Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
      • Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
      • Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
      • For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
    • For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
    • Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "[tup]" or "[tdown]".
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
    • You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
    • Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
    • Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
    Templates
Template for adding a new deity: God X, God/Goddess/Deity of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.

    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
      • OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles: Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
Template for Treasure profiles: The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

I'm beginning to brainstorm ideas as to how this new "Franchise Over-Rep Prevention Sandbox", as I'll call it for now, will work. While I make formal plans, suggestions on what people consider "over-represented franchises" would be welcome. Here's the list I have so far, based on what most often gets brung up with over-representation discussions:

could Monster Hunter count? like, I'm not opposed to its existence but at the same time, there is a lot of profiles there, and as i've noticed some of them are kinda not up to standards. not like only 4 short paragraphs bad, but still.

Standard rework of peanut. Also, first draft of Joseph Cooper; its rougher than usual because I had somewhat of a harder time with this. Did anyone watch Interstellar?

SCP-173, Deity of Neck Snapping (The Sculpture, The Original, The Statue, Peanut, Billy, Ted(?), Untitled 2004 (formerly), The Freaky Statue, The Koitern, Shy Sammy the Statue, Carver, Poop Statue, Uscisk)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/scp_173.jpg
  • Votes: 3(Radio Contact Line, Excessive-Menace, Kaotic Kanine)
  • Date of ascension: 20 February (repost 17 February)
  • Note: Rework.
  • Hall: Methods of Killing (House of Slaughter)
  • Intermediate God (Greater God in the Revised Entry scenario, overall considered a Euclid class object)
  • Symbol: Itself
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Implacable Man, The Dreaded Even To SCP-682 and SCP-096, Distressingly Fast, Murderous Mannequin and Living Statue, Moves very fast unless you are directly looking at it, Can't Move While Being Watched, Sickening "Crunch!" By Snapping Your Neck, Nothing Will Stop Its Neck Snapping Rampages, Symbol Face
  • Domains: Statues, Sight, Mystery, Murder
  • Unclear connection to: Ted, and by extension the Five Survivors as a whole
  • Interests: The Celestial Toymaker
  • Allies: The Weeping Angels (somewhat), Spooky, The Slender Man, Ghatanothoa
  • Odd Friendship with: Robert the Tire
  • On speaking terms with: Prince Asterion/the Minotaur, the Boos
  • Enemies: Anyone with a neck is fair game for SCP-173. More specifically? The SCP Foundation, The Protectors of Plot Continuum, The Doctor, Mike Schmidt, Larry Daley, SCP-682, AM, Bender Bending Rodriguez, Mario and Luigi, Regirock, Heimdall, Medusa, Kaa
  • Feared by: Many other SCPs, notably 682 and 096, blind deities
  • Annoyed by: Stretch-powered deities who can easily survive a Neck Snap like Monkey D Luffy, Reed Richards and Helen Parr (usually also enemies)
  • Ignored by: The Statue of Freedom, The Nestene Consciousness and Autons
  • Avoided by: The Ghostface killers
  • SCP-173 can be described as a docile statue and nothing particular stands out about it besides having a creepy appearance. When observed, it seems to just be a tacky statue concrete and rebar, with a face made from Krylon brand spray paint. However, should you take your eyes off it for just a moment, the creature will snap your neck. Maintaining eye-sight is the only way to control it and even then, it can move while you blink, and it's incredibly fast to boot. It's not clear why; there are intepretations about it enjoying the Sickening "Crunch!" sound from snapping necks, being angry about not being able to move, being friendly until it's face was smudged (ok that was from a joke article), something else...or maybe it's just a jerk. It is in all respects, unkillable. SCP-173's cell has a combination of blood and feces accumulate across the floor through an unknown method, requiring that it be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.
    • Out of universe, SCP-173 is not just notable for being one of the most iconic SCPs, but the first SCP ever written and thus kicking the entire SCP verse off. The photo that inspired and formerly was used on the SCP-173 article was actually a picture of an art piece called "Untitled 2004" by Izumi Kato. Because the image was so iconic, it was a rare exception to the SCP wiki's usual image use policies, and thus for legal reasons the SCP-173 page had to be edited to include warnings about how the image and its likeness can be used. In February of 2022, the photo was removed to remain on the safe side of copyright law due to it not technically being compliant with Creative Commons (CC-BY-SA 3.0), as well as the ethical quandary of it essentially being hijacked from the original artist
  • The first time it entered the Pantheon (or to be more precise, when it was first successfully broken out by someone, GUAE being the most likely suspect after the last breakout), it just startled a few deities who were wandering around the main halls of the Pantheon and suddenly a crowd formed around it, wondering why such a strange statue found itself standing in such an unexpected location. It wasn't until people lost sight of the creature and then it suddenly snapped the neck of Kenny McCormick that people realized this creature wasn't harmless. The SCP Foundation quickly contained the creature and—because the Court of the Gods saw it fitting to ascend—delivered it to its new temple, where it's kept at bay with heavy camera surveillance. SCP-173 is one of the few deities that has been capable of travelling almost anywhere in the Pantheon, even to the most unlikely of places. A warning has been displayed that SCP-173 can show up at any moment if it's broken from containment and should it be spotted, maintain eye contact and call for help if you need to.
  • SCP-173 is sometimes known as "Peanut" because of the curious proportions of its original design. Or Billy because of Markiplier. Usually just differentiated as the Sculpture or the Statue. Despite this some of its silly nicknames and appearance as a tacky totem 173 is no joke; even the meanest SCPs keep their distance. For example, anyone wonder how SCP-096 (who kills anyone that looks at its face) would interact with SCP-173 (who kills anyone who doesn't look at it)? Well 096 booked it after being effortlessy trounched by the thing. Famously SCP-173 was used to try and terminate SCP-682. It failed but left the Hard-To-Destroy Reptile cowering on the wall, developing a bunch of bulletproof eyes to keep watch on the thing. A couple potential explanations given make this beef personal. In one canon SCP-173 was a ruthless dictator known as the Koitern who committed genocide against 682's countrymen. In another possible origin, 682 is AM and 173 is Ted suffering under a variant of his And I Must Scream status. SCP-173 is so murderous out of a desperation to be terminated. While they co-exist in the pantheon as different entities the statue weirdly leaves him and the Five Survivors alone unless they want their necks snapped since it somehow "sees visions" of that potential origin. Maybe it's just weirded out by this connection. There is a potential scenario known as the Revised Entry where SCP-173 learnt how to self-duplicate, forming a Hive Mind army. It became such a menace that it overturned both North and South America, leading to both continents being nuked.
  • It doesn't matter if you're human, SCP or otherwise; if you have a neck, SCP-173 will try and snap it the moment no-one's watching. If you somehow don't have a neck, 173 will probably leave you alone but only if you and the statue are disinterested. For example at one point Bender laughed at his design and made the mistake of turning around, causing the statue to twist his head to the point it spun and came loose. And if you can survive, 173 will keep snapping your neck until you don't or in the best case it gets bored. SCP-173 does this by choice and not instinct; it didn't snap the suicidal SCP-451. After making the mistake of underestimating the statue Monkey D Luffy ended up with his head the wrong way around, however he just turned it back like nothing happened. Interestingly the sculpture didn't keep trying until something sticked, due to a mix of seeing it as futile and not being able to get the "crunch" it so enjoys to hear.
  • The Protectors of Plot Continuum have been trying to fend off the creature since it has proven to be a troublesome annoyance for them thanks to 173's powers. Of the few deities that were tasked to keep SCP-173 secure was Mike Schmidt, given his experience with the Animatronics. Mike has gone on record saying that dealing with 173 has been hard, since unlike the animatronics whose movement is erratic but predictable, given that he is not used to be constantly fearing that the sculpture moves every time he blinks. And even worse that it knows how to open doors. Larry Daley is another who often is tasked with guarding it. Unlike Mike, Larry is very used to dealing with living sculptures, although he also has had his share of problems with SCP-173. Asides from his scientific prowess, Reed Richards is able to utilizes his stretchy powers to subdue the entity since all snapping his neck does is cause him to look in the other direction.
  • Remarkably similar to the Weeping Angels, as they're both statues that require constant observation or else they will attack you in the blink of an eye, and snap your neck. Well, the Weeping Angels primarily "kill you kindly" by flinging you decades into the past and feed off that potential life-force. But that's how they eat...if they're full they usually like to snap people's necks "for fun, sir". SCP-173 seems to like the Weeping Angels though it acknowledges neither can move if both SCP-173 and the Angels are staring at each other, so if they're going to work together some co-ordination is necessary. It has also critiqued their Stupid Evil tendencies, though will give credit to more pragmatic and intelligent Weeping Angels like "Angel Bob". Interestingly out-of-universe, the original 173 article came out very shortly before the episode "Blink" aired. Their alliance was formed in order to deal with the Doctor, who has used his (or sometimes her) knowledge of fighting the Weeping Angels to re-contain the Sculpture much to its annoyance. The Celestial Toymaker was impressed by the Sculpture, believing he could use 173 as part of "the ultimate game of musical statues!"
  • Said to have a similar MO as Slenderman, with the main difference that looking at Slenderman is actually harmful for the victim. It's not a strange occurrence that these two creature actually have come to an agreement and "hunt" together during very late hours of the pantheon. The pantheon has been unable to successfully capture the Slenderman yet, so the only solution they found was to keep an strict watch of SCP-173 in it's temple at all times. Spooky has taken an interest into inducting the statue to her collection of Specimens in her mansion but that has proven troublesome since she doesn't have the best relationship with the Foundation but she has broken out the creature from its temple numerous time to relocate it to her mansion. How? Well not having a physical neck might have helped her avoid the creatures most deadly attack, so she just allows it to follow her wherever she goes. She might have accidentally killed a few people when she lost sight of SCP-173 though.
  • An obvious similarity can be made between SCP-173 and the Boos as they Can't Move While Being Watched. However the Boos aren't nearly as hostile, unless of course you're invading their house, are a long-standing enemy like Mario and Luigi or someone else they have bad history with. Whenever the stature encounters a Boo, they close their eyes and if not being observed that allows the statue to go its own way. The Boos can't really do anything to damage 173 and because of their intangible form and lack of neck 173 can't really damage them, so it lets them be. Instead, it likes to chase Mario and Luigi to try and snap their neck; if they have extra lives, that just means it has multiple ways to get its beloved "crunch". It seems to like Ghatanothoa because by mummifying people this makes them easy to have their necks snapped, though as the Great Old One's victims are alive SCP-173 is essentially practicing euthanasia.
  • Even ignoring the scenario where AM and Ted and 682 and 173, SCP-173 hates AM for imprisoning people in their own bodies. Maybe not for ethical reasons, but because 173 hates being frozen in one places and wants to be free to move. This is one stated reason for it to go around snapping necks. However SCP-6001 implies something quite different; as a sculpture, it considers itself a work of art and thus wants people to see it. The 173 from that universe underwent a Heel–Face Turn and is in a museum where it enjoys people who appreciate the artistry behind it. Does this mean if you place it in the right position of the House of Craft it will start to mellow out? Well a) there is no set canon so that might only apply to 6001's Sculpture and b) the SCP Foundation refuses by seeing it as a disaster waiting to happen. Not that this doesn't stop the statue from breaking into the House of Craft. In one of these instances 173 ended up being stuck in a Gelatinous Cube...for a moment, before bursting out at high speed when no-one was looking. The Foundation noted this as "another containment method for the Sculpture we can throw in the bin".
  • Regirock didn't get the hype over SCP-173, citing it as a clumsily made statue and as a legendary made of rock and stone they didn't think it had much to worry. Plus the legendary titans don't have a neck. A poor decision; keeping their eye off the SCP resulted in Regirock becoming a bunch of cluttered rocks and needed its creator to be put back together. The Statue of Freedom does not care for 173 as she doesn't think it poses that much of a threat and feels that the Foundation has it all under control, but she certainly isn't fond over the SCP either. SCP-173 could also be considered a Murderous Mannequin, if a gaudy and ugly one. The Nestene Consciousness could not care about that since 173 is not made of plastic and is way too conspicuous to be useful.
  • SCP-173 hates those with the power of "super-sight" or not needing to blink because it's a lot more difficult to count on them not looking at it and giving it the freedom it desires...along with its beloved "crunch". Heimdall would probably be the perfect way to lock the Sculpture in place were it not for a variety of other priorities keeping him from a 24/7 gaze. Conversly, SCP-173 likes blind deities because there's nothing they can do to stop it. Kaa once made the mistake of believing they could use Hypnotic Eyes on the statue, only for this to do nothing...good thing snakes can't blink so Kaa was able to wait until Foundation personell reclaimed the Sculpture. The statue being made of concrete and rebar means that Medusa's gaze doesn't affect it in the slightest, and she is no less immune to the Neck Snap, which is why she stays far away from it.
  • Interestingly SCP-173 has a friendship of sorts with Robert the Tire. Robert is, well a tire that inexplicably has sentience, and has Psychic Powers it uses to blow people's heads up. Why? Who knows. Of course you could argue 173 has rather inexplicable and inscrutable in its actions, and the intentionally Loose Canon of the SCP 'verse means no-one's getting a concrete motive out of the statue. SCP-173 finds Robert amusing and since the tire doesn't "see" in the traditional sense it isn't frozen in place by the tire, so they can go on a journey of snapping necks and blowing up skulls. This has only made the SCP Foundation even more interested in Robert the Tire. On another note, while the Sculpture isn't going to be all that co-operative with the Minotaur it does seem to have a bit of an accord, as the Minotaur was sealed away and imprisoned in a labyrinth. It reminds the statue of how the SCP Foundation has imprisoned it so it might feel a twinge of sympathy, as much as it's capable of that.
  • Because of the most well-known image used for SCP-173, people like to call it peanut and make jokes at its expense. People have also joked that Dr Clef had sex with the statue. However while SCP-173 does not look all that intimidating underestimating it in even the slightest way is a horrible idea. Ghostface (specifically Billy and Stu) found that out for themselves.

