Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Nights Da Jester: Well some time ago it was suggested to me that the Experiments could have a merged profile of Instant Mass: Just Add Water!; they were all dehydrated into small balls for convenient travel, and will be reactivated the moment even a drop of water gets on them. If you agree with the reasoning and think a lot of my profiles could be condensed, how should I go along with it. Like which would you say are major enough to have multiple paragraphs, and who should I keep as their own profile? That's what I have struggled with for a time
Not enough, I need to know how I would proceed doing it

- Disrespects: The Khan Makyr, (in general), Satan (Castlevania), Dis (also in general, but mutually), Metatron, Prime Minister Honest, any Evil Chancellor to be honest (the Grand Minister), Pennywise (Marcarita)
- In the multiverse of Dragon Ball the most powerful race may be the angels. Denoted by their blue skin and white hair, they are a family with the Grand Minister as patriarch, who's role is to be the attendant to the God of Destruction of each universe. 12 universesnote , 12 angels in active service. The Grand Minister serves as a regent of sorts for the Omni-King, and the brains of the operation. He's one of the five most powerful beings in the multiverse, or even second next to Zen'o himself, and his children help train and monitor the destroyers along with general help to their Kaioshin counterparts. Despite being able to take out even Beerus with ease, they are meant to be neutral and practice a policy of non-interference, limiting their interference to some occasional advice or training regiments for promising mortals. In fact, if they interfere too much they are deleted from reality. This happened to the angel in training Merus in his fight against Moro, however the Grand Minister revived him...albeit as a mortal bereft of much of his power. If the God of Destruction is eliminated their angel will remain inactive and unable to do anything until someone new can be selected.
- Applies to the lot
- The Grand Minister had always acted as a herald to the Omni-King, or rather Omni-Kings, helping him out in understanding the Trope Pantheon. His ascension, along with his other children, was subtle; a mere request by the two Zen'o and few wished to deny him. Of course it's quite appropriate they represent the Alien Non-Interference Clause as they are otherworldly beings with a strict rule to be neutral, and a clear punishment if they stray from it. For many, this is fortunate since an aggressive member of their kind would be an overwhelmingly dangerous opponent. For others, this is a dissapointment; the Grand United Alliance of Good wishes they could've been more involved. Though he remained mostly stoic, a happy tone could be heard from Whis' voice announcing his brothers, sisters and father had ascended to the Trope Pantheon.
- Part of what makes the angels so devestating in combat is they can automatically use Ultra Instinct, which also might be why they have Mystical White Hair since this is what Goku's hair becomes when accessing Mastered Ultra Instinct. It allows them to act without thinking, and is seen as The Greatest Style by many. Like Whis they have power of the Reset Button though it's unknown if the 3 minute rule is the same across the board. They also have a fair amount of Reality Warper abilities, which makes the Spectre curious; if the angels were not limited by a non-interference policy, just how would their power in this field compare to his own? He for one wishes that they could get more involved in fighting evil, and has applauded Merus for his risking his existence in fighting evil, but he's not going to judge how they work. Because of their extreme skill in combat many in the House of Fighting and Combat have bemoaned their neutrality and severe limitations around interacting with mortals.
- Kaioshins/Supreme Kais are gods of creation, Hakaishins/Gods of Destruction are gods of destruction. One cannot exist without the other, so it is an angel's best interest to maintain a good relationship with their universe's Supreme Kai as well. Vishnu found this connection shockingly familiar; he forms a Trimurti with Brahma, the Creator, and Shiva, the Destroyer. Along with the blue skin, the Grand Minister quickly caught on, though he doesn't think his kind is all that similar to the angels. Yes, you could say Dragonball's angels act as preservers in an abstract and cosmic scale, but they are strictly forbidden to interfere in the way that he does. That said, there's a mutual cordiality between the angels and Shiva. The Living Tribunal notes the angels as a bit more comparable to himself, given their duties making sure the multiversal order is intact and monitoring the behavior of lower-ranking gods. The angels have an alliance with the Living Tribunal and Eternity as a way to maintain a general balance with their respective multiverses. Galactus and the Celestial are observed by the angels as their roles are not too dissimilar to gods of destruction and creation, though the way they go about it is notably different.
- Much like many depictions of angels, they possess a halo, though the placement is unique; around their neck instead of the crest of their head. Or in the Grand Minister's case, at the back of his head. Little is known where they came from and how they came to be, but if they trained multiple Destroyers and Whis has been around since at least as long as Beerus it makes them at least dozens of millions of years old. The angels of Dragonball are often found in the break room of the House of Angels, discussing with their fellow angelic beings a variety of things. The Valar muse on their neutrality, noting they too are limited in their interference...though rather than some instrinic rule, it is a consequence of the Valar's immense and often destructive power. While far less powerful by comparison, Dudley has a cordial relationship with the family of the Grand Minister given his role of Guardian Angel. While not guardian angels in the regular sense, they do serve as guardians to a degree for the gods of destruction since they are their trainers.
- Empathy is not a strong suit with them, though rather than being a sign of villainy like many a Dragon Ball villain it is merely a sort of Blue-and-Orange Morality; they're aloof and to not be kind of goes against their nature. Some angels can even grow a bond with their Gods of Destruction like Kusu and Rumshii. They have garnered some criticism for not interfering more with troubles in the multiverse, though it's tempered by the knowledge actually being proactive can be considered a health risk and would require some serious Loophole Abuse. Gorr detests the angels for their lack of involvement, and while he acknowledges they have a legitimate reason he thinks that because of that they do not deserve to exist. The angels don't think much of him, in case you're wondering. The Auditors of Reality have mused that they also hold an ontological weakness restricting their actions and behavior, however they are held in low regard as their obsession with order and neutrality gives him a raving contempt for the complexity of life.
- Some have wondered where they were Future Trunks' timeline. As Goku Black had taken out the Gods of Destruction by proxy of killing the Kaioshins, it rendered the angels inactive. Of course, this doesn't say anything about where the Future Grand Minister was and why he didn't interfere up until Zamasu had corrupted that timeline so badly Future Zen'o had to destroy it. Having come back in the Trope Pantheon from being ERASED, an eventual decision was made; if something so utterly dire threatens the existence of the Dragonball multiverse itself, they will be allowed to interfere and stop it without risk of erasure. Whis himself had enough permission to investigate and help stop Present Zamasu' attempt on Gowasu, so there is precedent. This ruling was named "the Zamasu Exception", to the mad Kaioshin's frustration. Horrifically there are actually a few threats, like Lord English or Hajun, utterly overpowered that even the angels' combined might can only slow them down. Solaris is unsurprisingly labeled under the exception, as are the Anti-Monitor, Barbatos and Lord Vortech. It's a testament to their threat level that an exception was even established.
