Workshop A
Getting slightly flustered and pouting at Ai's joke, he was about to come up with a witty retort before the tiger walked off, leaving Falken alone in the workshop.
"...Darnit, I guess I should've asked where everythin' important is..."
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Beacon Academy: Fight Arena
"It's a tournament." a voice said from behind the students. It was Ozpin.
"Teams of two try to take put as many other teams in the arena. The arena itself changes. I think right now they're fighting over a lava pit? Fifteen minutes ago they were dodging machine guns..."
Urujauni
She crossed her arms and frowned. "The World is mad! I thought he would make this world better, the strong surviving, the weak beneath them...but he'll kill us all...that's why I can't let him..."
"As for who will lead Arcana...heh, it seems you do know me a little bit. I intend to take over, of course."
The Bright Room
Lady paused. "To understand your role, you must know how everything began..."
"....Remnant, all versions of Remnant were created by....my father, you could say. My father...hmm...you can call him The Artist."
"Now, my father loved to create, to give life and color, he loved always making something new...but of course, as in with everything, there is an opposite. A Destroyer, for every Creator..."
"He calls himself Oblivion. He is the primordial chaos....he despises creation..."
The Fight Arena
Rheia turned around as soon as the voice told her that it was a tournament. She was absolutely shocked to see none other than Ozpin himself behind her. She quickly hid her shock, however. After all, Ozpin was just the headmaster. He probably wasn't going to need any special hails.
"Personally I'm still trying to find and meet my team before I go off swinging a sword at people," she idly commented.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Training Arena
"A tournament huh? Sounds interesting. Could be a good test of how strong I am..." Remus was actually smiling a bit. Despite everything, and despite how sad he was that Sophie left, the island actually managed to loosen him up a bit. He was starting to return to his old self.
"Your team? You wouldn't happen to be my new partner would you?" He said to Rheia, rather curious about this new person.
Pius gave Urujauni the usual reaction to whatever he deemed a foolish venture: a scoff and an eyeroll. He'd have folded his arms if he wasn't holding Dies Irae so tightly.
"Because surely you are leadership material," he snarked. "Certainly that position offers little more than the strong dominating the weak, much like the vision you thought World had." With a steely gaze that betrayed a cold anger inside, Pius swallowed up the encyclopedia of insult he had for the girl before her and tried be civil.
"Why do you want my help with this, Urujauni?" He asked, any affection he could have had in that moment buried under disappointment and pity.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...A challenge involving partners? Stormer was intrigued by the idea...however, his own partner was not present.
"Wait, what about those of us who's partners aren't here right now?", he asked the headmaster.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"Something gods themselves fear..." Jack said quietly, his face twisted into a fierce, leonine grin. "Worthy prey for a hunt." No mental games, no mind rape, just an omnipotent prey. "We hit it." He told the other two as if it was obvious. "Ya know, if all you got is a hammer...."

Good to be backAyers held the Scroll with Imuka's message up to Rufus. "Ain't worse'n this'un!"
"I dint know y'all swung that way, perv!" Ayers said into his Scroll. "Uh, semicolon, closing parentheses. Just git over to the dueling arena place'n we can figger this out. If'n it comes to it, I'll take the bullet'n pardner up with someone else."
Where The Plotline Is
Rheia turned over to Remus, and she quickly realized that, indeed, this was her partner. And she'd met him just one second or so after stating she needed to find them.
"...well, that's one-third. Yes. Rheia Flynt. You are?" She extended a hand in greeting.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Remus took Rheia's hand and shook it halfheartedly. "Remus. Remus Cerulean." He picked Volsung from the ground and sheathed it, before crossing his arms. "I'm sorry to say that you won't be finding out teammates. They've... disappeared." He said this last bit with a sigh of exasperation, rather than any concern. Like this shit happened way more often than it should. "But I wouldn't worry about it. Lucas is competent, and Jack is well... He's Jack."

While Remus's grip was lackluster, he would definitely note that Rheia shook with a strong and firm hand. Not quite to the point of pain, but definitely enough to know that whoever this girl was, she did not fuck around.
"So they just disappear commonly? Joy. I wonder what they get up to?"
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Jack turned to Glen. "What act? I'm just glad were given something that doesn't incite deep mental trauma to us...Besides, I can handle omnipotent.I've heard the legends, it just takes a bunch of talking and bam. They'll kill themselves!"

Good to be back"Well I guess that conveys the wrong message, they don't disappear a lot. It's mostly just... We're used to shit happening." Remus gave a sigh. He got the impression of Rheia's strength, but it was too proud. Too optimistic of the world they were going into. Though, some people could hide darker pasts, and Remus was by no means a perfect judge. "So it would seem a tournament is going on. Working with partners huh? Should be a good chance to see what ya got. And I can show what I can do."

Workshop A
Ai circled around Falken like a shark circles its prey, scrutinizing him at various angles, as if to determine if he was a suitable partner for Imuka. After a moment, she seemed to reach a conclusion.
"Maybe it's not too late to swap for the other guy," she said, jokingly. "It's not something you did. Probably."
Ai strode out of the room and jogged to catch up with Imuka. "Imuka!" she said. She pulled out her Scroll. "Looks like everyone went to the duelling arena for some kind of event."
