Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Okay, Dung Defender was moved to Down the Drain. So, I'm asking again for improvement suggestions, deity interactions, and suggestion for what house should I put Zote in.
- House: TBD
- Quasideity (Lesser God as Grey Prince Zote)
- Symbol: His head
- Theme Song: Main Theme feat. Zote
, alternately Truth, Beauty and Hatred feat. Zote
- Grey Prince Zote-specific: Truth, Beauty and Hatred
(not featuring Zote)
- Grey Prince Zote-specific: Truth, Beauty and Hatred
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Portfolio: Self-Proclaimed Knight, Boisterous Weakling, Joke Character, Zero-Effort Boss, Fake Ultimate Hero, Looks Oddly Similar to the Knight Itself, But Acts as Its Total Opposite in Terms of Personality and Mannerisms, Small Name, Big Ego, Jerkass, Ungrateful Bastard, Butt-Monkey, Fearless Fool, Calls His Nail "Life Ender" That is Completely Incapable of Ending Lives, Fights by Swinging His Nail Around Like a Doofus, Carved His Nail by Himself at Young Age, Shellwood Nails Are Not Better At All, Associated with Number 57, Travels Alone, Self-Serving Memory, Deludes Himself Into Believing to Be Almighty, Will Attempt to Badmouth You to Others If You Beat Him
- Domains: Pride, Weakness, Foolishness
- Heralds: Zotelings
- Rivals: The Knight (one-sided on his part)
- Enemies: Cirno
- Annoys: Anyone he meets
- The kingdom of Hallownest has attracted quite a plenty visitors who were interested in seeing its lush landscapes or seeking thrill of combat and glory. One of such visitors was Zote the Mighty, a Self-Proclaimed Knight of "great renown". With 'Life Ender', his trusty nail in hand he carved from shellwood at young age, he seeks to face the challenges of Hallownest and fulfill a promise he made long ago. He had vanquished thousands of enemies, and cannot be beaten, for he lacks any sorts of weaknesses...according to himself, at least. In reality, he's just a bumbling fool who always gets into all kinds of trouble and boasts about victories he never achieved. He was chewed on by Vengefly King only to get rescued by the actual Knight, who he berated for getting in between him and his prey (except in the alternate accounts that state the Knight neglected to save him, allowing the Vengefly King to eat him alive). Much later, he was trapped in the spider web in Deepnest, where he was rescued by the Knight once again and berated his savior once more for almost hitting him with his nail. And then, even more later, he was captured by the Fools in their Colosseum, forced to partake in their Gladiator Games, only to lose pathetically to the aforementioned Knight. With his pride wounded, he returned into the town of Dirtmouth, bringing "the trophy for his ultimate victory in the Colosseum of Fools" and then proceeded to badmouth the Knight to all citizens. However, nobody believed him except for a shy beetle named Bretta, who, after initially fangirling over "the White Wanderer", was quickly enarmored by "the Grey Prince" and took his words about her former idol for truth. Though the Knight did shatter her illusions in the dreamscape, prompting her to leave him, he didn't care, since, in his own mind at least, he has achieved everything he desired, and finally fulfilled his promise...said promise being a promise of glory he made to himself.
- How did Zote the Mighty get into the Pantheon? Well, it all began when the Knight was exploring the Pantheon and noticed the fragile wall in one of the Houses. Whether it was compelled by curiosity, or some otherworldly will, or the fact that it realized that there was someone in need for help underneath, the Knight started striking the wall, damaging it so hard the wall shattered, and then entirely new temple came from the other side, with the statue of the warrior in the middle, the one slightly indentical to the Knight itself, depicting him standing in triumphal pose with a nail in his hand. Said warrior popped out through the same hole in the wall seconds later, having turned out to be stuck in the wall for the entire time. After coming to his senses, he looked at the Knight and then immediately proceeded to rip it a new one for its help.
"Just what do you think you're doing? You almost struck me with your rusty nail, breaking that pathetic rock wall I could've destroyed by myself! And if you had, it would have been the end of you! Know this, cur. I am Zote the Mighty, a knight of great renown. Cross my path again, and you will see why they call my weapon 'Life Ender'! Now begone from my sight, lest I draw my nail and strike you down!"
- Many deities were surprised when they discovered that Zote was stuck inside the wall in the Pantheon for a very long time, though some eventually admitted that they would've preferred him to be stuck there for a longer time, given how irritating he eventually proved himself to be. After thorough observation of his behavior, it was initially proposed to make him a divine representation of the Boisterous Weakling archetype, basing it on the fact he's absolutely pathetic in strength, yet always brags about his non-existent strength, but the title was already given to one certain ice fairy. However, it was also noted that he always refers to himself as "a knight of great renown" whenever he can, and it was established that the knight title was never officially bestowed to him by anyone, nor he can be referred as "the Knight" due to being a candidate for being the Hollow Knight, as he (most likely) isn't one of the Vessels, unlike the actual entity that bears the title of the Knight. With that in mind, he was officially bestowed upon the title of the "divine" Self-Proclaimed Knight.
- It took him three day to realize that the Knight who saved him from the wall is actually the same Knight who he frequently had run-ins with in the past. Irritated by his presence, his rivalry with the Knight was reignited once more, and he frequently tried to make sure to discredit it whenever he can by lying to others about it being the horrible beast, or trying to steal the credit for all good deeds it did or dangerous enemies it vanquished. So far no one except few Super Gullible deities took his words for truth, as they know better than to trust someone who can't scratch even the weakest quasideity, or acts as an insufferable Jerkass.
- He has a set of 57 rules he lives by, which he refers to as the 'Fifty-Seven Precepts of Zote'. Their complete list can be read here
◊. Zote himself, when not adventuring, can be seen describing his precepts near his temple to anyone who passes by, or to nobody in general, as he more often than not fails to acknowledge that nobody is listening, too deluded by his own "glory" to be aware of the lack of audience.
- Is a frequent butt of all kinds of jokes from other deities of the Pantheon who mock him for being absolutely weak, yet still believing himself to be the strongest and unbeatable, and for the fact that his 'Life Ender' never ended not even one life. Some deities decided to test how weak is Zote by pitting him against the various deities that die from one hit or suffer from severe drawback from getting hit to see will his 'Life Ender' manage to end their lives or inflict said drawbacks. The results? No matter how hard Zote struck them with his 'Life Ender', Sonic the Hedgehog didn't lose his rings, Cuphead and Mugman didn't get a single crack, and Eryi, Zee Tee, Viridian, Born and The Kid remained completely unharmed despite the fact that they die from a single hit from everything else, proving that yes, Zote is just that weak, and his 'Life Ender' cannot end lives at all. However, as far as Zote is aware, he did manage to end their lives, and nothing would convince him otherwise.
- Another frequent subject of mockery is the fact that Cirno, the aforementioned ice fairy that serves as a prime divine representation for the Boisterous Weakling archetype, manages to be stronger than him (or, in other words, Zote is weaker than a goddess of Boisterous Weaklings). To prove them wrong and show them that he's not a weakling, he once attempted to challenge her in hopes of beating her and establishing that he's not the weaker one. It ended with Zote being completely unable to bruise or even scratch her even at times when he nailed the hit, while Cirno defeated him quite easily without putting any effort in her attacks. Zote still holds a grudge against her and constantly tries to challenge her over and over again, each rematch being no more successful than the last one.
- With Zote's ascension, it was reported that a being very similar to him in appearance had manifested in the House of Dreams. This entity was a dream-born being conjured from the subconsciousness of Bretta, a shy young beetle girl who was once enarmored with real Zote's lies and imagined up a perfect, idealized version of him known as Grey Prince Zote. While still incompetent when it comes to tactics, the Grey Prince wields unimaginable strength (which grows stronger with each defeat until the 10th one), can produce massive shockwaves and spawn Zotelings, bizarre creatures that bear the resemblance to Zote himself and come in three flavors: spider-like Hopping Zotelings, fly-like Winged Zotelings, and maggot-like Volatile Zotelings. Though the Grey Prince was initially an independent entity, as it was just a figment of Bretta's imagination, Zote eventually managed to learn to take this form in the House of Dreams. After all, he did manage to take the background music normally associated with the Grey Prince form, let alone sing it
, so it would only be a matter of time until he would claim the form for himself as well.
- Similarly, the statue in his temple serves another purpose beyond just looking cool and feeding Zote's ego: a long physical contact with it transports the deity into the unique place in the dreamscape, which takes form of the empty arena, where the deity must fight countless hordes of Zotelings in the event known as "The Eternal Ordeal". The ordeal is considered won if the contestant succesfully kills 57 Zotelings, but they can continue murdering Zotes for how much they would like, and they leave only if they get killed by Zotelings (in that case they would simply wake up in reality, or, if they are thought-forms, will get transported into their temple), or if they choose to leave on their own. Many deities who are extremely annoyed by Zote find this experience very cathartic, and due to that, they become the frequent visitors of Zote's temple, if for all the wrong reasons.
- I am Zote the Mighty, a knight of great renown. My weapon, 'Life Ender' has struck down hundreds of foes. Begone, or you'll be next!
Dung Defender, God of Sewer Levels (Ogrim, White Defender, Kindly God of Bravery and Honour)

