I think there's a pretty good case to be made that the trappings of disco (including the disco ball, flashing dance floor, "Staying Alive" Dance Pose, and pretty much everything on the Saturday Night Fever poster, really) are a trope of their own that's separate from the genre of music, but this page is pretty stubby.
Is there any reason there are no examples? I think there is definitely a trope here, but it looks like no one really tried.
IDK, maybe merge it with the disco page for now and if someone wants to actually put together a coherent trope later on they can YKTTW it up properly.
Alright, I've moved most of the information from Standard Disco Equipment to Disco. How's it look?
Done. Should it be potholed to The Bee Gees or Saturday Night Fever, or just left as is?

I put a note in Disco Discussion. Everything else is done.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSounds good. The page is redirected to Disco to preserve the inbounds; locking up.

Standard Disco Equipment, while it does have relevance to the genre, is nothing more than a list of expected things to see in a disco scene. I think this information can be safely merged into the Disco article and this page be cut. Thoughts?
EDIT: 15 wicks, 17 inbounds
, for the record.
