I suppose one step would be a rename to Falling On Ice, which is what it is about. Not too sure what the storytelling purpose is, though. People slip on ice, they sit in chairs ...
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyIt's sort of like Fish out of Water, or an inversion of Graceful in Their Element, specifically relating to ice. That's what I can see, at least.

This is a Fish out of Water situation that show that the character have a flaw. A flaw that doesn't show when they are off ice. Often used as a "compressed flaw".
and it is of course often played for laughs.

I think it just needs crosswicking. There's more examples on the page, the name's fairly indicative, and it's essentially a stock gag of someone comically stumbling while trying to balance of skates.