- Lord English is noted under "the Zamasu Exception" because of his immense power and dire threat to time. Time travel is a taboo for the divinity of Dragonball and making time machines is forbidden. To what extent this ties to Chronoa is unknown though she considers them allies in terms of their role. Despite the chaos they've caused the other members of the Diabolical Time Breakers have yet to fall under the Zamasu Exception, but that has not prevented the angels aiding the Elite Time Patrol Agency calls for it. Most of the time, though, they leave that up to Chronoa. The Grand Minister and his children were among the higher beings aware of, though obviously not participating of the cataclysm of the Last Great Time War; the angels usually would send their destroyer or agents of their Kaioshin to deal with them, but if we're talking about the Dalek Empire and the Time Lords at the hieght of their power, they are permitted to intervene under the aforementioned Zamasu Exception.
- Applies to the Grand Minister
- While Present and Future Zen'o are the known heads of the Dragonball multiverse (not including Akira Toriyama's Author Avatar Tori-bot), in many ways it's the Grand Minister who does the actual leadership. It's unknown if he has a spouse or is a Truly Single Parent, but what is known is that asides from the Omni-Kings themselves, there is no higher authority. In terms of cosmic ranking, he could be considered the Archangel Michael equivalent, or Manwe. Though he is cordial with both of them, he doesn't have a real enemy to fight and remains unflappable. YHVH has compared the Grand Minister to Metatron, or perhaps Satannote . While he can see a few comparisons with the former, he doesn't think much of the Lesser YHVH because of his robotic-esque Blind Obedience. While he does follow Zeno's orders, he shows independent intelligence and wisdom instead of blindly obeying every order. His dynamic with the Omni-Kings is largely seen as much like his childrens' dynamic with their gods of destruction.
- While still remaining neutral, he will provide some support to the heroes from the sidelines. In one continuity, he has actually been doing some training for Son Goku. The Grand Minister was quite pleased by the selfless wish Android 17 made, and his faith in mortals' goodness was further validated after learning of a What If? scenario where Jiren won, since there Jiren also made the same kind of selfless wish. The Grand Minister rolls his eyes at those who claim Humans Are Bastards, though again interfering in such isn't his job. He's seen as somewhat unreliable by Archangel Michael and Manwe because of his neutrality and usual disinterest in the normal good vs evil dynamic, however his small support to the side of heroes he thinks help his cause has improved their opinions a bit. Michael and the Grand Minister have recently been sparring as a way to train each other's martial skills.
- Because of his indifferent attitude towards the results of universal erasure (albeit he had the foreknowledge he expected a selfless wish to restore the universes would happen) he initialy cast a sinister look. For the most part this was merely playing into the Secret Test of Character. While it's true the Grand Minister is aloof he's not malicious and stays true to his role as a neutral figure. He is quite dissapointed with Kronika as she has used the pretense of balance and keeping an orderly, overall neutral system into a cruel system of continually rebooting the timeline and blatantly going against the neutral stance a Titan of time should have for things to go in her favor. He isn't fond of Perpetua either; while given a grand authority over the proto-DC multiverse she conspired to turn it into a weapon to maintain her existence beyond its natural limit and rebel against her siblings and the Source.
- As the head of the angels, the Grand Minister may be the one angel with partial or possibly even total exclusion from the "interference leads to death" policy. With how mysterious the workings of the angels are, this is more an estimated guess based off some of his actions and the presumption being second to the Omni-Kings in rank gives him privileges. As the strongest angel and patiarch he tends to be the one to converse and settle matters with other heavy hitters. Clockwork muses that for all the talk about the Time Travel Taboo he was rather blase about two versions of his boss existing, though as someone who has "cheated" as the Observants put it he has decided not to critique it, though it's not like he minds either. The Grand Minister acknowledges that there are some exceptions but that they're rare, and proposes they could work to help maintain the integrity of time. The Grand Minister also has a cordial relationship with Arceus.
- Ultimately he fills the role of The Good Chancellor. While the two Zen'o aren't as ignorant as they initially seem, they're still whatever their kind's equivalent of children is and much like any child leader, are best served with a good advisor. Despite his neutral stance he still has a fatherly compassion for his kids, excluding them from any consequences of the Tournament of Power even knowing it would hopefully be a temporary affair and reviving Merus as a mortal despite having been erased for breaking angel law and letting him remain part of the Galactic Patrol. The Grand Minister doesn't think much of evil chancellors, holding particular derision for Prime Minister Honest as someone who thoroughly manipulated and ruined his emperor's life and is a debauched, arrogant as hell figure. Fortunately for Honest, he is well below the angel's notice.
- He has started to talk more with the World Forger. The Grand Minister muses he has somewhat of a dual role as a creator and destroyer; it is his role to forge new realities and dispose of failed and doomed ones via the Dark Multiverse. Unfortunately, his dragon Barbatos desired to reach above his station and diverted from being a Destroyer Deity of these failed realms to a cruel ruler that slew Alpheus. The Grand Minister has close ties to both him and his brother the Monitor, whom he notes has a similar role to the angels. They appreciate he excludes them to his normal neutral stance, as they appreciate the help in dealing with their mother and equally evil brother the Anti-Monitor.
- Applies to the other angels
- The Dragon Team's first experience with other universes was with Universe 6, due the sibling rivalry between Beerus and Champa. Champa's attendant and the Universe 6 angel is Vados. Possibly even stronger than Whis she is also somewhat of a jerk, keeping Frost's status as a fraud from the competition and having personally destroyed a planet for the lazy Champa. The most stand out example being the birthday cake incident where she set up Beerus and Champa to fight, which lead to several planets being destroyed. This is more of a manga trait and normally she is content with playfully teasing him and acting as the chubby kitty cat's dietician along with attendant. She still likes him at the end of the day, which might be why she has a bit of a soft spot for Garfield.
