Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
      • Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
      • Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
      • For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
    • For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
    • Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "[tup]" or "[tdown]".
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
    • You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
    • Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
    • Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
    Templates
Template for adding a new deity: God X, God/Goddess/Deity of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.

    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
      • OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles: Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
Template for Treasure profiles: The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Zerg (Brood) Queens, Vile Spawners of Broodlings From Enemy Units

am aerial relative close-up view of a Zerg Queen
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/queen_sc1_art2.jpg
a closer rendition
  • Lesser Goddesses
  • Symbol: Their spawned broodlings
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (or depends on their leader)
  • Portfolio: The Unintelligible, Regenerating Health, Squishy Wizard, Spawn Broodling that One-Hit Kill, Seeing Through Another's Eyes via Parasite, Ensnare, Returning In Legacy of the Void After Their Absence In The Second Game
  • Domain(s): Zerg, Spawn Broodling, Parasites
  • Superiors: Sarah Kerrigan, Alexei Stukov, Zagara, Abathur (all current), Amon (former), anyone that can Mind Control them
  • Allies: The Infested
  • Bane of: All organic ground units, including vehicles manned by organic pilots
  • Enemies: Fenix, the Imperium of Man, the Star Fox team, all Star Trek deities
  • As it is known, the Zerg Swarm grows by assimilating DNA from other species. In the case of the Queen, it's from the Arachnis brood-keeper. Queens (or Brood Queens, to differentiate from the current Queen units) usually helped administrate the Swarm, and stayed near the hives where they oversaw maturing zerg and drone activities. Their primary role was as an infestation specialist. Implanting parasites, ensnaring via a spray of mucus, infesting heavily-damaged command centers, and most infamously, instant-killing enemies and spawning Broodlings out of them, which is the trope they're ascending for.
  • As for how dangerous these Broodlings are, they are originally grown from globs of spores launched from these Queens. These spores attempt to 'fertilize' any organic matter they come into contact with and are capable of eating through even the armored hulls of vehicles to reach the occupants within. If these spores make contact with an organic being, they force the organism to metabolize, serving as the breeding ground for a near instantaneous metabolization and birth of a pair of broodlings. The explosive birth is fatal to the host.
  • While they have since been phased out by the new Zerg Queens, these old ones continued to exist at Aiur, and were shortly taken control of by Amon during the End War. Alexei Stukov would eventually claim some and field them himself, and that was how they got ascended in the first place after he made an appeal to the Court of the Gods.
  • Their present "temple" takes the form of a standard Zerg Hive cluster plus an Infested Command Center that had been acquired during the conflict against the United Earth Directorate. It's been instructed to keep to itself, defend itself from attacks on its location, and send out forces to any Zerg superior should they call for them.
  • With their Spawn Broodling ability, they're the bane of any unit on the ground, no matter their size, their strength, or how much machine is between them and the outside. The only ones immune to this are Energy Beings (like Protoss Archons), completely robotic units (like Protoss Probes and Reavers), and other non-organic beings. It's also offset by the fact that it takes a lot of energy from the Queen, requiring it to recharge a lot before being able to Spawn Broodling again.
    • Fenix in particular is infuriated with this, given it's an instant kill and the likelihood that Kerrigan's enslaved cerebrate gave a Queen this order.
  • It's not often shown, but Brood Queens are capable of operating in the air and on the ground.
  • Brood Queens' Ensnare can drastically slow down those in drenches, negating the effects of Terran Stim Packs, and putting air units at a disadvantage.
  • Brood Queens' Parasites allow them to see whatever their host sees (that includes invisibility detection if the host has it). However, for some reason, they lose sight of the host when they enter a building or a transport vessel. Additionally, a Queen's Parasite can be overridden by another Queen's Parasite.
  • While the following hatreds apply to the Zerg race as a whole, as species representatives who aren't special cases (like Kerrigan), the (Brood) Queens are often targets of the Imperium, the Star Fox team, and all Star Trek deities (sans the Borg, who in turn wish to assimilate them).
  • Having already reached out to their race as a whole, the Infested also made contact with the Queens' Hive and have similarly partnered up with them.