- Allies: The Knight
- Enemies: The Radiance
- Opposed By: The many Neat Freaks of the Pantheon
- Back when the kingdom of Hallownest was prospering under the Pale King's rule, beneath the throne stood the Five Great Knights, who served as the kingdom's protectors. Among them was Ogrim, best known as the Dung Defender, who was revered for his Undying Loyalty to Hallownest and the Pale King, and participated in many battles and adventures with his fellow knights. Alas, the Infection struck, and Hallownest was brought to ruin, with its inhabitants being turned into monstrous, infected, mindless husks. Dung Defender managed to avoid this fate by isolating himself in the Royal Waterways, where all of refuse had gathered. There, he swore to protect the grove of his fellow knight Isma, who he had a particular kind of close relationship with, and denied access to all visitors, granting passage only to those who prove their honour in combat. Such was the case with the little Knight who he once mistook for one of the aforementioned husks only to get defeated in what he described as "the most majestic knightly fashion". Though unaware of the eventual fate of his King and his fellow knights, he still held hope that they would eventually reunite and that the Hallownest will be reborn again, glorious and bright, as it ever was. Eventually, he went on the journey to make sure the line of Hallownest's Great Knights will not end with him, but not before leaving one parting gift to the little Knight in form of the dung sculpture made in its likeness.
- One day, a foul odor had spread itself across the entire House of Gameplay. As the investigation was held, the reason behind the odor turned out to be a new room in the sewer with a huge pool of dung and feces in the middle, its smell going all the way to the surface. A group of adventurers was sent there to investigate, but the moment they arrived, the dung in the giant pile began to rustle and scatter, and a big, armor-clad dung beetle bursted out of the dung pool, and, with a Primal Chest-Pound and the loud Battle Cry of "FAAAAAAARRRFFUUUUNNNDADDAAA!", initiated the fight, ignoring the initial pleas of the group that they mean no harm. A battle ensued, and a lot of dung was chucked around, but the group eventually became victorious, launching the beetle warrior into the pile of dung. Several hours after the battle, the group returned into his place, and the warrior emerged from the pool of dung once more, this time much chummier than before. He apologized for the conflict, admitting that it was his mistake and explaining that he was greatly caught off-guard by him suddenly appearing in the unfamiliar place and assumed the worst about the group. Once the misunderstanding was cleared, Dung Defender got his place in the Pantheon, ascended as the God of Sewer Levels.
- As one can easily tell by his name, Dung Defender has a strong preference for dung. As his primary weapon, he can roll up the dung balls to throw them at enemies (which he can occasionally follow up by rolling into a ball to bounce together with the balls), swim in the dung pool like in the water, and dive into the dung to unburrow himself later, throwing dung balls everywhere. His affinity extends even beyond the combat, as he lives in the cave in the pool of dung and makes dung sculptures. Due to spending so much time in the dung pool, he constantly omits strong dung odor as his Signature Scent, which he calls "the proud odour of the just". As a result, he ended up being the primary target of the many Neat Freaks, who seek to clean him up so that he would no longer spread his "heroic odor" across the entire Pantheon.
- Dung Defender was overjoyed to meet the Knight once more in the Pantheon, and would gladly come to its assistance whenever he can, always happy to have adventures together with a fellow warrior of Hallownest. Much like the Knight, Dung Defender also seeks to permanently put an end to the Radiance and rid the world of her plague. The Radiance, of course, hates him, not just because he's one of the Pale King's followers, but also because she's personally offended by the fact that he managed to avoid her Mystical Plague for unbelievably long time and still manages to avoid it in the Pantheon as well.
- In the House of Dreams, he's known to take another form, known as the White Defender. In this form, he looks identical to his real self, but his armor is now shining white, and he's also much faster and more powerful, and reacts gallantly to each defeat by becoming stronger, reaching his maximum limit only after 4 defeats. This was the form Dung Defender possessed at his prime back during the golden age of Hallownest.
The Great Mighty Poo will probably be amused to see another bug use fecal matter to attack his foes.
@ Dung Defender: He may be interested in fellow scarab Khepri