- The second new universe Goku visited was Universe 10, investigating Zamasu's ties to Goku Black (or in the manga, just Beerus and Whis). Absent during the investigation was Rumshii and his attendant, Kusu. Though she looks like an adorable girl, she's actually Grand Minister's oldest child. She certainly has the attitude and she is particularly close to her God of Destruction. Universe 10 has the reputation of being the Macho Universe and she's impressed by that quality of the ToP's fighters...who performed miserably. Kusu likes to watch battles in the House of Fighting and Combat on GodTube, and she's particularly interested in the Hanma Family. Despite having a much different temperament to Rumsshi Ganesha is amicable to Kusu.
- Within the Tournament of Power, it was Jiren of Universe 11 that was sold as the mightiest opponent. Just below the average mortal level of 7, all the contestants were part of the superhero team known as the Pride Troopers, whom the destroyer Belmond was particularly invested in. His attendant is Marcarita, a woman with an an individual speaking style and always giving her opinion out. She is associated and had pride for the Pride Troopers, though didn't grow attached. Her pigtails and being sidekick to a clown brings to mind Harley Quinn, though unlike the Joker Belmond actively destroys evil. He is a jerk who trash talks his opponents, mind you. Harley was curious if the two were an item, however Marcarita stated their relationship was strictly professional despite what some early manga drafts implied. Pennywise thought it kind of amusing the way he looks like Marcarita's partner, though the angel chided him for being a pathetic gluttonous creature. Though she has no intention of interfering even if it were permitted, she imagines Belmond would. She also imagines that Belmod would take great joy in killing the Joker, thinking it good that Harley has broken out of that toxic relationship.
- Before the Tournament of Power officially began a test of concept was done (in the anime at least) with Universe 9, the universe with the ignominity of the lowest average mortal rank. The angel of Universe 9 is Mohito, someone who "looks at things dispassionately" and acts quietly, however there is an underlying exasperation for a God of Destruction who can barely make up his mind to destroy and an arrogant Supreme Kai who thinks he's this great deity instead of the Smug Snake Loser Deity he is. The uncomfortable smirk after Universe 9 was erasednote don't paint a good picture, however he could also just be relieved not having to put up with Sidra and Roh. Mohito muses he's fortunate not to be in the same shoes as the similarly exasperated Kif Kroker, another and more openly Beleaguered Assistant a lot more skilled than who he's serving.
- Unlike his contemporaries, the Universe 3 angel Camparii is more emotive and prone to being fazed (though not so much in the manga). Distinct due to his large nose, he is also one more prone to sympathy as he covered for Mosco potentially making a faux pas and was frustrated by Universe 3's poor performance. He has a similar role to C-3PO in that he usually translates for his partner, who communicates via beeping in his robotic suit. Mosco had a brief moment in the Trope Pantheon so Camparii had a bit of experience as a herald, and now he has a more permament status he's been observing the House of Machinery and Technology with additional interest. Universe 3 has a more mechanical bent with most fighters being robotic or cybernetic, and it is known for its intellectual prowess. Though angel rules means he doesn't interfere with the Adeptus Mechanics or the Mekhanites, he is reporting what he knows to his dad as "worth noting"
- Compared to their siblings, the Universe 2 and 4 angels aren't all that descript. The Universe 2 angel Sour was stoic and disinterested by his God of Destruction and universe's pre-occupation with beauty, and his neutral personality contrasts with the hot-blooded Kaioshin Pell. He did make a note on how his destroyer Helles looks like Cleopatra, but is otherwise quiet and treats his ascesnion as merely an extension of his duty and his family's new role. Cognic is even more non-descript. While his God of Destruction Quitela acts like a nasty Heel against Universe 7 because of a long-standing feud with Beerus, and is (at least in the manga) a genuine rival of his, Cocgnic...is talented and insightful. The most you could say pantheon-wise is quietly musing "I've seen this before" after observing the antics of Tom and Jerry.
- Four of the twelve universes are seen as exceptional quality by the Omni-Kings and Grand Minister, so they were excluded from the Tournament of Power...though with the later knowledge they too would not be exempt from erasure if a selfish wish was made on the Super Dragonballs. In numerical order, there is Anato of Universe 1, Cukatail of Universe 5, Korn of Universe 8 and Martinu of Universe 12. Anato and Martinu have managed to create paradises where there is apparently no evil in the former's verse, and there is no more challenges for the latter's destroyer. The latter's universe apparently invented the first time machine in their multiverse and her respective Kaioshin confiscated it. The Doctor tried to ask her about that only for her to remain mum on the subject, though of the angels she sees to be slightly more interested in him than her peers. Of the higher-ranked angels the renegade Time Lord is a little bit more respectful and curious of Cukatail for being the only one to be remotely stunned by universal erasure.

- Within Kami's/Dende's Lookout is the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, also known as Room of Spirit and Time. A Pocket Dimension, the area is one enormous white void that seems to have no end. All that there is is a floor, the entrance as a room for food and relaxation, and of course air for the occupants to breathe. It's a harsh dimension, perfect for training if you can take it. Initially it was only usable for three years in one's life, however, as of late, Dende has upgraded it so it can be used as much as one wants. It has a Year Inside, Hour Outside effect. For every year inside, only a day passes outside. This can make it really useful to train in a pinch. It's through this that catch-up with Cell was possible. Or waiting enough time to train while Majin Buu tries to barge in.
- The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is notable as a dominion since it comes with it Kami's Lookout, now Dende's Lookout. Though they've yet to obtain official deity status, Dende, Mr Popo and Korrin "psuedo-ascended" alongside the Lookout as they're the ones maintaining the chamber. Permission is required by Dende and Mr Popo to use the Pocket Dimension for training. That being said, it is possible to enter without the entrance, it's just difficult and requires some sort of portal to enter that realm. Rick managed to do so, mainly to show off, and after leaving some vulgar graffiti he's been banned until further notice; Mr Popo is ready to throw hands. Not that this stopped Rick from building his own Pocket Dimension which can do the same thing as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, except with variable time controls. However that hasn't been made an official dominion so most still use the one from Dragon Ball.