Communication Players (COMPs)

  • Apperance: The same as a Nintendo DS or 3DS
  • Alignment: Depends on its possessor
  • Portfolio: Resembling the Nintendo (3)DS, Supernatural Communication Devices, Magitek, Magic from Technology, Harmonizer Renders Humans Resilient To Demons, Draws Power From The Internet, Devil Auction
  • Domains: Technology, Demons, Balance
  • Inventor: Naoya
  • Known User: Kazuya Minegishi
  • After years in the Pantheon, and battles to defend his property, Naoya was finally convinced by his cousin Kazuya to store away his spare Communication Players to the Treasury for safekeeping.
  • In case a refresher is required, Communication Players, otherwise known as COMPs, were initially advertised as gaming consoles which allowed for web browsing, email and international online gaming. Its commercial tag line was "Play with people around the world!" These are Naoya's modified versions.
  • Aside from the Demon Summoning Program as used by most every SMT protagonist (except the Demi-Fiend, who more like recruits them to his party), a secondary application called the "Harmonizer" tunes to the wavelengths of humans, making attacks effective against demons while lessening the damage taken from them. The Harmonizer affects all humans and demons that are within range of the COMP.
    • Of course, since it's only been programed to protect humans, this means it doesn't cover other races/species such as elves, orcs, centaurs, half-beasts, dragons, tree-folk, actual deities, uplifted animals, robots, undead, dinosaurs, or extraterrestrials no matter how human-looking they are. However, it's works on witches and wizards (as they're still fundamentally human), Magical Girls (even Puella Magi despite them being technically liches, but not Cherna Mouse and Tepsekemei as their true froms are a hamster and tortoise), mutants (such as the X-Men), and werecreatures if they're in human form, though when the Harmonizer protection ends at what stage of the transformation (or any transformation to/from human in general) hasn't been tested.
  • Users of these COMPs came to be known as "Demon Tamers". The first time the Demon Summoning Program (complete with Cathedral of Souls for fusion) is initiated, a demon will emerge whose strength is proportionate to that of the user. A contract will not be forged until the tamer defeats said demon. Latter demons are obtained by participating in an online Demon Auction using Macca for purchase and contract enactment.
  • In addition to summoning demons, there's also the Skill Crack system, which allows the Demon Tamer to obtain certain skills from "wild" demons for their COMPs by targeting them and defeating them in combat (either by themselves or by their own summoned demons). As they continue to battle, Magnetite charges can occur, and a Demon Tamer can teach one of their cracked skills to one of their demons.
  • As electronic devices, they naturally have limited battery life, so keeping it charged is significantly more important for it than most other handheld devices. For if the COMP runs out of battery power or breaks, its user loses their demon contracts and in turn will also make them vulnerable to demon attacks due to the disengagement of the mind link to the Harmonizer (unless there's another COMP user nearby). The Demon Summoning Program can also go rampant, creating portals for demons to freely emerge from.

I have another suggestion for a god.

The Wedding Angels, Goddesses of Japanese Weddings: Reason: This magical girl anime came out around the same time Japan was learning about our traditional weddings, and thus weddings are a heavy motif for the heroines.

Are Joseph Simmons ready to ascend?

