Honestly it's murky water, but almost no OTR (old time radio) is available to purchase legally anyways. As long as its published before 1978 you're all good

So I was searching through the Internet Archive and I stumbled upon this awesome FF radio show that's narrated by Stan Lee and with Bill Murray, of all people, as the Human Torch. It's worth a checkout but I have a question - what exactly is the copyright of radio shows like that from the 60s. I guess Marvel still owns the rights to it but I have no idea how radio copyright works.