- There are other Hyperbolic Time Chambers in Dragonball, such as a pyramid facility owned by the Galactic Patrol. Frieza was recently able to find one and get ten years of training, unlocking his new Black Frieza form and unknowingly exploit a technicality of a wish meant to obtain great strength. While not allowed to enter he was interested to learn his enemies (and begrudingly to him, Worthy Opponent Goku) had a long experience with it. The House of Law and Justice is requesting if not access to the Galactic Patrol's facility, then the construction of their own connection to a Hyperbolic Time Chamber as a method of training some of the Space Police. Team Lightyear and the Space Sheriffs have become interested in it, alongside the Green Lanterns. Hal has found that the 24 hour recharge rule follows the rules of the dimension he's in, so he can't just use a year's worth of ring charge even when the outside dimension only experiences a day.
- The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is not for beginners. As a youth Goku could barely last a month in therenote and the environment is formiddable. The air is thin and the temperature fluctuates wildly between -40 and 50 degrees Celsius. The center entrance is a place of respite and where the various resources for the Pocket Dimension is located. In the anime the training area has the same gravity as Planet Vegeta had, so 10 gnote . In the original manga it's simply said to be "different" in certain places. As such, it is a general rule of thumb that one needs to be a Lesser God if they should expect to use the place for training. This doesn't necessarily mean you need to be on the huge power creep of the Dragonball series; the Hanma family have managed to make great use further training themselves, with Jack in particular showing impressive endurance despite being the weakest of the three. Of course they need to get food in bulk when he visits. Most of the Black Clover deities have set requests to time to train there, especially Noelle since she spent some time looking for a similar realm.
- While it goes on forever, no-one knows the exact dimensions of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. What is known is this; the entrance is the only way to leave the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. If it's destroyed, the only way out is death and to eventually being revived. Piccolo used this as an emergency against Super Buu, who doesn't age, is The Needless and can regenerate on a particle level. The only reason he was not stuck in an And I Must Scream situation is that he screamed with such force it opened a portal to the outside Lookout. Naturally, AM was interested in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as another way to torture the humans it hates with unfathomable intensity. He wants to know how he can manipulate the time flow in different ways, but to actually make it a proper Fate Worse than Death he'd need to install himself there. The universal decision was that he cannot be allowed anywhere near the Lookout, much less the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. With who can be found on the Outlook, the chances of him overcoming the ban are virtually zero.
- Though it could theoretically be used to trap some of the more hostile deities, the Pocket Dimension expressdly isn't meant to be used for Sealed Evil in a Can purposes. The SCP Foundation learned the hard way when their attempt to lock up SCP-682 backfired after 682 screamed with such force as to make its own entrance, revealing it had been doing some training and now could use some Ki Attacks and other standard Dragonball techniques. The conclusion is that imprisoning other SCPs there is a bad idea and they have better ones. Despite being sealed up again as a way to defeat her, Kaguya Otsutsuki is not to be locked up out of fear she will be able to become Strong and Skilled with nothing to do but use the place to train. On the flip side, the Grand United Alliance of Evil decided it's not a good move to somehow lock superheroes up. Superman and Goku agreed to share training methods with one another in hopes of training for another epic battle, and the Man of Steel has more than enough power needed to get out with a mix of learning how to understand the place and the force to make a new gateway open if the normal one breaks. The forces of evil can't even count on his magic vulnerability since while a magical place, it's passive and thus wouldn't affect him.
- Before the reformation of the dominions, the Hyperbolic Time Chamber could be found representing the trope of Blank White Void. There is some stuff like a floor and the internal facility, but otherwise the dimension is this seemingly endless expanse of white with nothing in it but air to breathe. Dr Eggman was at first a little bit intrigued due to being reminded of White Space, only to cease caring because while havings its distinct flow of time it is not truly outside of it like White Space, or other extradimensional areas like the Outer Planes. Nor is it metafictional like "Gutter Space" as Gwenpool muses. It is, however, rather appealing to those used to enduring and using some Training from Hell conditions like Tokito Ohma and Laura Kinney.
- Squidward doesn't want to go anywhere near the chamber not because a cephalopod like him wouldn't stand the enviornment, but because after breaking a time machine he ended up in a similar void, except with no apparent exit. It's a miracle he was able to get the time machine to send him to the present or else he would've been stuck forever, so the Time Chamber gives him bad memories. Though they don't fear it in the sense Squidward does, the Equestria Girls would rather not enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as they have some bad experiences of a White Void Room. On another note, while few My Hero Academia deities are concerned about the void and in fact see the appeal in training there, Principal Nezu is apathetic and Mei Hatsume at best sees it as a means to build stuff or test her inventions and at worst take the machine apart leading to her ban or need of supervision.
- No-one knows how the Pocket Dimension came to be, but the general consensus is that it uses magic to work. The existence of multiple entrances suggest it's something that knowlegable enough members of the House of Magic and Sorcery could make their own, but these are "trade secrets" Mr Popo is in no rush to spill. However he's more ambivalent to scientists doing their own take of understanding how it works. The SCP Foundation has been sending probes and D-Class along with volunteer agents to trek through and discover the secrets of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber's inner reality; Dende heard some musing on "Hume level" however so long as they get the proper permission and follows the rules he doesn't mind them researching...though after the stint with SCP-682, they're on thin ice; don't expect them to test 096's trigger with it either. As empty as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is, it's fortunately still far more material and less isolating than the black SCP-3001
. That might be closer to the World of Void, except it's still not as bad as being stuck in 3001.
- Mark Grayson wonders what might happen if the Flaxans were to ever entered. It's unlikely they'd ever be allowed even if they got deity status, being a bunch of alien invaders, but they have an interesting relationship with the Year Inside, Hour Outside trope; unfortunately for them their aging remains consistent with their native time flow, so without something to protect them Rapid Aging limits their Earth invasions. On the flip side, humans there age relating to their own dimension, which lets them live for personal centuries in the Flaxans' realm. He's curious as to if a sort of slowed aging would happen if he wanted to train, though Goku and Vegeta have never tested that since well would you? Invincible's welcome to train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, of course. Bruce Wayne is enough of a Badass Normal to be able to endure the environment, however training's not the primary reason he uses the chamber. No, that would be because it gives him prep time for certain scenarios and contingencies at 365.2426 times the speed from the outside world. Of course, getting the required computers, machines ect into the chamber is a challenge to be overcome in itself.