Joseph Simmons, God/s of Temporal Suicide (Joe)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/looper.jpg
The two in a diner. Left: Old Joe, Right: Young Joe
  • Votes: 1(Sailor Venus 372)
  • Houses: Suicide and Sacrifice (House of Life and Death), Paradoxes And Time Loops (House of Time and Space)
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: A playing card with the young and old version backwards
  • Alignment: True Neutral (Young Joe), Neutral Evil (Old Joe)
  • Portfolio: Killed Their Future Selves In Different Ways, Hating Themselves, Stable Time Loop and Temporal Paradox
  • Domains: Time Travel, Hitmen, Self-Conflict (both), Development, Sacrifice (Young Joe), Loss, Revenge (Old Joe)
  • Varying relationship with: Simon Petrikov/the Ice King, The Doctor and the Master, both Shirou Emiya, Philip J Fry and Lars Fillmore
  • Allies:
  • Enemies: Each other, Eobard Thawne, Boris the Animal, Diavolo, Light Yagami
  • In the year 2044, assassins called Loopers get a high paying job, having targets sent back from 30 years in the future as it's extremely difficult to get rid of a body then without being discovered. As a way of covering up loose ends, 30 years later the said Looper is sent back to be iced by their past self, and they have bags over their head so you never know if it's you. But one Looper, Joseph Simmons, managed to get around that and sneak off. The younger Joe went up after him, and the two soon realized they have more to complain about than they thought.
  • Applies to both
    • The young Joe was a mostly self-centered hitman, addicted to eye drops. The old Joe hates him for being immature, however over time the younger Joe became a better person and protective of Cid, even killing himself so Old Joe wouldn't harm him. And Old Joe's desperate need to stop the Rainmaker made him into an extremist willing to kill children to undo the Rainmaker and prevent his wife's death. Old Joe closed his loop back when he was young, and Young Joe ultimately made a Heroic Suicide to close his.
    • Don't want to discuss the mechanics of time travel or they'd be there for hours. Both versions of Joseph Simmons can understand where Bob and George get their hatred of time travel from. Easiest way to understand it is when Young Joe does something different, Old Joe's memory shifts. And thanks to the Trope Pantheon's Death Is Cheap status, Old Joe is freed from the Ret-Gone status that his younger self's suicide caused. This has only further incensed one version against the other.
    • He is not the only time traveler in the pantheon to kill himself. Missy stabbed her Harold Saxon incarnation, before he used his laser screwdriver on his future self and claiming it would permanently kill them, all over the argument of siding with the Doctor. Saxon was wrong. While Missy is the future version, having become a better person in the end she relates to Young Joe improving himself over time. The Doctor, ever the one to fight with themselves and having faced a dark possible future relate to their dilemma. While ultimately opposing Old Joe and siding with Young Joe's issues, the Doctor sympathizes with how Old Joe was screwed by a Stable Time Loop.
    • Depending on his mood, Simon Petrikov's opinion on the two varies. When sane, Simon respects Young Joe's decision to choose the right path even over his own life, however he does feel bad for Old Joe as he knows what love did to him. However he doesn't think it justifies what Old Joe did. When insane, the Ice King is somewhat more supportive of Old Joe in his pursuit to bring his own "princess" back, but still Even Evil Has Standards and thinks killing kids is a bit too much. Old Joe agrees, but has an "ends justifies the means" view on what he did.
    • They've come to hate each other, which is something Boris the Animal relates to. And they both hate Boris. First off, because he's a psychopath. Second, the only reason the two Borises hate each other is how they ended up being captured. As far as Joseph Simmons is concerned, Boris is so Ax-Crazy he wants any excuse to try to rage at and/or murder anyone and everyone, even if it's literally just him from a different point in time. Third, their reasons for hating each other are a lot more valid; Young Joe has a more straighforward case of Future Me Scares Me, Old Joe is disgusted with the driftless and immature existence he used to have.
    • Sometimes they talk about their experiences with trying to commit literal murder-suicide(murdercide?) with Shirou Emiya and EMIYA. EMIYA shares a similar contempt Old Joe has for his more immature younger self, however they disagree on what is right and wrong on "how to Set Right What Once Went Wrong". Given his already present issues before his future self got in the picture, Young Joe and the young Emiya have a fraught relationship but they both value the idea of a better future.
    • Fry and Lars Fillmore are on much better terms with each other compared to the two Emiya or Joe, and their feud was more about jealousy, unrequited love and being a pig about pizza. Both can understand what it must be for Old Joe to lose their wife, and they admit they would abuse time travel to undo it. But they wouldn't trade an innocent life for their love, even if they become a bad person in the future. On Young Joe, Lars was impressed to see how he managed to mature and did a brave thing.
  • Applies to Young Joe
  • Applies to Old Joe
    • Because of what the Rainmaker did and his reign of terror in the future, he tends to go after dictators. His answer to the "would you kill baby Hitler?" is a definitive yes. He agrees with SCP-2578-D on taking out dictators with extreme prejudice, and will help it in Tyrannicide. Mainly, he wants to somehow install the SCP into the future as another way to prevent his wife's death. Old Joe is also a close ally to Nox, due to their ultimately benevolent intentions in trying to save their loved ones through time travel that ultimately ended in failure (though in a different way for Old Joe).
    • One might think, with his actions being akin to Precrime Arrest (well, execution) Old Joe would approve of Kira. He doesn't, as considering the sheer scope of what he does and the fact it's through supernatural means he reminds Old Joe of the Rainmaker. Mainly he critiques Light for targeting innocents if they get in the way, to which Light called him a hypocrite because he Would Hurt a Child. Old Joe countered this, saying he deeply regrets it and is only doing so to avert a future tyrant. He is not motivated by a god complex like Light is, but Light thinks otherwise.
    • Hiiro Kagami knows what it's like to lose one's love, but thinks what Old Joe did is going too far. Barry Allen agreed. Of course, Old Joe reminded him of the mess he caused with Flashpoint due to trying to stop the death of a loved one. Allen admits that was a mistake and while he understands Old Joe's tragedy, as does Hiiro, he doesn't approve of what he did. Old Joe does agree with Barry that Eobard Thawne is a depraved scumbag due to the absolute selfishness of his actions, and so does Young Joe, so at least that's something.
    • After some talk with EMIYA, Old Joe decided he would search for a way to kill Young Joe without doing himself in, as he's not a Death Seeker yet. Turns out, there is a way to ignore paradoxes. He's planning to hunt down Fry, his duplicate Lars, and Bender for the time codenote  so he can do whatever he wants to Young Joe without risking his own existence. Then whenever he fails to take down the younger Rainmaker, go back in time again to undo any "mistakes" until he gets what he wants. Probably create some more Old Joes to ensure the job is done. While he means well, Nibbler is doing whatever he can to prevent him from doing this as he dreads a second tear in space-time will finally bring the cosmos crashing down.

