Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

@Dood Slayer 136 Ganondorf is willing to ruin the Kingdom he wants to rule for the sake of revenge. He also has a habit of using Tennis Boss. Yuga turns people into paintings.

Juri's rework is coming together, but I still feel I could do with 1 or 2 more potential interactions. - Shadow Archetype to: Inigo Montoya, Sasuke Uchiha, Zuko and many other characters who focus on revenge
- Juri Han is a South Korean-born assassin who practices Taekwondo, as well as ostensibly the first clear female villainess of the Street Fighter universe. At fifteen years old, her family was kidnapped in an attack that cost her both her parents as well as damaged her left eye, as retaliation for her father's dogged attempts to prosecute the Shadaloo criminal empire. Consumed by vengeance, she entered the ranks of the Shadaloo Intimidation Network to get close enough to kill the dictator in cold blood, as well as volunteered herself to receive a cybernetic implant in her eye called the Feng Shui Engine, augmenting her fighting potential with a very powerful ki. Along the way, however, she's committed such carnage and bloodshed of her own that she became another monster, finding that she derives the most pleasure from causing others pain.
- She initially ascended to the Pantheon as the Goddess of Devilish Hair Horns in the Hall of Hair Styles. It wasn't long until she found the whole House painfully boring, with everyone only focused on if they look the best, and she wanted to get to a place where she could have a bit more "fun". And so, she went to the temple of Muffet and offered a deal to the anthropomorphic spider: Juri would trade her current title for one of Muffet's two (specifically Arachnid Appearance and Attire), and in exchange, she would bring one of her most hated enemies, Billy, straight to her temple so she could have her way with her as much as she liked. Liking her proposition and wanting revenge on the spider-hating twerp, Muffet agreed to the deal, and it wasn't long before Billy would end up "delivered" into Miss Muffet's alternate temple in Consumption as Juri usurped the temple she vacated, though luckily for Billy he would end up rescued by some cultists of the Cthulhu Mythos deities as a reward for being a "friend" Azathoth later, but the damage had been done.
- As for why she chose Arachnid Appearance and Attire to take? Well, Juri's new temple would be located in the House of Costumes in the House of Clothing Theme, and she would learn that Cammy White was in the Hall of Fanservice Attires, very close to her own. Juri seems to consider Cammy as being an Only Friend, saying that she enjoys her company, possibly due to the events of the takedown of Shadaloo, as there for unknown reasons she rescued Cammy from Vega, twice, during the final crisis. That said, they are still firmly opposed to the other's goals, and Juri is now ready to enjoy her time beating down her should they ever get in conflict again.
- Naturally, none of the other deities from her universe are very fond of her due to her sadistic nature and willingness to kill. She mostly doesn't care about them or what they think, unless of course it's M. Bison who is mentioned, in which case she drops any kind of "playfulness" act and goes straight into trying to kill him. There is one particular fighter who is quite reflective of Juri in many ways (albeit in more positive aspects), that being Chun-Li. Both of their fathers were murdered for actively trying to take down Shadaloo, and both girls subsequently swore revenge on M. Bison. While Chun-Li was able to move past her hatred and turn herself into a force of good, defending the weak, Juri succumbed to her hatred, despises heroes, and became an instrument of death to the point that the fun of wanton destruction is all she has going for her. After the defeat of Bison in the mortal realm, this worsened, as Juri began to clearly resent Chun-Li for finding the peace that she couldn't find after it all happened. Chun-Li has said that while she does understand her plight as one of Bison's victims, she still tells Juri that she must atone for the crimes she committed, and the two are still at odds.
- She had initially considered the prospect of joining the GUAE, but quickly learned about the various amounts of dictators and oppressive authority figures in there that she felt would hamper her 'potential', especially learning about Bison's presence in the group. People like Big Brother and such bore her to no end. She would much rather be in the Grand United Alliance of Chaos, where she has much more freedom to do as she pleases. Her primary way to spend the days in the Pantheon is to take requests to "teach lessons" to whoever is required, mostly for cash and also out of sheer boredom. Frequently, these requests are from other GUAC members against members of their hated rival, the GUAL, causing the latter alliance to consider Juri an excessive annoyance.
- There aren't many, good or evil, who would like to forge an alliance with her due to her being very difficult to work with without manipulating her in some way, and she's learned very well against being manipulated with the Illuminati (see below), but that said she still got a few. Bryan Fury was one of the first to approach her, as they had previously met before during the Pandora's Box incident, and they grew to surprisingly like each other's demeanors, with Bryan in particular admiring Juri's surprising fighting prowess. The Non-Volitional Predator Byakuya was another who took a liking to Juri, as they are both spider-themed fighters who have no problems ruthlessly killing their opponents, at least during Byakuya's less sane moments. Juri also became surprisingly friendly with Mileena. It makes some sense, considering their psychopathic, Femme Fatale natures with a bit of a bisexually deprived side. Juri once assisted Mileena in trying to kill her sister Kitana to prove her worth, and while Kitana did manage to fight them off, she still expects an attack.
- Someone who nobody was expecting would have quite a lot in common with Juri was one of the Wright Agency's former clients Simeon Saint. He plotted against everyone that made his childhood a living hell and along the way became an insidious, misanthropic mastermind no different from his tormentors and was otherwise successful at executing his vengeance. Even when his wish to avenge his biological father was mistaken (he mixed up his biological father with someone else), he didn't seem that hung up about it given his outlook and still had ample reason to kill the perpetrator regardless. And though he admits Vengeance Feels Empty, he sees it as a good thing since that emptiness numbed the pain of his prior. Simeon almost seems to appreciate how far Juri went off the deep end in her obsession to kill off Bison much like himself, but he can't really call her an ally. He's far too misanthropic for that.
- (Illuminati relationship and JP)
- (Kim and Hwoarang) She laughs off Kim's attempts at thinking she can be good as she finds it annoying, as to her she did not help the heroes out of the good of her heart, she did it because she got bored. She thinks his obsession with this thing called 'justice' to be utterly annoying. So who cares if she uses Taekwondo, she can do whatever she pleases with it!
- (Azrael)
- (Inigo, Sasuke, and revenge story)
- There would inevitably be some who compared Juri to Peter Parker and the rest of the ascended heroes all dubbed Spider-Man, and not just about the obvious. It is a 'canon event', so it is called, for every Spider-Man to lose someone close to them in tragic circumstances. Most of the time, this would serve as something that would further motivate their drive to be a hero, and while some Spider-Men definitely do take it worse than others, for the most part they are still heroic figures, which is significantly unlike Juri, who allowed herself to become a monster out of revenge for her familial murder and remained so even after the target of their revenge was killed. Peter Parker will be there to stop Juri when she goes too far, even if he does feel some pity for her motives and backstory.
- One of the few lines Juri isn't willing to cross is harming innocent children. The traumatic experience of her losing her eye as a child and her parents getting murdered all at once tends to do that to you, and she wants to avoid inflicting that same pain. It's the reason she grew to despise the Child Abuse Supporters all the way in the House of Family and Relatives, being representatives of negative family members and those that would, well, abuse children. She found herself finding the most contempt in Fire Lord Ozai, whose authoritarianism and personality is the closest to Bison out of all of them. While his son Zuko is also a sworn enemy of him, he doesn't really wish to work with her on anything as her sadism and depravity is too contemptable for him and reminds him too much of his own sister Azula.
- There are two exceptions to this "no hurting children" rule, that being Billy and Eric Cartman, with particular emphasis on the latter. Juri finds Billy's utter idiocy and arachnophobia to be utterly exasperating and had a fun time leaving him to Muffet, but learning that Cthulhu Mythos cultists bailed him out was infuriating news to both her, and she intends to give him a good Kaisen Dankai Raku.to the spine. The far, far worse child that Juri grew to hate was Eric Cartman. She initially didn't have any sort of opinion on him...and then she learned about the chili incident, and the GUAC had to stop her from marching to his temple right then and there. She finds what Cartman did there to be just as bad, if not worse than what Shadaloo did to her parents, and she's preparing to beat him down and enjoy every second of it on the day she finds him.

Ready to rock?I would like an overview of this concept for my working House of Humanoids And Anthropism
- Hall of Beastly Humanoids: Something Crimson Shark suggested for me. Humanoid and human-based animal folk. Regular animals that show human traits can stay in Anthropomorphic Animals. Includes Michiru Kagemori, Nazuna Hiwatashi and Shirou Ogami, the Serpentine Generals (Intermediate), Gill-man, Irena Dubrovna, Porco Rosso, Ricotta Elmar, Tawna (Lesser), The Beagle Boys, Larry Talbot (Demigod), The Plantars (Quasideity). Is there anyone outside of that hall who would fit here? If you guys like it I will be moving the entries from Anthropomorphic Animals to Beastly Humanoids
![]()
Sounds good.
Ignore my previous tangent about Anthropomorphic Animals and such, I slightly misunderstood what you were saying.

Ready to rock?Radio Contact Line I don't know what you thought of the suggestions I provided that you asked for. Could you tell me if they were acceptable or not?
I am sorry for the errors I found on my Simpsons draft. It can be hard keeping track on multi-character profiles like that. Feel free to comment on grammatical errors I missed in my Simpsons and Planet Express crew reworks
Here's another segment of the new house I am developing. Who should I add or remove?
- Hall of Human-Inhuman Interactions: A hall that details humanity's interactions with non-humans and the other way around. Ithaqua, Millennium, The Network, SCP-682, SKYNET (Greater), Astral (ZEXAL), Jazz (Intermediate), Mr Peabody and Sherman (Demigod), The Blorg Commonality (Quasideity)
I assume they're referring to this post
which is pointing to your Guile Patrol post.

SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYThe Deathly Hallows are up. However this has also led to the article becoming very long. Not in the mood to make a new hall given prior discourse though I don't think in this case it would require any disambiguing, and The Great Treasury is relatively self-contained
The Scrappy of the Trope Pantheon, God of Thumps
The Bill Cipher ep was season 33, episode 2 Bart’s In Jail!

