They erase sins all the time. First time I remember them doing it is Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, with Cesars first words being cool enough to take a sin off.
They also did it for Godzilla (2014) when he fired his atomic breath.
They tend to erase sins a lot whenever the find a scene awesome or sexy. The best one though was the V for Vendetta video.

The Life of Pi video had them deduct every sin after a certain revelation. Then they decided the revelation was worth all those sins deducted plus one.
"What a century this week has been." - Seung Min KimI liked their Edge Of Tomorrow video. It was obviously coming from a place of deep appreciation, and as a fan it made me realise a lot of things I missed.
And it didn't go into pointless Tom Cruise jabs.
Yeah, they erase sins all the time <_<*comments on way too late*
I prefer the "Learn How to Direct the [Blank] Way!"
Hello, thread! Moving over here from the Cracked topic, since someone pointed out that This Exists.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Hi, Fighteer. Nice to see another fan.
I binged the series over the weekend: every sin video for a film that I've watched. I was laughing hysterically.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"There's also Music Video Sins and Brand Sins.
I loved the one they did on John Carter.

I haven't watched that film, but I heard it was awful.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"For a rare time they actually make references to the book - especially renaming the film to just "John Carter" instead of "John Carter of Mars"
I thought it was not bad. I haven't seen this vid yet, but I might. I had skipped the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle vid, Noah, both Age of Extinction vids, and the Dragonball Evolution ones because I am fairly certain the "sins" would be unfunny and slightly repetitive. I didn't like their Godzilla 2014 vid because it was boring and nearly every "sin" was complaints from opening day.

(V)(;,,;)(V)Yo, give the new TMNT one a whirl. I think it actually was funny. Definitely an improvement over the other ones you listed.
@John Carter: That's honestly the first time I've heard anyone say the film was bad. I mean, its no Dark Knight or Titanic, but its a pretty solid movie overall.

"What a century this week has been." - Seung Min KimAge of Extinction is only so long because of the bonus reels
and AMERICA
Regarding the live action Dragon Ball movie: Team Four Star lend their voices to the sins video as their characters from Dragon Ball Z Abridged. It's worth a watch.

| Wandering, but not lost. | If people bring so much courage to this world...◊ |Ok, I may have to watch that one now.
Addition: Just watched it. They didn't show up at all.

(V)(;,,;)(V)Because Was thinking of the Honest Movie trailer for DB Evolution.
Yeah, I was. Sorry for the mistake.
| Wandering, but not lost. | If people bring so much courage to this world...◊ |They do break their "The Books Don't Matter" rule for Dragonball Evolution during the Bonus Round though.
The Showgirls sins vid didn not disappoint.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyNo, it did not. And even with the censoring, I didn't feel right about watching it at work.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
For the first time ever, they actually subtracted sins.
