Donna had Sex with herself D:
I like that the show has finally taken its stick out of its ass that dominated the last season
though Dawn is really starting to annoy me with her "Do as I say not as I do" wishy washy whatever the episode requires my morality to be
inb4 But Brah.... Minka Kelly's hawt.
Which none of my criticisms are about nor revolve around Minka's aesthetic appeal

This is an outrage against Luminara!Interesting deconstruction of the Token Good Teammate trope with Eve Watson.
That image of Krypto catching an RPG may just end up being one of the most popular images from this show.
The Conner episode was fantastic. And we see why people like to live in Metropolis: It's actually bright and sunny there!
My AO3I am interested in watching this, but I wonder if this show is worth a watch. I've heard that it had a rocky start in S01. Also, has it improved in S02?

"Scooby Dooby Doo!"Does it not count when it's done to enemies that don't look human.
Characters can be "fun" in different ways. The show is simply trying to explore how the often traumatic life of a superhero can affect people. It isn't darkness for the sake of darkness.

The Conner episode has Conner walking around bright and sunny Metropolis, not have or realize he needs money for a shirt, and is overall a sweet kid. But it also shows how dark Project Cadmus is, and has bloodshed and emotionally heavy moments. Though IIRC Conner didn't kill anyone and was mostly sweet if naive, showing Chronic Hero Syndrome. He got angry but didn't kill out of anger or show the anger issues that Hank or Dick have.
My AO3just how over the top the Jerkass Ball / Conflict Ball was used to once again have the team break up
This is an outrage against Luminara!I mean, the modern day team has had all the older members (except Kory) be incredibly dysfunctional from the start. TBH the flashback characters (Garth, Jericho) and the younger ones (Rose, Gar, Conner, halfway Jason) are the most entertaining and the least 'conflict for sake of conflict'
My AO3Just watched the latest episode, and I say Krypto should be the team leader. Krypto so far has done a good job and nothing stupid
My AO3

For some reason, that's my thought.
Wake me up at your own risk.