Alright next up, I'm gonna do Bumblebee's and Tidal Wave's reworks but I'll re-propose them just to see if there's any alternative candidates from you guys.

  • Bumblebee, God of Appealing to Kids Reasoning: Aside from being the former Trope Namer, Bumblebee's main point of charm is to appeal to kids with his bright and youthful personality and it helps when he's often paired with relatable human characters.
  • Tidal Wave, God of Military Mashup Machines Reasoning: His forms consist of an aircraft carrier, a battleship and a troop-landing craft that combines to create a mashup military ship or a very giant robot.

It turns out they’re actually called the Love Angels, but we all make mistakes. Anyway, first draft:

The Love Angels, members  Goddesses of Weddings in Japan (Momoko: Wedding Peach, Yuri: Angel Lily, Hinagiku: Angel Daisy, Scarlet: Angel Savlia)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/wp_team.jpg
From left to right: Peach, Lily, Daisy, and Savlia
  • Potential/New House: The house where you think your deity would fit best. Please limit your list to one or two, as it's difficult to keep profiles updated when they're in multiple houses.
  • [tup]s:
  • Intermediate Goddesses
  • Symbol: A pair of wedding bells
  • Theme Song: Merry Angel
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Magical Girls, Defeat villains by filling them with love, Call their attacks, Get newer dresses later into the story
  • Domain(s): Marriage, Angels, Love
  • Herald: Jama-P and their husbands (Yousuke Fuuma, Kazuya Yanagiba, Takuro Amano, and Dean Butler)
  • Relationships with Other Pantheon Deities (only include those who are already on one of the actual pages, and not here in this sandbox)
  • Allies: The rest of the Magical Girl Sisterhood (but especially the Sailor Senshi)
  • Enemies: Bluebeard, Ozai, Twisted Metal's Bloody Mary
  • The Love Angels consist of four young girls in relationships- Momoko Hanasaki, Yuri Tamina, Hinagiku Tamano, and Scarlet Ohara. When not on dates or in relationships, the four fight against demons who seek to eliminate all love in the world. Needless to say, the Love Angels, who fight in either wedding dresses or miniskirts, are very good at their job.
  • The Magical Girl Sisterhood was searching for new recruits to help bolster the ranks further, and began contacting the Love Angels to ascend. The Sisterhood had difficulty in trying to find a good trope to give to the Love Angels. That was until someone found the trope Weddings in Japan, and determined that, as their tale coincided with Japan learning of western wedding traditions, this was the best trope for them. Thus, the Love Angels ascended to the Pantheon with their lovers in tow.
  • If there’s one thing the Love Angels cannot stand, it’s those who treat their family with disrespect or cruelty. Bluebeard is one of them, as he is known for killing his spouses, as is Ozai, due to his abuse of his family (particularly Zuko). They’re also against the Bloody Mary known to take part in Twisted Metal due to her habits of murdering her husbands to find a perfect groom.