- Allies
- Applies to the Author: All good Mega Man gods, George, The Doctor, Future Trunks, Estonia
- Applies to the Helmeted Author: The Grand United Alliance of Destruction, Agent Smith Sephiroth, Bob (probably)
- Applies to the Shadowy Author: Most of the Author's allies, particularly George, the Pantheonic Time Police
- Enemies(all of them): Lord English
- Applies to the Author: Bob, Omega (Mega Man Zero), Dr Weil
- Applies to the Helmeted Author: George, all good Mega Man deities, The Crew of the Nebuchadnezzar, Raistlin Majere
- Applies to the Shadowy Author: The Grand United Alliance of Machines for the most part
- Opposes: Wade Wilson aka Deadpool
- The Author is just one of many Authors who watch over the many dimensions that inhabit the multiverse, this one watching his version of the Mega Man universe. And he's not the only Author; he has an Evil Twin called the Helmeted Author, and an enigmatic "ally" known as the Shadowy Author. Being Authors, they have tremendous powers over the strip. The out of universe Author is a teacher known as Dave Anez, who planned for a hand drawn comic but people liked the Sprite Comic better.
- Applies to the lot
- Initially the Author alone ascended under the Ass Pull and Author Guest Spot tropes, but since he was gone so long from the webcomic the distractions of bets and booze he gave to the Helmeted Author ran out, and he arrived to cause mischief in the pantheon. The Shadowy Author arrived to chastise the Author about this, but it was too late as the Helmeted Author made an agreement with the Court of the Gods to ascend under Author Powers. However as a concession this could be only done if all three Authors ascend under the trope, much to his frustration.
- The three assume that Zero killed all the Classic characters, except maybe Auto and Proto Man. The Shadowy Author is motivated to stop it, however by the time the Author gave up the plot Inafune Jossed this as what happened. The Author and Shadowy Author still don't trust him, and the Helmeted Author is somewhat disappointed. It might be because the Mega Man characters faked their death and moved to Acapuco.
- Deadpool likes trolling all three Authors, which with his utter lack of a fourth wall is easy to do. Due to their effect (mainly the Author), Marvel Comics characters finally start to get the fourth wall breaks within their presence...though Deadpool is still crazy either way. However he's more of an annoyance. And when you compound three variants of Death Is Cheapnote with his Healing Factor, they've discovered even their mighty power has a snowball's chance in hell of keeping him dead for even a minute.
- Lord English actually overpowers all three and actually managed to kill his own author. He'd love to have that same kind of rush on his path to kill everyone and everything. Opposing him is one of the only things to motivate the Author and Helmeted Author to team up. A possible Fusion Dance of the three may stand a chance. How their Death Is Cheap narrative stacked with the pantheon's might compare to Lord English' power to kill people who are already dead has yet to be seen.
- Applies to the Author
- The Author's gone many times to his dimension to interfere with the problems, but he prefers not to do so. He's done it even less ever since several others have decided to do so themselves, with less than stellar results. He's also tired of people breaking the fourth wall, despite him constantly doing it himself. He justifies this by saying that he at least did it during a time where it wasn't annoying.
- Has general respect to all Mega Man gods, or at least the heroic ones. This cannot be said to Dr Weil, which is completely justified. Weil actually hates the Author because he's a Weirdness Magnet who makes things Denser and Wackier, which throws a Spanner in the Works given he's a Knight of Cerebus. Due to how serious the Mega Man Zero series is, its Cerebus Syndrome might actually council out the Author's Weirdness Magnet effect.
- The Author's hatred of Dr Weil is compounded by his fear of Omega, who is EXACTLY what he feared Zero did to the classic cast and caused an even worse Cataclysm in the future.
- Works closely with the Doctor and Future Trunks to make sure the Time-Space Continuum doesn't fall apart. Because of his amazing powers, he's been a great asset to them. He's also a very skilled Flash animator, and will gladly animate someone's adventures for them, if only for the more dramatic parts. However, don't even think about asking him to hand-draw them.
- The Council Of Cloudcuckooland theorizes that he is secretly Keji Inafune, or maybe Andrew Hussie in disguise. The fact the Author has denied this and has been seen in the same room has done nothing to fuel their bizarre speculation. He just tends to ignore them, and when he actually does work he can be found working as a teacher in the House of School. It comes with the territory.
- Applies to the Helmeted Author
- Shortened to Helmut, he looks just like the Author except with a helmet. He invaded the strip planning to destroy it as he did with others, but was eventually defeated by the Author and forced to be a commenter in demiplane. He's somewhat of an ally to the GUAD, but Helmut is lazy and not above making bets with the Author. The last two years of the strip were this, as part of George's mom's plan to get him to grow a pair.
- The Helmeted Author decided to impersonate Mega Man for a second time, and since he's not an idiot in canon he was able to act more competently with his impersonation. This worked for a time, until the Author tripped him up by disguising himself as X and said "how's it's going Uncle Fisty?", which led to a massive rant.
- Usually seen drinking Wily Beer, and trying to get off the Power Limiter of a helmet the Author made sure was stuck on him before he could ascend. He looks like Sephiroth, and his true identity is Fistandantilus. Given Sephiroth's own ambitions for world destruction, they get along though mainly in the Alcohol sub-house.
- The Helmeted Author's powers have been described as being "matrix-like", and the comparison became more noticeable when he decided to dick around with the actual Matrix. Unfortunately for him Neo had more experience Reality Warping in the Matrix and was actually able to stand a chance against him...however he knows it was only because he was in the Matrix and he'd be screwed outside of it. Agent Smith, due to his nihilistic omnicidal desires, convinced Helmut they might work better as a team.
- Having merged with Bob during his role as the final villain in order to aid him out, it's presumed they're allies. However this was done primarily to win a bet that George was wiling to put him down, with the Helmeted Author lost. Bob doesn't trust him, but Helmut is willing to aid him in revenge against the Author. Just as long as he leaves George out of it this time.
- Applies to the Shadowy Author
- An enigmatic being who was a figure for the fans to speculate, he was listed in the villains part of the cast page. However he's arguably the Big Good and is trying to avert the Cataclysm, which he succeeded at as far as the main universe is concerned. This is because he's an alternate version of the Author, trying to atone for not stopping it.
- The Author's allies are his allies, which makes sense considering they're sort of the same person, however he's more proactive if enigmatic about it. The Shadowy Author works closely with the Pantheonic Time Police, and has declared himself an enemy of the GUAM...well, except for it's good-aligned members. Mainly because they would love to bring about a Cataclysm and have the means to do it.
- While he tends to be affable towards Mega Man and Bass, he's a little bit annoyed that they caused an alternate Cataclysm in the Rockman Universe. Well not them, but their smart Mirror Universe counterparts from the future. In a split timeline Rockman Universe caused by Bob. Yes, it makes sense, shut up.
- He is not George's mom. Stop asking. For a time he was George, in the sense of being fused. Part of his mom's plan to toughen him out in case Bob needs to be stopped.