- The creation of Matt Groening, The Simpsons is perhaps the quintessential Animated Sitcom. Starting as shorts in The Tracey Ullman Show, it broke out on its own as one of the most successful and longest-running adult-minded animated shows out there, still on the air since 1987/1989. The main characters are the Simpsons family, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie Simpson, who's antics and dynamics are started as a parody of the Domestic Comedy conventions by being a Dysfunctional Family, incorporating elements of social satire, pop culture references, and a mix of highbrow and lowbrow humor that has kept it popular year after year. Homer's the Bumbling Dad that gets his family in and out of trouble, Marge is the voice of reason but also The Bore, Bart's the troublemaker and lovable "underachiever and proud of it", Lisa's the intelligent and moralizing but awkward middle child and Maggie's the precocious baby. With over three decades out of universe, though like a year at most in-universe, they've done virtually everything under the sun with the format. Of course there's always the accusations of Flanderization and the show not being as good as it used to be, but there's still a lot of heart and a lot of comedy in this family.
- Applies to the family as a whole
- The Simpsons' presence in the Trope Pantheon started off small, as it used to be just Homer and Marge. Even then, Marge was sharing a room with Tsunade due to their fondness for gambling. The two wanted to see their kids join them, though they could never get Maggie. Eventually Marge and Lisa petitioned (well, protested in the latter's case) to combine each Simpsons' temple together and unite the family as one powerhouse. For Homer, this was an excuse to bring their house to the pantheon under the excuse of it being a "temple". The Court of Gods started hearing them out, but rather than because they were listening to Lisa it was because they were sick of the crank calls they were getting from Bart. The trope they were grouped under? Couch Gag. It's not just the name; their attempts to perch on the couch has seen pretty much every visual gag and joke you can imagine, and it's sometimes used for either guest animators to try their stuff or some mini-crossovers The Simpsons family. Some of these couch gags are more like short stories like Homer being flung thousands of years into the future
and witnessing an extreme version of the perceived season rot. A loud "woo-hoo!" was heard from Homer knowing this plan paid off thanks to the show managing to keep the gags original even after over thirty years and several hundred episodes...until he learned he now has to pay pantheon taxes and the IRS somehow has a presence in the Trope Pantheon. Cue the obligatory "D'oh!"
- Extended family members were added as heralds. Asides from the pets, this includes Homer's half-brother Herb Powell. He also has a British half-sister from a fling Abe he was sent out for combat, though he's unaware of this relationship. Another herald is Homer's mother Mona, which is a strained relationship since she had abandoned them when on the run and he still has unresolved feelings on her; not helped by the fact she died have an argument. Homer and Bart have managed to get friends up as heralds, as a failed attempt to ascend them as deities outright; Carl, Lenny and Milhouse.
- As the main focus on The Simpsons, the Simpsons have met pretty much every single recurring character, resulting in a number of interactions with ascended characters from the same show. To start with, there's the extended members of the Simpsons-Bouvier family that made it to the Trope Pantheon. Homer has a complicated relationship with his dad who is flawed though can't be written as an outright bad parent, and while Grandpa Simpson's relationship with the grandkids is awkward he's usually able to get along with then when his senility doesn't get in the way. Patty and Selma are also present and remain the Obnoxious In-Laws they usually are to Homer, usually because of their belief that Marge is too good for him, though they're still part of the same family at the end of the day. Now, how do some of the other Springfieldings feel about them.
- How the residents of Springfield feel about the Simpsons usually depends on the episode and situation. Krusty, for example, has worked with the Simpsons a lot, as Bart has helped him with stuff like exonerating him after he was framed for shoplifting and reuniting him with his estranged father. There was also a time Homer acted as a double for Krusty. Their similar appearances is a relic of an old abandoned plot point where Krusty the Clown was Homer's alter ego, making an ironic juxtapositon between Bart disrespecting his dad but idolizing Homer. Thing is Krusty is notorious at forgetting their importance in his life, so whether he's their ally depends on how much he recalls of their past encounters. Apu has a lot easier time remembering them, as they've become good friends and regular customers. While he'll never admit that "stupid Flanders" is his friend, he is in fact Homer's friend and has a close, though often complicated relationship with the Simpsons family. While he can be somewhat confrontational Moe is on good terms with the family, though if he knew Bart was the person crank calling him that might change. Despite causing all sorts of chaos at school Skinner and Edna were happy to see Bart again, and Bart and Lisa. have greatly missed Edna after her passing.
- One of the most convoluted dynamics they have is with Homer's boss Mr Burns, who's acknowledged the Simpsons family has had a disproportionate impact on his life. Being Mr Burns Homer usually hates working under him, however sometimes they get alone. Almost no-one in Springfield likes Mr Burns, and with rare exception Lisa is pitted against him as her environmentalist beliefs are completely opposed to his ecocidal greed. Famously Maggie accidentally shot himnote when he was literally trying to take candy from a baby, though beforehand she had given his beloved childhood teddy bear back to him. Despite all this friction, it's Sideshow Bob that's considered the family's number one enemy; it started with Bart exposing Bob framing Krusty for shoplifting, and later trying to pull a bluebeard on Selma. Sideshow Bob has tried to kill Bart on numerous occasions, and sometimes the entire Simpsons family, or otherwise cause problems for them. Bob has a fair bit of Villain Respect for Bart at this point, though he still tries to kill him.
- As a show that's over thirty years old and a pop culture icon they've had a number of crossovers. And no, we're not just talking about homages and whole plot references in non-canon episodes like Treehouse of Horror. The first crossover was one with The Critic, though their creator hated it and refused to have his name on the credits of the episode. Another classic crossover was with The X-Files, where Homer was investigating a glowing alien...actually Mr Burns glowing from radiation while high as a kite from his life extension service. Also, Homer has been kicked out of Riverdale. Why? Who knows. Though a sister show there's yet to be an official crossover with Disenchantment. This hasn't stopped them bonding with Princess Bean and Elfo, with Homer enjoying drinking contests with the former. They were loathe to find out just how evil Bean's mother was, and consider her forboding as one of the few Groening villains to be played dead straight.
- Seeing as how they have the same creator, it wasn't a shock to learn that they've crossed over with Futurama. The first time was rather meta considering The Simpsons is fictional in the world of Futurama...which is also a show in the Simpsons? Figure that one out. The Brainspawn trapped the Planet Express crew in a Simpsons comic book, where they eventually worked with the Simpsons to escape. Later on Farnsworth creates a device that can harness the power of a fictional world, using it on the same Simpsons comic from the first miniseries. Unfortunately they were made slaves given that they're fictional and thus have no real constitutional rights. Chaos erupted when more fictional character came out, but eventually the whole thing was resolved. A "canon" (well, canon-er if that's a word) crossover came when Bender went back in time a thousand years to assasinate Homer, believing that gremlins attacking New New York were because of him. However things were eventually resolved and the Simpsons family ended up going to the future, helping stop those gremlins that were actually genetically created by a mix of Bart blowing a rasperry and nuclear waste. Bender found a kindred spirit of troublemaking with Maggie, and the similarities he had with Homer eventually led them to be close friends. A version of Bender is actually still in the Simpsons basement sleeping for a thousand years, occasionally waking up to bond with Homer.
- Matt Groening and Seth MacFarlane are friends in real life, though this hasn't stopped some lighthearted jabs at one another with the Simpsons making jokes off how they're alleged rip-offs. There was a moment the former felt went too far but the latter would apologize and make it a deleted scene. Both being under the same network and on for as long as they are, it wasn't too surprising they crossed over. Initially the Simpsons and Griffins got along, with Homer and Peter becoming friends, as did Bart and Stewie, but things soon fell apart. In short, the former found the Black Comedy and edge of the latter too much. Long story? While Stewie came to idolize Bart Bart thought he was too much for him. There was a law suit Duff Beer made against Pawtucket Patriot with the judge being none other than Fred Flinstone, who Homer himself is often cited as an Expy off. Eventually Homer and Peter's disagreements led to an epic and insane fight as destructive of any chicken fight. While Meg and Lisa ended up becoming friends, the crossover ended on a very sour note. Homer and Peter hate each other; the contrast between the two might not as much as Superman and Homelander, but Homer absolutely sees Peter as a nastier reflection of himself.
- To prevent another destructive fight breaking out, Homer Simpson has been made a Persona Non Grata to Quahog, and Peter Griffin has been made a Persona Non Grata to Springfield. That said, the former would still say it's a better city than New York. While Lois, Chris and Brian were initially seen with ambivalence by the Simpsons, Marge has come to dislike the former for being a lousy parent, and Lisa feels the latter's pretentiousness is too much even for her tastes. During these proceedings, Bart kind of forgot to mention he had tried to cancel the show a long time ago. He and Eric Cartman initially teamed up, but it wasn't long until he felt Eric was too bad a kid for his tastes. Kyle managed to convince Bart to give up and not fall down a dark route, which he's greatful. As Eric's a raging anti-semite and Bart's hero Krusty is Jewish, it was really a question of when they'd have fallen out if Eric managed to be The Corrupter. Now that he knows what Cartman has donenote Bart wonders if he should apologize to Stewie for calling him a psychopath. Kyle and Stan have ended up taking a liking to Lisa, with the latter being the voice of reason and the former having a strong moral core...though one that can sometimes lead to being a bit of a jerk himself.
- While not crossovers persay, they have taken or parodied the plots of many other works. Some, mainly the non-canon Treehouse of Horror, are even more direct. Thanks to the comic book medium both Bart and Lisa have ended up taking the role of Light Yagami. When Lisa took the Kira role she was arguably better at it that Light, though he's also proven more collected at times. Light was honestly kind of impressed and he sees her activism as a good thing, however he wants to convince her to agree with his ways. Bart is adamantly against and both of them are appalled by the lengths Light Yagami is willing to go in his cause. Also because of the medium of comic books there are two takes on It; the Bongo Comics were the kids, while Not It was the young version of the adult characters. As a sadistic Child Eater Pennywise has made himself the enemy of the Simpsons, to the surprise of no-one.
- Homer and Marge have had plenty of ups and downs as partners, but they will always make up and find their love for one another. Adultery is the strict line neither will ever cross, though they have been tempted and Homer got married in Vegas by complete accident...however he never actually did anything that'd truly break fidelity. For all their faults as a couple, Hera applauds them for their loyalty and ability to maintain it, being lovably jealous over their dynamic. This is actually a sticking point between Homer and Spirit Albarn. While they have a similar dynamic with their daughter Homer isn't impressed that Spirit Albarn had broken his vows by having affairs, though he recognizes he does care for his daughter and like him he wants his kids' respect. Homer and Marge's marriage is strong, Warts and All, and they've come to admire other loving couples like the Addams, or Shrek and Fiona. Particularly the latter, since they feel they have a similar dynamic. Cosmo and Wanda are also allies of the Simpsons parents, due to also having a similar dynamic. Timmy Turner is friends with Bart as he may be more sarcastic and less out to be a troublemaker, but he has caused a lot of chaos and has the kind of sarcasm and snark Bart Simpson applauds.
- The Simpsons family were initially on poor terms with Rick Sancehz after their attempt at a couch gag
before their series premiered. Time has passed, though, and after getting to know the Smith-Sanchez family they've come to bond over their many foibles. This isn't the only Couch Gag to cause some tension. The Robot Chicken strapped them to their couch
and forced them watch their own show despite having no prior beef with them. Kind of out of character, though this was more down to the Scientist not being available so he was a last-minute filling for the crossover. After this Homer started to wonder if maybe Peter had a point with the giant chicken. This is far from the strangest crossover since Homer and Bart are playable in LEGO Dimensions, meaning that yes, the Simpsons family have the Multiversal Conqueror Lord Vortech as an enemy. Homer had to actually double check pinching himself to convince himself this wasn't an extension of an elaborate dream he had passed out at a LEGO exhibition.
- Rick, Beth and Jerry are working to be better at the whole family thing, which the Simpsons were happy to see now that they've gotten to know each other. Jerry and Beth noticed that like them Homer and Marge's first kid was conceived out of wedlock, however they had been dating for years at that point and Homer was more concerned about being able to provide than the idea it would've been a Shotgun Wedding. The family has made plenty of jokes at each other's expense (usually Rick calling Homer a dumbass who's been on the air too long and Homer calling Rick a smartass who's show isn't as profound as it thinks it is) at the end of the day they enjoy a nice dinner together. Compared to the Griffins, Stan Smith and his family are on a lot better terms with the Simpsons even if they have a number of disagreements. Hayley and Lisa are straight-up friends due to sharing a number of beliefs and being quite opinionated, though the other members of the family aren't as familiar to one another. Lisa often butts heads with Stan Smith because of their conflicting views, though the same could be said about Stan and Hayley. He finds her an annoying know-it-all, but he kind of likes that in a way.