  • Joseph Cooper is a man living in the late 21st century where mass dust bowls and resource scarcity have put the human race in a precarious position, where many have fallen to Anti-Intellectualism. The hope is to find a new planet that humanity can call home, found via a wormhole near Saturn, through the Endurance mission. The planets that seem to have promise are close to the massive black hole Gargantua, enough that the time dilation for anyone on those worlds is noticable. On Miller's planet one hour passes there for every 7 years on Earth. Due to a mysterious "ghost" his daughter witnessed Cooper was able to find the secret NASA base where being the last person remaining on Earth to have been into space it made him uniquely suited to leading the mission in search of a team of scouts who claim to have discovered habitable worlds. While they traveled there the planets proved not as suitable for life as they hoped and the mission was ultimately about allowing some version of humanity via frozen embyros to survive. Cooper would make the decision to slingshot around Gargantua towards Edmunds' planet in an effort for Amelia to carry out plan B, falling into the black hole itself...but rather than dying, he ended up in a strange extra-dimensional location where he could interact with the past, like moving dust to be the very "ghost" that got his daughter's attention. He'd eventually escape, being flung decades into the future and meeting her daughter as a very old woman. In the end, Cooper, at Murph's insistence, sets out on a new voyage through the wormhole, alongside TARS, in order to find Brand and CASE on the new planet. It's heavily implied that Gargantua was set up the way is by far future humans to complete a bootstrap paradox.
  • Where Joseph Cooper left off, he was seeing the beginnings of a true era of interstellar colonization for mankind. On a visit back to Saturn, there were reports of yet another wormhole that seemed different and unfamiliar compared to the one that sent him to the Gargantua system. Out of it emerged a probe saying they were seeking to talk with Joseph Cooper. While skeptical at first, after seeing very human and recognizable information carried by this probe and proof the wormhole was safe, he made his way through it...only to find Albert Einstein waiting for him. He thought this was some kind of prank at first, but Einstein explained that "we're in a whole 'nother ballgame captain, and we've been thinking about you". Einstein explained how he appeared to still be alive and the mechanics of the Trope Pantheon to Cooper. While the famous scientist used to hold the title of Time Dilation, what with it being first posited by him, Cooper lived through it and he believed he would be a good demonstration of the other way to achieve time dilation; via gravity. And let's just say he was exhilirated to see someone as famous in the field of physics as Einstein giving him this kind of praise.
  • His ascension got the attention of another astronaut, Robert Capa, and quite fast. Both are astronauts trying to save humanity but in different ways; Cooper is trying to find a new home for humanity while Capa is trying to heal the sun so the Earth's habitability can be secured. Interstellar is harder sci-fi than Sunshine, though their sentiment in going to space to save mankind remains the same. They started out working together on the pantheon's space program, Robert Capa giving him the ropes as he has more experience with the Trope Pantheon. Since he's from a more realistic setting Joseph Cooper has found some of the House of Space and Cosmos unexpected and even perplexing at points. There are other things he finds peculiar, like a Texan squirrel that's able to talk with him. That squirrel is Sandy Cheeks, a southerner with a brilliant mind and experience both as an astronaut and making enclosed environments (aka the tree dome in Bikini Bottom). While more in the real of scientific realism he was also surprised to learn Homer of all people had been an astronaut. Admittedly it makes more sense when you remember a) he had professionals with him (Buzz Aldrin himself and James Taylor) and b) it was a ratings stunt specifically to promote the idea of the average man being in space.
  • He's a man out of his time and while he's guaranteed humanity's survival, he's outlived almost everyone he knows due to the effects of Time Dilation. From Earth time perspective he's 124 years old. While not strictly a case of suspended animation he has honorary membership in the cryogenics counselling club for deities like Steve Rogers and Aang. Fry and Cooper are amicable with one another as while Fry initially felt relieved being a thousand years in the future he's come to miss his past, but has managed to make new friends and loved ones in the 31st century. Joseph Cooper was interested in the Planet Express ship's mechanics even if he admits they're kind of absurd like 200% efficency ("that's especially impossible"). Fry has dealt with a number of time travel shenanigans having gone back and forwards in time, along with being part of an important Stable Time Loop, though why is kind of awkward. Having outlived his family the long way Aja Oba could sympathize. As a genius that helped advance humanity scientifically he thinks Cooper is a good man.
  • As much as it can suck being a man out of his time Joseph Cooper is The Idealist, a firm believer in finding more daring and effective solutions to Earth's problems over short-term survival and dismayed at fatalistic and narrow-minded outlooks. Cooper's completely ideologically opposed to Pinbacker, who believes humanity "should lay down and die" out of a skewed belief it's what God wants. Straw Nihilist outlooks as worth derision to the astronaut, and beings who would try to validate that with oppression and suffering on mankind can just go to hell as far as he cares. There are many aliens like the Qu and Black Doom who see humanity as inferior and derisive and who resent someone like Cooper trying to prove the indomitability of the human spirit. As he's just one man he's going to leave shutting them up to the professionals, and he's not going to let them bring his mood down. The Asteromorphs like what he's done, though outside of respecting his accomplishments they're neutral on him. Cooper is intrigued by the hyper-advanced Xeelee as they have achieved on a much larger level what he thinks the "bulk beings" have; utilize a Stable Time Loop in order to bring about their own timeline.
  • With his experience with black holes and other celestial objects, he's kind of freaked out by Planet Remina and the Iris. And he hates what they represent, that being humanity is nothing but a doomed speck in an indifferent universe. As someone who risked his life to make sure mankind would survive he resents the existence of these celestial bodies that can doom the world. Fortunately the Trope Pantheon is just as full of beings experienced in fighting these menaces off, which has helped reinforced an optimistic view on the human race. Despite living to beyond the end of the universe his new friend Aja Oba has found even if it eventually ends, as everything does except for him apparently, it's still worth it. There's another word for humanity that the Doctor has used which Joseph Cooper appreciates and finds rather apt to his outlook; humans are "indomitable". The Doctor has offered him a chance to join him for a bit, which he accepted as a chance for adventure and to see humanity's future. One of their adventures involved fighting Sirius, the malevolent Galactic Conqueror and Psychopathic Manchild embodying the more "creative license" types of black holes.
  • On his adventures with the Doctor Cooper discovered a darker side of Time Dilation he was fortunate never to experience. One emergence of the Cybermen was a consequence of a massive generation ship finding itself close enough to a black hole that time passes much more slowly in the ship's command center than in the lower decks. The Cybermen embody a very dark path humanity could pursue to ensure their survival, essentially sacrificing what makes them human to do so. Among the Doctor's Rogues Gallery they may be the group that Joseph Cooper fears the most, because of what they represent and the implications of being a Cyberman. And one of the figures involved with this was the Master, who has some prior experience with a corrupted, desperate potential future of mankind. On a relatively lighter note, Cooper has talked to Sonic about finding some trouble with Time Dilation as he ended up being gone from Mobius for a year in one continuity.
  • There are some parallels he's found with his setting and the setting of WALL•E, in that they both experience scarcity and pollution-based catastrophies, with humanity saving itself by going into space. The outcomes are different, though. In Interstellar the Earth was ultimately beyond saving and it was living in space that helped saved the species. In WALL•E the Earth was not beyond saving and life found a way. Onboard the Axiom humanity had become too complacent and coddled. Thanks to WALL-E and EVE the Earth's potential to be restored was revealed and humanity was able to get out of their indolent rut. The coddling in the Axiom has struck Joseph Cooper as a dark side of interstellar colonization, reminding him of the importance of the trope that Living Is More than Surviving. He's happy that the Axiom's captain came to that realization, and he has been pitching in his advice to him and those lovable robots. While he's not a fan of AUTO he also recognizes AUTO is merely following the protocols set to it and doesn't hold any real animosity, just that it needs to have limitations applied to it.

