Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Why do you think Magnalamo fits the trope
@ Metal Virus: the SCP Foundation would be quick to act in containing this. It's like SCP-217 aka the Clockwork Virus
First draft of Jurgen Voller. I'm not sure what I would make his rank and symbol so I would appreciate that. Has anyone tried to eliminate a historical figure before they were supposed to die?
Jurgen Voller, God of Trying (And Failing) To Remove Hitler Via Time Travel (Professor Schmidt)

- Hall: Time Travelling (House of Time and Temporality)
- Rank: TBA
- Symbol: TBA
- Theme Song: Voller Returns
- Alignment: Neutral Evil
- Portfolio: Nazis Adopted Via Operation Paperclip, Mad Scientist, The Sociopath, Wants To (And Fails To) Kill Hitler Early So A Better Leader Can Win WWII (aka himself), Politically Incorrect Villain, Herr Doktor, Former Regime Personnel, Being Treated As Dead Serious And Despicable Even For His Kind, Smug Snake, Evil Genius, Similar To Wernher Von Braun, Doomed Because Of How The Antikythera Works, Among The Most Evil Foes Indy Fought
- Domains: Nazis, Scientists, Arrogance, Time Travel, Ambition
- Allies:
- Headbutting Villains with: The Four Libertines, the Aryan Brotherhood, Vandal Savage (on his end)
- Rival: Nikita Dragovich
- Enemies
- Allied soldiers and those connected to them: INDIANA JONES, The Basterds, Broforce, Team America, Charlie Company, 2nd Ranger Battalion, Robert Zussman, various Red Army soldiers and generals like Vasily Zaytsev, Vasili Koslov, Viktor Reznov, Dimitri Petrenko and Georgy Zhukov, other Allied soldiers like Lt. Jimmy Patterson, Lt. Mike Powell, Manon Batiste, The crew of the M4A3E8 "Fury", John F Kennedy and Lt. Karl Fairburne, Dr Abraham Erskine
- Other enemies: Jewish deities like Max Eisenhardt/Magneto, Albert Einstein and Zofia Zawistowski, Nazi hunters like William J Blazkowicz, Franklin D Roosevelt, The Doctor, Future Trunks, John Connor, Lewis Anthonio, Chronoa, Doc Brown and Marty McFly, the Time Traveler
- Opposes: The rest of Millennium
- Jurgen Voller was a doctor and scientist working on rockets in Nazi Germany, and like some other Nazis was intrigued by ancient artifacts. For him, it was the Antikythera mechanism, which could apparently allow someone to time travel. After the war he was considered useful by the US forces and was swept up with Operation Paperclip, getting the new identity of Professor Schmidt and would help out NASA. However he still held onto his belief in the cause of the Third Reich, and he would try to search for the Antikythera mechanism so he could go back to 1939 and change the course of the war so that Germany would win. His target? Not someone like Stalin or Churchill like you'd think, but Adolf Hitler himself; Voller believed his actions as leader caused Germany's defeat and that if the right person was in charge, likely referring to himself, the Third Reich would've been victorious. However this attempt to change history doomed from the start; the mechanism was made by Archimedes to summon help from the future in the Battle of Syracuse, and before Voller could return to the present he would crash and burn in the past. After he died, Archimedes picked up his watch to make up the mechanism, furthering the impossibility of trying to kill and supplant the Fuhrer.
- The last thing Voller remembered was being in a state of panic, crashing his plane during the Battle of Syracuse. Not one to believe in the supernatural, he first rationalized his appearance in the Trope Pantheon as a Dying Dream, but the reality of the new situation he was in would hit him, and the irony of why he was here. Oh yes, plenty of people across the history of the multiverse have tried to prevent one of history's worst dictators from starting WWII. But few did so in hopes of succeeding where the Fuhrer failed, and a Nazi trying to pull this stunt off was unique. Indiana Jones was hoping he'd stay dead in Syracuse and alongside Arnold Ernest Toht, he is one of his more personal Nazi foes. Toht saw Voller's ascension as a golden opportunity, as he values his genius and they are both dedicated to the ideology of the Third Reich. Despite his ties to Toht, Dr Belloq had no intention of working with Jurgen Voller since he saw the former as more of a means to an end..the fact the Nazis invaded France some time after his death doesn't help.
- Since Jurgen Voller wanted to replace Hitler with a more effective leader, he expected that he wouldn't be popular with the ascended Nazis. And yet, he was given a relatively warm welcome. The Red Skull explained that though the Fuhrer was his mentor and he still respects him quite a bit, he and the other Nazis have outgrown him; some respect Hitler but will agree with Voller he was a flawed leader, while others were waiting for their own chance. Historically the Nazis were known for their rivalry and in-fighting even if they were dedicated fascists, after all. That being said, him and Wilhelm Strasse stressed the flaws of his plan; even if he managed to make it back in time and assassinate Hitler, how does he expect his inner circle to swear loyalty to him instead of, saying Goering or the Skull himself? While Voller has aspirations to take Johann Schmidt's position in the Trope Pantheon, he toes the line out of necessity and genuine (if despicable) belief of a shared cause.