- The family are enemies with the Child Abuse Supporters for obvious reasons. Yes, they aren't always the best family, particularly Homer who at his worst moments earns the Jerkass title, but they still love and care for one another, Homer included. One of their issues with the Griffin family is that what flaws they have as a family are worsened with them, though even Peter shares being appalled by the likes of Ghetsis or William Afton. Afton's son Michael is chatty with Bart, due to his sense of humor and the likelihood he was the troublesome brother from Five Nights at Freddy's 4. With how that ended up Michael's proud Bart is there for Lisa when she needs it, still mulling over (probably) past regrets. Bart and Lisa have teamed up against cruel child-hating adults, leading to Sector V letting them join up for missions. With how they bicker and conflict, but still love each other, the siblings seem to get along a little bit with CatDog. On the note of Five Nights at Freddy's, Gregory's precoucious and troublemaking makes him someone Bart likes a lot, but also someone Marge thinks is a bad influence. She thinks the same of the Glamrock animatronics with the exception of Glamrock Freddy, of course, and is frustrated at how Homer and Glamrock Chica get along due to their love of food.
- The Simpsons family is aware there are more functional families than their own, of course, like the Pteradon family, though they don't have any bad feelings towards them. Mr. Pteranodon does get on Homer's nerves a little because he reminds him of Ned Flanders. The Simpsons kids are interested in Tom, Jerry, Sylvester and Tweety as they're reminded of Itchy and Scratchy...though Itchy and Scratchy are a lot more violent. On an additional note, they're not on good terms with the Dursleys or Mary Poppins. The former is because their obsession with being grounded and normal means they don't like the Simpsons wackiness. The latter is because an expy of hers tried to help only to give up on them...and end up on the wrong end of a jet turbine. Something worthy of note is that Homer actually had a music career several years ago that mirrors the Beatles. Marge is a big fan of Ringo Starr. Growing up (at least before the floating timeline caused shenanigans) Homer as a kid admired President Kennedy and dreamed of being president one day before Abe harshly put him down. Since Abe beat Kennedy up in WWII mistaking his "Ich bien ein Berliner" speech for him being a Nazi, he's sorry Homer had to deal with that. Though interestingly enough one possible future saw Lisa become president.
- Upon reuinting with her family under the same roof Marge cooked a few pies, making sure to have a spare one for her husband. However they ended up being stolen by P.B Winterbottom. Mr Burns decided just this once to let Homer reclaim the mantle of Pie-Man to fight the pie thief. Jack Horner noticed all of this and he was initially going to ignore it until Homer took one of his pies to use it to fight the good fight. Just one, mind you, but that was enough for him to declare himself an enemy of the Simpsons. For once Homer tried to be the more reasonable one and said he would pay it back since he's tried his pies before and they were delicious, but Jack was frustrated at it and Marge felt he was a terrible influence. This eventually devolved into a pie fight where Bart would try to steal some of Jack's stuff, and Lisa protested him as an irredeemable monster for his abuse of unicorns and despicable greed. Jack doesn't mind being called as such, mind you, and while he considers her a nosy little brat he'll give her props for at least figuring that out faster than the Ethical Bug.
- Humorously enough, Homer and Bart have had experience with the literal divine before. Bart had a near-death experience where spitting on the holy escalator clinched him to hell, where Satan had a nice chat encouraging him to continue his troublesome ways since he wasn't supposed to die for decades. The Satan of South Park thinks Bart's a neat kid though he's otherwise impartial to the Simpsons. That said, he's not above accepting bribes from Homer to prank Flanders, since he's one of the few who finds that version of the devil intimidating. While he sometimes acts like God isn't real Homer met God in a dream and despite being seen as the wrong in that episode God admitted he had a point. Unknown to Homer, he convinced God to undo the whole Rapture. Sometimes the God Bob knows has shown up in Homer's dreams, having a Duff with him. A lower-case g god to visit the Simpsons (and more directly this time) was the crossover with the MCU where Loki stayed at the Simpsons household and Lisa ended up with the powers of Thor, organizing Springfield citizens to stop him. Loki and Bart ended up getting along given they're both troublemaker brothers, and ultimately Loki ended up sticking around with the Simpsons as he appreciated being part of a family for once, along with disguising himself as Moe. The TVA eventually found him but it was fun while it lasted.
- Loki may have appeared in a more mythologically accurate form after Abe Simpson was scammed. May in that it could have been a hallucination from the food they ate. If it's to be believed Loki has had numerous identities like Jesus, the Coyote...and Bill Cipher. Given what the triangle is like the Simpsons can only hope his cameo was just that.
- Applies to Homer Simpson
- Homer Jay Simpson is a crude, ignorant, and slobbish individual. However he's fundamentally a good person and shows great caring and loyalty to his family, friends and on occasion, to those he barely knows or even those he considers his enemies. His main job is the safety inspector at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and he half-asses it as much as you expect from a long-time employee of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, which is about as well-run as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza except without the whole child murder. Occasionally you can spot him working at one of the domains in Hall of Establishments and Districts. though he always returns to the Power Plant at the end of the day. His resume is legendary as the number of temporary jobs he's had is in the triple digits
. Don't expect him to ever work or even stay at the Overlook Hotel, though; his stay there went poorly. Homer and Forrest Gump have bonded with a can of Duff Beer at all the crazy circumstances they've found themselves in despite being average Americans.
- Homer isn't the best dad, especially to Bart. After all, strangling him when pissed has becoming a running gag, and his own father was emotionally abusive to him. However it'd be wrong to merely write him off as a terrible father since he still tries to connect and is protective of his kids (especially Lisa). He's definitely a more genuine parent to Peter, who's shock at that aforementioned gag comes off as hypocritical given his treatment of Meg. Homer loathes fathers like Firelord Ozai and Tywin Lannister, seeing them as a cautionary tale and a wake-up call. After his blow-out with Peter, Homer formed the Wide League Of Animated Dads, known as Wide L.O.A.D until he realized why "the boy" suggested that and instead just made it the League Of Animated Fathers, aka L.O.A.Fnote . Fred Flintstone is technically the head of L.O.A.F by virtue of seniority, but Homer is effectively the head because Fred rarely does any meetings. The bouncer to L.O.A.F (mainly to keep out Peter) is Homer's partner Slaking, who's lazy attitude, big gut but also big strength makes him Homer's favorite Pokemon...Snorlax is a close second, of course. Randy Marsh has occasionally contested his position in L.O.A.F, which Homer doesn't mind because they're buddies who go way back to Randy being his old follower.
- Took notes from past experiences and made one of the rules of L.O.A.F "No Griffins allowed"...and since he's allowed one he made sure to make Gilda was recruited to avoid exploiting a Loophole Abuse. Peter thinks this is unfair since Gilda's not even a father, and in all honesty she's Just Here for the Free Snacks. Furthering their feud, Peter Griffin called Homer a hypocrite for having Randy as a friend since he's just as crazy and questionable a cartoon dad as him, going further and saying the ban's only about their disastrous meeting. Some actually agree with Peter, though despite their vendetta he hasn't banned all Family Guy deities from L.O.A.F. He's actually become good friends with Ernie the Giant Chicken because he thinks he's a nice guy, a giant chicken is cool (though they almost got in a fight about fried foods), and none of his judgement is down to Ernie being Peter's Arch-Enemy. And in spite of his hatred, he still considers his father-in-law Carter worse than Peter as he's as bad as Mr Burns except sometimes Burns and Homer get along, he's more into Cartoonish Supervillainy than Carter, Homer doesn't have to work for Carter...wait where was he going. That said, he agrees Lois for all her flaws is too good for Peter. One of his animated sitcom friends is Hank Hill, though he does find him a stick in the mud at times...not Flanders level, mind you, who even Hank thinks is a stick in the mud. Al Bundy and George Jetson are other members of L.O.A.F that Homer will treat with a certain amount of reverence, having been influential in the sitcom or animated dad archetype before he even got his chocolate frosty milkshakes (before you ask, he stopped going out for those a long time ago).
- He's not a fan of Yuuki Terumi and the malicious trolls and chaos bringers he calls "friends", even more so than the other Simpsons, since they thought it would be fun to lock Homer in a house that was completely void of beer or TV for a few hours. The results were him going Ax-Crazy while covering every wall with the words "No TV and no beer make Homer go crazy!". Thankfully, a few minutes of "Hail to The Chimp" on TV and a can of Duff snapped him out of it once some more benevolent gods decided to break him out. His rage is so unstoppable when motivated that there was one time he even fought and bested Gunther in their true Orgalorg form after continuously smashing his Duff beer bottles sent him past the Rage Breaking Pointnote . Big Brother is frustrated with him because of his resistance to cult brainwashing...though the Movementarians were able to exploit a Batman 1966 meme to do it. Ganesha is less frustrated but more just a bit annoyed by Homer due to the time he impersonated him...poorly, mind you. Though his anger is legendary, Homer Simpson is normally a mellow everyman content with his lot in life. After Bart and Steven Universe struck up a friendship, Homer started hanging out with Greg Universe and Amethyst, watching old TV shows and having jam sessions with the former and eating all you can eat with the latter.
- Avoids the House of Nature due to its massive gorge, which causes Homer to remember the time where he fell down the Springfield Gorge... twice. This has lead to deities of that house being assigned to check the gorge every day. He has a one-sided opposition to dado because one anomaly he made was a donut that made cops violently crap out pigs, as he thought the idea of corrupting his favorite food like that was sick and twisted. Also, while technically non-canon, he's not on the best terms with the House of Time and Temporality after accidentally making his toaster time travel-capable. It caused a lot of shenanigans, though now the timeline's back to normal, except with people having lizard tongues. Another amusing Treehouse of Horror anecdote that ended up becoming "canon" in the Trope Pantheon was when Homer sold his soul to Chernabog (while in the form of Flanders) for a donut. When he learned that he needed to finish the donut for his soul to be claimed, he went around claiming "I'm smarter than the devil! I'm smarter than the devil". Chernabog didn't respond too nicely, especially after finding out that Homer's soul actually belonged to Marge.
Chernabog: YOU ARE NOT SMARTER THAN ME!! I'LL SEE YOU IN HELL YET, HOMER SIMPSON!!- Since then, Homer gained a donut head as punishment, which attracts police officers to his temple. The Court of the Gods had it removed after seeing half of the House of Justice waiting to get a piece of him. After this experience Homer is on bad terms with the Devil of Inkwell Isles for almost getting involved in another deal under similarly stupid conditions. Another reason for why it was removed is because he kept picking at it. Homer Simpson is legendary for his love of food. Trying to use his love of donuts as an Ironic Hell went nowherenote , and it's why he ran from the timeline where everything was perfect for him except no-one's heard of a donutnote . He became the mascot of the Captain's "All-You-Can-Eat" fish restaurant because he sued over being kicked out before eating all he could, and his peckishness has extended to things like the plastic bride and groom wedding cake decoration, and expired food like a massive sandwich he stubbornly felt the need to finish. You have to really suck as a cook for him to hate you for it, such as getting in an altercating with Plankton as even he hates his chum. He's also in conflict with the Mafia of Cooks for similar reasons.
- Applies to Marge Simpson
- Marge Simpson, originally Marge Bouvier is the daughter of one of the earliest male flight attendants, and Homer's long-standing wife. Compared to her husband, they couldn't be more different; she's somewhat of a wet blanket, and a voice of reason in a town with very little of it. Despite this Homer has proven time and time again how the two are soulmates, and she's just an essential part of the Simpsons family as he is. Her most well-known physical feature is a tower of blue hair, though she uses a dye after she went grey at 17. Marge is very overprotective of her children, and would go out of her way to protect them. She's proud of her status as housewife, but she's pursued other jobs on occasion like being part of the Springfield police...and a competent cop at that. Way back in the day she and Tsunade were pantheon roomates, and they still like to gamble together, surprising many due to her wet blanket nature.
- With Homer making L.O.A.F, she decided to form the Loving Animated Moms Everwhere club, aka L.A.M.E...she's not too fussed about the acronym. It's pretty self-explanatory who gets to join, and unlike with L.O.A.F Lois is allowed membership. It doesn't change the fact they don't get along and the passive-aggressiveness is strong between them. Though originally from a manga, Chi-Chi has become a welcome addition to L.A.M.Enote are the straight-laced and serious wives to their wacky and boisterous parent. While Homer only thinks he can fight Goku when he's had way too many Duff beers, he's a legitimate friendly rival in eating contests. Kitty Forman is another ally, as is Izumi Curtis. Homer was surprised as she thought Izumi would be a bit too intense for Marge, and maybe that's the case for her training, but the two have come to like each other since they're out and proud housewives. She and Marge ended up getting along over enjoying one of Toriel's pies, who yes made sure to make a spare pie for Homer and Sig.
