Becky Time
The fox just kind of watched Remus stand up, and her only real thought at the fact that they were short handed, every one was gone, and the fact they were going to a Luna facility was "we are going to die", with a sigh she got up herself but instead of following right after every one else, she headed off too the workshop.
Team Time.
Falken just tilted his head, looking a little worried at Imuka being miserable and ears twitching as her voice just went more and more quiet.
"...Y'know, I was just gonna ask if ya could show me how to use a scroll. Ya don't have to go sayin' I'll be gettin' us all killed. With you bein' like this, I'm more worried 'bout you bein' in the best state of mind to go on...whatever this mission is, bein' all mopey and sad."
The air-head sighed before breaking the cookie in half and caused it to hover in the air and float to Imuka as he tried to smile.
"...look, sorry for not bein' your old team-mate or girlfriend or whatever, can't do much 'bout that. But ya can at least gimme, er, whatdoyacallit...the benefit of the doubt 'til we see how the mission goes at least, right?"
...Of course, by the time he'd spoken up, everyone was already moving out, leaving Falken rubbing his neck and trying to catch up.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Birdemic Apparently
Ieria shook her head, her mind clouded with thoughts of the past few days. Specifically the events back at the medical facility. "Sorry, Medus...yes that sounds fun." She replied, giving the best and most upbeat smile she could.

"Smart of'em. Git more off the main defenders, y'all!" Ayers snapped Heorot into Naegling and lumbered forward, ready to engage in melee. As he saw Rheia fire a superheated arrow into the crowd, he had an idea: that shrapnel could be useful. As the arrow exploded, he intentionally threw Hrunting into its path, getting a few superheated shards of plastic embedded in his left arm's outer plating. He then moved forward, spinning rhythmically with all three arms to deliver weighty, heated-up backhands to any Beowolves in range. "Rheia, Jack, can y'all harass them Beowolves whut're further away just a little bit, make sure they know we're here?"
Fite
Raising his guard to try and deflect the first kick, Glen barely had time to react and catch the other blow. With a shove, Glen would attempt to spin Ai so that her back was facing him before gently slapping his second upside the head and shoving her away.
Highlands
Shrugging, Glen gestured to the pattern on his kilt before pointing to that on those of the warriors who had greeted them "Nae my former Clan, different tartans. In fact, the Glendwyr are a rival clan tae mine. As for what they said, they're a wee bit sore after losin' a few warriors tae another Clan in a recent battle."
Duck Hunt
Ieria clung to Medus as she and him moved quickly to the deeper areas of the forest, her mind still occupied with the thoughts of the voice that had appeared in her head as of late, however, she decided to push such thoughts to the side and focus on the mission. She could worry later. "Should I look low while you look high, Medus?" She asked after they landed.
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperMia's Party
"Eh, I'd be fine with whatever anyway. It's you guys who insisted on making me a cake. Oh. Yeah, this is Mia. I'm driving." the girl said, gesturing at Charisse's body's currently red eyes.
"...Well, thank you. For the party. For letting me stay. For everything." she smiled at Ai, picking at her slice of cake with a fork.
Twin Bird Strike
"Hey-! Medus, Ieria, wait!" Alexia called after her two teammates. Too late, they had already rushed off.
"....And now they're gone. I must say that I am very disappointed with our teamwork." grumbled Alexia, crossing her arms and letting out an annoyed huff. "Are you going to leave me as well, Pius?"
With a frown the younger princess began walking up the mountain path, her heavy armor slowing her down.
The skies were still clear for team SOLR, not a bird in sight. However, they would hear a loud screech and the crashing of trees somewhere in the distance.
As for Medus and Ieria....well, a fireball promptly dropped from the sky towards them.
Northern Invasion
The teams followed Fergus and his sons back towards the village, the older man saying nothing while Finn smiled and Don glowered.
After walking through the grassy hillside, they finally caught sight of the village proper. It was encased by tall steel walls with metal spikes on top. Turrets were scattered here and there, each holding what appeared to be cannons and machine guns.
Some men and women were outside the walls, giving finishing touches to a dug moat. And just in front of the gates was a giant. Well, an seven and a half feet tall man built like a tank, with shaggy gray hair and carrying a large battle ax.
<"The chief. He wants to speak to your leaders."> Finn remarked.
I don't like this guy. Mia remarked.
He seems dangerous. Alpha level threat detected. Erin warned Glen.
A Grimm Reminder
Rheia's impromptu move shredded most of the incoming Grimm, even killing the Alpha Beowolf.
Unfortunately, that really didn't stop them, as a second group of the monsters had actually flanked the hunters and now a small horde of Creeps were behind them, and a second wave of Beowolves charged at them from the front.
And...was it getting...misty? Why was fog appearing, creeping on the ground?
Team Becky
Well, they finally got their acts together and managed to get to the skydocks.
Transport was easy. Call Alice, tell circumstances, get free ride.
And oh, yeah, somehow Falken had ended up tagging along.
The ship landed on a hillside almost literally next to Luna's ruined facility. The destroyed building spread out below them.
They could see the figures of three people walking towards the ruins.
That was definitely Becky and her sisters. Should they show themselves...or?