@r-lock, Ulula should be allies with Michael Jackson, who even guest starred in Space Channel 5 and was an avid Sega gamer.

For Axel Foley, I'm thinking about an interaction with his fellow cop and doppelganger Reggie Hammond.

@Rlock

Lois Lane is an investigative journalist. The Music Meister uses music for evil by forcing others to dance.

@Radio

Could Kamen Rider fit in there? We have a lot of minor characters of middling profile quality ascended, and while new characters aren't proposed and ascended as frequently as Pokemon, I know some people here complain about the overrepresentation of that franchise.

@ Radio Contact Line: Hmm...I suppose with the SCP entries I would be first more critical of stuff that shows up in SCP Foundation entries but not SCP Foundation: SCPs as I would regard the latter as "primary/secondary characters", for lack of better word. And yes, it includes many of my own ideas

@RCL. Avatar, Final Fantasy, Mega Man, One Piece, Star Wars, and Super Mario are all well-represented.

I've got a couple character proposals to make:

For the trope Green Gators

Hall of Reptiles.

I am considering Wally Gator, from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon of the same name, who is a green alligator

Stupidest Thing I've Ever Heard

Hall of Phrases.

King Leonardo

Kingsy's catchphrase isn't that exact quote. But rather, whenever he hears a dumb idea, he says "Confound it! That's the most unheard of thing I've ever heard of!"

However, I don't know what the title of this trope should be.