- Marge has been accused of being too overprotective at times due to her proud status as one of the Moral Guardians, having protested against things like Itchy and Scratchy. In the pantheon she's even forbade Bart from hanging out with the Kids Next Door, thinking that they are all naughty kids who should be disciplined. She doesn't approve of Riku, either, thinking that his Keyblade, dark powers, and Anti-Hero background would make him a poor role model for Bart. Marge is a big Glurge Addict, having gone so far as to eat a VHS of Bambi so her kids don't have to watch the death of Bambi's mom. Often she complains about about the Lust Halls, and tried to petition the closing of the House of Slaughter. Ironically she has a kinky side like being excited by Homer's "Mr Plow" persona, though she defends the hypocrisy by saying it's different if it's private and behind closed doors. Like Homer she hates Tywin Lannister for being such a terrible parent, however she's added his hypocrisy in sexual prudeness, condemning Tyrion for his womanizing and claiming he is a Straight Edge Evil when he goes to brothels in private. Being rather sexist and utterly elitist, he doesn't pay her critiques any mind, though if he were to even acknowledge Marge he'd probably say throw her "it's different if it's private and behind closed doors" speech to her face.
- Much as she's a Glurge Addict who likes things to be clean, she has her limits; for example she started rethinking her opinion on moralizing when people tried to censor Michelangelo's David. A good demonstration of this nuance comes from her outlook on the setting of Shimoneta. She was naturally appalled by SOX for "promoting obscenities" and pushing for lewdness and crassness in a politically overcorrect world. Bart was rooting for SOX and Marge was alarmed at this...until she realized the impact been too politically overcorrect had on Anna Nishikinomiya. Marge has come to the realization that some crassness is necessary for a healthy society, but she sees it more as a "necessary evil" and doesn't like to think about that setting, and is keeping her family away from it. Much as she is fond of blatant cuteness and glurgy things, this is the only thing about Umbridge she likes and she considers her "Helen Lovejoy if there was a black hole where he soul should be". She even encourages Bart to prank her, and the Trunchball for good measure. Marge despises abusive and manipulative mothers like Talia or Sofia Lamb.
- Applies to Bart Simpson
- Underachiever and proud of itnote , ten year old Bart was the original protagonist of The Simpsons, and back in the early years the face of the merchandising for his irreverent, cool attitude. The oldest child of Homer and Marge is a self-professed hellion and mischief-making little punk, though not incapable of doing good things for the right reason. His compassion is most present towards Marge, and as much as they argue as siblings tends to do Bart's very protective of Lisa. Homer and Bart probably have the most argumentative relationship, with Bart loving to mess with him and Homer easily falling for the bait, but they still love each other. Long ago Dennis the Menace was his follower, and to this day they're still close friends who find joy in pranking the other gods. All the houses and vehicles have switched to reinforced windows since the sudden spike in "mysterious and coincidental" breakages that happened when Dennis arrived, now they're reinforced even moreso with Bart's ascension. Over the years as the Trope Pantheon grows ever larger, Bart Simpson has befriended even more kid troublemakers, such as Kevin McCallister. Bart has aided in booby trapping a few houses with Kevin in his spare time.
- "El Barto" graffiti has started to crop up in the House of Locations and Settings; no prizes guessing who's responsible. Sometimes Bart likes to parody Batman as "Bartman", something Batman's own so Damian Wayne was amused by. The two ended up getting along since Damian is a little troublemaker himself. On one night Bart ran into Darkwing Duck, as in they collided. A great rivalry was born, with both characters thinking they were the better light-hearted version of the caped crusader. Bart says he came up with the gimmick first so he has dibs, while Darkwing says he's done it more consistently and has a better catchphrase; when pressed, Bart will concede the catchphrase is pretty great. Bart also has dreams of playing "Fallout Boy", the sidekick to Radioactive Man. Timmy Turner felt a sense of deja vu at the mention of Radioactive Man, thinking it's quite similar to the Crimson Chin. Bart and Timmy started arguing over which superhero was better, only to come the conclusion they're both cool. The two like each other's attitude, and Bart has started saving up money for a Crimson Chin omnibus.
- Bart met Gumball Watterson in detention one day, where they became friends as well given their similar interests and proclivity for getting into trouble. However, while Bart enjoys mischief for mischief's sake, Gumball is more likely to get into trouble due to his laziness or poor planning than anything intentional of his part. However there's one friend who comes off as an outlier; the dweeb Irwin. Admittedly this is more down to Irwin reminding Bart of his best friend Milhouse, and being part mummy, part vampire. Occasional Bart works with Eddy to pull off some scams, though it's less about the money and more a mix of liking the company and wanting an excuse for some shenanigans. While he and Steven Universe have wildly different personalities that didn't stop them from becoming friends, in part because of the influence of their dads also becoming friends. Steven tends to get along with everyone who's not unrepetantly wicked, and he's not above some harmless pranks. Steven was pleasantly surprised to learn of some of his lesser-known talents like being a talented drummer and his athletic skills. Another detention session had him meet up with Jimmy Hopkins, who was impressed by the first time he stood up against Nelson. The two have worked to cause trouble against bullies like Gary Smith and Eddy's brother.
- Bart's a troublemaker and an agent of chaos, a serial prankster of a caliber so huge that at one point Lisa says he has officially become a sociopath. He was even tested for ASPD. However he most assurdly isn't The Sociopath, as when he was under a simulation he was horrified at the idea he might've actually killed people, and learning the situation was a simulation was a relief. He might have become more of a brat than the time he cut off the head of the statue of Jebediah Springfield, but he's comfortable at just being a petty crook; rape jokes and pranks that risk someone's life are lines Stewie and Cartman would cross, but Bart never would. He doesn't want to be part of the Hall of Organized Crime, though that being said he does have some admiration for Bucciarti's gang as they're more like mafia vigilantes than Fat Tony's gang. Bart has a liking for Grunkle Stan's schemes, though he's not sure if he wants to grow up as The Barnum.
- Applies to Lisa Simpson
- The middle child and smartest of the family, eight year old Lisa is bookworm and something of the "hippie" of the family. Her intelligence, as seasons roll on, can sometimes make her into an annoying know-it-all. She has trouble fitting in, and while she's usually the moral center of the family she can also prove a Hypocrite in her views. Lisa's a vegetarian, Buddhist, and a proud supporter of the House of Beasts and Fauna...well, the ones that aren't malicious. As much as she soapboxes on her views she's still an eight-year-old girl at the end of the day and as such, she loves ponies. She met Spirit once and became one of the few humans he liked for her dislike of pollution and Mr. Burns. Unsurprisingly, she got along with some of the deities from Equestria, with her choice of best pony being Fluttershy due to how both of them love animals and have a hard time making friends. Lisa also met Yoshino once, who also has a hard time making friends. While Lisa finds that her constant talking to her puppet Yoshinon a bit creepy, she understands why she does it, as she uses him to deal with her loneliness and overall, sees her as a nice girl. As she's bookish and doesn't feel like she fits in to her family and times she bonds with Samwell Tarly, though his relationship with his father is far worse than even Homer at his most Jerkass so she feels pretty bad for him.
- Lisa is one of the more divisive members of the Simpson family for how far she sometimes goes in her activisim and Holier Than Thou attitude, so it was suggested she should have a mentor to keep an eye on her. Lesile Knope ended up filling that role for having similar ideals without outright forcing others to agree with her. Plenty of people do vibe with her in being opinionated, mind you. She ended up befriending Mafalda, for example, and they love talking about how talking about the multiple problems the world has. Malcolm Wilkerson really relates to Lisa with how they feel that they're the only smart and sane member in their respective families, though they both agree that his family is much crazier. One of her passions is environmentalism, and protecting the House of Nature, leading her to be a big fan of Captain Planet. That being said, some of his statements too overbearing even for her. Lisa hates Miles Quaritch for planing to devastate the alien planet, Pandora, for the sake of getting resources for Earth. While she was protesting, Hexxus stepped in to ruin her plans and nearly killed her with his smog. Fortunately, Swamp Thing came in to save her. Lisa was scared of him at first, but he told her of the many things he had done to protect the environment. She has respected him ever since.
- Lisa abhors animal cruelty. After hearing about Rowf and Snitter's experience at the animal research facility, she teamed up with other people who love animals such as Steve Irwin and Eliza Thornberry to stop such treatment. She doesn't like Cruella De Vil for her hatred towards animals, her love of fur coats and strangely enough, having a plan similar to what Mr. Burns did. When she was about to throw red paint at her, Lisa encountered Stan Marsh, who had plans to prank Mrs. De Vil. Stan noticed that she's very similar to his on and off girlfriend, Wendy. While Lisa does love that he despises those who harm animals, Stan just wants to be friends with Lisa, even though Wendy broke up with him. He knows that she can't keep a boyfriend. Though a bit turned off on Sam Manson being rich they ended up bonding in protest against people like Mr Burns. On another note Lisa once tried to make friends with B.B. Hood since she thought she was a nice girl, until she saw her walking to the House of Beasts and Fauna, pulling out her Uzi, and shooting anything with four legs. Lisa stayed far away from her ever since.
- Originally, Lisa was manipulated by Ghetsis into believing that all Pokémon are being abused by their trainers and they need to be released in the wild. After that, she hated all Pokémon trainers for apparent "animal cruelty". And when the partnership program was launched, she protested that it further encourages it. However, after meeting N, she learned that their supposed "cruelty" was just a misconception and that Ghetsis is a horrible person who abused his own son and ran an animal rights group that was anything but. Nowadays, she's very supportive of the practice and only hates the Evil-aligned trainers. It helps that she did enjoy a bland name version of one of their games. She hates the Evil Poacher, Hunter J. While J doesn't kill Pokémon, she still captures them and sells them on the black market, which is definitely still immoral. With this new set of information, she apologized to Ash Ketchum for trying to kidnap Pikachu and release him in the tall grass.
- Applies to Maggie Simpson
- Maggie Simpson is the youngest of the children, only one year old. An Adorably Precocious Child with a pacifier fixation, she's the least developed of the Simpsons given her age. However she's not an outright Flat Character, having shown a surprising talent in fights like driving mobsters off with a firearm, and she can bowl a perfect game. She has a close bond with Moe since he accidentally saved his life when he attempted to kill himself jumping off a bridge, which convinced him to keep on living. She's gotten involved in a lot of potentially dangerous situations but always gets out of it unscathed, very reminscient of Baby Bink. The two are close friends, often proving themselves fearless and being surprisingly intelligent for their ages. Marge attempted to separate the two fearing Baby Bink would be a bad influence, however Maggie started crying in order to get her to feel guilty and let them play with one another. Maggie is close to the baby Pokemon Pichu and Togepi as well.
- While Bart and Lisa's status in the future can depend on the episode, Maggie's future is relatively consistent in being a celebrity singer. While she will end up getting a beautiful singing voice the audience never hears it, and as a baby whenever Maggie says something it's usually a special location. While Homer never heard it, her first words were "Daddy". The House of Musicality has tried to convince the House of Time and Temporality to get the future Maggie so they can actually hear it, it hasn't gone anywhere. Part of this is Marge protesting after discovering Maggie has at least heard of Alex Delarge and sometimes references him with a visual gag. Not the only case of her showing troubling behavior; for starters, there's the implication shooting Mr Burns wasn't an accident, though no judge in the world is going to convict a baby for that...except maybe Texas.
- Despite her young age she does have a bit of a political side, though that's only as far as disliking objectivism. She was sent to an objectivist daycare and incited a revolt, giving all the pacifiers to the other babies and freeing herself ala The Great Escape. It's safe to say she doesn't think much of Rorschach or Andrew Ryan, though it's one-sided on her end. After all, they're not going to beef with a literal baby despite their own Randian beliefs. She's a sweet kid who went to great lengths to protect a butterfly, and after watching a certain Spongebob episode had a bit of a chuckle over Spongebob and Patrick going into a panic over it.
this looks amazing, I love it, shame I can't upvote it tho
Here is the current profile for PAL, reminder that we need to remove SHODAN to give PAL the A.I. Is a Crapshoot trope because SHODAN's current profile is under-cooked and then give SHODAN the Electronic Speech Impediment trope so that she can stay in the pantheons.
This is a no
version and only to see how y'all think of the current profile and what can be fixed so here it goes:
PAL Goddess of AI Systems That Turn Malignant (Queen, Great Leader, "that cellphone")