- Bob: The Author, the Narrator, Andrew Hussie, Scott Cawthon, clones, people named Jed
- Former enemies: The Classic Mega Man characters (Bob only)
- Opposes: Time travelers, Red Mage Statowski (both), Black Mage, the Jedi (Bob only)
- Fears: The ascended Pokémon (Bob only)
- Wary of: X (George only)
- Bob and George may not have been the first sprite comic, but it was the most influential. Its' title characters were George the electricity-wielding superhero, and Bob the pyrokinetic supervillain. Or Anti-Hero, if you want to be nice. Originally from a hand-drawn superhero-themed universe, they soon found themselves entangled in the wacky antics of the sprite comic.
- Applies to both
- The two suddenly appeared in the Pantheon through some convoluted Time Paradox and a series of portals. It's best not to talk about what happened. They stay far away from the House of Time And Space because after everything they went through, they hate time travel. Initially Bob thought Lord English was cool for killing his author, until he learned what a monster he was and what he did to his sister; he doesn't show it, but he does care for George. Not to mention his abuse of time travel.
- Both despise Grandfather Paradox even more, because he is the embodiment of why they hate time travel.
- Bob may hate Lord English now, but he hates Andrew Hussie and Scott Cawthon a smidge more. Both of them hate Yuuki Terumi, both for moral reasons and because he's an absolute Troll. To a lesser extent they hate Dr Wily due to past experiences with him. They were also both disgusted by Weil, who hates them for the same reason he hates their Author; their Weirdness Magnet effects might serve as a Spanner in the Works for his goals.
- They know of the other iconic Sprite Comic. Being the genuine hero of the group Fighter likes George, however George can find his ignorance of his teammate's blatant evil frustrating. Bob seems to get along with Thief, but he gets annoyed by his miserliness. Both are annoyed by Black Mage and Red Mage; Bob opposes his Stupid Evil tendencies, and Red Mage's sheer insanity is almost as frustrating as time travel for them.
- George is most likely to be found in the House of Food, eating lots of ice cream. He's also a good friend to all the Pokemon in the Pantheon, but especially Pikachu, for obvious reasons. Bob, on the other hand, is scared to death of all of them, for unknown reasons. He can also be found in the House of Food, as Bob makes a mean barbeque and the GUAG is welcome to enjoy it.
- The two are good friends with Morrigan and Lilith, as their mother is a succubus. This seems to give them some immunity to their seductive charms. Their mother is a daughter of Satan, but neither are sure which, if any of the pantheon's devils is their grandpa. They've ruled out the South Park one for obvious reasons, and both hope that it isn't Dis. They still like to chill out with the former.
- Because their grandfather is Satan, a number of ascended deities might be their aunts and uncles. Fortunately for George, some like Rin want to do good. Damien, very much the opposite, was frustrated by his potential nephew choosing good. He was more impressed by Bob, however Bob isn't interested in his grandpa's business and is doing his own thing.
- Applies to George
- Even though George is a fanboy of all the Mega Man Gods in the Pantheon, he doesn't get along with X, seeing how he screwed George over as his Spirit Guide, as well as trying to take over the world in the present. He, at the very least, has tried to make friends for X.
- George often says that he's more invincible than Batman and the Doctor combined; seeing how he was able to defeat things that Mega Man himself couldn't, this claim could possibly be more than just a simple tall-tale. The Author cleared this up by pointing out it only applied to Bob and George, due to being a title character of which he doesn't have in the pantheon. By his logic, it only applies to Trope-tan and Pantheon.
- Being a superhero himself, George is a huge fan of Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, and the fact they're part of the same house was something to be happy about. He's joined up with a number of electric superheroes to kick evil's ass, mainly Virgil Hawkins due to being closer to his age.
- His experience with X has demonstrated he's a clear threat to both the Cybermen and the Borg Queen's goals of assimilating everything. That said, the same electrical power that makes him a threat could be turned to a massive asset if they were to successfully assimilate him. The Pod People are also enemies since George once fought off aliens who were impersonating people. Notably one of these impersonators turned good and they kept him around because they liked Fake Jay more than the original Jay.
- His conflict between his brother eventually led to him growing willing to kill him if necessary, and may have ended up doing so had they not been warned of the Cataclysm and the future. While he holds a special relationship with his younger brothernote , he won't hesitate to take down evil pyromancers. However this doesn't mean he won't side with heroic fire users like Firestorm. To his utter joy, they can transmute tons and tons of ice cream, though it took a while to get the flavor right.
- Applies to Bob
- Bob's a supervillain and damn proud of it, even if he's not that much of a villain nowadays. Mega Man 6 happened allegedly when George suggested otherwise. So while he's not an active member of the Grand United Alliance of Evil, he still has some ties. Melkor has enticed him to be more committed, claiming to be his grandfather. Bob didn't buy it, said he was an ugly loser who can't get laid, and believes Lucifer is his real grandpa. This is because he respects his rebelliousness against his tyrannical creator.
- George isn't sure that Lucifer is his grandpa, but doesn't mind him and agrees with Bob that YHVH is a complete tool.
- Bob likes to go to the beaches in the House of Nature, and often invites the Final Fantasy VII gods to join him, except for Hojo. Yeah, he's a supervillain, but even he needs off-time. He also seems to have the hots for Tifa. Surprisingly for their past history he and the Mega Man deities like to hang out. When asked why, he pointed out it there was a couple of times he was OK settling down and he served as an Anti-Hero in the Rockman Universe before Alternate Future Megaman and Bass ruined everything. Also they chilled at Acapulco.
- Bob has a weird tendency to make any of the Japanese gods act like rude and uncivilized assholes. The sole exceptions to this are Panty and Stocking, to the surprise of no one. Still, the two angels prefer to stay away from the half-demons. George has this effect, but to a lesser extent. On the plus side he's an absolute wizard when it comes to software so Japanese gods related to Technology have benefited from his arrival.
- You can find Bob utilizing his fire powers in the House of Fire and Heat. Most villainous deities have goals that won't work for Bob, though Ragnaros is an exception and he thinks Bob is cool. Bob likes fellow pyromancer Azula too, due to her ambitions and desire to prove herself. He's rather disgusted by her father's treatment of her, so there's some sympathy there.
- Never say lewd things about his mother, though given she's a succubus this may be over-reacting. The last guy who said he saw her at the Succubus District was found as a pile of ashes. Also, he hates all clones and guys named Jed. While they're called the Jedi, Bob isn't on good terms with them even if he doesn't actively oppose them. Partly the use of clones in the Clone Wars, and partly the time he played Sith Lord as Darth Volcanus. The actual Darth Vader remains silent on his cosplay.