- Because of their vast experience and knowledge of how time works, pretty much any Time Lord worth their salt is capable of making a Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Though hinted to be ultimately finite, the TARDIS' internal dimensions are more than large enough to have its own area that functions the same as a Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Of course while more physically capable than the average human the Doctor isn't typically someone who would use it. Well, the 3rd and War Doctor have given it a try, seeing as how they're some of the more action-oriented incarnations. The Doctor is also capable of modifying the time flow of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to some degree because of his/her's understanding of temporal dynamics. Mr Popo has allowed the Time Lord to make a lever which goes from a 1:1 (so the time in both dimensions is synchronized) all the way to a 1:17531.6448 (30 minutes outside is one year inside). A big red button is used to reset it to the standard 1 day outside, 1 year inside setting.
- It is theorized that if Dio Brando were to use The World in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, only the realm within it would be affected, and on the flip side it could be used to isolate oneself from his effect. Of course the idea of using that against him is so conditional no-one's tested it. Homura Akemi has mused that the usage by Goku and his friends isn't totally different in concept from Retroactive Preparation as they are both exploiting the flow of time, though it has a much different angle and while the Doctor was able to add a modifier for the speed of time, the direction remains the same as on the outside. An additional theory is that the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is actually a subsection of the Backrooms since it's an alternate dimension consisting of thousands of planes that are infinite or near-infinite in size and scope. Additionally, the Backrooms also have strange time shenanigans that exist there, such as people getting randomly sent two months into the future and not realizing it until they return to Earth. Dende doubts it since the Room of Spirit and Time is more predictable and controllable than the Backrooms, but he doesn't discount the theory as a possibility.

You misgendered Noelle Silva. Was it my fault for not clarifying who it was? I want to say that someone that is a Walking Techbane and does intense training would be banned, but the only one I found that fits is Kitty Pryde who is good enough with tech but her phasing short circuits tech.
OK, I understood. So, here's my entry:
I wish to nominate Sunraku for God of Always Dealing Critical Hits
Sunraku is the main character of the serie Shangri-La Frontier, and in the eponymous game, he usually is so skilled that he deals more critical hits than normal hits, at the point that, with weapons giving buffs related to critical hits, he managed to do more than hundreds of critical hits in something like 5 minutes to an almost-invicible monster able to one-shot him.
Give me books! Give me ALL YOUR BOOKS!!!!!@RJ: The list of angels by universe at the very start is missing Vados from the list.
It goes at the moment Awamo, Sour, Camparii, Cognic, Cuckatail, Korn, Mohito, Kusu, Marcarita and Martinu.
It should go Awamo, Sour, Camparii, Cognic, Cuckatail, Vados, Korn, Mohito, Kusu, Marcarita and Martinu.

Correct me if I'm wrong but according to another user here isn't the anime still going as of this moment? That's grounds for hype which we generally try to avoid here.

Sunny/Najimi is my favorite shipOK, few things for the newcomer
- You can't just bring this proto-draft up first. You need to propose an idea and explain why you think it is a good fit for the trope
- Some works can't be approved right now due to being ongoing or too recent. To avoid hype, we have the Hype Prevention Sandbox. Ultrakill hasn't left yet; that's two months after Act 3 comes out. Similarly, if you have a trope in mind that trope needs to be at least two months old
- Emperor AI wishes to work on him once the hype prevention is over. I mean you can always discuss with them about it but I thought you should know
If we're still on the same page on April 4 New Zealand time I don't have to repost it next page, right? Additionally, with my rework of merged profile of the Experiments for Instant Mass: Just Add Water!. There are a few things I'm wondering. One is should they be considered for the Mon Partnership or not? Who would you say are major enough to have multiple paragraphs, and who should I keep as their own profile?
Edited by RJ-19-CLOVIS-93 on Mar 3rd 2025 at 7:32:46 AM
meh, idk if they should really have something similar to Mon partnerships as they're all in the same profile, so don't't worry about that.
uh otherwise if we're looking for interactions id'd suggesting focusing on some of the more recurring ones like Gigi or Sparky.
"The part I feel most proud of is that we succeeded in affecting people without using words."— Yuji Naka
OK. I think multiple paragraphs I am going to do Sparky, Chopseuy, Angel, Reuben, 627 and Leroy. Single paragraphs will be for experiments with at least two episodes of appearances. It'll take a bit to figure that
The angels and Hyperbolic Time Chamber are up
I have a new hall idea
- Slaughter idea: Hall of Outlooks On Killing (for how people think about/motives for killing, bloodlust types). To give some more room in Ruin and Destruction, being over 300k. Members: The Army of the 12 Monkeys (Greater), Gunvolt, Marguerite Breuilh (Intermediate), Ellen Ripley, Goblin Slayer, Jason Brody, Legolas and Gimli, Marcus Junius Brutus (Lesser), Cyclops Killer/Saito Seijima, Lionel Starkweather, the Fans, Hazardous Environment Containment Unit, Silica (Demigod). Who else should I add or remove?

- In ancient times, after the sinking of Atlantis but much before the coming of proper history, there was an Age undreamed for full of exotic lands and fantastical sights. Hither came Conan, a native of a cold hostile land named Cimmeria who set out to explore the larger world. While the tribesman was seen as a barbarian by many, his upbringing had granted him the abilities of a warrior superior to most and a wild yet honest mindset that helped him with dealing with civilizations. He would go on many adventures, becoming a sellsword, a thief, a pirate,a brigand leader and a monster slayer amongst others, until he became a king by his own hand by overthrowing the corrupt ruler of Aquilonia. Though the thrill-loving adventurer found the duties of a monarch to be more taxing than he had expected, he still became a good king for his new land and subjects. He had further adventures, and many other than his creator have tried to continue his stories, none can confidently say the absolute truth about what happened to him thereafter. That is at least until the appearance of a strange portal disturbed his kingdom. Of course, the Aquilonian King investigated it himself, allowing him to step into a strange land: the Pantheon, where he was informed that he'd been chosed to represent heroic barbarians. Though rather dubious about the offer at first, Conan nonetheless took it, adding Conan the God to his many titles.