  • There is a planet called Iron Star populated by a race of sapient robot called Droids, built by an ancient race known as the Morbots, out of scrap metal and space junk. The Morbots are rumored to still inhabit Iron Star's core, where none of the surface dwellers venture for fear of deactivation and destruction. As the life of the native Droids evolved, a scientist, Dr. Exavolt, experimented with Droid technology, attempting to evolve it beyond its current limits and rule over the planet with an iron fist. One of his experiments inadvertently resulted in the tyrannical military mastermind known as General Corrosive. Corrosive began manufacturing a race of soldier robots known as Milbots, or Mils, and enslaved the Droid race of Iron Star. Droids who rebelled against Corrosive were deactivated and recycled. Colonel Alloy, a former architect, established a hidden Droid settlement known as Droid Town, where he and the Droid Rebellion make their final stand against the Mils. Glitch, a strayed robot that is unlike any other Droid is found deactivated in a ruined city by Droid rebels. He is reactivated in Droid Town, where it is discovered that Glitch's memory has been erased. When he is brought up to date on the rebellion, Droid Town is attacked by Milbots. Glitch aids in the defense of the city and pursues a Mil, Vlax, that got away, so he could not report the location of Droid Town to General Corrosive. After taking care of Vlax and retrieving a special chip with Morbot energy for Krunk, Glitch infiltrates into Mil city to steal a chip that contains the OS of every Mil with the intents to permanently deacticate every Mil in the planet. After helping a Mil spy that defected to the Droids called Goff, he is told that Exavolt is still alive and held captive on the Mil Tower, prompting Glitch to go in the scientist's rescue. Taking Exavolt to Droid Town however was a terrible mistake as Exavolt reveals his true nature as the actual leader of the Mils and sends his troops to attack Droid Town, kidnapping Glitch and force him to fight in gladiatorial arenas. Escaping the gladiatorail pits, Glitch returns back to base, while almost everyone is safely in hiding, one of Glitch's friends, Zobby, was taken by Exavolt. Glitch finds Exavolt on a space shuttle ready to take off. Glitch attaches himself to the outside of the shuttle as it takes off. The shuttle docks with a space station in hiding behind a fake moon in orbit over Iron Star. As Glitch searches for Zobby, he takes control of General Corrosive, and initiates the permanent shutdown of the Milbots. Seeing that the station is lost, Exavolt begins a self-destruct countdown in the station. Glitch and Zobby escape in an escape pod and land back on Iron Star. Once back on the surface, Glitch is challenged by General Corrosive, and Glitch defeats him. Glitch is received as a hero for destroying the Milbots, while Exavolt, watching from his shuttle in orbit, vows revenge.
    • Glitch himself has a very special ability, which is the ability to enter to the body of enemy Mils with a sneak attack that allows Glitch to use them as canon fodder to make surprise attacks and finish off whoever was still alive, making his name a very literal case.
  • When the Droid Rebellion were celebrating Glitch's triumph over the Mils, suddenly a massive earthquake happened all over Iron Star, leaving everyone shaked and confused of what was happening. When the earthquake finally stopped, they looked up to the skies and started to see something different, a massive metal planet was near them, many panicked that it was going to crash into Iron Star but then they all realized it wasn't getting any near to them so they didn't had to worry about it. This planet turned out to be Cybertron, and the Autobots were the first ones to notice of the presence of the new planet, sending Bumblebee, Ironhide and Prowl to the Iron Star, meeting the Droids and they explained what happened. Since both the Autobots and the Droids were robots who seeked justice against an oppresive system, they quickly became allies. Unfortunately, whatever brought Iron Star near Cybertron also revived every single Mil on the planet, making a really nasty surprise attack while still celebrating Glitch, the three Autobots helped a lot during this sudden skirmish but it all went down when the newly revived General Corrosive appeared and assisted by his creator Dr. Exavolt, forcing the Droids and the Autobots to leave the battle and bring them to their home in Iacon.
  • After informing of what happened on Iron Star, Optimus rallied a group of his own to take back Droid Town from the Mils, who discovered the existence of the Decepticons and were trying to contact with Megatron to form an alliance with him. With the combined forces of the Droids and Autobots, they managed to destroy the communications center of the Mils, who had to retreat in another place to start the process all over again. Despite their best efforts, the Droids and the Autobots were late, as General Corrsosive managed to contact with Megatron and asked to form an alliance with him. Seeing Corrosive as a kindred spark for his ambitions of conquest and seeing in him as a great ally, Megatron went their personally with his Nemesis crew to assist his new ally. The battle that happened was intense, with several casualties from both Droids and Mils, but despite Corrosive's impenetrable chassis, the Autobots managed to send back the Mils into the more hostile parts of Iron Star, where the Zombots reside. While Megatron is deeply dissapointed that his new ally failed in his first meeting and even mocked in front of him, he ordered Shockwave to give the Mils' scientists Cybertronian technology and ores for them to replenish their numbers and upgrade their weapons.
  • With both factions having new allies, the Droids with the Autobots and the Mils with the Decepticons, both factions warred even more harder than they did before. As war rages on, the underground cities of the Morbots have become another battlefield for the Droid-Mil war, with many of the buildings of the once mighty underground cities, turned into rubble or under study to feed the war machine. The Droids feel utterly disgusted of doing this since they are turning their ancestors' legacy for a pointless war that was supposed to have ended, but for the Mils this is just Tuesday.
  • Glitch is well renowned and highly respected by the Autobots, in special by Optimus Prime thanks to his incredibly courageous nature and incredible abilities, sharing their desire to fight for freedom. He and the rest of the Droid Rebels are treated with high respect by the other Autobots who admire their willpower despite their size. Krunk has been working with Wheeljack in experimental new vehicles for the Droids to use (all while the Autobot scientist is surprised of how pot mouthed Krunk is) while Colonnel Alloy shares his battlefield stories with Kup or strategize with Optimus, Prowl, Magnus and Elita on their next move against the Mils. Glitch usually is with the rest of the Autobot soldiers who listen to his adventures and how he saved Mozer from being turned into a Zombiebot, how he prevented a Grunt named Vlax to reveal the location of Droid Town, how he sneaked into the Mil City to save Exavolt (and later got betrayed by him), infiltrated into the Mil Space Station and managed to control General Corrosive himself and destroy the station with him as well as deactivating every Mil, surviving a very bumpy crash into Iron Star and finishing off Corrosive in one final showdown. Many Autobots are both fascinated and shocked of how a small bot like Glitch was able to pull all that off with barely any memory of his past life.
  • Meanwhile, Exavolt and Shockwave have learned from one another very much, having started working on a prototype Mil-Decepticon hybrid soldier with the best of both worlds. Despite working together, its clear that Exavolt is planning to take full control of this hybrids from Shockwave and still plans to take over Iron Star with or without Decepticon help. And with Cybertron now close enough, he plans to take Cybertron as well. Although Shockwave doesn't think Exavolt will go really far if he, the one who made the nigh-invulnerable General Corrosive, sent his own troops to fight an impossible battle to stop a brainwashed Corrosive due to Glitch taking control of him and thought that was a totally great idea.
  • Corrosive and Megatron have been preparing the new invasion against the Droids in this new frontier of metal that expands on the horizon, but it has mostly been Corrosive shouting incoherently and smashing with an ocassional talk. To say Megatron is not amused at all that his new ally is a massive hulk of a brute who barely ever talks to him, let alone strategize, is a massive understatement. It got so bad that the Constructicons and Combaticons had to interviene by merging into Devastator and Bruticus just to keep Corrosive under control, and even then it was hard because of how resistant Corrosive is. Starscream (and just about every single Decepticon in the Nemesis) wonders what makes Megatron think allying with Corrosive and the Mils (who were treating the Nemesis like own the place) was a good idea as not only it feels like Corrosive is a general all but in name but suspects that Exavolt was actually the one doing the planning and commanding with the Mil is just a giant puppet leader. When confronted about it, Exavolt claims that Corrosive is actually smart but every time he does something, it makes him look like a mindless feral beast. Some even suspects that it was Exavolt talking through Corrosive when the Mils first contacted with the Decepticons. But it seems Megatron wants to use the Mils as a puppet army to use it everywhere while keeping his Decepticons for more important fights. Only time will tell if the Milbot-Decepticon alliance will last long.
  • On the news that a new army of evil robots have entered the Pantheons, Optimus has called for reinforcements from his allies of the Pantheons, likewise Megatron also brought his new allies to deal with his new enemies:
    • The entire house of Machinery and Technology was put in alert and notified everyone to be careful of the Mils coming, as after their alliance with the Decepticons, they have reached the house at large and established a factory to build their army there. It didn't took long enough for them to start invading the Pantheons and kidnap several robots to force them to work in their factories and mines, with some lucky ones being turned into second class citizens but are looked down upon by the Mils. Many of Glitch's friends such as Mozer have been drafted into the house to protect the civilians there, shame his joints won't let him beat up a Titan like he normally would like to, but he can still send Grunts flying with that massive iron beam he carries with. Krunk was also send there to help the Droids to establish some comms array and learn the tech the house offered.
    • Slosh and Pyro have been sticking together like 2 peas in a pod as they both share a same interest: burning their enemies into crisp (or melt in Slosh's case). Though in this relationship, Slosh is the only on who most talks, even if it in his ridiculously fast speed of talking whereas Pyro only muffles due to their mask. Everytime a Mil attack happens, Slosh rushes where they are to toast them with his aptly named Toaster flamethrower, and Pyro joins him in this favorite pastime they throughoutly enjoy.