- Odd Relationship: The Smash Fighters
- Confuses: The Grand United Alliance of Machines
- Servants of the evil Giygas, this alien race is capable of PSI powers and are his elite troops, with other members composing of UFOs, Octobots, Mooks (not like a minion variety), Barbots, R7038, Atomic Power Robots, etc. This race of aliens is currently debated whether they are robots or organic. The former says that their robotic speech suggests this. On the other hand, the Rust Promoter has no effect on them and them being capable of taking Sudden Guts Pills as well as having a member of their ranks called the Ghost of Starman, makes them an enigmatic race. These two cases both have convincing evidence.
- Arrived to the Pantheon thanks to the aid of the Grand United Alliance of Destruction. They made themselves known by launching a full-scale invasion including not only themselves, but also their heralds, which happen to be the rest of Giygas’ army. Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo, who happened to remember that there was previously only one Starman in the Pantheon, proceeded to thwart the invasion with some help from other deities, but thanks to Nekron, it’s unlikely that they will be going away for a while.
- As they don’t really have a temple, the Starmen are really hard to keep track of. Sometimes they take over the temples of others to aid Giygas and even recreated Stonehenge Base in the Pantheon at one point. Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo put a stop to this, but still, it’s impressive that they can accomplish these things considering the amount of beings in the Pantheon that happen to be far stronger then they are.
- The Grand United Alliance of Machines have been having trouble figuring out just what exactly these aliens are. Like the rest of the Pantheon, they actually cannot tell if they are robotic or organic. Much to their frustration, the Starmen aren’t telling. Porky has no clue what they are and obviously they aren’t getting an answer from Giygas, the only being other than the Starmen that might know the answer.