- He is rather bemused about his new title as 'god', especially since Crom, the main god of his people's religion, actively spurns worship and smite those who try to call to him. He does not particularly care about being prayed to either, though neither does he mind any of his worshippers going to him for advice, even allowing them to quote 'the hell with you' from one of his more famous incarnation, because it amuse him. In fact, he has a joke claimed that he would give his title to any of them who can defeat him, just to give them some motivation. Even if this was how Pantheon godhood worked, nobody has managed to meet that challenge yet, though it hasn't stopped any subsequent Barbarian Hero from ascending. One such fighter was Sonya of the Nephalem, who challenged him to a brawl for the hell of it. Though she lost, she did manage to impress him a lot, and it didn't hurt that she reminded him of an old friend. Others are Barbara and Elysia, twin princesses from the Glade of Dreams, who look at the experienced barbarian royal with starstruck admiration, the more scarred Aardvark known as Cerebus, as well as Korgoth, a barbarian very similar to him in his younger days, if even more violent and antisocial. As their predecessor of sorts, he tend to see them as his responsability much as the citizens of Aquilonia are, and so strive to help with their problems, even if Cerebus' are... strange.
- Said old friend would eventually arrive in the Pantheon: none other than the warrior woman Red Sonja. Naturally, Conan was very much happy to see her again, and the two often fight together like old times when circumstances allow it. He does still have obvious attraction towards her, but she isn't any more interested than before, and so they are Just Friends. Though he was suprised to learn that it wasn't her first time meeting with people of other times and worlds either, leading him to meet with both Tarzan and John Carter of Mars. As they are also larger-than-life men dedicated to the care of their respective 'kingdoms' of the jungle and Mars through action (not to mention a general tendency to walk around without anything covering their chests), the three of them also have became fast allies.
- At first, the dwarf warrior known as Gilius Thunderhead came to Conan as if an old friend, before realizing that he had mistaken the barbarian for his similar-looking companion known as Ax Battler. Interested by his tales of heroisms against the tyrant involving the two friends and an amazon named Tyris Flare, the Cimmerian decided to help the dwarf have the two ascend with the later. And after they managed to convince the Court to do so, he made it known that he would gladly fight alongside them all.
- Conan's temple serves as an extension of his castle in Aquilonia, so that he can spare time for his roles both as a king and as a God. While he first lead a rebellion against the corrupt ruler Numedides and took the throne for his own gains, he had come to learn that the duties of a monarch were heavy and more grueling than taking the crown was. Still, he does his best to be a good ruler for his people and his land, for he sees them as his responsibility to take care of. Another warrior who usurped his throne from a wicked king only to find its responsibilities appaling was Robert Baratheon, but while Conan remains as mighty and impressive as ever, he let himself sink into hedonism and degradation until his death from a mere hunting accident. While the Cimmerian does not approve of Robert neglecting his duties to his people that let the realm fall into chaos after his demise, he does have sympathy for the former king of Westeros' fall, and took it as a sobering warning to not let himself falter.
- His herald is none other than his queen Zenobia, former slave girl of the King of Nemedia who rescued him from an enemy conspiracy because she had fallen at first sight for him. While the two are very much Happily Married, he still possess a Royal Harem and he's very much as open to brief trysts as he was in his youth. The values of the Hyborian Age are... odd like that, tough he is fairly chivalrous by its standards, and one of the best ways to spurs him to heroism is an innocent woman in trouble.
- Hearing of another man from a so-called primitive tribe that went on to become a monarch, tough clearly one of lesser scope than a literal god emperor, Sigmar has approached Conan to observe his character. Greatly approving of his care towards his kingdom and citizen, the Emperor of Man approached him for an alliance as well as possibly mentoring him in rulership. Tough unwilling to be treated as a pup to teach, Conan likewise still see a more than worthy ruler in Sigmar, and so the two have formed a fast friendship. By contrast, while ome have theorized that he might be a past life of the God Emperor of Mankind due to their similar appearances, he look down on the so-called ruler of mankind as a decrepit old man who has formed an oppresive regime around itself through deception and arrogance, not worthy of any sort of worship. He bluntly said that no matter the lives he may have, he would never want such an existence where he could not fight with his people himself.
- One time, the fates would have him entangle with a woman just as mighty as he is and as skilled... 'Wonder Woman''. It turned out Diana had ended up in the past and without her memory when he met her. For his part, he was drawn to her since he believed her to be Yanna, his childhood crush from a nearby tribe of warrior women. As they ventured together, this turned out to be a case of mistaken idendity, but this did leave a fondness for the other, to the point she left him one of her bracelets and the golden lasso as a parting gift when she left. She would meet a man hinted to be his reincarnation in the modern day, but the two were still more than happy to meet each other again in the Pantheon.
- One of Conan's incarnations exist in the ancient past of the Marvel Universe, and he one day found himself thrust into present day when he helped a time-stranded Wanda Maximoff thwart the plans of the Greek Goddess Nyx. While he shared a mutual attraction with the Scarlet Witch, she remained loyal to her current lover, though they were still glad to see each other again. Nox, as the goddess of the night is more commonly known, is not too pleased with him and has regarded him as a great obstacle should she ever attempts her scheme to cover the universe in darkness. During his stay there, he worked with many anti-heroic figures of the Marvel Universe in a very loose team known as the 'Savage Avengers'. While they're not a formal group in any way, most of their ascended members readily fight alongside him should they need to face dire threats together. Those comrades even included villains such as Doctor Doom, Krang the Conqueror and Juggernaut! While those more antagonistic figures' plans in the Pantheon sometime threaten his kingdom, needing Conan to face them in battle, there is still a great mutual respect between them.
- Suffice it to say that not all his meetings there went so well. One day, he worked with the Rhino to rob a bank, only to be confronted by Spider-Man. The encounter ended with Conan mocking the superhero's Comes Great Responsibility philosophy, exposing his underwear by ripping his suit, and successfully getting away. While Conan's role as a king meant he doesn't commit such banditry anymore, Spidey is till very understandably sour about this event. Especially since he swears he saw the Cimmerian chuckle under his breath when reminded about it.
