Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

- Friendly Enemies: Whispy Woods, Kracko.
- Meta Knight's true past is unknown, all that it is known about him is that at some point he came to Dreamland in Planet Popstar and became one of its sworn protectors, initially working under King Dedede before going solo after a single service to the self-proclaimed/self-made King; he initially clashed with the young warrior, Kirby, as Meta Knight often acted in good interests that had actions with less benevolent methods that clashed with Kirby's but overtime the warrior instead became an ally to the pink puffball and even possibly a sort-of-mentor and ocasional rival.
- In another universe he has a more detailed backstory where he was once part of the Galactic Soldier Army, a large army that fought against Lord Nightmare, a malevolent overlord who plotted to conquer the Universe. Meta Knight belonged to the elite group of the Star Warriors, as the best soldier in the army but unfortunately the army lost in the end and he was one of the scant survivors who fled to Popstar and for a long time had to bid his time until the Star Warrior Kirby appeared, who he trained to fight and defeat Nightmare which Kirby eventually did allowing Meta Knight to reunite with his surviving companions and friends in peace.
- Meta Knight made his presence known in the Pantheon with a lot of flair and discord, upon arriving he began a rampage across the Houses and Halls as he challenged and defeated God after God until Kirby stepped in to knock sense into him, once calmed down from his self-imposed challenge to prove his might, Meta Knight settled peacefully in the Pantheon as the God of Faceships and Cape Wings, while he wished to have a trope more related to his swordship skills he didn't make a fuss about it. The Meta Knight in the Pantheon is a mixture of various incarnations, sharing the backstory of the anime version along with the personality traits of all three versions mixed into one, mostly serious knight, albeit with a bit of a narcissistic streak.
- His relationships with the allies/acquaintances from his world varies. Most of them on the affable or outright friendly end.
- Kirby and Meta Knight have had an interesting story about their friendship with an ocasional pinch of rivalry. Most gods were perplexed by Meta Knight's initial assistance in Kirby's journey to reassemble the Star Rod and that he possibly was training the puffball to deal with Nightmare given his repeated assistances and nobility in giving Kirby a sword before their own duel. Later on, Meta Knight has been a full-blown ally besides the incident of the Buddy Fighters Tower where he was desperate enough to defeat Kirby that he willingly corrupted himself to try and win, he feels nothing but shame about the incident as the thought of even trying to give himself an unfair advantage over Kirby is something he considers shameful. While in the anime they are mentor and student, with Meta Knight having a more big brother/father-like relationship to Kirby. In the Pantheon Meta Knight mostly sticks to his way of treating Kirby in the anime but ocasionally may go harsh on him if they cross paths while opposing each other's methods.
- His relationship with King Dedede is all over the place, but they seem to be on better terms with each other recently. During the incident of the Buddy Fighters Tower, King Dedede and Meta Knight bonded over their constant losses to Kirby and grew as battle partners and genuine friends in their bid to defeat Kirby once and for all, only to repeatedly fail even when giving themselves an unfair advantage by using the darkly-empowered Masks of Dark Bonds when they were about to lose a second time only to still be beaten in the end and blasted away for their troubles; while Meta Knight and Dedede both look back in shame at their immaturity and dishonorable actions, they do not regret the closeness this experience brought to them, though Meta Knight still prefers to be on his own rather than stick around Dedede's side. While some think that Meta Knight might act as a full-time Knight to the King, he often prefers to just wander off doing his own thing and only aiding Dedede for a just cause. While their anime counterparts are far more explicitly Knight and King, they didn't really have a friendship as Meta Knight was happy to betray Dedede for the greater good constantly, though in the Pantheon this relationship isn't reflected at all given Dedede overall sticks to a benevolent attitude.
- Bandana Waddle Dee, Adeleine, Gooey and the Animal Friends all get well along with Meta Knight and even show admiration towards him for his fighting abilities, cool attitude and overall helpfulness against many evils that have risen up, in addition to Meta Knight's more protective attitude towards his allies and friends that have included them from time to time. Gooey in particular feels good that Meta Knight has not treated him any differently from his friends despite being an entity of Dark Matter. As for Adeleien and the Animal Friends, they hadn't gotten to know him much besides teaming up in some adventures though they were intrigued by his initial rivalry with Kirby.
- Kracko and Whispy Woods are occasionally his enemies, but Meta Knight is also their friend most of the time with them all sharing a closeness to King Dedede as their main point of bonding. Meta Knight himself doesn't sees much issue with hanging out with the two from time to time or teaming up to fight a bigger threat if need to, especially since neither has any grudge against him like they do against Kirby.
- He still is good friends with the allies he made during the events of The Subspace Emissary among them stand out Lucario, Solid Snake, the Hero King Marth, Ike, as well as Lucas and Red who he personally saved from falling to their deaths or being trapped in Subspace when they defeated Galleom. Out of them, Solid Snake isn't the biggest fan of the fact that the Halberd resembles Meta Knight himself, thinking Meta Knight's a bit of a narcissist for it, in addition to naming his own followers the Meta-Knights which Snake views as way too on the nose about the high opinion the small knight has about himself. Meta Knight didn't truly care and instead just denied his narcissism which convinced no one in particular.
- Despite the fact that Kirby and even King Dedede seem happy with Magolor despite his past, Meta Knight isn't the most comfortable or easygoing aroun his former enemy. While he acknowledges that the Master Crown corrupted him a bit, he still stands firm that Magolor willingly and happily manipulated him and his allies for his own ends and only seemed to regret his villainy after he'd been beaten down and damn near killed for it. Magolor has tried to make sure that everyone knows he truly isn't going back to doing villainous things but does take his chances to tease and mess with Meta Knight for his own amusement, pretending that he'd go evil again one day and is just bidding his time to the Knight's frustration.
- Similarly Susie, who once served as one of the commanders of the Haltmann Works Company's invasion of Popstar, has also become a reformed ally of Kirby and his friends but while Meta Knight is willing to let bygones be bygones he still isn't the most comfortable around the former villain due to a repressed fear of being turned into her mechanical slave once again, which Susie doesn't helps with her continued interest and admiration for Meta Knight and his strength, abilities and personality; even at times Dark Meta Knight has joined his counterpart in being wary of the pink-haired lady out of fear of being mechanized too.