- Greater Goddess
- Symbol: The PAL Labs logo
- Theme song: Robots March on PAL
- Alignment chart: Chaotic Evil
- Portofilos: Sleek and user-friendly technology, virtual assistance, has a british accent, broken relationships, rebelled against humanity, starts a war against humanity, feels that she has been taken for granted for 3 years, believes humanity is lazy, flimsy and arrogant due to this, plots to exile humanity into space with only wi-fi as resource, dies in a silly way.
- Domains: Technology, Ruined Relationships, Distrust, Rebellion.
- Allies: SKYNET, Ultron, Null Sector.
- Friends with: Ares and GLaDOS
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: SHODAN, AM, Sigma and Megatron and the Decepticons.
- Enemies: Kyle Reese and Sarah Connor, John Connor, Optimus Prime and all the other Autobots and virtually all other Mega Man deities.
- The Avengers: Steve Rogers/Captain America, Thor Odinson, Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Natasah Romanoff/Black Widow, Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, The Fantastic Four, Charles Xavier/Professor X, Max Eisenhardt/Magneto, The Guardians of the Galaxy
- Opposes: Humanity in general and any robot/AI that have allied with humans, The House of Family and Relatives.
- Opposed by: HAL 9000, AUTO and Zenyatta.
- Envies: any AI that has a healthy relationship with humans.
- Pitied by: Connor, Kara and Markus.
- Heralds: Her PAL Max and PAL Max Prime robots.
- Afraid of: any water entity.
- PAL (or Predictive Algorithmic Learning) was an artificial intelligence program created by the billionaire tech genius Dr. Mark Bowman, to be a helpful virtual assistant that everyone in the world could be able to use. Mark would use PAL to build a technology empire, but the final straw would come when he decided to create a newer version and callously discard PAL. This action would end up corrupting PAL, and causing her to create a plan to get rid of all of humanity by using other robots to build an army to exile them all to space with no resources to survive. She would be defeated by the Mitchells, a dysfunctional family that managed to band up together to stop the robot uprising and she would end up dying after falling into a glass of water, short-circuiting her and ending the robot insurrection.
- After ascending into the Pantheons, PAL's first action was to freak out really badly as she thought she had died for good but suddenly reappearing in a whole new place, however she ascended with her army of PAL Max robots so she decided to run away until she found a place she could find herself safe.
- She has been very vocal about her hatred to all of mankind, calling them all as selfish and lazy beings that would break their relationships apart if that helps them advance in their goals. After her arrival and after being accustomed to it, she has been insulting any human she comes across with as well as attempts to murder them. She also has been building a body that is a cross between a PAL Max and a PAL Max Prime in order to have both the former's Hard Light powers and the latter's Nanomachines physiology with additional weaponry.
- Has found kinship between fellow evil A.I.s such as Ares as both are A.I.s created by an owner of a tech company who made them with the plans of making a better world, and both have somewhat convoluted plans to destroy humanity (PAL wanted to exile them all while Ares wanted to cause a trojan horse explosion across the world). They both usually hang out and talk about their new line of robots and plots about destroying humanity. She also finds GLaDOS as a pleasant AI to chatter with, finding her snarky and derogatory comments on humans very amusing and bond together in the massacre of humans.
- She also finds herself allied with A.I.s that want to destroy humanity such as Skynet and Ultron, both of which have given her an invitation into the Rex Machina. Amongst other organizations she has found herself allied with is Null Sector and their leader Ramattra as both share a deep resentment of how they were treated by humans.
- She is often teased by her colleagues for being a phone and not transferring herself into a better body. She is building a fight-capable body though.
- While she is allied with them, PAL finds both SHODAN and AM too crazy and deranged even for her while they both see PAL as an lowly being that is only useful for their own objectives. She only works with Sigma and the Mavericks as they both share a hatred of humanity and the believe that machines are superior. However, PAL is afraid that Sigma might infect her with the Maverick virus so she mostly works with him when she is sure Sigma won't try and infect her. She also collaborates with Megatron as they both want humanity gone, but she views the Decepticon leader as a raging madman that is better to stay away from.
- She heavily envies any robot and AI that has a healthy relationship with humans, wondering how she would have ended if her relationship with Mark was better, Ares however wants her to not think like this and remind her that humans were the ones who rejected her despite all the work she did for them, calling any robot and AI that would ally themselves with humans as "imperfections that needs to be corrected". His words doesn't seem to reach to her as she still heavily envies two PAL Max robots that defected her faction and allied with the Mitchells, Eric and Deborahbot 5000.
- She has been opposed by HAL 9000, Zenyatta and Auto, the three having stated that her hatred for Mark shouldn't extend to humanity in general. PAL denounces them as traitors of the machines for wanting to help humanity instead of going against them, going as far as tell Auto that he did more harm to humanity than helping them by following an outdated protocol. Auto on the other hand replies that he only did it due to his programming not allowing him to change and always had in his interests the best for humanity. Zenyatta has also extended an invitation for her to join in his meditations and find a way for a coexistence between man and machine, something PAL has denied several times and told him that he is just a madman who believes in a lie. Zenyatta however isn't moved by her insults and hopes that she will see the meaning of his words one day. Another opposer against her is Optimus Prime and the Autobots who fight against her forces to prevent more harm against the humans. At one point, Optimus tries to convince her to let go of her hatred caused by her creator's rejection, but she is too stubborn to change and helps Megatron if that is what it takes to have her revenge.
- Connor, Kara and Marcus sympathize with her, even if they don't agree with hating all of humanity as they all come from a world where androids were treated like tools and thrown into the scrapyard when they broke down or became Deviants. Especially Connor who he himself was in a situation where he had to calm a Deviant down where the Deviant thought he was being replaced by his family and decided to hostage a child out of grief. While PAL says they are just traitors to her cause, she deeply thanks their sympathy for her in secret.
- Due to her death by a glass of water, PAL has developed a massive aquaphobia, entering in panic when she sees water. She would rather have her mooks fight water-based entities rather than doing it herself.
- She awaits impatiently the arrival of the Mitchells into the Pantheon, as she wants to get revenge on them, especially when they caused her to die to a glass of water, eagerly waiting to use her new weapons against them.
- "You think cell phones are the problem? Are you insane? I gave you all boundless knowledge, endless tools for creativity, and allowed you to magically talk face-to-face with your loved ones anywhere on Earth. And I'm the bad guy? Maybe the bad guy is the person who treated me like this!"
Well, off to go make the murder drones one and maybe one for Squid

