I was waiting for this thread. I was thinking of just starting a DC Comics TV general thread.
I like the work that both Greg Berlanti and Ali Adler have put out in the past.
I wonder if it will connect with Arrow and The Flash since all three will be produced by Berlanti Productions.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureThat depends on if Supergirl airs on the C.W.
Man that's pretty damn cool.
Supergirl hasn't really gotten her due in a while. I wonder if they'll work in Superman and Power Girl?
Does Supergirl have any enemies of her own? I'm thinking other young heroes will probably show up too. Teen Titans anyone?
Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherNo but they can probably just use Superman villains that will not be in the movies.
Either that or create some for the show that will be just Supergirl villains.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureReactron is exclusive to Supergirl. but that's the only one I know.
I think Power-Boy is also a Supergirl villain. His backstory (raised in Armaghetto, intended as a weapon by Darkseid, and forcibly given emotion based powers), could make for some interesting storytelling.
DC only used him as basically a Very Special Episode about Domestic Abuse.
I think a TV station with inventive writers could use him for more.

Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.There was a Silver Age villainess named Lesla-Lar who was a Kandorian criminal and tried to take over Supergirl's life by switching bodies when she was asleep.
I also remember Supergirl fighting Lex Luthor's niece, 'Nasty,' as well as The Black Flame.
And The Gang, a gang of super-powered circus-themed criminals. One issue had their hypnotist scaring her by making her think her reflection gave away her secret identity. (They didn't know the specifics, just that she was scared.)

The Protomen enhanced my life.I am very excited for this.
What Supergirl? There are a lot of them, as our page on the character proves:

Personally, I loved the 80's Supergirl film starring Helen Slater - it is one of the few non-Burton Batman DC verse films that I will watch when it pops up on telly, and I would be delighted if the series followed that iteration of the character, though binning some of the more egregious crap that surrounded her.
x6 Since in the movieverse Luthor and Zod are apparently the only Superman villains that ever were that leaves a lot of room.
Yeah, the Eighties movie was full of cheesy goodness, much like the Eighties themselves.
Trump delenda estI can't see them using anyone other than Kara. Especially since the entire reason they got rid of Linda Danvers was because she's a walking Continuity Lock-Out.
CBS huh? Dang, that's a good team behind it.
Casting information of Supergirl.
They are looking for a 22 - 26 year old Caucasian to play Kara Zor-El (Kara Danvers) and we got information that they are giving her a foster sister who works for the government.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureYou know, having two major superheroines (Supergirl and Captain Marvel) with the last name Danvers (not to mention similar powers and costumes) active in popular culture at the same time will be amusing. Fun Fact: Artist Jim Mooney worked on both characters' comic books decades ago.
I wonder if DC can support all these TV shows. At least this is a more interesting idea than that Krypton show. I'll definitely try and watch the first few episodes.
I'm excited.
I just hope DC won't try to turn Supergirl into Batman like they did Superman. Especially since they've done a great job NOT turning The Flash into Batman.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page. The Flash and Supergirl share a producer and writer.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureReally? Then I'm expecting good things from this show.
Yeah Greg Berlanti is the co-writer of the Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl pilots. He is also the executive producer of Arrow, Flash, and will be producer on Supergirl.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureAfter reading those character descriptions my hype is building.
Now all they have to do is have Supergirl share a world with Arrow and Flash and i'll explode. Hopefully not literally, wouldn't want to miss this!

RE:Kara Davners:Blame Petre A. David. He created the Linda Danvers character and now they merged her Kryptonian name with her secret identity.
Actually, pre-crisis Supergirl was adopted by the Danvers in the early 1960s.