- Due to his long experiences of fighting with wicked sorcerers, Conan has a general distrust of magic and those who use it, tough it's not an unsurmountable prejudice, as he has managed to make friends with less nefarious wizards like Doctor Strange. This does not lessen his opposition towards wicked sorcerers, especially those themed around snakes, for he had many running with worshippers of the wicked serpent god known as Set, including one version where one such cult leader killed his family. A prime example of such a foe is Voldemort, whose arrogance and cruelty is very typical of the many enemies he slayed before. And of course, the leader of the Death Eaters does not appreciate a simple, 'dumb' muggle interfering in his plans. Hearing of his many prestigious slayings of wicked wizards, the magic hunter known as Anti-Mage tried to recruit Conan in his cause to eradicate all magic, but he found himself rebuffed by the barbarian-turned-king. For tough he disliked sorcery, he was not one to wish to dedicate his life to wipe it out, and he had in fact worked with mages in the past for common causes. Tough Anti-Mage was disapointed by the refusal, he still highly respects the Cimmerian.
- He went on to meet the actual divinity within the Pantheon, or at least in one of its incarnation: Apophis. Quite naturally, the snake wasn't pleased by the barbarian's interference with his worshipper's spread of his influence, and so now seek to destroy him. But that name conflation did NOT please the Egyptian God also known as Set, who has dedicated himself to punish Conan for confusing him with his hated enemy. For his part, the barbarian does not care much about the differences to his world's version, for they're all as wretched as each other to him. Another evil divinity he has faced before is Shuma-Gorath, but the tentacled monstrosity is content to ignore Conan for now, as despite the difficulties the Cimmerian gave him before, he and the other Savage Avengers did unwittingly helped free the entity from the control of the sorcerer Kulan Gath. The sentiment isn't exactly recoprical considering Shuma is still a monster bent on domination and wanton destruction of the world.
- Upon hearing of Sonia's own strange adventures in the multiverses, Conan went on to meet two other icons of Pulp Magazine: John Carter of Mars and Tarzan of the Apes. He found much kinship with them, for John was also a wandering warrior who ended up becoming a ruler to a foreign kingdom, tough the later is the warlord of a much stranger realm that is the planet Mars, and while Tarzan doesn't rule over men, he is still the 'king' of his native jungle and easily understand the difficulties Conan had when first encountering civilizations. As such, the three warrior kings have formed a fast friendship, and agreed to come to each other's help if they needed it.
- He once found himself thrust into a multiversal incident involving Outworld, where he met and fought the participants of the Mortal Kombat. Due to his generally heroic character, he found himself allied with the good-aligned deities from that universe, and in particular come to love Johnny Cage's movies, seeing the man as an artist. The movie star himself is not only thrilled to have another fan, but insistent on having Conan sign up for a movie deal, something which the barbarian is considering if only because of the money. Tough of course he came to blows with the more nefarious sorts of this multiverse, especially with the local wicked sorcerers that are Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, tough Shao Kan (or as he met him, General Shao) actually respects the Cimmerian as a fellow warrior that relish the thrill of combat.
In relation to future work, where would Scissors Cuts Rock and Ambiguous Innocence go?

I think Scar (Fullmetal Alchemist) might applicable for that hall idea.
I hit a wall on what to do with this reworking. I won't be able to do anything tomorrow, but I don't think more interactions of enemies are needed. Allies I do think I need more of but specifically the individual Allies. My goal is three individual allies per person. But my priority is fixing the bones of what is here to be Pantheon standard. I am struggling to reword things so new ideas for existing paragraphs are what I want most.

- Uncertain Feelings: Heart, Brain and Medic
- Summary Text: On Earth there exists a magical trainline that runs through Japan powered by all the imagination on Earth. This magical trainline is called the Rainbow Line and only children and those with a strong imagination can see it. But the Rainbow Line came under threat from the wicked Shadow Line with desires of expanding their own evil trainline, taking over the world and giving power their emperor of darkness Z. When the Shadow Line attacked a certain town, five children were rescued by the Rainbow Line to be Ressha Sentai Toqger. Joining the team was a Defector of the Shadow Line who later went by the name Akira Nijino. Together the six heroes defeated Z and brought peace back to earth. The Shadow Line would return 10 years later when they thought they would have a chance. But the Toqgers were able to defeat the returned enemy and show the power of their bonds.
- Ascension Text In 2017 after defeating Grand Duke Hei of the Shadow Line. The Rainbow Line appeared to the Heroes once again with two passengers. Yotsuba Koiwai and Matilda Wormwood had come from far away to formally invite the Toqgers to the Trope Pantheon. They knew about the Rainbow Line and wanted its champions to join with their powerful Imaginations to fight off the forces of evil and enjoy the magic of the Trope Pantheon.
- After their ascension, Kouta Kazuraba was glad to see them and he thank them for lending their strength to the All Rider army against the Badan Empire during the Heisei/Showa Rider War incident.
- Right is known for spending more time at the House of Food than at any other place in the Pantheon, especially when he visits Chiyoko Shiraishi's restaurant.
- Kagura, on the other hand, is actually a big fan of Oren Pierre Alfonzo's pastry shop as she wants to eat their cakes so badly.
- They were good friends with Ryotaro Nogami due to him being a heroic train user like them. MORE
- Many of the Pretty Cures within the pantheon sees the ToQgers as the "Sentai counterpart" of the Smile Pretty Cures, nevertheless, both teams are friends in good terms especially with Right and Miyuki Hoshizora.
- The ToQgers are also amused that Yayoi Kise is a Fangirl of many Toku heroes as she, along with the Smile Cures imitates their "Victorious Imagination" pose
, much to their surprise.
- The ToQgers are also amused that Yayoi Kise is a Fangirl of many Toku heroes as she, along with the Smile Cures imitates their "Victorious Imagination" pose
- The entire team were very close friends with Madoka Kaname since both of them fighting dark beings in the form of the Shadow Line and the Witches that brought forth despair to their respective universe. On top of that, Madoka is somewhat surprised that the five core members of the ToQger's true age were younger than her.
- The whole team literally dislikes Monokuma even though he looks like a teddy bear due to his reputation for initiating a mutual killings in a certain school. Because of this, whenever Monokuma initiates a similar scheme in the pantheon, the ToQgers are determines to stop Monokuma's plans so history will never repeat again.
- The ToQgers eventually learned that Monokuma and his mastermind aren't the only Despair bringers in the Pantheon. There's a whole hall filled with such evil people. And the Twisted Tormentors and the protectors of such depraved activites. Thus the ToQgers have dedicated themselves to ending the evil of all those that would bring harm, despair, or darkness to others.