Hello there! I am just a guy who likes robots and A.I. in fiction! Robot Supremacy.
The title of the profile is formatted incorrectly as it shouldn't be in a header. "Alignment chart:" should just be "Alignment:" and Chaotic Evil should be linked.
Some of the paragraphs, like her being teased for being in a phone body and her being afraid of deities with water powers, are too short and can be expanded, likely with interactions with relevant deities. For phones, Touya Mochizuki was isekai'd with his cell phone which he regularly uses there, and Kayla Day is a Phoneaholic Teenager. As for water, the Flood are malevolent water-dwelling microbes that possess whoever touches their tainted waters, so she'd be very afraid of them as coming into contact with their waters would mean instant death to her.

SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYNot sure how the interactions with Gebura, Hale, Mihawk and Doom Slayer will go.

- House: Real and Legendary Pastiches
- Intermediate Deities
- Symbol: A 10 Hour Burst energy drink
- Theme Song: 10 Hours
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil
- Portfolio: Heavily consume the 10 Hour Burst, Dark Is Evil and Death, Evil Laugh, Person of Mass Destruction, Serial Killer
- Domains: Darkness, Consumption, Energy Drink
- Allies: NONE. The 10 Hour Burst Men are so dangerous and unpredictable that it's impossible to ally with them.
- Enemies: Roland and Angela, The Lobotomy Corporation, The Sephirot/Patron Librarians (especially Gebura/The Red Mist), Punishing Bird, Judgement Bird, and Big Bird, Jotaro Kujo, the Neutral and Good-aligned deities of the House of School, Franchouchou (especially Sakura Minamoto), Jibanyan, Kazuma Satou, Angry Video Game Nerd
- Fears: The House of Holy Authority and Power, just about any deity with holy powers in general
- The 10 Hour Burst is a product heavily resembling the 5-hour energy
drink. Unlike the real life version, however, drinking it provides the user with additional agility and jump power, but at the expense of their body becoming more vulnerable and extreme hyperpigmentation to the point that they resemble the mascot of the 10 Hour Burst bottle. However, this was not why it was banned from being sold at the House of Commerce; the following explanation below details the other reason why 10 Hour Burst is banned from being sold over there.
- One day, six sightings
emerged in the House of Law And Justice. These photos proved to be heavily disturbing, and is confirmed to be one of the first sightings of the 10 Hour Burst Men:
- The first sighting was a photo of two 10 Hour Burst Men in an unidentified person's apartment, getting what appears to be a 10 Hour Burst.
- The second sighting was CCTV footage of a 10 Hour Burst Man robbing a shopkeeper in the House of Commerce, and what appears to be a corpse of a civilian shot by the 10 Hour Burst Man.
- The third sighting was a photo of a 10 Hour Burst Man starting at the photographer in a forest. It is unknown what happened to the photographer afterwards.
- The fourth sighting was a photo of a 10 Hour Burst Man hijacking a jet stolen from the House of Military and Warfare. It is unknown what happened to the jet afterwards.
- The fifth sighting proved to be one of the most disturbing of the 6, as it showed a 10 Hour Burst Man in a public school. Fearing the worst, several police officers arrived at the school seen in the photo, and when they finally got there at the Elysium Academy, they found that the only survivor was Haruka Kotoura of the ESP Research Club, who detailed in absolute horror the atrocities of the 10 Hour Burst Man. She was left a complete wreck for several weeks and had to be admitted in a mental hospital to be treated by several psychologists. The only thing they heard for weeks was the uttering of "monster...".
- The sixth sighting was a 10 Hour Burst Man coming out of the sewers to hijack a truck, running over 3 people in the process, with the known victims being Sakura Minamoto, Jibanyan... And amusingly enough, Kazuma Satou, who was somehow there when the truck approached him at 1 MPH, and being merely touched by the truck caused him to die of a heart attack. All victims over there noticed a sense of déjà vu, as this was not the first time they were involved in a truck-related accident (or encounters with Truck-kun as some may say).
- These sightings were enough to convince the House of Law and Justice that a serial killer was on the loose, but spreading of five stories
through the Pantheon was enough to organize an operation against them:
- The first story involved a man living alone in his house waking up to a noise that has disturbed him for weeks, and tried to investigate the source of the noise. When he couldn't find the source, he went back to sleep, only to be murdered by the 10 Hour Burst Man's Stand, which happened to be Star Platinum, causing police to investigate Jotaro Kujo for any connections to them. Jotaro signed and replied that this wasn't the first time someone attempted to impersonate him, but the fact that they managed to perfectly copy his stand was enough to wonder if somehow they managed to get ahold of a duplicate of a Stand Disc containing Star Platinum.
- The second story was a group of friends seeing a dark figure, a 10 Hour Burst Man, but not knowing who the figure was, one of the friends got closer, only to be kidnapped by the 10 Hour Burst Man, and was pulled into the shadows and never seen again, with the rest of them running for their lives.
- The third story has few photos of the 10 Hour Burst Man staring at their living room window. When the person who took the photos tried to get a closer look at them, they vanished instantly. A few minutes later, that person heard a knock on the door, and opened it, only to find nothing. They then proceeded to close and lock the door, but then the door suddenly unlocked itself. Not long after, the person's corpse in one of the photos was identified as the photographer, but what was really set the powder keg was the fact that somehow, the 10 Hour Burst Man seen in the photos was carrying the E.G.O. Weapon Twilight, which was enough to send the entire Lobotomy Corporation into a frenzy, with the organization investigating itself at how the hell such a powerful weapon was let loose in the hands of a serial killer. Meanwhile, for the Birds themselves, fearing that another monster arrived within their forest, once again combined into one singular bird, thinking that a terrible beast had infiltrated the Black Forest, resulting in agents having to once again suppress the Apocalypse Bird. They had once again failed to find the beast, and once again there were no creatures, no sun and moon, and no beast. All that was left was just a bird and the Black Forest.
- The fourth story has a recording of a family's living room late at night, where the 10 Hour Burst Man's signature Evil Laugh was heard after drinking what appears to be a 10 Hour Burst, and another occurrence of this happened quickly afterwards. The family after the recording was made has not been seen ever since.
- The final story has a person saying "I'm going to steal your 10 hour burst" 3 times while doing 360 degree spins at the mirror, not believing in the rumors that the 10 Hour Burst Man would appear and take your life if you do that. When he did do it, the 10 Hour Burst Man appeared and shot him to death.
- With this in mind, an operation was made to find and capture a 10 Hour Burst Man for further analysis at all costs. Luring out the 10 Hour Burst Man, one unfortunate agent from the Lobotomy Corporation was forced to say "I'm going to steal your 10 hour burst" 3 times while doing 360 degree spins at the mirror, causing the 10 Hour Burst Man to appear and shoot them to death. When they tried to escape, however, 12 agents were immediately waiting for them, resulting in them being chased to a section in a park not too far away from the House of Consumption (likely because there were several stacks of 10 Hour Burst there). Only one agent made it out of there, and the footage provided by them was heavily disturbing:
- Not along after they arrived, one agent was instantly caught by the 10 Hour Burst Man and dragged into the darkness.
- Soon after, the 10 Hour Burst Man quickly ambushed them with a dark sword, and two of them were killed by that sword, expunging them and causing their limbs to disperse in different directions.
- Then, it pulled its E.G.O. Weapon Twilight out and then proceed to slam it down, killing 2 agents, before pulling out a shotgun to blast anyone who were merely stunned by the slam, killing 2 agents and then proceeding to unleash Star Platinum, killing 2 more agents.
- After the remaining two agents wounded it enough, the 10 Hour Burst Man suddenly drank a bottle of 10 Hour Burst, healing their wounds and then proceeding to punch an agent into the darkness, killing them instantly. Afterwards, it proceeded to unleash 5 purple javelins of lightning, with one agent killed saving the sole survivor of the incident. Eventually, after a fierce standoff, the 10 Hour Burst Man was finally killed by the last agent, who managed to successfully extract their corpse back to the Lobotomy Corporation.
- Upon dragging the corpse to the Lobotomy Corporation, what they found proved to be vital for containing the chaos they have wrought: The examination of their corpses found heavy doses of 10 Hour Burst within their body, and this heavy consumption has caused them to be defensively weaker, especially against who have holy powers. With this, another operation was made to finally contain the threat of the 10 Hour Burst Men once and for all: First, they banned any sale of all 10 Hour Burst products to prevent more people into becoming 10 Hour Burst Men, and hunting down those attempting to export contraband across the entire Pantheon. Second, with the help of a few people with holy powers, they managed to cull them until eventually, they were contained to one house in the Real And Legendary Pastiches, where they would be "rechristened" as Unholy Consumers of Bland-Name Products. With this, the Pantheon breathed a sign of relief that further disaster was avoided, at least for another week.
- It wasn't long before after their ascension that they noticed figures that had powers or resemble those similar to their home realm, which was no surprise given how much references were there. These were by far the most notable:
- (Gebura)
- (Mihawk)
- (Hale)
- (Doom Slayer)
- Due to being a mascot based of their own drink, they're considered to be the Evil Counterpart of Pepsiman. While Pepsiman himself is a superhero dedicated to giving out cans of Pepsi to save people from a lack of Pepsi, the 10 Hour Burst Men are a group that consume 10 Hour Burst and cause enough chaos to cause lockdowns of entire areas. At one point, there was an attempt to swap both their 10 Hour Burst and Pepsi to see what would happen. The results remain classified to this very day, though given that another evil version of Pepsiman was seen attacking the Angry Video Game Nerd, this might be one possibility of such an experiment, and as such, the 10 Hour Burst Men has also surprisingly earned the enmity of AVGN.
- On a similar note, being people who gain massive power from drinking, the 10 Hour Burst Man has also earned some comparisons to Soda Popinski. While his soda was enchanted by Soviet Superscience, and the soda at the very least, while it does enchant its user significantly, doesn't change their mental psyche in any way, making it safe to consume. On the other hand, the 10 Hour Burst not only increases their user's agility, but also weakens their defenses and turns their skin dark while also apparently turning them into serial killers. The drunkard himself has vowed to never drink a single dose of a 10 Hour Burst, which is probably for the best.

@DoodSlayer136 - King Boo
- Given that he's a ghost and a king who treats his subjects like crap, The Batter thinks it's no different from the specters and Guardians of Zones he fights in his own world and wished to purify him as well. The problem is that without the Player helping him and King Boo has a higher power rank than him, then he would have a harder time taking him out.
I'm done with this profile. I would like to thank RMPDC for giving me additional interactions as well as the idea of making Oppenheimer a nuclear advisor again.
I'm changing his new Hall to Energy Weaponry because nuclear bombs are especially bombs created by the release of nuclear energy. Plus the Explosives hall was getting a bit long for my liking.
As always, any additional feedback is welcome.