Grimm Reminder
...there seems to be something else than just this rabble here.
"The Creeps are mine." She murmured, sharply taking a turn with Carnima and changing back to its base form, drawing Mauler. The giant blade moved through the air as Hope began methodically, steadily cutting her way through the group. She had no desire for rushing things out, even despite her own bet. She just needed a moment to unwind from her inexplicable anger.
And then the bird was fire.
Medus quickly switched the target of his grapple location, pulling Ieria and himself out of the way of the attack. He landed and balanced on a nearby branch. "Well isn't that special?" The rocker muttered before activating his comm device. "Hey, Princess, Tin Man. I have this odd instinct that these Grimm may have some kind of fire related abilities. Just a hunch really, certainly not like one of them just tried to fry us."
At least I hope it was one of the birds. If it isn't we'll have to deal with something on top of the birds which would be the worst luck I've had all week.

-dramatic music ensues-Highlands
Glen simply nodded in response to the request before approaching his team and TNAC.
"Alfred, you're comin' wi' me tae meet wi' the Clan Chief. As for the rest o' you, stay here an' try tae avoid arousin' any suspicion. Given the slightest provocation these bastarts'll be more'n happy tae put those guns on the walls tae good use on you."
With that out of the way, Glen turned about and beckoned for Alfred to follow saying "Talk wi' me as we walk"
Novus 1 fite
Ai whirled around and took the slap and the shove. She toppled forward away from Glen, flipped onto her hands and landed back onto her feet gracefully.
"Bastard!" she snarled.
She glowed a brilliant gold this time—a sign that she was pushing her Semblance closer and closer to her limit—and charged at Glen this time without much more intention than to simply tackle him around the waist like a charging bull, only heavier.
Novus 3 Mia's Birthday
"You're welcome," Ai said.
Ai sat down on another stool across the kitchen counter opposite of Mia, occasionally picking at her own slice of cake, but mostly resting her face in her hands and watching Mia with a gentle smile on her face, tail swishing back and forth.
"Maybe it's just because I'm looking at my girlfriend's face, but you're cute when you smile."
Novus 3 Invasion
"A rival clan and a recent battle. And those two things are unrelated, sure," Ai said.
Ai followed the others up to the village walls. She peered across the walls, armed all the way around, with a slightly bitter expression. Her own home sure could've used a few metal spikes and turrets. Eventually, when she reached the gate, she looked up at the seven foot man towering over them.
She leaned into Charisse again. "Psh. I could take him," she said.

Becky?
With their lift to...wherever this was, Falken peered out the window. A wrecked factory? Building? Whatever it was? He didn't honestly know, but those shifty looking people heading towards to that 'landmark', the air-head decided to sit tight.
Besides, this wasn't one of the times where he was calling the shots. Following orders and not looking like an idiot was more of a priority as Falken waited to be informed on what the heck was going on.