- Meta Knight has developed a surprising friendly rapport with the bounty hunter Wolf O' Donnel, Wolf and Meta Knight have a mutual respect for each other's attitudes, lack of hesitation in doing what they believe necessary for their goals and overall strength. Meta Knight in turn respects that Wolf is pretty good when he's not hired by Andross and can even relate to his competitive spirit and frustrations at not being able to overcome his personal rival, Fox, as he has been unable to defeat Kirby in battle no matter how hard he trains or how stronger he gets. The Star Fox crew also gets along with Meta Knight, particularly Falco whose similar personality meshes well with the Knight's and has history from the Subspace crisis; even if they get uneasy around his friendship with Wolf.
- Meta Knight developed an intense hatred for the treacherous Metal Face, as when he was Mukhar he betrayed the side he was working for, the Homs, and left his whole team to die to try and claim the Monado only to be mechanized into a killing machine who willingly took it upon himself to spread misery, including tormenting Shulk by killing his love interest, Fiora (though she got better eventually), before commiting atrocity after atrocity to sate his sadistic bloodlust; since he's not too dissimilar to Yamikage, a traitor to the Star Warriors who Meta Knight developed a personal grudge against. Metal Face has been wary of facing the warrior for his unquestionable power and prowess, and has sought help from some of Meta Knight's enemies to fight him.
- Similarly to the above Mumkhar, he has no kind words for the swordsman Sandaaru of the Seven Dark Spears, Sandaaru is well known for his treachery and lack of true redeeming qualities despite his pragmatism and his murder of members of his own side is something that disgusted Meta Knight despite him considering the rest of the Spears and Jakanja in general to be deplorable too. Sandaaru has been somewhat interested in learning more about Meta Knight and about what kind of power he could take from his world for his own use to further his conquests and maybe even take over Meta Knight's world while he's at it.
- Meta Knight has no kind words for those who turn others into their slaves or servants, especially if a forceful transformation is involved such as mechanization given that it happened to him. As such a few deities were on his shitlist for it:
- The Venjix Virus was a murderous sentient computer virus who'd taken it upon himself to exterminate all organic life (mainly humans) and create a world where he'd be in control of all things; eventually expanding said ambitions to a multiversal scale once he'd become Evox. For this Meta Knight had a big hatred of the evolved virus, viewing it as one of the vilest things he'd ever met, especially since it reminded him of Star Dream, though much worse, as he'd at least heard that the wish-granting machine could be somewhat less destructive if you could take control of it while Venjix is pure evil. SKYNET also transformed a version of the legendary hero, John Connor, into its cyborg slave which forced alternate version of Sarah Connor to destroy the now-evil former hero. Meta Knight is just as disgusted with SKYNET as he is with the Venjix Virus for its actions.
- SHOCKER specialize in transforming humans into cyborg or mutant warrior kaijin for their cause, as such Meta Knight had no kind words for them either. He also particularly hated that they had their origins based around Nazi remnants, given his hatred of corrupt politicians and evil armies. Meta Knight also dislikes them on the basis that many of the Showa Kamen Riders were victims of the organization's attempts to create a perfect obedient cyborg warrior by brainwashing said warrior and modifying them.
- Dr. Eggman is also fond of turning innocents into robots as part of his schemes to take over the world, that he's not too dissimilar from the likes of President Haltmann in attitude made the small knight get some rather high disdain for the doctor. Eggman himself has been interested in Meta Knight's abilities after hearing of his own mechanization and has planned on either capturing and mechanizing him or create robotic copies of Meta Knight for his own ends.
- Has a lot of respect for Samurai Jack, a warrior of the far past who was forcefully flung into the future by the evil demon Aku to prevent the samurai from thwarting him, however Jack did not give up and even after 50 years he found a way to defeat Aku and return to the past ending the evil overlord for good after an arduous battle, Meta Knight respects the Samurai's cred and determination to end the threat of Aku equaling said determination to his own in stopping the evil Lord Nightmare with Kirby's help in a different reality. Jack himself is one of the few opponents that didn't underestimate nor ridicule Meta Knight when they first met and fought to the Knight's delight.
- Another masked swordsman he found in the Pantheon was the electric warrior, Blade, though she only wore a mask after he was brainwashed into serving Demerzel's cause. After being freed she no longer works for evil and now works for good, she finds Meta Knight to be an admirable foe with his otherwordly skills and has challenged him to a few duels from time to time, most of which the Knight won, inspiring Blade to get stronger; Meta Knight himself greatly respects her for actually using her powers from evil for good.
- Given his meetings and bonding with Ike and Marth in the Subspace crisis, Meta Knight got to know other deities from the multiple worlds of Fire Emblem:
- First he learned of the close allies of Ike and Marth such as Caeda (who is Marth's wife), Tiki, Anna and Micaiah; all of them were intrigued and a bit amused at what Meta Knight looked like, though it didn't take long for them to truly respect him once he showed his prowess. Enemies of Marth and Ike also became his enemies by extension, he particularly holds disdain for the Dark Knight, who killed Ike's father and generally acted as a cruel presence in the life of the warrior, some have drawn comparisons between Meta Knight and said knight, though Meta Knight prefers not to be compared to the evil knight. He has even more disdain for Gharnef, a vile sorcerer and enemy of Marth who plotted to cause destruction, ruin and death all because he was denied a single tome and retaliated with most disproportionate intent proving himself an irredeemably evil monster to the end.