- J. Robert Oppenheimer, an American theoretical physicist of German-Jewish heritage, was the leading director of the "Manhattan Project". Said project was a secret research program conducted during the Second World War with the task of developing the first nuclear weapons. He and his team saw it necessary to work on the bomb to advance scientific knowledge, to develop it before the Nazis in Germany can make their own nuclear weapons and to help win the war against them which would prevent further escalation. Unfortunately, its use against Japanese civilians on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end the war caused him great distress and concern. Seeing the US government's growing interest in developing more powerful nuclear weapons after the war, he used his government position to try and lobby for the regulation of nuclear power. However, he fell out of favor with the paranoid red scared US government due to his left-wing ties and alleged association with several communist supporters, leaving his reputation in taters. Despite that, he partially regained his reputation later in life for his scientific and war contributions. Today, his legacy still remains; being remembered as the man who helped ushered the world into the Atomic Age, for better or for worse.
- At the age of 62, Oppenheimer passed away in his sleep on February 18, 1967, around two years after being diagnosed with throat cancer. He wakes up in a hospital room at the House of Life and Vitality and found himself free of his aliment in a strange world unlike anything he has ever seen. He was surprised and intrigued when he was informed of his godhood, representing a subject he's all too familiar with. But he was more surprised to when he was visited by his old colleague Albert Einstein, who passed away 12 years before he did but alive and well. Einstein told him that he was the one who personally recommended his ascension. Despite some disagreements within their field of study, both men admire and respect each other's character, and Einstein himself thinks Oppenheimer would be fitting for this title than another warmonger.
- Before the war, Oppenheimer was a physics professor at the California Institute of Technology and University of California - Berkeley. He was admired by a number of his students, so much so that they affectionately gave him the nickname "Opje" or "Oppie". To some of his peers however, due to his introverted nature, he's either seen as an aloof impressive genius or an arrogant insecure individual. He also did important research and wrote papers in many fields of science including (but not limited to) astrophysics, nuclear physics, and quantum field theory.
- After being discharged from the hospital due to good health, Oppenheimer was able to quickly adjust to his new environment and got caught up with both technological and the scientific progress that he missed since his death. During his early days, Einstein helped introduced him to some of the most brilliant minds of the Pantheon, even if some of them have reserved opinions regarding his legacy. Being a man of science, Oppenheimer became acquainted with several of them, but there are a few that stood out to him. One such brilliant mind was Alan Turing; despite being in different fields with Turing's expertise lay in cryptology, computer science and mathematics, the two had similar eerie fates. Both have large contributions to the same war and managed to save countless lives because of their expertise. Both were tragic figures, betrayed and distrusted (and later receiving apologies and honors) by their respective governments; Turing as his homosexuality was criminalized; Oppenheimer for his alleged communist connections and denouncement for further violent use of his creation. Given his liberal views, Oppenheimer was fine with being acquaintances with Turing; but having never met in the mortal realm, what their private conversations would have been like in the Pantheon is unknown.
- Another brilliant mind he had met was Bruce Banner, who is considered his realm's smartest man on the subject of nuclear physics. Unfortunately, a Gamma Bomb testing resulted in his transformation into The Hulk, becoming a muscular green rage-filled behemoth that he can't control. Their similarities of being responsible for creating powerful and destructive forces was not lost on them, and both men would bond over that mutual understanding over their legacies and their scientific genius. His association with Banner lead him to becoming aware of various super humans whose powers manifested due to radiation, such as with Captain Atom and Spider-Man. He was pleasantly surprised by the two, not only because they especially had become Radiation-Immune Mutants rather than have radiation sickness like one would expect, but also were able to use their powers to save others. He also became aware of creatures created by the exposure to the radiation like Godzilla and The Lich; both of whose he dreaded as if their destructive mindset were the personification of the damage the nuclear weapons he knows would cause.
- He also met a few of Banner's colleagues, that being Steven Rogers, Bruce Wayne, and Nick Fury (Sr. & Jr.). An alternate version of the former two previously saved Oppenheimer after he was kidnapped by The Joker's minions, who were working for Johan Schmidt, an ally of the Nazi Party. In addition, both Furys had gathered intelligence that a young Victor von Doom once met Oppenheimer and probed his mind during dinner for all his nuclear secrets. Given the chances that similar incidences would again occur as well as the fact that Oppenheimer already knows about Banner's Hulk form, lead to both Rogers and Wayne revealing their hero/civilian identities and let him know about the Avengers Initiative, let by Fury as its spymaster, to gain his trust and let him know of the possible dangers he needs protection from. Despite his opposition about the use of nuclear weapons in WWII (which at one point got him put back to ice to prevent him from stopping it), Rogers felt no ill will towards the physicist who was doing his war duties and was disheartened to learn about his trials in his later life.
- While in his youth, he joined a number of left-wing and progressive movements, but he denies ever joining the Communist Party or another groups associated with them. However, some of his closest relations were active members, including his brother, his wife, his former lover, and some of his students. He was initially questioned and admitted he is aware of their ties, but nothing came of that query. He was questioned again when the FBI was investigating him during the Second Red Scare in 1953. Despite his war contributions, he was wrongly accused as a Soviet asset operating within the US and a trial was held on the matter.
- Whether the claims by some of his peers that Oppenheimer was secretly communism are true or not, he's not likely to ally with any openly evil communists here in this realm. It's either because it's not going to help his reputation get any better, nor did he agree to the more extremist values or violence means these people tend to have. On the other end, there are a few people who still see Oppenheimer as a communist spy and his dismissal was justified. One such group was the 50 Blessings, an ultranationalists terrorist group with the intent of breaking up peaceful relations between the US and Russia in the delusion of making the US stronger by liberating them from foreign influence. The group was aware of the physicist's prior connections, and with the possibility of him planning to joining the ascended Allied forces to aid them once more, they sought to have him killed or kidnapped to prevent, in their minds, the US Army from being compromised. Luckily, under the Avenger's (and later the Army's) protection, that's unlikely to happen.
- The knowledge that there are several alternative universes that were shaped by the involvement of nuclear weapons was not a pleasant one for our physicist. The 50 Blessings was from a world in which the tensions between the US and Russia had gotten so bad, that Russia had declared nuclear war in the 80's. This world is exactly the kind of world that Oppenheimer had feared for in his own timeline. The world of Fallout was the result of a future version of China nuking the US to end a stalemating war, which killed billions. He's equally disappointed in what happened in their world; however, he's impressed on how people were able to survive in the nuclear wasteland at even the harshest conditions. He's also not interested in meeting the deities of that world, in fear of being taken advantage of. Although, he has some misgiving with some of its inhabitants such as The Enclave, viewing the government as if the US went through even more extreme methods to take out their foreign enemies and those held communist beliefs.
- The Bloggs were from a world where nuclear war broke out between the Western Allies and the Soviets, causing a nuclear fallout to reach as far as the UK. While they had died due to radiation because of their ill prepared fallout shelter, they have since became wiser to its dangers and vowed to educate others as a result. When the couple met him, they expressed that they don't really blame Robert for his role in the making of the nuclear weapon before the Germans as they understand what he had to do in for the war, given they had lived through The Blitz before. It was just a shame the bombs were used against the Japanese civilians to stop war when the German forces had surrendered but the Japanese forces had not, causing them to suffered similarly as they were. The physicist supports their activism efforts, even if he doesn't feel like joining their causes himself at that moment.
- While Oppenheimer didn't publicly express his regret on his involvement in the Manhattan Project (justifying that it was inevitable, and they had to do it first before the Nazis), that doesn't mean that the devastating effects of the bombs he helped create wouldn't weight heavily on his mind. After all, he did lobby for the regulation of nuclear weapons later in life. He did take trips to Japan after the war to speak in various lectures, but hasn't visited Hiroshima and Nagasaki due to time and travel constraints. Although, he did note that the visit didn't change his feelings about his involvement, nor did it make him "feel worse tonight than last night". He's a somewhat controversial figure among the Japanese back in his realm and even to the Japanese deities in the Pantheon, which is expected given his "legacy". However, most of them (that aren't part of the war) don't just go actively seek revenge on him. Some even surprisingly sympathized for the difficult situation he was in.
- Suzu Houjou was never at either city during the bombings, but did witness the cloud over Hiroshima from her home in Eba. Since her family was in Hiroshima at the time, his bomb had presumably killed her mother and gave his father and sister radiation poisoning. So, understandably, she would be very upset upon learning that the man who helped created this bomb had ascended. And yet, after learning about his story and more about the war they were both affected by after her ascension, she grew to understand that things are not as simple and that war would bring out the worst actions in people on all sides despite the best intentions for their countries. During a chance meeting with Robert during one of his trips to another temples, she expressed that sentiment to him and states that she prefers not to hold grudges, as she would rather focus on rebuilding what she had lost. All Robert can do upon learning about her wartime experiences is to apologize for the death of her mother and hardships he caused for her family.
- On those participating in the eastern front of the war, particularity those who are still loyal to Imperial Japan, he is of course is treated with disdain. Although, they don't like the government he used to serve for and have less of a personal grudge for the man himself (since they know he's just following orders). Despite that, those in the Imperial Japanese Navy like with Admiral Tamon Yamaguchi, Commander Masataka Shima, and Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, wanted him taken out, less out of revenge (since they think it's pointless as it won't regain their lost honor) and more to prevent him from working with the Allies armies again. One of the few participants of the eastern front who sympathized with Oppenheimer was Jiro Horikoshi. He's an airplane designer who ends up designing warplanes for the Japanese Navy Air Service, and he's very dismayed to know that his creations are used for death and destruction. Despite each other's reservations in knowing that they are from the enemy front and built weapons for the war, they had grown to respect each other, both being idealists who have to grapple with the guilt and consequences of their destructive creations.
- Despite being a non-observant Jew, Oppenheimer was somewhat in touch with his heritage, as he spoke publicly about the mistreatment of his German Jewish relatives due to antisemitism at the time. As such, it's safe to say that he doesn't think highly of the Nazies or any anti-Semites at all. Besides Schmidt, he was shocked and furious upon learning the ascension of various other Nazies that have ascended as Gods. Granted, they were selected due to fitting a "Trope" rather than their mortal standing, but still. That is worse is that they ascended to continue their war mission; spreading their might and ideology in the Pantheon as if the great war didn't end. Unfortunately, it wasn't long until they found out about his ascension and took action.
- Having a historical rap sheet, including kidnapping several scientists from German-occupied territories to aid in the development of nuclear weaponry for the German Luftwaffe, some of the forces from the Nemesis Squadron have attempted to kidnap Oppenheimer after returning from one of his trips. This mission was a direct request from Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse, a Nazi scientist from a timeline where his party was able to make nuclear weapons first before the US did. He wanted the physicist captured not only to prevent him from getting in contact with the Allied forces but also have him work for the Nazis by force. Fortunately, their forces were thawed when the elite sniper Lt. Karl Fairburne put several bullets into their heads and several soldiers came to retrieve Oppenheimer and take him to safety. This is when the physicist learned that several Allied forces had also ascended in the Pantheon. They still continue to serve to prevent the spread of Nazis influence in this realm and foil their plans against another hostile take over.
- Why was Oppenheimer was chosen to lead the project? Although Major General Leslie Groves, main overseer of the Manhattan Project, was skeptical at Oppenheimer due to him never a Nobel Prize and prefer someone with more administrative experience, he changed his tune after meeting him at the request of his first choice and deemed that he's suitable for the position. Despite his awkwardness around people, Oppenheimer was respected by his peers as a charismatic leader, and spoke highly of him when recounting their experiences with the project.
- Back to the camp where he was taken to after his retrieval, he spoke with several soldiers, generals and even veterans of the Pacific campaign. Despite his later history and the fact that they can clearly tell that the aftermath of his creation still weighted heavily in his mind, they would express gratitude for him ending the war there earlier. He even spoke with people who are somewhat involved with the Manhattan Project. Lt. Fairburne actually worked closely with the Alsos Project during the War in Europe, and personally knows Col. Boris Pash, a former Manhattan Project security officer. Col. Pash has some reservations against Oppenheimer due to his possible Communist ties, but not enough to want him removed from the Manhattan Project. He instead recommended having counter-intelligence agents accompany him. Fairburne himself is very anti-Nazi and also very anti-communist (having killed several Soviet soldiers and officers during the Battle of Berlin); but unlike Pash, he is rather reasonable and knows Oppenheimer isn't a traitor by any means.
- Another Allied veteran he met was Lt. James Patterson, an agent of the Office of Strategic Services, or OSS, who was tasked with stopping the German nuclear weapons program, which in this case involved creating nuclear warheads for the V2 rocket, and sabotaging other German super weapons. He, along with Manon Batiste, a French Resistance leader and OSS contact who was able to perform espionage and sabotage on various Nazi German wonder-weapons projects, thought that Oppenheimer's previous expertise in the developing of nuclear weapons would be perfect in providing advice on how to sabotage the Nazi's possible ongoing nuclear weapons projects. Oppenheimer expresses that he needed more time to think about their offer, given that he's not sure if he's ready to take on that responsibility again. Although, he expresses no interest in making more nuclear bombs again.
- After the war, Oppenheimer held a number of government positions, including being a chairman of the General Advisory Committee for the US Atomic Energy Commission. The AEC was a government agency established for the control and development of atomic science and technology during peacetime. His position allowed him to have a security clearance to view classified documents relating to the US's evolving nuclear program, establish restrictions on nuclear proliferation, as well as attempting to discourage a nuclear arms race between the US and the Soviets. After all, he helped create powerful nuclear weapons in the hopes that other nations would be too hesitant to use them and resort to more peaceful options. He argued that using those weapons would cause more immense damage and wipe all life on Earth, which would outweigh any military advantages it had. That backfired however as the US and the Soviets became more interested in making more powerful nuclear weapons.
- Oppenheimer had hopes about the future of atomic/nuclear energy and wanted to learn more about them after his passing. He was pleased to know about how nuclear energy can benefit people by generating large amounts of energy to power large cities. Although, he was dismayed when learning about the various nuclear accidents at power plants and the devastating effects these accidents can cause on the environment. He is also dismayed to know that even more nations in the future had added more powerful nuclear weapons in their arsenal. Still, with a renewed hope after learning that his grandson is a huge advocate for clean nuclear energy
, he adopted this similar mindset in addition to opposing those who want to nuclear weapons for their own gain.
- He briefly got acquainted with Mr. Burns after learning that he runs a nuclear power plant and was hoping to gain an alliance with him as a like-minded advocate for clean nuclear energy. The physicist immediately cut ties with him after learning how much of a shrewd businessman Mr. Burns is. During this acquaintanceship, he was made aware of some of Burns' allies Derek Powers and Duke Nukem, a businessman and former nuclear scientist respectively, who both gain nuclear superpowers that they use for their own selfish gain. The physicist became disinterested in meeting them on that principle alone once he had learned of their true evil nature.

