I figured Gabe might at least be familiar with her since he's a recent transfer from the American branch himself, although I don't think he would've met her directly.
Also, that's actually a good question posed by Jacqueline. Are any of the pilots on the baseball team? It would seem kind of pointless for a secret NERV officer to be coaching the team unless one of them was. I guess I'll write my post as if Eikichi is on the team, but I'll leave it kind of vague and edit if need be.
Heh, Eldritch Abominations challenging humanity to a giant robot baseball game would make for a hell of a sequel to Space Jam come to think of it. Though I suppose the Looney Tunes would need to be involved somehow.

There are two explicit Americans in the cast counting Patricia as a major NPC, so Georgia will have some kin around for sure.
And obviously it's up to the pilots if they're on the team or not. I do recommend it though, because it gives us options for the mundane parts of the RP.

I imagine whoever isn't on the team could still get some mileage out of being in attendance at some of the games. As I said though, having Gabe coach an entire team of non-pilot NP Cs would be rather pointless from both an in- and out-of-universe perspective.
As the one who came up with this "English = red text" rule, I have a suggestion. If the scene is taking place somewhere where they would logically be speaking English by default anyway, it's okay if we're a little lax on following the convention, especially if there wouldn't be any characters around speaking any other languages. Honestly I originally created that rule for a different Eva RP where Gabe was the only major foreign character and everyone else, including the pilots, were Japanese.
Also, if you don't mind, I'd like to get Gabe out to the school soon, possibly interacting with Shona for a little.
@ Max : Hey you never know, I'm always receptive to cool ideas that aren't terrible or contrived to implement. But noted, 04 shall be.
@ Combat : Well the color coding does make things easier from a read through perspective, especially since everyone who's important speaks multiple languages anyways. And I had Jackie leave Gabe for that reason.
That much is true about the languages. I suppose we will have to come up with color coding for languages besides English then eventually.
Anyway, I will get Gabe over to the school in a post later today. Wondering if I should handwave that he's getting there while the PE class is going on as a flash forward from his perspective or establish some form of transportation between the NERV base and the school.

That does make more sense. Go ahead.