  • Pitied By: Kara Zor-El/Supergirl, Starfire, The Phantom Thieves of Hearts
  • Conflicted Opinion: Madoka Kaname, Atrocitus, Dexter Morgan
  • Opposes: Any Evil-Aligned Member of the House of Crime, Frank Underwood
  • Jason Peter Todd; a runaway who would later be taken under by Bruce Wayne and become the second to take up the mantle of Robin. Unlike his predecessor and successors, Jason would never be able to fully fulfil his heroic career as he was suddenly kidnapped, tortured, beaten and killed by the Joker in an effort to hurt Batman. The event left Bruce with the most psychological and emotional scars since the death of his parents and regarded the untimely death of Jason as his greatest failure. Years later, however, a mysterious figure taking up the "Red Hood" guise began his own vigilante crusade in Gotham, determined to control and oversee crime to a manageable level and to take vengeance upon the Joker. The Red Hood was Jason Todd, resurrected through otherworldly means and was hellbent on killing the Joker for obviously personal reasons.
    • As a vigilante who was not hesitant in killing criminals if needed, Jason would ultimately come to blows against his adopted father and mentor, alongside becoming bitter rivals against the other Robins, especially Dick Grayson whom Dick harboured jealousy against, which lead to an inferiority complex on his part. Over time, however, Jason softened up and was open to helping out his old man and rivals time and again. In time, he would form his own vigilante team, the Outlaws, consisting of himself, Artemis and Bizzaro. Still, he isn't giving up on being lethal if that's what's getting the job done.
  • Jason ascended into the Pantheon thanks to his efforts in trying to become a better person after his scuffle against Batman as the Red Hood. Still, he's not exactly the nicest guy, but at least he's making an attempt. That, and while the Jason in the Pantheon is the original version, he has memories and visions regarding his different iterations, including one where he was instead tortured for days by the Joker and then shot dead, only for the latter to be faked and for Jason to later resurface as the Arkham Knight. Regardless, most iterations of Jason saw redemption in some way.
    • The former Robin was left stunned by the vastness of the Pantheon before quickly realizing that crime rates here would be reasonably high and demanding. Swiftly making plans, Jason set in motion an effort to make any of the criminals he comes across fear him, and for good reason. Batman may not kill, but Jason is a different story...
  • Out of all of the vigilantes from Gotham City, Jason may be one of the most unscrupulous and lethal out of the bunch, and the fact that he's been trained by Batman himself is a testament to how feared he is by the criminal underworld. The House of Crime have been reported to have many of its residents, ascended or not, to fear Jason more than his mentor, because he's simply not hesitant to kill. And in case he doesn't want to be lethal, Jason is still a lot more brutal than his adopted father.
  • Despite his status as a lone vigilante, Jason is willing to work with others if that's the best available option. In spite of their differing takes on approaching criminals, he'll team up with Batman and the other Robins if the situation needs it. He doesn't want to admit it, but Jason does care about them, especially Alfred and Barbara and is incredibly protective of them.
  • If there's any sort of criminals Jason despises the most, it has to be those who are more than willing to put children in harm's way or mark them for death. It doesn't matter if the idea of killing is morally wrong, Jason will stuff in as many bullets as he could.
    • At some point, Jason came across Wild Hunt and put in a pretty good fight against them, though retreated when he realized he was outmatched thanks to Wild Hunt's use in Imperial Arms. It was also these events that led to Jason meeting up with Night Raid, vigilantes who took to killing as the best route to liberating and providing a ray of hope to the oppressed citizens of their world's empire. Seeing a lot of similarities in them, Jason approved of their methods and declared a working relationship with Night Raid. They, in return, respected Jason's determination in combating crime in his city.
    • Speaking of Wild Hunt itself, Jason's main target for killing is, unsurprisingly, Champ. The very idea of someone who has an absolutely deranged mindset about children and resorts to killing them to make them be "little angels forever" was mind-numbing on Jason's mind. The cherry on top of the cake was how Champ gleefully raped the young daughter of a respectable fallen soldier, prompting Jason to immediately blast him to bits anytime he tries to break into the House of Family. Syura isn't far behind either, and Jason was just as disgusted with the depraved actions the Prime Minister's son is willing to take. He sincerely believes that Wild Hunt are Beyond Redemption (and hardly anyone could argue against Jason for it).