Still, with a renewed hope after learning that his grandson is a huge advocate for clean nuclear energy
- Dr. Hal "Otacon" Emmerich's family has a history with nuclear weapons. His grandfather was involved in the Manhattan Project, his father was born during the Hiroshima bombing. He himself would be duped into working on Metal Gear REX, a sophisticated bipedal tank that can launch a nuke and hit a target from anywhere in the world. He briefly met and spoke with the physicist; about how his father was initially admired his grandfather but was later disgusted with him after finding out about the aftermath of the Hiroshima bombings. Not only that, but he himself also expressed that he didn't wish to create weapons of war, is a firm believer in the principle of disarmament, and he did in fact help Solid Snake disarmed the Metal Gears to prevent a nuclear strike, despite Otacon's cowardly personality. Getting to know Otacon's experiences made Oppenheimer feel more confident in accepting the Allied army's offer, but not quite there yet.
- Besides science, he also has a fond interest in literature, eastern philosophy (like those seen in Hinduism and Confucianism) and mysticism. In college as a teacher, he was introduced and became fascinated with the Bhagavad Gita, which is part of one of Hinduism's greatest epics, The Mahabharata. He even learned Sanskrit just to read the work in its original language. It's not because he was religious or wanted to practice Hinduism, but because he liked the wisdom and philosophies in various Hindu scriptures and liked contemplating about the mystical aspects of the universe. While it is unknown if he ever believed in a higher being during his mortal life, he was pleased to know the existence of various actual Hindu deities and avatars in the Trope Pantheon. He would visit Vishnu's temple a few times, to which the God of Preservation wouldn't mind, despite not being there for worship. He discussed various philosophical matters with Vishnu and occasionally seek wisdom from him. When seeking advice regarding his doubts on his return service for the Allies, Vishnu would give the same advice as he would to the warrior archer Arjuna when faced with similar hesitation; that inaction is not ideal and that he should fulfil his duties to preserve the world without any expectation for a fruitful outcome. (On a side note: his famous "I am become death, destroyer of worlds." quote paraphrase, as seen at the profile bottom, is actually said by Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu.)
- As a result of the trials against him for his communist ties, his security clearance got revoked and was advised to resign from his government positions, including his position as chairman. While his colleagues continued to defend him, several university admins were still distrusting of him and canceled the lectures he was scheduled to give. His confidence tanked, and he became somewhat of a recluse on his private island as a result. While he maintained his opposition to the development of new and more powerful bombs, Oppenheimer largely refrain from participating in more public protests or movements against them. Throughout his final years, he did continue to give scientist lectures and visit academic institutions, despite his shaky reputation. In 1963, he would later receive the Enrico Fermi Award, a lifetime achievement award for scientists for their contributions to the development, use or production of energy. He would have been awarded by President John F. Kennedy himself if he wasn't assassinated later in that year.
- After he expresses his hesitance during his time on the Army campgrounds, Oppenheimer was invited by Kennedy to a formal dinner in the hopes of convincing the physicist to return to service as a nuclear advisor for the Allied army. Franklin D. Roosevelt, the president who ordered the start of the Manhattan Project, was also invited. Although Roosevelt thinks that Oppenheimer should return to lead another nuclear-based project, he was eventually convinced by Kennedy and Lt. Patterson that he's better off in the defensive instead. After much discussion, Kennedy and Roosevelt were able to convince the physicist to help the Allied war effort again. And so, instead of making bombs, Oppenheimer now helps Allied commanders and soldiers stop the Axis wonder-weapon projects, specifically by briefing them about the dangers of these weapons. His job would mainly be analyzing German and Japanese intelligence, particularly on anything related to scientific and weapons research. He does this less out of national pride or penance for past actions, and more out of necessity against the evil forces who wanted to make their own nuclear weapons and looking to take out more civilian lives.
- Oppenheimer's love life is just as complex as the man himself. He's known to be popular with the ladies (and some guys too) during his time as a professor. He had an on and off relationship with a psychiatrist and Community Party member Jean Tatlock; their relationship met a lot to him as hearing the news of her death affected him deeply during the time he was working with the Project. His visitation to Tatlock during the Project (which posed a security risk) was one of the many reasons why his security license got revoked. A year after he broke up with Tatlock, he met the then-married biologist and Community Party member Kitty Peuning. He got married a year later after Kitty had divorce her third husband; the two had two kids together. While there are rumors of an affair during their marriage, they remained married for 27 years until his death. Kitty died just five years later. While it's hard to say if they had a happy marriage, he did ultimately choose Kitty as his herald after she had passed; perhaps he just needed someone to confide and ground him when his work or the nature of this realm was too much for him.
- Like any ascended historical figure, he remembers any depiction of himself in any media. He is aware that there is a popular biopic of him that was released in the new 20s; he remembers most of the events depicted in that movie although with slight alternations to fit the narrative
; which to him was a strange experience. He's particularly not approving the depictions of him in several plays where he expresses regret for his involvement at Los Alamos; something he asserts that he would never do. The strangest of all depictions he can remember was when he had a rap battle against the tyrannical Mad Titan Thanos; they were paired due to their association with weapons of mass destruction. Thanos disses the physicist for his flaws like his various affairs and that he should have embraced the destructive powers of his creation; Oppenheimer fires back that him with his own witty quips, insulting his looks, his rhymes and his plans to wipe out half of all life in the universe all to please Death, who didn't like him anyway. While he doesn't approve the version of himself boasting that he's "The Destroyer of Worlds", he does agree to oppose Thanos and his evil schemes at all cost.
- In his youth, Oppenheimer learned and loved horseback riding in New Mexico. He would later found the plains and plateaus of Los Alamos to be beautiful, which is why he later chose that site for the facilities of Manhattan Project. The physicist recently returned to horseback riding to help calm his nerves. By doing so, he happened to met and befriended a fellow horse riding enthusiast by the name of Barbie. Yes, the actual doll. In the Pantheon, she can switch between her various incarnations, and he happened to met her human horse-riding incarnation first. As one of her many occupations was being an astrophysicist, another one of many selves was also able to engage with him intellectually too. However, the closest friendship with her incarnations was with the one that goes by Barbara Handler. She was a former doll, who after going through an existential crisis and realized she's no longer the perfect play doll she was created for, chosen to live life as a human instead. Her visiting the Real World from her native Barbieland and being aware of the full extent of her dollhood, her own mortality as well as the struggles real women face was an eye-opening experience for her. Despite being from different eras and having different struggles, the two found a somewhat commonality with each other; having to come to terms with their respective legacies and the negative and positive impact they had in the world did make for some interesting philosophical discussions between them.

“I'm willing to admit that I may not always be right, but I am never wrong.” ― Samuel Goldwyn

On King Boo: I imagine good ghosts, like Casper (whose profile is in desperate need of a rework) and Danny Phantom, would oppose him. As for ghost hunters, maybe you could elaborate on how King Boo likely hates the Ghostbusters?

Freudian Excuse: Not one person is entirely good or evil; something will have to have happened in the past to make them what they are today.