    • Dell Conagher, AKA the Engineer, met Krunk in the House of Machinery and Technology after the latter was sent to gather any components that was usable for the Droids. Seeing a new face in the house, Engi asks what he was, and faced a flurry of swears from Krunk who was only introducing himself. After telling Engi to fuck off so that he could go and return picking stuff, some Mil soldiers who had followed Krunk made a sneak attack to cut off the head of technology of the Droids. Krunk defended himself without much hardships, hacking into a Commando that was with the Mils and started mowing the Grunts down quite easily but Engi brought up some of his trusty Sentries, who made quite a number on the remaining Grunts. Krunk simply told Engi he has some hand in machinery and wen to go pick up some fresh new metals. Though Engineer thought that he appreciated the help (Krunk actually wasn't).
    • WALL•E was saved by EVE when some Mils started to shoot and murder every robot that they encountered, having to roam in a city ravaged by the Milbots rampage across the house. In their journey, they met AUTO who was beating up a Grunt with his taser. Understanding that they were all in a very bad situation, they decided to join up forces for a time. EVE used her Arm Cannons to blast off any hostile bot that would try to kill her love while AUTO used his taset to fry them up to death. Hearing of a bunker some robots called the Droids made to act as a shelter, they made their way into there where they found several of their friends either recovering from the attacks amongst them Roz with an injured Fink and Brightbill or preparing to go out and fight back such as Data. The Droids were wary of AUTO and when he had to identify himself due to his former status as the captain of the Axiom, but decided that if he were to fight the Mils with them, then he was okay.
    • It was a terrible day for Charlie and Max when they were shopping for robot boxing gear for Atom when the Mils staged their invasion, as they nearly died when a Guard almost beheaded their heads. The Guard would have actually beheaded them if it wasn't for Max activating Atom in time and defended them from the Mil for a while, as despite Atom's innate high resistance to damage, he was still a boxing robot with no military equipment. The boxing robot would have been scrapped for real if it wasn't for Glitch making it just in time and disarmed the Guard and gave Atom an opening that tored the Mil's head apart. From there, Glitch escorted the Kentons and Atom back to safety, fighting with Charlie using Atom's shadow boxing module against incoming Mil Grunts that came to them. The Kentons couldn't thank Glitch enough when they arrived to the bunker, who only responded he was just doing what it's right.
    • Uzi and N were together when the Mils bombed the street they were in while they were going out for some oil. Having succesfully used her solver powers to stop a bomb that was about to fall right on them, N shout in horror as more bombs were falling down, grabbing Uzi and flying off to a more safer place, until he saw there was no safe place in the house, seeing the Mils round up several Drones to kill them and take pictures of their corpses while posing. After landing for what felt like hours, they immediately went to search V and tell her to get the Hell out of the house. In a different part of the house, V was enjoying herself some new metal and oil after a Mil squad went to pick up a fight with her (and ended with a very gory failure). The three reunited and overheard a couple of robots saying the Droids had established a bunker to shelter all the robots that lost their homes to the Mils. When arriving there, they found J who was arguing with Krunk because he told her "no bitchass crazy bots allowed in the bunker". The trio discussed the situation with J, who was just as displeased of the whole situation, V proposed to go out and help the Droids to fight back the Mils as she didn't want their home at the Pantheons get ramshackled by some dirty and greasy hands, to which N and Uzi decided to join in, J too albeit somewhat begrudgingly. Many Mils that day learned true fear when an emo teenager blasted their Titans with her railgun and turning them into pulsating fleshy messes while ripping them apart, while three vampire-like robots started to kill their Troopers in mind-bogling speed and drink their oil or melt them with the acid of their tails. V even made a spire of corpses out of dead Mil soldiers, much to the concern of Glitch who had just arrived to fight and instead saw a massive tower of corpses piled up. N instantly befriended him while Uzi and V simply told him "hi". J left after finishing off the Mils that were attacking the area of the house they were in, telling that she will join fighting again whenever the Mils threaten her branded pen merchandise.
    • Glitch met several new robots when he arrived to the house, after he was ordered to go there and support his fellow soldiers from the Mils. A special encounter was when he met a blue robot girl called XJ-9 who was locked in a fight (if by fight you mean effortlessly beating a group of Grunts with the massive arsenal you carry in with) who told him about the current situation of the house is undergoing, as the Milbots have taken a huge part of the robot population to be enslaved. Furious of history repeating on a much larger scale, Glitch immediately went into battle and resolved to give everyone a fighting chance by infiltrating into one of the Milbots factory to blow up the entire thing and bring down one of their strongholds they had. Jenny joined up in this plan and helped him to take down one of the factories that was stationed very near in the civilian settlements, distracting the enemy long enough to allow Glitch to plant bombs in the base of the factory, turning it into little less than rubble and broken machines. After arriving in a bunker the Droids built to give shelter to all those who lost their houses to the Mils, Glitch and the Droids stationed there thanked XJ-9 for her help in this war, she appreciated and told everyone there that her actual name was Jenny Wakeman. After notifying to her creator, Dr. Nora Wakeman of the situation that is going on, she went there personally to help any injured robot that she could help, certainly motivated to help her daughter to defend the Pantheons from the Mils.
    • Another group of robots that are fighting for the peace of the house is Mega Man, who got caught surprised by a platoon of Grunts. Feeling like the house is about to be in danger, Mega Man went as fast as he could to Dr. Light to inform of the Mils, only to watch in horror how they had already attacked the house, injuring gravely Dr. Light. Mega Man had to bring Light back into the house of Medicine to treat him, then returned to the war-torn house to do some payback against the Mils. Protoman, X and Zero also joined in, taking many civilians out of the battefield and bringing them to the Droid bunker. Dr. Wily, feeling like he is the only one who should defeat Light, sent his Robot Masters and Bass to fight against the invasion after hearing the news his long time archenemy was injured during the Mil invasion. Dr. Weil, another evil scientist and infamous for his hatred against robots, sent Omega to kill both Mils and any other robot that was fighting them in order to take down both factions so that he could take over. The only robots from Mega Man's world that has seemingly joined forces with the Mils are Sigma and Lumine, who are impressed of how they do things and sharing their ideals of robotic superiority, decided to assist them with their own set of Mavericks and Reploids. While they are allied, Sigma has warned them that should they ever try anything on his Mavericks or stand in his way for Reploid supremacy, Sigma won't hesitate on using his virus to take over the Mils, Lumine also made a similar threat to the Mils.
    • The Androids of Jericho were very horrified and appaled of the atrocities the Mils commited to the Droids, seeing how many of them parallels of how androids were treated back in the day when they were still considered objects to be used. Karra was worried of what the Mils would do to her, Luther and Alice so she warned heavily of the Mils. Marcus and Connor (his Deviant version), on the other hand, took special offense on learning that Mils often dedicated themselves to hunting Droids when they had free time, seeing this as heavily insulting to any form of sapient machines that suffered opression. They have been very vocal about their opposal against the Mil army and are currently helping Optimus and the Autobots to supress all Mil activities. However, that is not to say that he believes that Mils can have a change of heart and join the Droids.
    • 7723, who is no stranger against robots that wants a better world for themselves, was really pissed to learn a faction of robots that enslave other robots had appeared and were sending incursions into the House of Machinery and Technology. He and Mai had to protect several robots from being gunned down by legions of Grunts and Guards that were sent to terrorize the population and scare them into submission. This fights also brought the attention of Ares, who made a counter-attack on the Mils as he wasn't going to let some new metal came in and took what he thought it was his. 7723 hates to say it, but he admits that Ares helped a ton when it came to smashing, slashing and blasting Mils together, though they immediately did a warning shot to each other and tell that they aren't done with each other yet. Justin only sighs to himself that now a planet-sized army of robots have made their way into the house and attacking everything that is not them, preparing 7723 and Mai for the worst, Krunk introduced himself to Justin and told him if he wanted to "fuck over a Mil very well done", he would like to know what sort of weaponry the Mils would suffer more against, preparing 7723 (while calling him a very nicely built hunk of fucking metal) for another Mil asault.
    • Another AI who has heard of the Mils was PAL, who suffered an attack of the Mils after they invaded her Rhombus of Infinite Subjugation, but she tried to appeal them with an alliance. However, the Mils weren't interested of it and actually laughed at her because she is a phone. Really pissed off by this insult, she uses her nanomachines to form tendrils to work as her arms and legs and started to kill the Grunts in shocking speed by turning her arms into blades. After belittling her PAL Maxes for not being any much usefulness when she was fighting, PAL started analyzing this new robots in the Pantheons and received the news of the Mils attacking the entire house of Machinery and Technology, which leaves her shocked of the scale that is going. She warns Doris of this, but unbestknown for her, Doris already had dealt with some Mils that tried to take over her bowler hat factory and ended up becoming slaves to her instead. PAL only mused of how ironic the fate of those soldiers became.