“Get Snuck-Up On.”@Vanya: Glass Joe is known for being the weakest boxer, if his 1-99 record is telling. Dan Hibiki is also known for being a Joke Character. I also feel like the Waddle Dees would mistake Zote for a pushy friend since he's that weak.
I feel like the Starmen would also confuse hacker deities since stuff like the Rust Promoter item doesn't affect them, so maybe hacks would also be a source of confusion.
Posting my nomination for the Melnorme
for Proud Merchant Race since it has yet to get any response.

KILL CONSUME MULTIPLY CONQUER@Vanya
Video game level tropes tend to go in Halls like Locations, as with Olimar and Pikmin having Macro Zone, yet are stationed there.
SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYWhile they would fit the trope in a big rework, I am skeptical that The Endless would be reworked as one profile under Cast of Personifications. I would love to see what you guys' ideas on who should have the trope
Well, if the House of Emotion is eventually going to be dissolved as a result of its Halls becoming their own Houses, maybe the Inside Out emotions can represent that.
@Vanya: With that cast of 1HP wonders, perhaps I can form a new little group out of that. Question is, where would Super Meat Boy, who's the most likely candidate for the trope itself, fit in this?

TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseI'm almost done with SUNNY. I'll be taking feedback here soon.
But I'm not here to talk about that.
I would like to propose The Wall of Flesh as a Greater Deity note of Advancing Boss of Doom . Reasoning, is that you span this thing in the Game's underworld by sacrifice. It will then charge at you and pursue you from one end of the world to another, there is no way to get past it, and if it is still alive by the time it is on the other end, it will crush you to death. The reason why i believe this boss to be the best example, however, is Terraria has a bit of a problem of being able to cheese or weaken bosses by running away or going in a circle, contrary to what most people believe. More popular cheese is to run away to go to the nurse to heal, and then go back to the fight. The Wall of Flesh turns this weakness into its strength. You are always running away from it.note That's how the boss is played. It beautifully subverets a games flaw into a memorable boss experience.
Edit: Well... its time. Anything i need to add? This is my first time, so narutaly, i probably screwed something up.