- The Royal Family of Ylisse (Chrom and Lucina) and their tactician (and depending on which version can be either Lucina's mother and Chrom's wife, Lucina's husband, their in-law or just a close friend) Robin all earned Meta Knight's respect for their defense of their world from the evil Fell Dragon, Grima, he particularly grew a lot of respect for Lucina due to her determination to stop the Fell Dragon despite losing almost everything and everyone she loved to the evil demon, as he knows from experience how harsh and difficult to go on despite losing everything can be, he also related to her inability to be taken seriously for her serious yet unintentionally silly attitude; in turn Chrom and Robin view Meta Knight as an admirable hero an potential ally in dealing with the returned Grima who roams the Pantheon awaiting the day to strike. Meta Knight was also curious to learn of Chrom and Lucina's status as descendants of Marth who inherited the Falchion. For this reason he developed an intense hatred for Grima, the nemesis of the Ylissians, particularly for how he ruined the future where Lucina came from: by possessing Robin against their will and turning them into its vessel before killing Chrom in cold blood, as he is reminded of how he had to kill his best friend when Nightmare transformed said friend into a Demon Beast and sent him to kill his fellow Star Warriors.
- Meta Knight once sought to end the corruption he perceived there was in Dreamland's monarchy by overthrowing King Dedede and installing himself as the new ruler, however he gave up on that goal after being thwarted by Kirby. Regardless he holds corrupt governments and politicians in very low regards, while respecting any politician willing to end corruption themselves even if they're not quite good themselves.
- Senator Steven Armstrong was an extreme albeit well-intentioned candidate who wished to create a better world devoid of the cynical and destructive policies of his age which he perceived as corrupt and in need of overthrowing, while Meta Knight agrees with Armstrong's enemies such as Raiden about how extreme his methods were, he can't help but respect the senator's conviction and dedication to his own ideals as he can see that he was being legitimate about his desire to help the greater good no matter how screwed his methods or Armstrong himself were. Armstrong for his part is a bit disappointed that Meta Knight abandoned his own ambitions against a perceived corrupt government but nonetheless thinks highly of him regardless thanks to his proactiveness and strength. Raiden, who is a bit allied with Meta Knight, has even given Meta Knight some small assurance that even he knew and recognized that Armstrong had good intent behind his goals, no matter how twisted and darwinistic they were.
- For this reason he has nothing but disdain for the likes of Prime Minister Honest, Frank Underwood, Emperor Palpatine and all other similarly corrupt and/or cruel politicians and rulers; Meta Knight in particular singles out Palpatine for his manipulation of the entire galaxy's politics and people to secure his rise to supreme power, destruction and killing of countless lives, general treatment of anyone who worked under him and his ambitious plans to become a god-like being so he could rule over existence itself as the Ultimate Sith, he especially detests what he did to Anakin Skywalker, with his act of turning the once-good Jedi warrior into a cyborg servant being beyond cruel as it reminded him of his own remodelation albeit much, much worse.
- Even in the Pantheon, a warrior like Meta Knight never stops looking for the means to get stronger and train to become better; luckily for him there were several warriors ready to give him a challenge for a mutually beneficial strengthening regimes for both himself and his opponent.
- Dark Meta Knight had ascended as well into the Pantheon and Meta Knight was more than ready to deal once again with his evil counterpart from the Mirror World, while also making sure to keep an eye out on Dark Meta to thwart any plans he might have, for his part Dark Meta Knight views his counterpart's presence in the Pantheon as a most preferable one since it gives him the chance to get revenge. Another one of Meta Knight's favored rivals, Galacta Knight, was also present still as powerful as ever and with Meta Knight more than ready to fight him, while also intrigued by how it is back in one piece in the Pantheon.
- One of these warriors was the wandering Majin, Jugglus Juggler, known for having been the nemesis and rival of Gai Kurenai/Ultraman Orb though nowadays is a full-on good guy with some occasionally grey moments of morality. Meta Knight has been impressed and even matched by Jugglus' power, he particularly is interested to see what Juggler has picked up from his multiple duels against Gai and experiences fighting many Ultras and powerful opponents across several universes. Juggler in turn has been intrigued by Meta Knight and respects the strength the small-sized warrior has.
- Powerful samurai are also high on his friendly rivalry list, among them stand out those such as the aforementioned Samurai Jack as well as another called Haohmaru, a lordless samurai who goes around looking for a good fight. Haohmaru has taken to being impressed by Meta Knight's power, viewing the small masked puffball as one of the fiercest and toughest foes he's ever had the chance to fight against, Meta Knight can be a little annoyed at the warrior's tendency to boast and brag about himself but nonetheless is respectful of his prowess and determination to not lose.
- In the anime continuity Meta Knight has a few personal relationships that have settled a bit in the Pantheon.
- First of all is the young female warrior, Silica, daughter of one of his closest friends, Garlude, who gave her life so Meta Knight could obtain Galaxia; Silica at first believed Meta Knight to be her mother's killer and that he stole the sword once she'd tried to get it but soon learned she was wrong and reconciled with her mother's friend. In the Pantheon Silica has sought out Meta Knight a bit more, in order to grow stronger as a person and warrior given that not only Nightmare has returned but he's also got some new allies and forces that she wants to be ready to deal with.
- Lord Nightmare is bar none Meta Knight's most hated and personal foe, responsible for killing most of his allies and friends and even forcing him to kill his closest one all for his entertainment. Some suspect Meta Knight might've been a creation of Nightmare given some details about the Demon Beast that rebelled against Nightmare, but nothing is certain except that there's nothing but loathing and bad blood between the nightmarish entity and the knight.
- Related to all this, Meta Knight in that world was part of the Star Warriors and the elite squadron (including the leader of them all) are called Sir Arthur, Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad and Sir Percival; all of them are named after the Knights of the Round Table, of which Arthur, Lancelot and Galahad themselves are all present; they can match Meta Knight in their stronger forms and have earned the Knight's respect as a result. Meta Knight has been interested in learning more about their world as he has done in the worlds of Fire Emblem, particularly due to his interest in finding possible stronger foes to deal with in the place.
- For your own good (and that of everything) do not try and call him cute, underestimate him because of it or just being condescending in general. Meta Knight can at least tolerate affection from close friends and trusted allies but he's not one to let it happen often. At least he does not mind Kirby getting affectionate, even if he's not particularly thrilled about it. Like this, also don't bring up his hidden love of sweets, as Meta Knight is majorly determined to keep that factoid a secret for all eternity.

Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, ngl@ wootzits: G36 is an android that comes from a world contaminated from Collapse Radiation and torn from the resulting war. A colleague in the PMC she works at, Springfield, runs a cafe and is quite the recognizable face around there.
Sephirah/Patron Librarian Chesed has a fondness for coffee throughout his three lives (human, Sephirah, and Librarian) and can be seen carrying a mug at all times. It's to the point that during his third life other Patron Librarians and their assistants swing by his floor for some coffee as well on their downtime (him being an overall friendly and chill guy also helps). Her being a Robot Girl could also lead to an interesting convo since his boss, Angela is also one and nonhumans as a whole are a rarity due to the laws of his world condemning their existence in the City.
As a semi-unrelated note, his floor of Social Sciences with the floating cars, sunken ship aesthetic, and overall blue color scheme gives it an unmistakable underwater feel to it. And she comes from a world where the sea levels have risen. Similar themin with the Welfare Team's department in L Corp.

- Herbert George Wells, or H.G. Wells for short, was an English writer from the late 19th and early 20th centuries famous for writing classics like The Time Machine and The War of the Worlds. Along with Jules Verne, he was an important codified of many Science Fiction traits that would become popular in later stories. A socialist and futurist who predicted ideas ranging from aircraft to even something akin to the World Wide Web, his stories tended to have titles that swiftly described the plot. For example The Invisible Man is a story of an invisible Villain Protagonist. He was a pacifist who believed in humanity's eventual growth, but also foresaw terrible new inventions like the concept of a nuclear bomb. He'd pass away about a year after that invention came to a reality.
- H.G Wells' ascension was promoted under one of his own characters, the Time Traveler. Wells has denied the latter being an Author Avatar, but they share a desire to know and explore. More, there was the reveal Wells himself may have been a time traveler. This incarnation was unwitting friends with none other than Jack the Ripper, or as he knew him Doctor John Stevenson. The latter stole his time machine and they'd clash in 1979 San Francisco. After the whole incident Wells tried to lock down his time machine, but Teddy Roosevelt stole it. However he did so to fight Nazis and many other badass activities, so Wells is going to allow it.
- Wells isn't all that happy to learn that 1979, or the 21st century hasn't managed to achieve the utopia he hoped. However he was also nervously pleased that despite the nuclear stockpile, humanity has avoided using them in any war beyond the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He remains hopeful that The Future Will Be Better. For his own sake, the Doctor chose not to reveal the bad futures in different corners of The Multiverse. Unsurprisingly the two have past history: their time travel adventure inspired him to write sci-fi. H.G. Wells is a pacifist who believes mankind must work together, which is why he's taken a liking to Emmet Brickowski and his belief that everything is awesome.
- H.G. Wells did not invent time travelling as a story concept, but he did invent the modern sci-fi form. The Pantheonic Time Police decided it might be worth showing him how the concept has expanded since his time, though this was mainly done by Beerus' pressuring; he hates time travel and wanted to scold and blame Wells for it...didn't help some versions of Wells are time travelers. Wells felt this scolding was unfair, which it was but that's Beerus for you. Bob and George didn't scold him, but they aren't fond of him either because they've had too many frustrating time travel events to deal with and aren't happy to meet a popularizer of their bugbear. Despite all of this, Wells has enjoyed meeting the Pantheonic Time Police because he's fascinated by how the sub-genre of science fiction has expanded over a century.
- Someone with second-hand time travel experience who really wanted to meet Wells was George McFly, a fellow science fiction writer and naturally a big fanboy of Wells' work. The 19th century author was impressed by George's growth as a person, and the family he made. His son Marty, and Doc Brown, were pretty happy to meet Wells as he's an amiable man who in a metafictional way holds a lot of importance to them. In fact one of his great-grandchildren, Simon, was a consultant for Back to the Future Part II. Barry Allen is another fan of Wells' work, having read The Time Machine as a kid. He was a bit surprised to also learn Wells Really Gets Around, having had a number of trysts and mistresses. Well had a good sense of humor over it, noting "I was never a great amorist, though I have loved several people very deeply".
- No points for guessing beforehand, but H.G. Wells is a staunch opponent of the Hounds of War. In many ways they represent his fears found in works like "The War in the Air" and "The Shape of Things To Come" touched on; a Lensman Arms Race as war becomes more of a meat grinder. Many members there called him "an idealistic child" for his belief for the latter work suggesting a terrible enough war would lead humanity into being pacifists as a result. Due to his views, some have wondered how H.G. Wells might feel about the Gundam Meisters. He's somewhat off-put by them using conflict to stop conflict, which they are more than aware of, however he does believe they have a good cause
- Out of the Hounds of War H.G. Wells holds the most contempt in his heart for the Major, head of the Ghostapo Millennium. He's a Nazinote who wants to bring about unending war because he really likes war. As in "likes to watch the world burn" kind of guy. Wells cannot even conceive of why someone would want war for its own sake and feels he's better off not knowing. A cynical part of him fears that a worse enough war might instead lead humanity to its own extinction, which is why the GUAD are terrifying to him; especially the Lich. Which is justified, but for Wells the Lich is also an embodiment of MAD and nuclear weapons; Wells actually speculated of atomic weapons long before they were made.
- H.G Wells' most persistent political ideal was the World State, or One World Order. This obviously isn't the kind of order HYDRA would want, as their evil naturally repulses them. It's more an idea of humanity uniting together for the common good. He'd argue that the Alliance Of Free Stars is kind of like what he wants, and he likes that the group of different species united together. While Wells did pen one of the earliest Alien Invasion stories (also serves as criticism of British imperialism) they proved to have a number of friendly aliens. Wells also found the Blorg Commonality's spirit of camraderie to be admirable, though they were still somewhat repulsive to him as they tend to be. Another alien he's positive on is Jazz due to his appreciation of Earth culture. Being a writer, this makes him smile.
- Having conceived of one of the first and more iconic idea of the Martians, he wasn't all that happy with the Mars People or Mars Attacks! aliens being so malicious. He's of course aware of the irony of saying this, and that's partly the reason. Plus at least the Tripod Martians were essential human if in the "flawed, imperialist" type. They didn't kill For the Evulz like the the latter Martians Wells opposes. However there was a Martian who proved compassionate and came to love humanity: J'onn J'onnz, the Martian Manhunter. The two enjoy talking with each other on optimistic futures and hopes they have for a better tomorrow.
- Wells had mused on the nascent concept of the League of Nations in the spring of 1918 (In The Fourth Year was the collection), so he was interested in the actual League's successor, the United Nations, in the Trope Pantheon. More specifically the organization it backs; the Global Occult Coalition. As they deal with what he only thought of as speculative fiction, he naturally finds them interesting. Wells showed some interest in Repliforce as well; as a group of androids seeking independence and unity under a Robot Republic, he felt they were a curious concept given time to explore in a sci-fi setting. However he's not the one to go to for classic robot stories...that's probably a job for Isaac Asimov.
- Fairly please by the House of Machinery and Technology. Even in "present day" settings he looks at wonder with the many new inventions. As mentioned, he anticipated some of them: he came up with the idea of a "World Brain", detailed in his essay of being a synthetic source of information to be used globally. He did not predict such a World Brain would manifest as cute anime girls like Wikipe-tan and Trope-tan, though. Nor did he think it would store so much pornography either, though given his personal life maybe he should have. H.G. Wells has often talked with a couple other noted futurists in the pantheon, that being Tony Stark and Reed Richards.
The Sun, The Divine Cosmic Incinerator (Sol)