  • Predictably, his willingness to kill is a point of contention towards many of the heroes in the Pantheon, the Batfamily aside. To Jason, the existences of the Grand Alliances of Evil and Destruction justify his viewpoint, given that they are not above hiring the biggest scums into their service.
    • Still, there are other beings who are willing to fight for good and justice, even if killing is their main way of securing it. As aforementioned, Jason is respectful of Night Raid and their efforts to combat Prime Minister Honest, Esdeath and Wild Hunt. He also found himself becoming a close associate with a man named Grøh, who was driven by the death of his family and a friend, Curtis from the Malfested. Jason can also relate to Grøh's more blunt and ruthless approach to handling his foes and is willing to work with him in stopping any potential thugs and Malfested. That and Jason figured that Astral Fissures can potentially pop up in Gotham if left unchecked.
  • His bitterness, angsty approach towards relationships and his anger issues towards crime was an intriguing aspect for Atrocitus and the Red Lantern Corps, citing that Jason would make for a very worthy addition. Jason, however, prefers to help his distance from them, claiming that he's rather uncomfortable working with an organization who already have a sour relationship with the Green Lantern Corps and the scope of his goals are at city-range for the time being. That said, Atrocitus did muse that this scope can increase at any point, or maybe in an instant, to which Jason may consider a Red Lantern Ring if it goes too far.
  • Spawn and the Punisher are in approval for what Jason undertakes, to the point in which they are pretty willing to take him with their crusade against fighting crime. Jason himself is surprised to see how vicious and brutal the two of them are in their crimefighting career, but given how the two of them have been through a lot of wacky situations, he'll tag along. Additionally, all three of them have emotional family baggage that still tail them around to this very day, which they could relate to. Jason sends his condolences to Frank's family and is helping Spawn out in searching for the Violator after learning of how he killed Spawn's ex-wife, Wanda out of spite.
  • Has a great deal of respect towards Kiritsugu Emiya. Jason noticed how he was so determined to save the world that he wouldn't have cared about his own infamous reputation and noticed how he could have potentially gone through that route at one point. Kiritsugu is open to inviting Jason along in helping to create a better world for everyone, even if it meant using lethal force, though Jason has admitted that he's mellowing out over time. That doesn't change the fact that he will ruthlessly gun down the absolutely depraved if he is allowed the chance, which Kiritsugu could understand.
  • The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, especially Makoto Niijima, are conflicted about Jason. On one hand, they are not exactly fond of the fact that he would take lethal measures to ensure his goals of controlling crime and terrifying criminals to submission, or at least the mindset to commit serious criminal actions, given that the Phantom Thieves tend to alter their opponent's mindset to a completely different (and more benevolent) personality. On the other hand, they do sympathize on Jason's issues and trauma and, given that they are allies with Batman, would like to try helping him out in that regard. And of course, there's also the possibility of Jason having a Palace within him, due to his emotional and psychological scars and angst, which Futaba Sakura knows (and dreads) all too much about.
    • In contrary, Jason finds the Phantom Thieves's ability to basically rewire one's brain and mind to be interesting and a rather effective way of bringing down criminals. Though he does confess that if he were in their place, he would have unhesitantly drive a bullet into many of their targets's skull, especially if they just so happened to be Suguru Kamoshida and Masayoshi Shido. Despite their conflicting approach to crime, The Phantom Thieves simply want Jason to tone down his viciousness and be more open to his adopted family, in addition to wanting to make sure he doesn't suddenly succumb to a potential palace if he does develop one. Jason, while respectful of the Phantom Thieve's efforts, thinks they could be a lot more proactive when it comes to fighting crime.
  • While Jason believes that criminals and bad people can redeem themselves, he also bases this viewpoint in how much damage and misery they have caused throughout and sincerely believes that those who have done too much suffering are simply incapable of being changed. As a result, he has a difficult time grasping how someone like Darth Vader and Obito Uchiha can not only suddenly atone, but are also forgiven by those they have directly hurt, physically or psychologically. Not to mention how that they're attempting to benefit for the side of Good in the Pantheon seems rather irksome.