Without putting up the slightest hint of a struggle, Glen let Ai tackle him to the ground and activated his semblance and preparing to pry his second off of him once she was done with whatever she was doing.
Highlands
Keeping his walking pace in line with Alfred's Glen muttered "I dinnae ken if you hae been taught about dealin' with Highland chieftains wi' all o' your fancy royal bodyguard trainin', but I'm goin' tae be givin' you an idea o' how tae act in this scenario."
"First off, whatever you do, dinnae show the chieftain any disrespect an' watch your tongue. He may choose nae tae speak this language, but I'd be lyin' if I said I dinnae think he understands it. Secondly, dinnae speak unless he speaks tae you first, but that's a wee bit o' a given. An' finally, if you want this lot tae respect us, dinnae show any signs of weakness or we might be out o' this job."
Mia's Birthday
The ghost girl snorted at Ai's words, choking slightly on her cake.
She took a drink of water, then looked at the tiger Faunus with an amused expression.
"Well, I'm flattered, and I have to say, you're a rose too. Very pretty." she batted Charisse's eyelashes at Ai.
"Although, Charisse might get jealous of you flirting with me." Mia remarked coyly.
Twin Bird Strike
"What? You found it? Already?! We're on our way!" Alexia answered, tone worried as she started running, heedless of the dangerous terrain and her heavy armor.
Two more balls of flame descended towards Medus and Ieria, followed by a shriek and swooping talons...
A Grimm Reminder
The Creeps fell like fodder against Hope's blade, but they just kept coming, more and more.
"Huh? This is way too many. We were given faulty information-!" yelled one of the border guards.
The fog continued thickening, swirling around them...
Then...
The sound of a bell. Deep and mournful, like in a funeral.
"What the hell?! T-that's...No! This was supposed to be a D-rank mission!" The guard sounded terrified.
"DREAMSHADE!"
Highlands: Al Doesn't Get Proud Warrior Cultures
Al sighed, scratching his head. Honestly if a hunter was gonna protect his place from an invasion he'd just shut up and let them do their job, kind of stupid to waste manpower just because they're not up to your culture's standards.
"Sure, I was a bodyguard. I know how to keep silent. Question though, will they do some kind of stupid test for us? And does fighting dirty count as "showing weakness"? Because that is just the way I fight, I doubt I can change that so quickly"

Highlands
Glen shook his head "I dinnae think there'll be any trials by combat test-wise. If what they've said is true an' they desperately need our skills, they'd nae be wastin' time or men on us. An' even then, if they do, it'll likely be me they'll be testin' since I'm a fellow Highlander an' frae a rival Clan"
Though he kept it to himself, Glen was starting to hope that this mission would be over with soon. He was beginning to worry that if he stayed too long his Clan might get word of him conspiring with the enemy.
Oh... shit.
Hope turned sharply around again after hearing the ominous-sounding name. That... that was no Grimm they would encounter on a D-rank mission. The name sounded familiar. She quickly recalled Port's lectures...
...Dreamshade, Dreamshade... must be the source of the fog... She couldn't make out Grimm's silhouette though. All she knew of its presence was the bell and the mist.
Reluctantly, she drew Deliverance again. She wasn't going to fight this in melee if she could help it. Training aim in the general direction of where the bell chime came from she fired, sending a missile spiraling that way.
Stormer watched his partner and Glen talk from where he was with the rest of TNAC and MAGC.
"What do you think they're talking about?", he asked.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015Twin Bird Strike
Pius descended from behind Alexia, pulling her up to him as he scanned the area for Medus and Ieria's Auras, homing in on them when he found them. When they could see their teammates, Pius dropped Alexia a quick run away from them so she wouldn't immediately get attacked along with her friends. As for the armored Nobel, he ascended in his flight towards the new Grimm, firing a pair of lightning Dust blasts at it as he passed by.
"I'll try to keep it in range for you!" He warned his team as he came back around to harass his target once more. Pius took a good long look at his target as he flew around it, pouring out his sorrow and frustration with Grau's impending demise into his next blast.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Duck Hunt
Rufus peered at the far off explosion, "Huh... so that's a thing." He brought his Scroll up and bit of a message, "Yun, try to get a good scope on those things but try not to lose sight of us.
"Sechs, Silvia, with me. Let's go," And by Silvia, Rufus apparently meant scooping the bird faunus up and depositing her on his shoulders. Just ally-oop!
Flashback
It was just after the Arena duel, Rufus was still grinning like a loon and tending to Silvia's injuries, patching up something on one of her wings.
"So, I think, that next time, I just let you ride piggy-back, yes! You ride on my shoulders and give me the range I don't have and I'll give you the steadiness you lack as well. We will be two warrior, made into one towering dealer of the death. The Tower Of Death!"
Now
"Tower Of Death," Rufus rumbled, running off towards the explosions.

Teams Finally Together
Remus stood up and cracked his knuckles as Lucas showed up. "Don't worry about it, Lucas." Remus picked up Volsung and slipped it into its sheath, before placing his scroll onto its arm mount. "Everyone ready to go?"
