Cyanea raised an eyebrow as she went over to the bowl and started to sort the measuring things,
"They are exactly the same and look,"
She held up the sugar,
"You measured that right, though,"
She paused and put a finger on it and tasted it,
"Okay, yeah that's salt, but still, it was the right amount for sugar."
She grabbed the bag of salt,
"And still a point, and a tip I guess. Taste ingredients before you use them, to make sure they're right and they haven't gone bad. If you pay attention and learn, you won't completely destroy every meal you make because half the cooking is just prep and measurements."
She moved around and found the sugar before measuring out and tasting the others,
"And everything else is right, see just like dust. You guys need to make sure to put that there's a formal dress code on the flyer, I know it seems obvious, but people will try to get away with anything if you give them perceived wiggle room."

Feb Gear Solid
"February? What are you doing here..?" Ieria asked the shark girl as she got between her and Alice. "It is alright Alice, February is a friend."
Flashback
Francesca turned to him and sighed. "When you get back to beacon, ask Port to see my father's notes. It'll help you understand why that's not possible..."

"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperRescue Mission
"Rrrr... Here to helh!" Feb wasn't sure what she should do, so she just saluted in an embarassingly earnest kind of way. "Rescue, heard agout it. Carol, your sister. Helh her!"
It was questionable how she could actually contribute, but it seemed like February wouldn't be deterred by the danger.
Kitchen
"We'll need a Happy Birthday banner facing the door so when he flicks on the lights he'll see it," Ai told Jack, "And us, popping out from under the table to say Happy Birthday. Yeah."
Ai shrugged. She moved over to help Cyanea with the icing.
"I could see where the princess might have trouble accepting help from others," she said.
She opened the cupboards one by one and found what she was looking for. Then she took milk out of the fridge, and returned to the kitchen counter.
"Here's the milk and the vanilla," said Ai, placing a milk carton and bottle of vanilla essence on the table next to Cyanea, "so Lucas likes chocolate cake, then?"
She slid the mixing bowl across the table over to Cyanea and picked up the milk.

Kitchen
"That's what Ieria told me from Lucas' parents," Pius replied as he prepared the baking tray for the cake while Ai and Cyanea made the batter and the icing. He made a motion to Alexia that suggested she at least try to learn how to make some sort of food properly.
"Question," he said. "Why would we need to hide under a table? For all his blindness, Lucas can see us just fine in light or dark. He probably hasn't touched a light switch in years."
Rom, is the flashback scene over now?

Ai hit herself over the head with a clean wooden spoon.
"You're right, I wasn't thinking. There's no hiding from Lucas unless it's in plain sight. And he won't be reading any banners either. Okay, forget that. We'll hang around and act naturally before he gets here," she said.
"What else... food, drinks, music — someone who knows what kind of music Lucas likes could go set up their Scroll's iWhatever music thingy — I'm poor, so I don't know much about that."

Going Meta in the Kitchen
"Maybe you can see the difference between surprising someone like Lucas and someone like the rest of us," Pius replied, mentally patting himself on the back and cringing at his joke. "But, then again, you still believe Lucas sees via echolocation."
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Temperance
Already, Temperance was back on his feet. Not that the drain had no effect, though — he only had about a minute left before he passed out.
I'm not letting him get away.
He fired several shots at Alexandros while he was still conscious...
Lucas
"Damn it, Feb," Lucas muttered. "We didn't need help on this mission..."
Rescue Mission
February winced at those words. She let out a quiet moan of pain, her eyes desperate as she clasped her hands together.
"I will stay safe. Hlease, I have to join you. Arcana stronger than us! You need everygody you can get." She tried to plead, tears on the edges of her eyes. "Not useless... I want to ge called useful. Want to hull ny weight."
Rescue Mission
Remus looked at the stow away, processing it carefully. "Alright... As long as you can hold your own. This is gonna be a tough mission to do."
Remus then went into planning mode. "Alright. If I remember this correctly, Carol can copy weapons and semblance. You three are going to take her full attention, while I position myself initially outside the sight range of my own semblance. I have the sniper attachment for Volsung, so I'll be at the ready. You guys are going to try and talk some sense into her, as they no doubt most likely have control over her actions. If you can't, I'll get into position and fire a sleeper dust round. Maybe two."
Rescue Mission
Alice glared at Feb. "I don't trust you. At all. Keep out of our way."
Then, to Remus. "Good plan. Make sure to aim for exposed skin. Bio-suits resist sniper rounds."
Mongrels!
"Fool!" snarled Alexandros, blocking the bullets with an Aura shield.
He looked at them. A king looking at worms.
"Activate, Code: Babylon. Gate: Open."
Then.
Behind him, a ripple of air. Glowing golden spears made of light, of Aura.
Thirty...fifty...a hundred.
Alexandros grinned viciously. "Strike them down."
He snapped his fingers...and the deadly spears rained on them.
Mountaintop Battle
"Now this is why I joined the Arcana!" Chariot yelled out, grabbing her remote as the spears fell.
She managed to input a single command before a spear tore through her arm. Attack.
Her ride restructured itself in an attempt to protect its Rider, exposing its central engine. The engine glowed far more than it did before, and a silvery ball of light formed in front of it. It formed a cannon.
Another spear pierced through Chariot's left shoulder. Another through her leg.
"Gimme your pants.. and now your other pants"Kitchen
Cyanea paused as she grabbed the milk and vanilla from Ai with a thank you,
"Wait, you didn't know? I've only been here for two months, I pretty much got that the first time I met him."
After grabbing the liquid measuring cup she began to pour out the milk,
"Wow, that's a new level of oblivious, and for this group, THAT's saying something."

"Hey there guys." Silvia said. "We're looking for a florist."
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing....Crap
This isn't going to be good...
Quickly, Temperance used the last bit of Azrael to get away from the aura swords. Already, though, he was beginning to feel lightheaded. The best option was for him to get out of here, but he would rather shoot himself in the head than let Alexandros get away.
Then again, you were the one letting him drain your Aura, moron...
Flowershop
Chiharu soon came back with a small selection of corsages — one consisting of blue orchids
◊, one with small white roses and blue flowers
◊, and one with white roses with blue edges
◊.
"Sorry, these were the only ones I could find," she said to Ayers. "Are any of these what you're looking for?"

Alexia
"Um, no. That...is much too uncomfortable for me." Alexia told Pius, scooting out of the way of the ones who actually knew how to cook.
"Right, might as well get productive and plan the ball while we're working. Music is set. Sir Stormer is buying decorations...Has Lady Chelsea answered Sir Remus yet?"
"Do we need to have games and prizes?"
Interlude
"Too bad, mongrel. It will take much more than that to damage Sigma!" boasted Alexandros.
Especially because you were all dumb enough to let me get a ton of Aura!
Alexandros threw Temperance away. Then, he paused. Looked at his arm.
Dented. Black blood leaking.
Alexandros glared at Temperance. "Youuu! Bastaaaard! Wjo told you you can damage me?"
Then.
Wings.
Wings of light, of pure golden Aura, erupted from the back of the Sigma armor.
The Aura stolen from Arcana.
"Know. Your. Place!"
Alexandros flew.
Rescue Mission
Alice snarled and used her Power to drag out the intruder. "Who are you?! What are you doing here?! And why shouldn't I throw you out right now?!"
The stow-away was a girl. A Faunus. A shark Faunus.