- Note: Restoration
- Hall: Astronomical Bodies
- Description: A G-class star
- Symbol: A circle with a dot in the middle (also the alchemical symbol for gold)
- Alignment: True Neutral
- Portfolio: The Power of the Sun And All That Comes With It, Powered By Nuclear Fusion, Hurl It into the Sun, Keeping Earth Alive With Its Presence (While Also Sending Deadly UV And Other Radiation)
- Domains: Stars, Light, Heat, Gravity, Power, Nuclear Fusion
- Governed by: Ra, Amaterasu, Princess Celestia, Helios, Apollo, Quetzalcoatl, Tezcatlipoca
- Sacred to: Virtually all life on Earth (or any other planet in the solar system). Special mention goes to Clark Kent/Superman and all Kryptonians, Hal Jordan, Robert Capa, Chanticleer
- Unholy to
- Those who were flung into it: Cooler, Broly, Baby
- Others: Apophis, the Grand United Alliance of Destruction, The Grand Duke of Owls, Zs'Skayr, Nightmare Moon, many Vampires, Zim
- Additional connection to: Bender
- From the remains of dead stars, a great and powerful nuclear fusion reaction resulted in the birth of the Sun. A brilliant G-class star, the Sun is the center of the Solar System and absolutely integral for life on Earth. For 4.6 billions years this colossal sphere of superheated plasma has illuminated its planets, and will continue to do so until it begins to bloat and expand into a red giant in 4-5 billion years, eventually being reduced to a super-dense white dwarf a few billion years after that.
- This essential domain to life on Earth became part of the Trope Pantheon under an Awesome, but Impractical trope to permanently dispose of things: Hurl It into the Sun. The Sentry has become most well-known for pulling this, and he never hears the end of it. The Martian Manhunter once threw his very evil brother in the sun to get rid of him, which given the power of Green Martians it wasn't overkill. Superman used it to get rid of nukes, but he doesn't want to acknowledge that. He'll still laugh about it with other caustic critics like the Nostalgia Critic, and cracked a dumb grin after learning the Angry Video Game Nerd used the Sun to get rid of the awful Superman 64 game.
- Cooler, Baby and the original Broly all have different motivations for what they do. However they are all united in hating the sun as it was the means used to dispose of them. Cooler barely survived and has sworn he's going to blow up the sun next time he plans to invade the Earth. The Lich, despite a version of himself also being flung into the sun, lacks their anger at the nuclear furnace since he wanted to fling the Earth into it in the first place via a Bag of Holding. Being the Lich, this was less fun than it sounds. Presumably, it can also get rid of Majin Buu. Wiz and Boomstick have been using the sun as a climatic finish a lot and think they should have a timeshare. The ascended sun gods feel they should sue the two instead.
- Speaking of sun gods, there are many who represent, or straight up embody the sun. Ra is the most well-known sun god, while the "not a god but kind of" Princess Celestial moves the sun across the sky. Helios was hired by Ra to make sure those who handle the sun as he doesn't want a Tragic Mistake like when his son Phaethon tried having a go. Though their personalities vary, all of them tend to agree on being sick of people using the sun for relatively minor problems, like getting rid of unpopular celebrities in a post Y2K apocalypse or trying to get rid of 31st century Manhattan dealing with a common cold plague because they ran out of piranhas.
- Kryptonians get their superpowers from the yellow sunlight, when their own red sun wasn't enough. As such, Superman considers it very important. When he gets into the Sun itself it can boost his powers drastically, however it's risky. On one hand spending 15,000 years in the Sun caused his future self, Superman Prime, to become god-like. On the other, overloaded his powers yet saturated his cells and was killing him. It is believed that Superman traveled to the Sun to stabilize his overwhelming new power and become Superman Prime, effectively merging the two timelines. Sunlight also serves as an important part of Hamon, and gives Starfire some of her power.
- There are those that oppose the sun for whatever reason, even if they know the importance. Apophis has spent his entire existence trying to destroy the Sun, ushering in the end of days. Because of how many heroes and villains need the Sun, the Grand United Alliance of Destruction seek to snuff it out. Others want a survivable world but still don't like it: Zs'Skayr wants to get rid of its presence because the sunlight burns him, Nightmare Moon because she seeks a never-ending night and the Grand Duke of Owls...because reasons. Infamously Mr Burns blocked out the sun for Springfieldians just to further his energy monopoly. He doesn't think much of others who oppose the sun, due to his failure to do so; namely, he was shot by accident, by a baby. Despite the importance of the Sun, it's still bad to make the sun never set. Maxie remembers what happens when Groudon forces the sun to always be out, and his old dreams of expanding the land would've gone too well thanks to Drought.
- The Sun will eventually die, but some want to speed up the process. However there are gods who can repair the Sun. Both Hal Jordan and Robert Capa sacrificed themselves to re-ignite the Sun. This importance of this seems to have been fueled by the discovery that in one universe, it serves as the afterlife. Souls that aren't careful as the Sun downloads them will be incinerated however. Amazingly there is even life on the sun. Bender can attest to that as he thwarted a notorious solar criminal called Flamo from turning Earth into a second sun, making him a hero to the sun people. Most were surprised since they assumed Bender was guilty of arson; he's willing to commit arson yes, but not for Engineered Heroics.
- Though destined to make the Earth unlivable in a billion years or more, there exists a timeline where it did something "similar" much earlier. And by "similar", we mean "make its light turn any living thing into the consistency of melted wax and keep enough of its memories to grab survivors into itself and make more monstrosities". This is SCP-001 (S.D Locke's Proposal) and learning of this solar singularity is why The SCP Foundation has put more restrictions on what the Trope Pantheon can and can't throw into it, less they accidentally trigger it in the "main" timeline. Keel Lorenz can't help but think if this is a fitting alternative to Instrumentality, and the Borg speculate on if they could somehow incorporate it into their goals of perfection through assimilation.
- Before you ask, no the SCP Foundation isn't going to terminate SCP-682. They tried that, but the damn lizard came back on fire. Besides, they have a more important anomaly near the Sun; its "sister" SCP-179
. Right next to the Sun, "Sauelsueor" points to and alerts life in the solar system to threats. The SCP Foundation also had to deal with "solar tape worms"
twice the diameter of the Earth. One wonders if they're distant relatives of the Star Killing C'Tan. As they find souls tastier now they'd rather not feed on Earth's Sun because a) the aforementioned parasites "makes it gross" and b) not worth getting more of the Imperium of Mankind on their ass right now.
- Most vampires treat the sun as half as bad as the nightmare "When Day Breaks" scenario. It's especially lethal for Dio Brando, who's corpse disintegrated in a matter of seconds. Zim believes that this vampire weakness is because humans had booby-trapped the Sun, however he only thinks this because he was stupid enough to look directly at it for directions. Fuhrer King Bradley lost thanks to a quick blinding light from the sun, but he still thinks Zim's anger at the Sun is stupid. On a much lighter note, Mario is always a little bit cautious of the Sun because sometimes the "sun" attacks him.
- Whether the original Lamps or Trees the sun and moon replaced was also dangerous to vampires is unknown. Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca were asked for their opinion, only to give a confused stare as they're pretty sure they'd remember that kind of sun/moon. According to them there are four previous suns
. Tezcatlipoca was the first sun but he could only manage half of one and lost his position thanks to Quetzalcoatl. The Feathered Serpent was the second one, but the Smoking Mirror got back at him by turning the people into monkeys; Quetzalcoatl blew them away out of frustrating and stepped down from the role as the sun god.

