Given the way the wiki's parsing works, I'm not sure it's possible to have such a toggle change the state of the page without reloading it.
Anyway, I'm sure someone could write an external script to do the trick.

Well, I have little to no experience with "widgets", to be honest. Add that to the list alongside not having experience with using Twitter, Facebook, and some other stuff.

I'm wondering if it's feasible to put a button at the top of article pages that allows users to quickly toggle spoiler tags on and off for specific pages for the duration that they have that page open in their browser, rather than having to go to the forum profile page
, (un)check the option, and then refresh the whole page — which forces you to start from the top all over again no matter where you were or which folders you had open.