  • He's one of the few (anti-)heroes who isn't too fond of Madoka Kaname. He doesn't hate her and Jason is actually commendable in her being able to defeat Kyubey through a loophole in the latter's logic in granting wishes, alongside being someone of comfort towards hurt souls. This does not mean Jason cuts Madoka some slack when it comes to not being too proactive in the Pantheonic Forever War and becoming a victim to the machinations of YHVH and Lucifer which resulted in the loss of her influence and powers. When he heard she got some of her powers back, Jason's advice was simply telling her to toughen up and be ready, especially when Homura Akemi is dead-set on protecting Madoka to the point of actually deterring her needs and confidence.
  • For all of his determination in wanting the Joker dead, he was horrified to see how in one continuity, the Joker's death by Batman's hands led to the creation of The Batman Who Laughs. Not to mention Jason was killed a second time in said continuity (alongside Dick, Tim and Barbara) by his own adopted father when he was in the early stages of transformation. And now that The Batman Who Laughs is in the Pantheon, Jason is taking any step possible to prepare himself in battle against the most twisted iteration of Batman. At the very least, he's got a few new friends on his side.
  • There was once the common joke that "No One Stays Dead in Comics except Bucky, Jason Todd and Uncle Ben". During the 2000s, the former two were bought back to life, albeit under villainous circumstances. Jason finds the joke to be annoying, but he's glad of the fact that he can closely associate with Bucky, due to their villainous tenures and then patching things up with their mentors later down the line. As for Uncle Ben himself, Jason sends his condolences, to which the old man basically told him to simply become a better man.
  • Is somewhat perplexed by Dexter Morgan. On one hand, he is a dangerous Serial Killer who kills his victims gruesomely and is more than ready to do the deed again. On the other hand, he exclusively hunts down murderers and other criminal scums due to his adopted father telling him to concentrate his murderous urges to those that "deserve it". Jason thinks he'd be a very suitable asset if he lived in Gotham, though Bruce is less-than-enthusiastic about him, considering he's, well, a Serial-Killer Killer, and most of the Batfamily have a Thou Shalt Not Kill Policy, so Jason has a hard time wanting to associate with him. Dexter, on the other hand, likes Jason for being unfettered about killing criminals, though Jason does assert that he's toning himself down a few notches, only being willing to kill towards those who are truly depraved.
  • While his relationship with Bruce and the Batfamily is vitriolic for the most part, Jason is pretty subtle about showcasing his affection and care towards him. It's a well-known fact that he still sees Bruce as a father and while Dick and Tim are still rivals, the circumstances are on more civil terms nowadays. In contrast, Jason is a lot more extrovert towards Alfred who is open to embrace and take care of him, and Jason couldn't thank him any more. As for Barbara, Jason can relate to her in how both of them were damaged by the Joker in one way or another and thus, feels instinctively protective towards her.
    • To his surprise, the Robin he gets along with the most is Damien, Bruce's only biological child, given how the two of them are more Hot-Blooded than the other proteges' and initially had a lot of difficulty working with Bruce. If anything, Jason is the closest Damien has to an older brother, more so than Dick and Tim. Jason also has some affection for Cassandra Cain for largely the same reasons as Damien and Cassandra's own tenure as a solo vigilante who was more driven by bitterness and personal tragedy more than most of her older sidekicks isn't lost on Jason, who notes the similarities.
    • He initially showed some caution and concern for how Terry McGinnis would serve as Bruce's predecessor, given how even after all those years, Gotham was still riddled with crime. However, Jason was genuinely surprised and impressed with how Terry was able to permanently stop the Joker (albeit with help from Bruce) and bring an end to his reign of terror. Outside of their crimefighting shticks, Jason would often meet up with Terry and hang out with him as a surrogate "big brother", wanting to spend time like how Dick was able to do so with Tim.
You can't stop crime. That's what you never understood. I'm controlling it. You wanna rule them by fear. But what do you do with the ones who aren't afraid? I'm doing what you won't, I'm taking them out!