- Allies: Jason Voorhees, Leatherface,The Fabrication Machine,The Scarecrow, SCP-173, Fiddlesticks
- Enemies: Eustace Bagge
- Rivals: Chucky, Slappy
- Feared by: The Scarecrow of Oz, Courage the Cowardly Dog
- Opposes: All bully deities and Fire wielding deities.
- The nightmare known as "Harold" began when two simpleton farmers, Thomas and Alfred, decided to build a "doll the size of a man" to scare away the birds. Thus Harold was born, and he did wonders for the garden. In return, however, Thomas and Alfred soon began taking their frustrations on the doll, beating and mocking him whenever they felt mean. But Harold wasn't about to be passive. One day, after enduring more humiliation from the idiot farmers, Harold started to grunt. And grow. And walk. Frightened, the two men decided the best option was to flee from their creation-but they forgot the milk stools. Underestimating the doll, Thomas decided to whip back to the barn. Later, Alfred watched in horror as his murderous scarecrow tauntingly laid out the skin of a man on their hut. Harold hasn't been seen since...but one day, a lone figure of sacks and straw was discovered outside the pantheon gates. When it was brought inside to inspect, it started moving on its own and looking for someone else to lay out to dry.
- Being a vessel of rage and revenge, Harold may seem mindless, but he can show a degree of cunning and adaptivity. He's also a little more sympathetic(as far as he can be) to abused souls who lash out with bloody results.
- Both Jason Voorhees and Bubba "Leatherface" Sawyer see Harold as a kindred spirit, and he in turn is happy to show them his skin drying method. Pray, pray he's kept from getting the chance.
- He's sometimes sighted with fellow monster scarecrow Fiddlesticks, but the latter makes Harold look quite insignificant due to his demonic powers. Harold is okay with playing sidekick nonetheless.
- The Fabrication Machine has taken an interest in him, both because he's of similar nature to it's Stitchpunk enemies, and that they share a common hatred of humanity, especially those who mistreat their creations. Harold has served as muscle for "Fabby" so he can both spread terror on a wider scale, and be surrounded by artificial creations like himself for company.
- Harold recently popped up outside a certain house in the middle of Nowhere. Courage rightfully freaked out, while Eustace mocked the doll's appearance and Muriel decided to employ him as a scarecrow. Courage spent a good deal of time thwarting Harold's attempts to murder his cantankerous owner. Fortunately Harold had no intention of harming the dog or Muriel because Eustace was the only one incurring his wrath.
- He steers as clear of fire as possible, very justifiably so. Also, don't quote "Let's throw him in the fire" around Harold, what'll happen next won't be pretty.
- Despite sometimes being compared to fellow homicidal doll-men like Slappy and Chucky, Harold wants nothing to do with them, particularly because they're huge bullies in and of themselves.
I'm still wondering if Unwilling Roboticisation is taken, I think the main characters of Tetsuo: The Iron Man would be a great fit. Anyone familiar with bizarre Japanese Cult cinema could see why, but for the uninitiated: the film series centers on sociopathic cyborg madman Yatsu, the "Metal Fetishist" and the unlucky Salarymen he targets to mutate into mechanical humanoids. That doesn't even begin to describe these movies.