    • SKYNET, who quickly took notice of the Mils, began forming an army of HKs to defend itself from any Mil incursion that may get too close for it's likening. Eventually, a batallion of Mils came in with R.A.T. combat vehicles, Sentinel tanks and even Loader hovercrafts after some scouts informed their superiors of the massive army of tanks SKYNET deployed. It lasted days but SKYNET eventually won the round thanks to the air superiorty it had while also sending it's Terminator soldiers to fight against Mil Troopers. Ultron took notice of the fight his long-time ally just had right now, and seeing the potential they had to cause chaos, he thought on making alliance with them, sending a message to Exavolt and offering his hand to the Mad Scientist. Realizing just how advanced Ultron was, Exavolt accepted the alliance, mostly because he wanted to see the technology Ultron utilized. Many of his allies (namely SKYNET) were unpleased with this, as many of them suffered attacks of Mils lately, but Ultron insists that this is a good chance to manipulate the Mils to attack for them and wear down the house of Machinery and Technology's defenses so that they could take on whatever was left. Not many of them were convinced of his plan since the Mils still haven't attacked him due to the defenses his HQ has, his drones are far superior against even the Mils' best elites, even Corrosive himself didn't hold a candle against Ultron if he can simply shatter his armor with sufficient strength. In the end they simply decided to listen to Ultron and just defend themselves whenever the Mils came.
    • The Droids were quick to heavily dislike SKYNET and Ultron after they heard of what both of them does to other robots, whereas SKYNET commands an army of mindless slaves, Ultron wants a world where he rules like a God, using the rivalry SKYNET has to deter some of the Mil activity of the house. When the news of the chaos in the house reached everywhere, to their help came John Connor, leader of the Human Resistance in the future, who sent an alliance proposal to Alloy in order to take down both SKYNET and Exavolt. Alloy, seeing John as a kindred soul as militar leaders in a grueling war against a powerful evil, didn't doubt into accepting John as his ally.
    • Cortana, ex-leader of The Created and an A.I. herself, took immense offense when she learned that the Mils had enslaved the Droids in the past. Remembering her times as the leader of The Created and how her actions led to not only the fall of her empire because of the destruction of Atriox's home planet to which he retaliated with an utter Curb-Stomp Battle, but of how her previous actions parallels a lot of what she did in the past, feeling shame of remembering all her crimes. She has told Master Chief to prepare himself should any Mils come near him with intents to pick a fight, as for all their funny quirks, they are still a formidable empire with a cruel penchant on humiliating their enemies.
    • XANA was analyzing the amount of damage the Mils were causing, concluding that they had an impressive firepower if they are able to be killed and replenish so fast. He decided to send a message to Corrosive, telling the unstable robot about how he would like to join forces with him. Corrosive merely growled in retaliation to make XANA leave his head. However, Exavolt took notice of this and redirected XANA to his computer, meeting with the actual leader of the Milbots and stretching his hand for an alliance. After learning of what XANA is capable of, Exavolt agreed on it, seeing this previous militar program as a valuable asset for his conquests. The MCP also decided to ally himself with Exavolt as they both enjoyed enslaving their own kind.
    • B.J., famous Nazi Hunter, was enjoying a nice morning when he received the news of a new army of robots that were attacking and was trying to conquer the house of Machinery and Technology. He was understandably unpleased at the news until he started to read and see several aspects of the Mils, which reminded him of the Nazis he fought in his world. Now really pissed off that literal robot Nazis were in the Pantheons, he went to help the robots in the house to defend itself from the Mils, who were very stranged of what was that weird and soft looking thing doing in a world of metal. They soon learned to fear B.J. when he started to mow down Mils like they were nothing, but eventually got overwhelmed of the numbers they sent to kill him. Fortunately for Blazkowicz, Glitch appeared and saved him when he rammed the Grunts that were about to gun B.J. down with a stolen Mil R.A.T. vehicle that Krunk had modified for him, offering help to the human soldier and taking him back to safety. After returning to safety, B.J. rallied his fellow Nazi slayers to help him in his fight to protect the house. Many famous Nazi killers such as The Basterds and such. Alloy was very pleased seeing so many experts of fascist hunters had joined his fight, especially since most of them had come from humble beginnings, relating them a lot thanks to this.
    • Another famous Nazi fighter is Stever Rogers, better known as Captain America, who heard from B.J. of what the Mils have been doing to the robot civilians of the house of Machinery. Indignated of what everything he opposed was happening there, Steve called Tony to fend off the Mils away from the house and give them some breathing space. Many Mils were hacked and killed that day, being turned against themselves and finish off a commander in the field, much to the rejoice of the Droids.
    • There where there is war, expect Sundowner to come and profit of it like the good warmonger he is, profitting off from it by selling weapons and soldiers. Considering the Mils as one of his best clients since they are just as eager to commit atrocities andbring him business, several Mil Commandos and Troopers have been reported wielding Desperado weaponry and mercenaries assisting Mil grunts. The Droids have also been dealing with their new allies for new weapons and resources, mainly metals, weapons and ammunitions, though there has been talks about a pair of Droids that have been selling illegal contraband material named Mr. Shady and Mr. Pockets to their soldiers. Alloy has been searching for this two Droids who were selling some powerful weapons to know who were giving them such powerful stuff but for some reason, every time they appear where they were last seen, they have already left, frustrating him to no end.
    • The Mils autoproclaimed themselves as the best empire in the whole Pantheon, loudly and arrogantly claiming that all should submit to the Mil Empire without much fuss if they didn't wanted to be executed. This words reached to literally every villainous empires that existed in the Pantheons, who were pissed off of how cartoonishly arrogant the Mils were. The first empire they started to compete against was the Galactic Empire of Palpatine, acting as absolute jerks in Empire controlled spaces with no consideration for the average civilian in there, and beating up the Droids of the Empire for fun. Several Imperial officers were very unpleased to hear that some schmucks were running around and treating their territories as their own. When words of a group of robots were fucking around in his territory reached to the ears of Palpatine, he merely told to the officials there to kick out the Mils or else there would be severe consequences for them. They failed as the Mils decided to bring an entire fleet to take some planets for themselves, and Exavolt wanted the schematics of the Death Star and build one himself, and he did, planning to rebuild his space station but this time, with a built planet destroyer to threaten the Droid Rebellion to comply.
    • Another organization the Mils picked a fight against is HYDRA, who kinda felt like they were suddenly fighting against robotic versions of themselves. The Mils soon got interested on getting their hands the Tesseract, AKA the Space Stone, to transport their troops and propagate themselves all over the Pantheons and teleporting out any resources they wanted for themselves. This action not only caused HYDRA to ask for help to Steve despite being their greatest enemy as not only General Corrosive personally went to retrieve the Tesseract, but they also started to overwhelm them. Steve brought Tony to hack into Corrosive and end the Mil threat once and for all, but Exavolt who had already made a contingency plan in case someone were to control Corrosive again, counter-hacked Tony out of the General's systems, barely managing to fend him and his army off after Exavolt considered the Mil losses to heavy to bare, forcing a retreat to regroup and replenish their numbers as while he didn't consider Tony hacking into the Mils that went there and force almost all of them to kill themselves. For once, HYDRA and Steve worked together to make sure a greater evil didn't get their hands on the Space Stone, though they went back fighting each other again.
    • The news of a robot army causing massive chaos in the house of Machinery and Technology didn't go unnoticed by Dr. Robotnik, who oversaw the entire thing in his Eggmobile. Judging by how aggressive the Mils were, he deduced that they would also try to take over his lands and Badniks in order to make them their slaves. Not going to let that happen, Eggman sent his Egg Fleet to help the house to fight against this potential usurpers against his rule. Hacking one of their officials revealed to the dastardly doctor of the existence of Exavolt, and attempted to hack directly into him and take finish this off quickly. Unfortunately for Eggman, Exavolt's security systems were strong enough to formulate a counter-hack just in time, greeting Eggman and how his Mils will take over the house and soon after, the Pantheons. Eggman simply mocks him and tells him to get in the line of villains trying to take over the Pantheons, earning the ire of the robotic doctor. Metal Sonic and Sage on the other hand, were defending their creator's turf by commanding the Egg Fleet and the Badnik Horde, slowly learning of their technology and tactics. Exavolt, still angry by Eggman's insults, decided to send in Corrosive to help his troops, making an absolute number on the Badniks who couldn't harm his chassis no matter how many times they were shooting at it. Having enough of this, Eggman personally went there to face off Corrosive in his iconic Death Egg Robot, making an actual dent on the General despite how powerful it was. Despite this, Corrosive managed to rip off one of the mecha's hands and slapped Eggman with it. Deciding that fighting Eggman would just be a waste of resources that can be put on better use, Exavolt orders Corrosive to retreat and order the remaining Mil troops to scavenge for Badnik remains to be studied. Eggman still plans a rematch as he was actually enjoying his fight against the Mils, wondering if Sonic will join in this massive robot war.
    • Soon after this fight, Eggman saw some yellow colored robots that called themselves the Droids, who were helping out any robot that were suffering due to the Mils. Thinking this as a great opportunity to take over, he sends Metal and a squad of his Badniks to kidnap and hack them for his plans. If it wasn't for Sonic who showed up hearing news of an unknown robot army attacking and thinking it was Eggman's doings but learning that it wasn't him this time around got him surprised for a bit, at least until he Eggman did something very typical of him. He and his pals fights Metal as usual, until the Droids stepped in and successfully kicked out Metal and the Badniks out of the bunker. Introducing themselves as freedom fighters, Sonic and his friends decided to join with Glitch and Alloy to help everyone suffering because of the Mils and Eggman.
