"...for some reason I'm just in a mood for some gore. Like Melonhead. Or Disturbances of Oak Avenue. Hell, even Prospectors of the Unfound Box could do." Hope shrugged indifferently, wheeling over to the seats. While she usually remained in her wheelchair, this time - maybe because of the fever - she just wanted to curl on the couch.
Alexia nodded at Hope's comment on hypocrisy. "I suppose you're right. Then again, I've been a hypocrite all my life."
She sat on the floor, since the couch was so crowded.
"...Anyway, what's the movie? And please, I've had enough gore." She closed her eyes as unbidden images came to her.
Leslie Alvin.
Barely alive.
Kill me.
Medus was looking through a couple movie cases in his hands. "Okay so we have..."Spiritbusters", "Crouching faunas, Hidden Grimm", "Vale side story" and...I can't even read this last title but from the cover art it has something to do with a guy on a motorcycle. Any preferences?"
-dramatic music ensues-Movie night
"Why nae watch a movin' picture about my ancestors." Chimed in Glen as he parked himself on a couch, massive bucket of popcorn in hand "Some southrons made a few pictures on the some notable Highlanders, I think one o' them was titled Courageous Heart or somethin' like that. An' another was called Robert Ray after the great man himself."
"I suggest Flynn Legacy. One of my favorite movies, personally.", Stormer interjected.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"I guess I'll just work on this alone." Silvia said with a melancholy tone in her voice.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing."Only if it has a gripping plot, Jack." Hope deadpanned at Reisenroter's suggestion, sighing at Alexia's words. "Let's not talk about who's a hypocrite. At least not for now. Alright, Alex?" She asked the princess, her voice tired and somewhat resigned.
"Protectors of the Universe? What's it about?" She asked when Alexia pointed the box to everyone.

"They obviously were idiotic enoughto attack the girls at the mall," Lucas retorted. "I think Ayers's suggestion on that room is better."
8:45
He hadn't wanted to participate in movie night. He wanted to check the whole room out, find possible openings for attack.
In fact, if Jack hadn't forced him to come, he wouldn't be here.

"Medus, I think we both know the movie tonight is Protectors of the Universe." Pius replied, pointing at the case that Alexia was holding. "We could use a burst of humor in this place. And it's one of those rare things known as a good blockbuster. We need this movie tonight. I might as well make it an order."
Wow, if we're the ones saying this, things must really be bad now.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%..."Protectors of the Universe? I love that movie! Count me in for that one!", Stormer said.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"I think that Raccoon has an ent." Jack said blankly. "Looks too weird, see the last time I watched a weird movie was a Leitrian Film...That was fucked up."

Good to be back"Okay, anyway!" Medus interrupted before the chaos could really get going. "We're watching that one." He snatched the case out of Alexia's hand and put the disc in. Normally he allowed for deliberation but given that he was trying to keep Alexia around for this he skipped that part of the process.

-dramatic music ensues-"Remember that one weird cartoon Khayla showed us?" Jack reminded Hope. "After that, I can't look at that one faunus the same way..those tentacles man..."
He leaned back. "Wasn't this by the people who made Eon Man, Captain Vale and that godawful movie about Tyr?"

Good to be back

Silvia began to sit down, taking out a drawing pad and various pencils. "So what do you want out of this poster?" Silvia asked.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.