This is a horror game with VERY dark themes. You Have Been Warned. note
SUNNY, The God of Confined Trauma Shut-ins (OMORI (Split Personality... for most of the game))

- Potential House: Character Archetypes in Characterization
- Rank: Quasideities. note
- Symbol: A Smashed black light bulb that gives off darkness instead.
- Theme Song: DUET
- Alignment: True Neutral, some hints of Good
- Portfolio: Dark Secret:Accidental Murder by stairs , Heroic Mime,Ironic Name,The Quiet One,Sleepwalking,Troubled Teen,SUNNY not Sunny,Walking Spoiler, Split Personality,Anti-Escapism Aesop,Bloodless Carnage,Color Motif,Eye Scream, Repressed Memories,Deliberately Monochrome.
- Domains: Dreams, Ignorance, Horror, Knives, Memory, Personality
- Followers: All people in his dream world.
- Allies: Isaac, Madeline, Lucas, Ysera, all other HikikOMORIs in the Pantheon.
- Rivals: Madotsuki.
- Enemies: Nightmare (Kirby) ,Wizeman, any fear based god.
- Complicated Relationship with: OMORI, for the clearly obvious reason that OMORI and SUNNY are the same Person. But as SUNNY began to rediscover the truth, OMORI Started to become more of an Enemy Within then a Split Personality.
- Tolerates: Persona-users, Ness, most people.
- Avoides: The House of Dreams.
- Avoided by: The Perfect Trumpet Thingy.
- Welcome to WHITE SPACE. OMORI's been living here for as long as he can remember. But OMORI's is just an Split Personality in the troubled dreams of a boy named SUNNY, who is moving out of his town in three days. And it doesn't help that SUNNY is a shut-in who just wants to sleep. But...four years ago, he used to be friends with people. One day, he finally works up the courage to try to experience their way of life again. What happened to divide this group? As SUNNY continues on through the vibrant dreams of his mind and the mundane parts of real life, he begins to uncover a forgotten past. When the time comes, the path chosen will determine his fate... and perhaps the fate of others as well.
- But that past, was far worse than what he thought it would be. 4 years ago, He and his Sister, MARI had an argument. In this argument, SUNNY accidently pushed MARI Down the stairs. Unfortunately, by some means, MARI Died. SUNNY put in her bed, and BASIL, a friend who was watching at the time, realised MARI had passed. So... BASIL planned with SUNNY to fake it as a suicide. note It tramazited the two, and the overwhelming guilt and denial led to the creation of SOMETHING. After that, SUNNY began visiting WHITE SPACE, a Dream world, through a black-and-white doppelgänger called OMORI. WHITE SPACE and OMORI were meant to serve as an escape from this truth, but SOMETHING, and its formed world, BLACK SPACE began to encroach WHITE SPACE. It's unknown how many times this has happened, but it seems to have been a repeating thing for those 4 years, causing SUNNY to stay in his house. But as SUNNY starts to interact with people again, OMORI begins to change as well...
- No one quite knows how the story ends. Maybe he's still dreaming. Or, as Some say,SUNNY succumbed to OMORI and committed suicide, and that's how he got into the Pantheon. Other members say he moved out of FARAWAY With OMORI and the guilt still in his headnote , and wandered into the Pantheon somewhere in his new town. But most people choose to believe that SUNNY overcame his problems, fused with OMORI , and told his old friends about the truth before moving, and wandering into the Pantheon like the last ending. Since a lot of people are aware of SUNNY's past, this fact is often used to try and prove the last point about SUNNY suddenly appearing. Whatever the case, He now stays at the pantheon.
- Madeline is pretty friendly to SUNNY. While she tends to be the more talkative one, the two get along quite well. It's probably due to the fact that they are like Birds of a Feather to each other. Some go as far to say their Too Much Alike as a joke.
- SUNNY's Split Personality, OMORI, puzzles most of the Persona-Users. Yu Narukami believes OROMI to a be a Shadow Self, and the rumors of him succumbing to OMORI and committing suicide is actually what happens when a Shadow Self succeeds at its goal of wiping out the original. The Phantom Thieves believe SUNNY to somehow have manifested a Palace, visited it and wiped it out all by himself, something unheard of by them.
- Yu often likes to take care of SUNNY. SUNNY doesn't seem to care one way or another. And Then Yu tries to get him to open up. SUNNY Doesn't like to talk. Futaba, on the other hand, actually did get SUNNY to talk about stuff.Once.
- Isaac and SUNNY is an odd relationship, but given how they both have a Dying Dream, and are very young for what they had to endure, they seem to get along fine. SUNNY isn't too great of a Babysitter though, and has to get help from the other gods, usually. (Just not Yu.)
- SUNNY tends to stay the hell away from Nightmare out of fear. SUNNY doesn't want to go through BLACK SPACE again. Actually, SUNNY just seems to want nothing to do with the House of Dreams. Probably because the line between that and the House of Fear are not clearly defined. And Madotsuki is there, whom bears an uncanny closeness to his own case and Knife Nut. Because of this, SUNNY considers her his only Rival.
- Ysera and Ned Needlemeyer stand out as the only Gods in this house who SUNNY Tolerates. Ysera has stepped in a few times to take care of SUNNY when Yu is away. SUNNY wouldn't say it, but he kinda actually likes Ysera. Ned Needlemeyer and SUNNY both have had very bad dreams due to Anxiety, and although SUNNY doesn't talk a lot, they quickly became fast friends.
- Surprising, the The Perfect Trumpet Thingy seems to stay away from SUNNY. No one's quite sure why, but some think its out of pity.
- Lucas is one of the very few people SUNNY will start a conversation with. This is probably due to the fact the two share many similar problems, both being more timid people with a family member who met an untimely end and have been chased by an invincible mutant monster that wanted to devour them. Ness is tolerated, although Lucas has tried to play wingman and get the two talk over steak.
- "Waiting for something to happen?"