- The ToQgers have a weird relationship with some of the Kamen Rider Drive characters in the Pantheon. They obviously respect Shinnosuke Tomari and Krim Steinbelt, they see Go Shijima as a flashy big brother figure carrying a darkness he is working through, and will absolutely fight Tenjuro Banno if he tries anything. But the problems lie with and the Heart, Brain and Medic. Canonicity between the two series is VERY LOOSE. But in the Pantheon things are different. The ToQgers saw the worst of the the Roidmude trio before they saw the best of them. Akira was one of the first to lend a hand of friendship to them as a reformed villain, he saw that they were no longer intent on hurting humans. Right was next to send friendship by seeing their imagination for a brighter future. After Right, the whole team welcomed them but still are leery because they were involved with murders and humans getting hurt.
- An enemy to the ToQgers that doesn't involve darkness or shadows is Fuse and his Fusion army. The ToQgers are practically walking nuclear engines that can fight off Fuse due to Fuse's weakness to Imagination. They can't be everywhere even if their trains are fast, but when the ToQgers are fighting against Fuse, the tide of battle usually turns away from Fuse. A single strike from them could wipe out legions of Fusion Monsters and take out a few Fusions along with it.
- The ToQgers are generally a Friend to All Children because children help power the Rainbow Line and can see it completely. But there some pretty nasty children in the Pantheon with wicked imaginations. Mandy is apathetic to the Rainbow Line because her own evil stops her from boarding. Bloo, Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco can board the Rainbow Line since they are Imaginary Friends capable of touching but Bloo is not allowed to get into any of the control rooms. Eduardo can also be frightened by the Rainbow Line's whistle leading to hijinks. But the most dangerous children who could use the Rainbow Line are The Boys from South Park. The ToQgers are often looking out for if those boys try to steal their train for their own nefarious purposes with the exception of Kyle who has admitted how terrible his friends are and gets to spend time with the ToQgers.
- The ToQgers were ecstatic to learn about the GUAG Toku Division They gave big hugs to Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger in celebration of reuniting outside a conflict where they needed fight evil and met Mashin Sentai Kiramager. They fell in friendly love with Jyuuru who also uses Imagination-Based Superpower for his Sentai team. They were to combine the ToQ-Oh with Kiramaizin by combing their imaginations, but they were not able to find a pose that worked with both the ToQgers and the Kiramagers.

for Ogerpon, I imagine Weaknesses And Drawbacks or Physical Powers, while Perchanut could go to Morally Ambiguous Acts or Anti-Villains
@Alecoene — For Conan, Amleth and Godfrey have barbarian backgrounds. In Amleth's case, he was the son of a barbarian king until his uncle tried to get them killed, with Amleth swearing that he would have his revenge in the future and eventually living up to his promise. In Godfrey's case, he was a barbaric warlord whose actual name was Hoarah Loux before he married Queen Marika and became the First Elden Lord. Though Godfrey was a just and fair ruler and has a sense of honor, he's a bloodthirsty berserker who has a Might Makes Right philosophy and his bloodlust was such that he has a spirit lion attached to his back to restrain said bloodlust.
It's been a long time, so suggestions incoming...
- Harvey Dent/Two-Face — Two-Faced
- Self-explanatory. Harvey Dent getting half of his face scarred is a defining feature of his general character. Initially a respected district attorney with a bright future (despite hiding a dark past and doing his best to restrain violent and impulsive urges stemming from said past), he ends up getting half of his face horribly mutilated. This, in turn, causes Harvey to develop a split-personality; one where he is a remorseful, emotionally broken soul who wants to deliver justice mercifully, and one where he is a violent maniac and intends to deliver justice through death and torture, all determined with the flip of a coin which happens to be a relic of Dent's olden days. To put it simply, Harvey's mutilated face is symbolic of his fatalistic philosophy as well as his obsession over duality and it makes him one of Batman's most sympathetic and tragic enemies.
- Shouzou and Ine Saito — Together in Death
- Shouzou and Ine are an old and elderly married couple who have remained together for several centuries. One day, they come across a mystical apple which, upon digestion, causes them to age back into teenagers. Though they enjoy a moment of feeling at their physical peak, they realize that their youth is not permanent and that they would eventually grow back to their natural age. Shouzou and Ine don't mind, as this means they don't have to worry about outliving their loved ones and accept their morality, with their story arc concluding with the couple passing away together in their sleep with a smile.
- Nucky Thompson — I Own This Town
- Nucky is a career politician with great ambitions and a sleazy, yet conniving and charismatic man with powerful influence. With that in mind, he is the county treasurer of Atlantic City, New Jersey, a position which he inherited from the feared and ruthless Commodore. As the series progresses, Nucky maintains his political position whilst also delving into the world of organized crime where, despite its lethalities and the risks, it accentuates Nucky's influence and authority for Atlantic City, whom he treats as a personal territory and making sure to assert his reputation within the city.
Those are neato ideas
It's going to be a bit before I get into doing my Death Note adoptables. I am wondering if anyone wants to work on them in the near-future or no, along with other approved ideas (by near-future I mean in the next month or two)
I wish to re-rework Jar Jar Binks since I do not do as good a job at it that I could have. Besides, I also overplayed the Darth Jar Jar meme. However I also have another potential trope in mind. For his current trope of Plucky Comic Relief, this is the intended role of Jar Jar Binks in the prequel movies. An Amusing Alien and slapstick victim who would occasionally prove useful...he didn't exactly get a warm reception so he was Demoted to Extra in Attack of the Clones. However I am wondering if Take That, Scrappy! is a better trope. Jar Jar Binks was a notoriously disliked character for a number of reasons, primarily because he wasn't seen as convincingly funny enough. However over time Star Wars itself has caught on to this and decided to make potshots at the character's expense. Many licensed games do this like his cameo in carbonite, an achievement getting him killed 20 times, and getting reduced to a street performer. In Clone Wars he ended up as The Friend Nobody Likes. Ironically being seen as annoying and disrespected in-universe has improved his reputation out of it (kinda)

The HPS works on general (not personal) basis, so even if you don't watch the anime, if it's still airing and the manga's still running, it's still locked and you need to wait.