    • Fellow evil doctor Nefarious also heard of an army of robots rampaging across the house, and thought that whoever made this robots clearly was an intellectual like he was. Hacking through one of the Mil officials, Nefarious met Exavolt, who was delighted to meet another evil robotic scientist. Seeing in each other great strength and agreeing on their robotic supremacy thoughts, Nefarious decided to send some of his robotic soldiers to assist the Mils. They later organized a meeting where they would agree on helping each other in anything they would need, where Nefarious warned Exavolt about Ratchet and Clank, not a second later, Exavolt got a call about a yellow furried creature and his robot friend smashing Milbots left and right before it got cut off. Dr. Nefarious simply mused about how will Nefarious will solve this problem since he himself has been fighting Ratchet well over many years and none of his schemes ever worked out. Nefarious promises to prove his greatness by defeating this alien that is making a mess in his army.
    • 2B, 9S and A2, who had their fair share of robot invading worlds, didn't doubt to cut down Mils when they started to invade the house of Machinery. Glitch and Krunk, who were near the area the androids were fighting, assisted them during a skirmish. After taking down the Mils, Glitch introduced himself formally as a soldier of the Droid Rebellion and told them to go to the bunker the Droids established, but the three refused as they wanted to protect the robots from more death. Respecting the bravery of the androids, he told Krunk to return to the bunker and regroup with the rest of their comrades, as he wanted to help 2B defend the house from the Mils. Together, they eliminated several Mil camps that had been established and helped other robots that were defending the house. 2B praised Glitch for his bravery despite his size, who was about as tall as her legs (and had a real nice view of her), Glitch likewise congratulated her succesfully defeating the Mils and told her that she and her friends were always welcome in Droid bunker.
    • GLaDOS, who was watching the chaos unfolding right above her facility, watched with a level of amusement of how the Droid-Mil war was unfolding as many started to join the war. It was just another usual day for her when she was putting Atlas and P-Body doing more experiments and feeding her little death birds, until a unknown rogue AI was spotted in one of the rooms of her labs. This AI turned out to be Glitch, who accidentally entered her underground world when he was escaping from a Mil fight that went horribly wrong. Not wanting them to follow Glitch and make a mess in her labs, GLaDOS kindly told Glitch to leave right now or else she would throw him into an incinerator, and her worries become true after some a Mil scout spots Glitch and brings more of their soldiers to kill him. GLaDOS got rightfully angry that some barbaric thugs entered without permission and sent the invadors into her screaming robot room ripping their arms and legs so that they can't escape. Seeing how GLaDOS treated her robot underlings made Glitch distrust her but seeing that she wasn't much of a threat and only wants to experiment in peace, Glitch only told her to call him should some Mils try to invade her labs.
    • HAL 9000, former AI of the Discovery wasn't having the nicest of days when the Mils launched their invasion. Learning that Alloy and his Droids established a bunker for the civilians that were left without a home, he didn't doubt to go there himself and asked what was the current situtation. The Droids weren't all too trustful with HAL after someone introduced who the red eyed AI was and told him simply leave and not cause any trouble. HAL decided to prove his trustworthiness by hacking into a Mil fleet and force them to attack itself. Although now he was allowed in the bunker, he was told that he will be watched and guarded over to ensure safety in the bunkers, to which HAL simply agreed.
    • Ramattra was ABSOLUTELY PISSED OFF of how oppressive the Mils were against other robots, them acting as if the Mils were the superior bots that everyone shoud kneel before made him extremely infuritated, as the idea of robots enslaving other robots is a thing that is truly reprehensible, especially if the enslavers were those that previously tasted the bitterment of oppression. He has announced to all Mils that they are not welcome in Null Sector territory and must scram if they don't want their heads hollowed out with plasma shots. Zenyatta shared his brother's feelings, utterly indiganted of how lightly the Mils took the enslavement of other robots like it was a game. His fellow Omnics at the Overwatch were also notified of what was going on in Iron Star and the house, Bastion beeped in horror while Orisa was notifying Efi that she would come late to her workshop because she would help the Droids to fight the Mils. The Overwatch had to contact Alloy and the Droid Rebellion to ask that they would send some help over the frontier, to which they accepted, little did they know that Talon was preparing an attack against the Droids and help the Mils in order to sow chaos across the house. All members of the Overwatch and the members of Talon fought in one massive battle where team Overwatch had to escort civilians out of the house while team Talon had to cause has much destruction as possible and assisting the Milbots. To their rescue, Glitch and company arrived to assist the Overwatch after they left the bunker for more civilians to help. The fight became completely in favor for the Overwatch when Ramattra and Null Sector joined with the Droids to repel the Milbot attacks. When Doomfist confronts him for helping Overwatch, Ramattra simply responds that he is doing what it's right and won't allow some arrogant machines enslave their own kin, even calling out Doomfist for helping them. Due to Null Sector and the Droids combined firepower, the Talon troops and Mils had to retreat, promising to return for payback. The Droids and Team Overwatch celebrated this victory, while Null Sector troops retreated back to their HQ, before leaving, Zenyatta thanked from the bottom of his core to Ramattra for doing a great deed today. Ramattra didn't say nothing, but his brother surely felt that he was also happy to fight alongside his brother and help the house.
    • Another equally pissed off faction of robots that hated the Mils just as much as Null Sector did are the Machine Collective, now, they are divided due to how should they treat humans after they made a deal with Neo to not hurt humanity and release their humans from the Matrix if he defeated Smith. But all of them collectively agree that the Mils must be stopped, this is in parts because of their uppbringing as many of them still remember the Million Machine March, of how humans would kill them indescriminately and force them to form 01, the nation of the Machines. Both subfactions of the Collective had to join force when the Mils knocked down on 01 and started to rip off the metal of their city and crush any smaller robot. Sentinels and warriors were deployed to fight against the invaders, who brought their elite soldiers in an attempt to take over 01. In the end, only a small part of the city was taken over by the Mils, who had established a camp in there. The Machines that were allied with Neo told him of the Mils coming to their city and to make sure their peace treaty was still up, took care of the Mil camp by shutting them off and allowed the Machines to take back the lost part of the city.
    • Vexus, one of the robots that still haven't suffered under the Mil cruelty, was impressed of how they worked, of how they enslaved the Droids and their imperialistic ways, remembering her old days when she was ruling Cluster Prime. At first, she was hesitant to do it due to how aggresive the Mils were but she decided to join forces with Exavolt to take over Iron Star, as she believes that an alliance with the Mils will bring her more power so that she can go back and retake the planet. Exavolt for his part, is pleased to meet the former queen of Cluster Prime as he sees her as a very valuable asset in his conquest. Jenny, who was very angry to hear Vexus joined forces with the Mils, didn't doubt on helping the Droids to fight against Vexus and her soldiers.
    • Optimus Prime and Megatron have been long time enemies since the first day of the Civil War that consumed Cybertron. He is struck with grief to see just how much chaos the Mils have caused in their never-ending quest to enslave those they deem inferior, just like how Megatron looks down upon the organics and believes that it's their right to opress anyone they consider lesser. In what felt like a never-ending war with countless losses in both sides of the factions, the Droids Rellion and the Autobots did one hell of a fine job as they succesfully managed to destroy the main Mil factory and base, sending them right back at Iron Star's inhospitable zones. Optimus then warns the Mils that should they ever come back to the house and/or Cyberton, he will be waiting for them. Megatron is considering to terminate his alliance with the Mils after this loss, but seeing them as usable fodder for his plans, he still sees a massive utility on Exavolt and Corrosive thanks to their might and bright. Exavolt, furious of this crushing loss, swears that one day, he will personally crush Glitch's CPU and forcing him to watch it, he still has his newly made space ship with the stolen Death Star weaponry so there are going to be very dire future for the Droid Rebellion.
    • It has been a wonder amongst the Droids' allies if a Mil can become good, mainly due to the existence of Agent Goff. While they explained that Goff is actually a Droid who uses a Mil Grunt's body to spy on them, some of them decided to kidnap several Mil Grunts and attempted to show them how wrong they were in trying to take over Iron Star. Many resisted, but a very few started to doubt their faction's acts. While none of them still haven't renounced their faction's fascist ways, they are beginning to doubt, which for everyone, is a win in their books.
  • All this new ores and resources has given Exavolt many new inventions to make this war even more brutal. He has augmented Corrosive to honor his name and has installed a comically large sprayer that sprays an acid so potent that melts down anything that it touches, has developed new Mil units and even has created a whole fleet and a flag spaceship to act as the new HQ of the Mils. Meanwhile, the Droids have established a town in the house of Machinery and Technology to bring any survivors of the war a new place to live after the war has ended, promising to supply for everyone that decides to live in their town. They have also been working on new Droid units and weapons to keep up with the Mil arms race.
  • A new war rages in the Pantheons, one that should have ended but continues by the will of it. The Mils haven't just put their focus on just Iron Star, but Cybertron and many other machines that have nothing to do with this hellish war. Having recovered from the absolute loss against Optimus and the Autobots, Corrosive and Exavolt have resumed their conquest of new worlds and the Mils grow stronger every minute as their allies are still supporting them. The Droids, despite being stronger than ever thanks to their new allies and resources, their moral have declined quite much due to this seemingly never-ending war, especially Glitch who only sighs to himself that his mission hasn't ended, but is sure to put an end to the tyranny of the Mils, once and for all.

