Occono, I do believe the point of the 30 Euro price tag is to eliminate the cash shop need altogether.
Bear in mind that price tag is also for two full games - 15 Euros each for PADZ and PADSMB is well worth it!
my mortal enemy
now i find the next update before i can play again.
nvm found it

EU gets Tamadras and stones, NA just gets Tamadras. Kinda disappointed, since they used to give both out. At least I can get some awakenings on Sun Quan/Odin now.
This sort of game isn't worth spending more 10, 15 tops on, to me. Not that I would spend a penny on free-to-play, because you never stop having to pay to play there.
It might be two games in one but from the reviews I've seen the non-Mario part is an uninteresting, cliché, childish (I don't use that word to mean "colourful." I mean childish as in no depth.) good vs evil RPG.

So I've been running the Devil Challenge's Grimoire Descend dungeon for the past few days now. Haven't been able to clear it, mostly due to all of my wood orbs being converted to jammers on floor 2. And then there was the recent run where Michael lived with a sliver of health, and killed me.
This dungeon did not give me this much trouble when I beat it the first time.
It's fair to say it's not a game anyone would want to play for the story. It's pretty self aware, but lampshading tropes doesn't mean that it isn't still playing them completely straight. I still say it's worth it for the core mechanics of the game, though I do prefer the mobile version of the two.
Does anyone in this thread play in the EU? Friend-add? I have Haku, whose multiplier and orb-changing skill are useful to anyone playing with dark, fire and water. I also have Yomi as my secondary lead for those above rank 40.
Finally, FINALLY beat Legendary Earth a while back. 0-stoned it too.
Now I've got Zaerog and need 1 devilit to ulti him. (And i need two more Zaerogs to get his Pirate ulti and his Samurai ulti)
That awesome moment when you fuse a same-coloured King Dragon and see the word GREAT! appear on the screen.
Also had a good result from the REM - Enchantress of the Sea, Siren. I've got about a dozen TAMADRA from events so put 3 of them into it - I'll get a lot of use out of Siren, and for now they're taking up box space since I lack the Dublits and Divine Onyx Mask needed to evolve my Gods. I'm disinclined to use her as my leader as I'm relying on Incarnation of Byakko, Haku for spike damage, but she still makes a good sub.
Question: Is a Rainbow Mystic Knight team worth it? I can skill them up really easily, and levelling isn't too hard either. Some of the evo materials are a bit of a pain to get (Keeper of Gold, much?) but they're invades on the other Keeper levels anyway, and beatable at my level.
My intention would be to use Haku or Siren as the leader for either spike damage or healing respectively.
EDIT: Oops mixed up my knights, clearly not great, though I might keep a couple around for use in occasional teams.

If you pair Siren with an Odin friend, you can tank your way through a few dungeons. If you absolutely must, use your Tamadras on her, but I'd save them. You can keep Tamadras in your mail unopened as a means of storage.
Also, I'm pretty sure that you don't need Keepers of Gold for any of the knights. You're probably thinking of the Keeper of Light.
If you want a fairly reliable way for you to get the dublits and divine masks for evo purposes, I'd recommend doing something like this. You'd have to either find friends with autoheal leader skills(Archangel, evolved Amaterasu, Siren) or hope one of your friends is using an ogre-like leader. Also, it would be a good idea to use low hp monsters, with a high attack if possible.
The mail message says the prize can only be claimed until 4am the next day?
Yeah, Keeper of Light it is, not Gold. No way I'm getting the Gold yet, I've managed to fight my way to Keeper of Rainbow but died very quickly.
No Odin friends unfortunately, or Ogre ones. I could get and raise one easily enough though for my own resolve team.
I have Keeper of Gold friends, and the extra HP and and defence reduction has just managed to take me to the Expert Boss, but I can only tank one hit, not two at once. Wouldn't have survived the Dub Mythlit attack anyway.
Guess I should focus on grinding to get my team cost up for now so I can field my stronger monsters.

Before I could easily clear Keeper of Rainbow, I just used Siren and an Odin friend. As long as you keep close to full HP(80% or above), you won't die. It'll take a while though.
Also, I'm pretty sure the mail can stay in your box for a while. The time limit refers to the window in which you can log on to receive the mail/reward.
Wish I'd learned that before filling my precious limited storage (only 90 for now) with the buggers. Useful as they will be once I get my Yomi, Haku and Bastet evolved, they're no good for now.
Hopefully I can find an Odin friend to tank those fights. Keeper of Gold + Siren are good enough to get me much of the way, and if I can get the HP up enough to take 2 hits (or one from KOR or Dubmythlit), I'm golden.
Oh, you have Bastet? You might be able to make a better team with her. Just match as many orbs as you can to meet her requirements. Pair her with other combo leaders, and you can get into the midlevel normal/technical dungeons. Plus, her awoken evolution(when you get that far) is amazing.

Yeah, pulled her at level 50 from the Godfest. Still short of a lot of evo materials. An easier (albeit weaker) multiplier than Haku, so perhaps worth using as a leader for pure reliability. Getting the two together is something special for 10x.
Though I also have Haku friends (some evolved, some not) which turns her 3.5 into a 12.25 for the same effort. The low RCV and HP sucks though, so those teams tend to die easy.
Progress-wise by the way I'm up to the start of Tomb of the Saint Deep (how the Hell I handle Hades right now I do not know, but I'm still 4 levels from that) and Twilight Woods in the technical.

I used Kushinadahime for that. With her and another combo leader(Isis, I think.), I pretty much had to combo hard to kill him. A lot of people pair with an Odin and tank their way through it.
-old man voice- eeehhh back in mah day, we didn't have yer fancy "bastets" or yer "lucifers" or any of these new fangled combo leaders.
We had ripper dragons, and we said thank you when we got em!
My first team was literally Kushinadahime and 4 ripper dragons paired with my friend's Angelious. :P

I wish I'd get a Lucifer during Egg Machine rolls and Dark Carnivals/ Midnight Gala. I did get my main leader Anima as a result though, and I chose someone with Lucifer as my best friend.
Only one named in the last half dozen posts that I have - or could reasonably get access to - either as friend or myself, is Bastet.
Currently tempted to try a Rainbow Ulti-Evolved Awoken Ogre team for nuking the Wednesday Friday dungeons. Those skill-up awoken skills (easily gained by just fusing the same Ogre types, which are easily farmed for for even for my level), would help those nukes charge really quickly with enough ogres, even at level 1.
Of course, that's a bit useless for anything that isn't tri-colour. Namely, the fucking Dub-mythlit and Keeper of Rainbow that stop me actually finishing either of those dungeons, and I can't use stones to get through them.

It might also be worth it to save your pal points for when there's a special Pal Point machine. The only two that are international so far are the mini 3 Kingdom god and evo material machines. The evo material machine is a good way to get a chance at some harder to get materials. Jewels, for example.
edited 13th Jun '15 8:07:20 AM by strawberryflavored
The Evo material machine is on just now, has been for a few days. Got a Divine Red Mask this morning - which is annoying because I don't actually need that colour, and am only one Divine Onyx Mask from being able to evolve Yomi.
I was excited a couple of days ago to see a Gold Egg from it - but it was just a dragon fruit and I have half a dozen of those already.
Wait, EU has the rare evo material machine right now? NA just has rare evo materials with a higher chance in the normal pal egg machine. They're two different ones.

Oops the latter is what I mean.
Just got another mask...Divine Indigo, of which I already have one, and no use for even that. Damn it.
Wish there was a nuke-capable Ogre that could handle light or dark monsters...