Alien Empera once covered the sun in dark materials to weaken the Ultras who have light-related origins as their own planet's sun blew up before they built an artificial one.
All your existing texts need some serious expansion as they only reach out to three lines per paragraph and a lot is missing from them in content

Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, ngl@Sun: Nightmare Moon seems to be more concerned with just eternal night on her dominion, and might be more receptive to alternative methods, as long as the Sun is out of the way, as I've mentioned in her profile. Destroying it would still not be preferable, though.
- sigh* Reminds me, I have to work on the Unterzee again.
for Meta Knight. Also,
for the Tangle and Whisper nomination.
@RJ: For H. G. Wells, he was actually an in-game companion of Lex, who ended up helping the bookworm with stopping Big(ger) Brother from removing all book information from libraries everywhere.
@Snailfish: How would Harold react to The Birds, a large aggressive flock consisting of crows, their relatives, and others? A possible scarecrow abuser would be Rottweiler, an infamously terrible neighbor who has no care for treating others' property respectfully, and there's Salad Fingers, a weird and enigmatic man that does unusual things like speak to finger puppets as if they were people, playing with corpses, or even peel off some of his own skin and "sell it" (though there's hardly anybody else alive in his home), and would see Harold as alive regardless of knowledge. And as noted earlier, try expanding your texts to be more sustainable paragraphs as others have done here.