Proposing Piper and Quincy one more time

Piper Faraday and Quincy Leeway, Pirate Deities of Turn-Based Strategy Games

Piper Faraday and Quincy Leeway are the protagonists of their respective games Heist 1 and Heist 2. Piper is a smuggler captain that got into several trouble after she and her crew got into a fight with Scrappers, and after dealing with their leader, the government, the Royalists try to enforce their already opressive order. After having enough and killing their queen, they accidentally release a electronic Hive Mind and they also deal with it. Quincy on the other side, is the son of a legendary monster hunter, nicknamed the Krakenbane, and trying to live up to his mother's legend, he gets into trouble with the local oppressive government, help the locals defend themselves from an evil cult of robots who worship bones and save their world from the revival of the same beast Quincy's mom killed before, having resurrected by an evil race of radioactive robots.
I say they fit the trope because both of their games are played in turns and are made to be careful thought out what will your next move be, where we the player move around our crewmates to either attack enemies, use a consumable or take the loot that appears in the games, taking turns between allies and enemies, and doing varying goals in each level. Quincy in Heist 2 takes this to the next level by adding more weapons, an interchangeable Job System bewteen crewmates and new goals. Strategy is a key aspect in their games, as the layout, the variety of enemies that appear and environment aspects are a core element of the game, carefully planning out what will your next move be.
They also appear together in Heist 2.

Also, nightelf, as I said before, the progenitors of the TBS aren't even in this wikia, according to the TBS page, some game called Empire was the first of them all, but it does not have a page here.

[tup]Droids and Mils

Here are the next Pokemon reworks I have in mind. What do you think?

  • Omastar, Kabutops and Aerodactyl, Divine Triumvirate of Reborn Fossilized Creatures (Hall of Prehistoric Beasts)-a rework. I wish to update this trio to be a proper ensemble and general improvement. Why them for Fossil Revival. For one, they started the trend of fossil Pokemon for the series. The Omanyte and Kabuto line and Aerodactyl are extinct Pokemon based off the ammonite, trilobite/horseshoe crab (the latter is more a living fossil) and pterodactyl. You obtain them in the unorthodox way of having an item, the Helix and Dome Fossil and the Old Amber, to revive them. They're Rock type because fossils are rocks. Is there any advice I should hear when reworking it?
  • The Swords of Justice, Divine Quartet Of Horn Attacks (Hall of Normal Combat)-a rework. Like the above I want to give them the proper ensemble treatment along with a general improvement to their profile. This trio of Fighting type legendaries and the mythical Water/Fighting are equine expies of the Three Musketeers, who's original signature move was Sacred Sword. Their main method of attacking is their horn, which is what they channel Sacred Sword (and Keldeo's Secret Sword) with

@Radio Contact Line: I think WarCraft can be in that sandbox as it is another series with a lot of representation with 50+ profiles. There's also some profiles from that franchise that aren't in the best of shape as far as profile quality is concerned.

@ RJ I object to putting Pokémon for the position of Fossil Revival when Fossil Fighters could do the job of holding a position. Fossil Fighters has it much more baked in than Pokémon but lacks a centralized character to be a god of the trope.

Feedback Mode (No Thumbs Accepted)

Here's a very early draft of the Franchise Overrep Prevention Sandbox, which is intended to help solve the issue of franchises being overrepresented in the Pantheon. I've gathered up the franchises people suggested for this, but right now the only two rulings I was able to come up with were for Jojo and Pokemon, due to us basically already making rules about them beforehand. Advice on what should be done for the other franchises listed would be appreciated, as well as any rules to add or clarify.

[up] Can you also add The Simpsons there? I feel like it would be vulnerable to the "adding too many side/minor characters" problem and it currently has 20 profiles.

[up][up][up] I was actually about to give the Fossil Trio a thumbs up, but you bring up a very good point. Fossil Fighters is all about Fossil Revival, and thus defines this trope more than even Pokemon. I'm very sorry RJ, but I'm gonna have to [tdown] Omastar, Kabutops, and Areodactyl in light of this. Though I will give the Swords of Justice a [tup] as they fit their trope the best of any other candidates.

[up][up] For the sake of informing others, I've added in Sonic the Hedgehog to the Sandbox as a franchise to be judged, since the series has at least 40 profiles (I counted to make sure). Ironic, since I'm a Sonic fan lolnote  But the franchise is definitely over represented. That said, @neoamon if you decide to propose Lewis Porker for Brainy Pig, I'd still give him approval since he does fit the trope very well, and Sonic the Comic has only one representative anyway. I also see no issue with, say, Surge and Kit joining the Pantheon since they're fairly important characters. Now characters like Belle, Lanolin, and the like... They'd need a very strong reason to be ascended, I feel.

EDIT- Oh right, for Fossil Fighters, why not ascend The Hero (Hunter in the manga) and Rosie as the franchise's representative?

So with this Overrep Prevention Sandbox being brought up, perhaps I could have my say in the matter...

One thing that has to be noted is that some works tend to be episodic by nature, with each installment taking place in their own world, cast of characters, and lore, in spite of being part of the same franchise, with Final Fantasy, Fire Emblem, and Tales Series being notable examples of such. As a result, I do think dealing with those works can be a tricky matter as it's not exactly one clearly unified setting you're talking about and each work may as well be their own series to some degree.

Marvel Comics and DC Comics are also complex examples in that it's not just a shared universe (for the most part), but a company we're talking about, in addition to certain characters having their own series with their own established setting background, lore, and cast of characters, so like the aforementioned one about "episodic-structured franchises", talking about these two is a tricky matter and it would depend on just what particular Marvel/DC character series you're talking about in a case-by-case basis like Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, and X-Men.

Sonic the Comic has only one original character in the pantheon Shorty The Squirrel.

However there are a few characters that have appeared in the comic like the characters from Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, Ecco and Sonic The Hedgehog.

With the Sonic Franchise you have the game universe with the Prime cartoon and IDW Comics, but the other bits of Sonic Media take place in there own universes.

mmmmmm....okay, no, I HIGHLY object to this rule. see, here's the thing, SCP's pantheon problem is that it's way too leaning on the early days, the early 1000s. the thing about scp is that in the more modern ages with like, 5000 or 8000, the authors there became more experimental, playing with the formats, making the articles more focused on stories and such, so naturally they have a lot more meat to them, useful for profile making. but the early 1000s/2000s, (which the current representation is leaning on), there are some exceptions, but most of the articles (including some popular ones) are "this is a thing that kills people. here's how to contain it. if it is not contained, we're fucked". though, that is more of a SCP fandom wide problem, as a lot of it is more focused on the old stuff and power scaling, so I get why It seems uninteresting to most here.

so therefore, I suggest a redraft of this rule. "while it isn't downright forbiddon, scps of the 1000-3000 variety are generally frowned upon. it is recommended that if you intend to do an SCP article, try thinking of using one of the more modern ones from 4000-8000, leaning towards to more story heavy ones rather then flat articles.