[up] It's not taken, but I suppose you want to give the trope to the trope namer? Someone else before you tried to do that, but didn't give an adequate explanation. You can explain better why the trope namer fits the trope.

Easy.

The Music Meister, God of Making people break into song and dance: The Music Meister is the most popular Canon Foreigner in the TV series Batman: The Brave and the Bold, first appearing as the main antagonist in the Musical Episode "Mayhem of the Music Meister!" His ability is to hypnotize people by simply singing, usually making them break into song and dance, something he exploits mercilessly so that he can escape or trap people. By the climax, he nearly has everyone on earth hypnotized into his slave, and would've won if it wasn't for some quick thinking on Batman's part.

[up][up] Sounds good. [tup]

Regarding profile creation, I recommend you to take your time and not rush the process. Feel free to look at other profiles (preferably the more recent ones) to see how you're supposed to write and format them.

I'm just surprised that it took this long for him to be approved.

@227someguy For Mirelia, I would add the story of her interaction with Malty/Bitch/Witch in the Pantheon, since she did strip her of title as royalty, had her name legally changed to fit her personality, and (in the Light Novel) had her send to the King of Faubley after her coup was foiled. I can imagine the evil princess would still hate her for all of that despite the fact Malty brought all of that on herself. I would also add Aultcray/Trash as a herald because, for all of his faults, he still loved her and grieved for her death in the Light Novel. Even though she is understandably angry with her husband for his foolish actions, she still loved him and hoped the wise king would return.

@r-lock256 Oliver's Nature's Tounge Spell allows him to communicate with animals, so I think an interaction between him and the Zoosters would work.

[up]I'm not caught up with the Light Novel, so I'm not ready to talk about the King of Faubley. Also, there were unmarked spoilers in your post, and spoilers in general are a touchy subject with me.
