, there was a third target?!" Alexia asked, surprised. "And...it fled?"
The younger princess shook her head to clear it. "Well, umm, anyway, we've accomplished our mission. Let's rendezvous and go home. We'll meet you by the ship?"
Northern Invasion
Danger incoming! Evasive maneuver! Erin warned suddenly even as Glen was tearing through the thing's fat.
Something thick and sharp, like a spear, descended from above towards Glen.
Pissed-Off Empress
The writhing mass that was Juno clearly hesitated when she heard Imuka's words. She stopped moving away.
However...
"How dare you?!" Marianne yelled at Imuka, fixing a glare at the fox girl. "How dare you try to take away another person from my family!"
She looked at Juno. "Becky, we're leaving! Don't make me use that thing!"
Becky immediately winced, then spoke, sounding terrified.
Mari, no! You promised you wouldn't! You promised!
"Then, let's go!" Marianne snapped.
Then, she looked at the students one last time. "Get out of my sight! Now!"
"Not only she's a villain, she's also crazy." Star remarked in a shining display of hypocrisy, chuckling. "Commander, we do not need Lord World making his way here of all places. Let us depart." He accentuated with adjusting Fool's body on his shoulder.
Hope
"...don't honestly know. It seems we hang together, but we've been slightly more distant to each other since Sophie left." She sighed, thinking of her boyfriend. "...I don't blame him. She was the original girlfriend..."

Somewhere
"Then I'll do it to someone else." Given that Jack had clearly not gotten the memo Rheia decided to immediately remove herself from the situation, and she stood up. "Goodbye."
She immediately moved to walk away, figuring that if he wasn't willing to leave, then she could just leave. She did have functioning legs, right?
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."End of the mission
Ieria saw the Bird melt as it died and breathed out in a sigh as she shook her head. "At last that is over." She said with a smile as she began to shut down her semblance.
...and found she could not. Her eyes widened as she looked down at her hands and saw the still green veins. "Oh no..."
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperThat can't be good
Medus turned and saw the look of shock on Ieria's face. After a minute of her staring at her still green veins, it clicked into place for the rocker. "Alexia. Get over here, we need sembance suppression, yesterday!" He took several steps over to his girlfriend and took her hands in his own. "Ieria, I'm gonna need you to stay calm. Just look at me and focus on my voice. Can you do that for me?"
-dramatic music ensues-I've Run Out Of Witty Things To Say
Rheia turned back for a a moment. Jack had apologized.
It stopped her, if only for a few seconds.
"It's a good start. But I'm not the person you need to apologize to, and I'm certainly not the person you need to talk to right now." Wiping her eyes, Rheia nodded once to Jack, then left.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Triple Bird Strike
Alexia heard Medus's call and frowned. He sounded worried. The younger princess ran towards her teammates...and her blood ran cold when she saw the problem.
Horrified, Alexia walked up to Ieria and looked right at her. "Ieria...Ieria, look at my eyes. I'll try to help, I promise..."
Alexia flared her Semblance, putting everything she had into it.
Northern Invasion
Tactical error! insisted Erin. Sure enough, Charisse's assisting attack simply bounced off the thing coming at Glen...which seemed to be a stinger made of bone...which ripped its way free from the thing's back. Was that its spine?!
The stinger collided with Glen's shield...and the force was enough to knock him off the monster, leaving the blade behind.
Arcana
Marianne looked at Imuka and shook her head, expression dark and angry.
"My daughter is dead. Don't try to use her memory against me. I helped create Arcana, I won't leave it. Now go before I change my mind."
"Like, uh..." Ayers held up his right hand and held up two fingers, then tapped the tips. "Yer here, Yun's here." He spread his fingers apart, then tapped the back of his hand. "Sophie wuz here."
Then the cyborg popped his fingers off, holding them together awkwardly. "This's you two now. I got that right?"

"Aye, aye," Rufus said, raising a mollifying hand, "And how accurate is that weapon? Fairly so, I would say. I want something I can fire and not feel too bad about it missing, eh?"