Has bad enlish. Current Fronter: HeathFinally added an image for Belloq. Now does anyone have any more suggestions?
Dr. René Belloq The God whose Head Exploded

- New House: Methods of Killing
-
s:
- Lesser God
- Symbol: A hand grabbing a golden coin
- Alignment: Neutral Evil
- Portfolio: Your Head A-Splode, Affably Evil, Evil Counterpart, French Jerk, Shadow Archetype, Not So Different
- Domains: Archeology, Intelligence
- Current Employers: The GUAE
- Rival: Indiana Jones
- Enemies: Major Toht, Red Skull, Captain Picard, Boba Fett, The Spy, The Sniper, SCP-542
- Superior: George Lucas
- Fears: YHVH
- Dr. René Belloq is one of the most cunning and ruthless so called “archeologists” in the Pantheon and Indiana Jones’ rival. He is highly manipulative and usually takes advantage of others to do his dirty work rather than do the heavy lifting himself. Whether it’s stealing his rival Indiana Jones’ work or taking advantage of dictatorial regimes, he is a true threat to anyone unwise (or unfortunate) to have dealings with him.
- However, it’s not his clever mind games or corrupt archeological exploits that got him into the Pantheon, it’s the fact that his head messily exploded when he tried to use the power of the Lost Ark. He is NOT happy about that and doesn’t appreciate others pointing it out.
- He is positively TERRIFIED of YHVH considering that only a fragment of YHVH’s power caused his infamous head explosion. In fact, he’s terrified of the house of religion and faith in general. He’s actually started refusing to take jobs related to artifacts of any religion, which naturally makes finding work harder, but it’s best to be safe in his opinion.
- Speaking of jobs, he is currently employed by the GUAE, as they don’t have any gods that specialize in archaeology and Belloq needed a job. Right now he is mainly reading up on the histories of the various locations in the Pantheon.
- Things do get awkward when he has to work with any Nazi gods, as they utterly detest him after the “incident” with the Lost Ark that they heard about through Major Toht. In fact, Red Skull has put a massive bounty on his head that several Bounty Hunter gods have tried to collect.
- One hunter he has had to contend with is the Spy. The two of them have clashed on many occasions that have left them both very bitter with each other. Maybe it’s because they’re both French Jerk types?
- He is also being hunted by fellow house member The Sniper. He has actually done fairly well against Sniper out of sheer determination as he is DEFINITELY not going to have his head blown up again.
- The REAL threat to Belloq though is Boba Fett. They have fought against each other twice and both times Belloq had to fake his death in order to survive. There’s only so much that a gun and attempts to talk your way out will do against beskar armor. By the 3rd time Red Skull tried to hire Fett, he couldn’t meet his prices.
- Captain Picard is disgusted by him for turning an old hobby of his into a morally wrong way to make profit. He thinks he is a relic of a time when humans were fixated on money that should stay in the past. Not helping matters is that they work for opposite alliances that have been enemies since the beginning.

Really don't think he's outlived his usefulness to the Nazis if you ask me. He was working with them up until the moment he, Toht, and the others were killed. I mean, he did lead them to Indy and the Ark, and got what they wanted.
@Redthatcat, heads up, when talking about characters in Omori, I think it would be better to not use all caps, and instead stick to making it look like "Sunny" or "Omori".
Also, be sure to space after the commas in the portfolio. It makes the profile look nicer.
I thought he did get permission, but I could just be misremembering things.

Time to rise and shine. Good morning!@OMORI - Double-checking, but did you nominate for the character and get approval from him.
@Trypticon - Archaeologists that would oppose Belloq would include Lara Croft, Nathan Drake and The League of Explorers. Provided that he chose to work with the Nazis, maybe something with the Red Skull, though Lord Recluse (an unabashed Supervillain) would see him with contempt as he thinks Nazism is delusional and worthless.
I changed the title for Monokuma and his Mastermind into Junko Enoshima and Monokuma. I've stated my reason in the edit history, but regardless, I do think Junko's reveal is pretty much It Was His Sled and there's really no reason to hide it.
WHERE IS KRYPTO, I mean, WHERE IS THE DOG!!!We talked about it and most people agreed that he should be the God of Hikikomoris, but i did not get perrsion. I don't have plan to submit it until i do,note and i needed to get a feel for it as this is my first time.
That being said... I nominate Sunny as the SUNNY, The God of Confined Trauma Shut-ins and sence everyone seem to inrogue me last time about this, i might as well do also nominate The Wall of Flesh as a Greater Deity note of Advancing Boss of Doom again Reasoning

That does fit too. There's a loooot of tropes Sunny could go for, and it's not like it i would have to rewrite it from scratch.

I think Omori/Sunny would fit better in the Reclusiveness Hall, which given his trope is about reclusive shut-ins, would fit him well.
EDIT: (to Redthatcat) Reclusiveness is a Hall, not a trope. I was talking about where he could be placed, as that Hall is better than Character Archetypes. I'm not asking you to change from Hikikomori, he can keep it.

Divine Roles or Ruin and Destruction could be better ideas, maybe the latter.

@TPPR: Well, there are differences in stats, I just got them straight from the Orange Juice characters page. Maybe her "unsoftened" card should be the main image.