KILL CONSUME MULTIPLY CONQUER@ Harold: Maybe his alignment should be "True Neutral normally, Chaotic Evil when angered"

Some time ago Super Wiki wanted to restore an object to the treasury. Would it be alright if I complete it?
- The Anti-Life Equation (Hall of Maximum Security, Lawful Evil)-a restoration. This was proposed by Super Wiki to return, and I wish to finish it off. The Anti-Life Equation is the MacGuffin Darkseid wants. It is a mathematical formula that proves life is meaningless, allowing you to mind control anyone who hears it by robbing them of their free will. Darkseid wants to use this on everyone everywhere. Regarding Ahsoka Tano, I don't think she's a proper fit for Master-Apprentice Chain. I mean, shouldn't the representative(s) of that trope be at least one master, one apprentice, and one between them who was both? As far as we know, she does not take on any apprentices after leaving the Jedi Order.
TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members Database@Sailor Venus 372: This might be a little late but I wonder how Canaletto and Raven Beak would interact, given they share a surprising amount in common. Both ruthlessly evil avian-aliens resembling Ravens, both former "heroes" before they went nuts and started their respective paths to conquest, both manipulate the space-pilot female protagonist to their own ends and think of themselves as her "creator", and both have red eyes.

Posting this pre-draft for feedback. Would like deities who've turned good after being on the side of evil due to mistreatment or betrayal. Also those who were once blindly loyal to a cause before realizing how wrong it was after seeing the uglier sides to their factions

Jindrax and Toxica, Divine Duo of Life-Earning Redemptions

-
s:
- Potential House:
- Lesser Deities. Were briefly Intermediate Deities as Super Orgs and Toxica as Necronomica.
- Symbol: Their head's helmets.
- Alignment: Neutral Good, formerly Chaotic Evil
- Portfolio: '''Life-Earning Redemption Out of Mistreatment, Adaptational Heroism, Ineffective Villain Duo, Minion Shipping, Survive Unlike their Counterparts, Briefly Gained Stronger Forms.
- Domains: Redemption, Sparing, Comedic Villains.
- Herald: Juggelo (Jindrax's brother).
- Allies: The Power Rangers Deities (especially Eric Taylor)
- Rivals: Jessie, James and Meowth.
- Enemies: The Evil Power Rangers Deities (especially Viktor Adler/The Master Org)
- Jindrax and Toxica were once part of the Org race, who sought to destroy all life, when the first Human-Org War ended in the defeat and seeming destruction of the Master Org, leader of all Orgs, Jindrax and Toxica went into hiding for 3000 years until the Master resurfaced along with the appearance of the Wild Force Power Rangers who swore to defeat the Orgs; though soon they found out the "Master" was just a human in disguise, Viktor Adler, and betrayed him for it and his treatment of them. However the Master came back with a vengeance and tried to get both killed, succeeding at taking out Toxica but failing to kill Jindrax whose loyalty to the Orgs was shattered by this act. Eventually Jindrax would resurrect Toxica, who realizing she'd been fighting for the wrong side all along made a choice to have both herself and Jindrax aid the Wild Force team in thwarting the Master's plans before departing on peaceful terms once the Master was seemingly done for. With the Master Org fully defeated after their departure, the two were finally able to free themselves of the service to the Orgs.

Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, nglIs someone actually trying to do Thragg for The Social Darwinist? I don't know that much about him, but if he really is the best example of this trope, then I won't stop someone from working on him.
Everyone look at my sandbox
Crimson Shark has him as an idea that's also up for adoption. So there's that.
The name of the Power Ranger Jindrax had a rivalry with is named Taylor Earnhardt. I think the Eric you have in mind is a different un-ascended Ranger Taylor got involved with.
AFAIK, no.

TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseRegarding that first nomination megapost from last page, I would have Led Zeppelin in mind for Hard Rock, and New Order as another possibility for Alternative Dance.
New page, new chance for suggestions.
This is a bit different. Instead of a list of ideas for new gods, this is a list of for Potential Group Reworks where gods from the same franchise gets combined into one profile, freeing up tropes for others to use.
Note - Many of these characters are already in the Pantheon. These ideas include changing the tropes or adding in additional characters to already existing profiles. If you wish to adopt them, go ahead.

TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseJust remembered that I was allowed to launch Hyde, since it's been more than a week since he got 3
votes. So, uh, yeah. Just informing you all now that he's up and that I am a fool.

Tangle the Lemur and Whisper the Wolf, Dual Goddesses of Obtaining Fanart At First Sight
Reasoning: Showcased early, Tangle and Whisper started getting fan art fairly almost immediately after their designs were showcased, before they eventually joined the comic proper. In Sonic IDW fashion, this happens whenever a character ends up showcased early, but Tangle and Whisper were the first.
Also extremely early draft of The Master of Dimensions, The Pleaser of Crowds! Dimentio!
