The Stone Wall, The Mighty Glacier, I enjoy those too.
Strength will not be one of those.

I'm a fan of the Lightning Bruiser when they're done well.

"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperI based Stormer off of myself, and my main non-RWBY OC, because I feel that playing as a character based on myself will help me better get into the feel of the RP, and make decisions for the character based on what I'd do in his situation. Plus, I'm a huge fan of Samurai fighting styles, and Stormer's got one to match.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015Silvia's my attempt at sniper character. Usually I favor ranged characters over melee but someone who operates mainly through stealth is knew to me. But the starting point was actually a crane faunus because cranes have been my favorite animal for a while. So I decided to do the "winged archer" combo, popular since Cupid arose as a common figure in pop culture. The "blunt weapon bow" idea came from a Pathfinder campaign where I played an Archer with a spell that could turn a longbow into a quarterstaff type weapon.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Truthfully Remus was originally going to be a wolf faunus. As many people who know me in person (Hollow) know I really like wolves.
Course at the time it felt like there were too many faunus. So I ended up working in a fairy tale/mythology motif by having his origins be inspired by the story of Romulus and Remus.
Speaking of birthays can we update the calender with the retconned characters birthdays?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Ai was going to be a Kick Chick with jet boots but then I changed it to yo-yos. Now, thanks to an upgrade, she has both. Also her name was originally going to be Anja before I went for the Chinese mythology theme (and I was going to use "Anja" as Ai's alias during The Golden story arc but didn't get a chance to). Another weapon I considered was a parasol, but that's canonically taken so I'm glad I didn't do that.
Anyone else have interesting development stories about their characters?
It's gonna be a bloody birthday, ain't it?

Jack was kind of based off of Viking and Spartan, and, like Ayers brute strength. I've always enjoyed Brute strength characters, ya know?
Good to be back
