I was thinking that while Kruach Mor and Graga are simply so old that they probably have a wealth of experience that outclasses Adelinde or Klovengaar, I saw Adelinde and Klovengaar as closer to the same level, Adelinde with more formal technique and such, but Klovengaar with more raw experience. And answering reasoning Nman, Klovengaar's older than Nor or Sang and he has actively killed other dragons to the point where even amongst the turf-warring dragons he is known as the Kinslayer.

/人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ Will you make a contract with me?Mm, Sangorius' experiences shouldn't be discounted either, even though they're more geared towards fighting mortals. In his age range, the blood-dragon would have had to deal with and survive more than a few mortal 'heroes' in his time. A different sort of combat experience, but one that shouldn't be discounted.
There is a reason dragons are no longer the dominant lifeforms in the world.
EDIT: In any event, regardless of other players, I'll put up another post tonight, just to keep things moving.
EDIT.EDIT: Also, for anyone lurking about, I'm tentatively opening up sign-ups again.
EDIT.EDIT.EDIT: Also, in regards to new sign-ups, my current (Active) players are welcome to give their own input. If anything stands out to anyone, speak your mind.

I would imagine that Nor-Rokkus has at least some experience killing dragons as well on his travels across the world. Some if not most of which were probably the like of rampaging monsters or evil tyrants he was probably paid to kill as part of his "Dragon Mercenary" gig.
Though I doubt any of them were probably major dragons, just a problem big enough that the likes of humans, elves, and dwarfs (and whatever species Nor-Rokkus might have come across) would have difficulty dealing with it on their own giving them every reason to jump at the idea of a dragon coming along offering to do their dirty work for them.
If we're just talking about the new once since you re-opened apps (on which note, you might want to think about or give some kind of information for people who applied before but didn't get in on how they might get a second shot), I can't say I'm a fan of Xipanticus as it stands right now.
When it comes to fighting, I'd say that Graga is more skilled at dealing with dragons and other monsters, rather than mortal beings. He just hasn't spent as much time amongst the like of humans and elves compared to dragons. But even then, it's less 'fighting' and more 'tanking blows as he attempts to reason with his kin, occasionally throwing a massive counterattack when he's in danger of getting his @#!@ kicked in'.
To the law and for the good of man. All I need to live by.If I get in, I figured that Rakley would have met a few of the P Cs or at least heard of them but he's trying to hide that. While he usually stays in his region, he had travelled to other areas to help the Slayers there.
Some people say I'm lazy. It's hard to disagree.Sangorius would've been a kid or adolescent when my dragon was active (who would've probably rolled her eyes when she saw him back then, because she would've seen—pre-blood-seeking—him as just another annoying dragon punk), and she'd probably wonder who the hell Nor-Rokkus was, since he was most likely born way after her disappearance.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mekara was the parent of some of the younger ones, and might have had a past relationship with the older ones (complete with dragon hatchlings). She probably knows all of them, after all, she likes to solve things by talking... but don't expect to have heroics in self steem, neither those who slay fellow dragons.

My dragon liked to travel around the continent, so yeah, they would've most likely crossed paths at some point. Considering how much she would've preferred mingling with Kruach's followers, though, I don't know if he would've liked her or not, whether pre- or post-corruption.
Unless one of them really started getting pesky with her, though, she never cared about getting into other dragons' businesses, and she did her best to make sure they didn't get into hers, so she's more on the neutral end of things. Although I will say that while she finds mortals calling her a god amusing, a good way to annoy her is by being a dragon that has a really huge god complex in them.
I mean, that's preposterous.

Klovengaar probably does have the most dragon-to-dragon combat experience of any of the P Cs possibly excepting Kruach Mor or Graga.