- He and Hans Landa are regarded as "reliable, but not exactly trustworthy" when it comes to the Nazis of the Trope Pantheon. After all, if his big plan to replace Hitler worked he'd probably want to replace the more high-ranking figures like the Skull. To his frustration he is only allowed to find and research methods of time travel and time manipulation, not join them in actual time travel because he'll try to pull a fast one. Heck, even the similarly untrustworthy Col Landa isn't too fond of Voller since he doesn't even bother with superficial politeness, though even Voller admits he did find Landa successful elimination of Hitler and his circle impressive. The Nazi group he is most fascinated with is Schwarz Sonne (yes, the Moon Nazis), as in his eyes they represent innovative technology to preserve the ideology. And the work "Professor Schmidt" did with rockets, he wishes he came up with the idea. Asides from this, Jurgen Voller will try to make himself reliable to most of his "kind" out of both sincere belief in the cause and wanting to restore trust.
- He could be seen as a twisted version of a Wide-Eyed Idealist, so firmly in the Nazi cause that not even the realization that Hitler is incompetent has stopped his devotion to it. The fact it's a failed and destructive ideology is something he refuses to accept. Being a Nazi he has a lot of enemies by default, and because he treats most people with barely concealed disdain he doesn't really have friends even within his cause. The only glancingly positive trait this dedication to the cause is his derision towards the Libertines and Aryan Brotherhood. The former are regarded as degenerates and the latter as hypocritical "untermensch" who's biggest point of interest for the professor is they come from an Alternate-History Nazi Victory. Not that this translates to anything moral as he has no issues manipulating the latter to do dirty work for him, or using the former to enforce fascist control. He doesn't even pretend to work with Millennium, though; since they're a legion of blood knights looking to create a Forever War, they're too instable for him to accept. Jurgen Voller is as bad as the Major, Doktor or Zorin Blitz, but like the Doktor he is sane...which is why he's the only one of the group he gets along with.
- Granted most of the operation was planned after his death, but FDR is regretting Operation Paperclip for allowing someone like Jurgen Voller to persist. He was surprised that his target was Hitler, and not himself or another member of "the Big Three". Voller only smirked at this, saying that with the foreknowledge he has Roosevelt will not be as much of a threat. Should be succeed at replacing Hitler as Fuhrer on the eve of WWII, his first course of action will be to use agents and spies to take out the many Allied soldiers of WWII before they can be a threat. For example, assassinating Dr Erskine before he can ever give Steve Rogers the super soldier serum...though if he can capture him first and force out the formula for the serum, that'll work too. The first on his hit list is Albert Einstein, before he can go back and take Hitler out too early for his tastes. This is part of a larger plan to get rid of any time traveler who could undo whatever change he makes.
- Jurgen Voller is not the only time a villain tried to usurp the Fuhrer via time travel. All you have to do is point at the immortal Vandal Savage. Since the time machine he was using wouldn't allow him to go back to a point he exists, he got around it by sending valuable information. It required the JLA to go back in time and thwart him. Even a Smug Snake like Voller couldn't help but call the plan "brilliant", and maybe some small part of him admits it was more well thought out than his plan. Vandal has a long experience of working with and in some cases being conquerors and tyrants across history, and yes this includes a somewhat murky working relationship with the Nazis. However he's not impressed by Jurgen Voller, only seeing him as an intelligent and useful tool. Voller feels disrespected by this but he's just too useful a potential ally to write off completely, so he'll reluctantly do some work for him if only to learn more. Voller's scheme has inspired Nikita Dragovich to if he has access to time travel, try his own temporal coup, one where he plans to usurp Khrushchev as Stalin's successor in 1953. Since he's a communist hardliner it makes the two rivals despite neither being any better than each other.
- Many are still shocked that a Nazi would even try to eliminate Hitler before WWII; going back in time and stopping him is such a common "good guy" action considered ol Adolf is one of the prime candidates for being history's greatest monster. It's just that it usually either makes things worse or has some more complicated moral issues due to being such a massive change in the timeline...assuming it even works; the Fuhrer had dozens of attempts to kill him, after all. Deadpool got around it by pumping him full of bullets in 1945. The 11th Doctor has the indignity of saving Hitler from this trope by accidentnote , though he did get Rory to humiliate him by shoving him in a closet. Jurgen actually chuckled about that, but quickly regained his composure when he realized the Doctor is a casual time traveler. He's in awe with the TARDIS, even when he's got limited awareness of its capabilities, and he wants it. Fortunately it's way to advanced for him to fully understand, but unfortunately what he could gleam and reverse engineer should he ever capture it like he hopes would be a disaster
- It is worth noting that the Doctor's more serious example of this trope involves the Daleks; the 4th Doctor was sent back to avert or alter the Daleks' creation, and the 12th Doctor was stuck in the unenviable position of having to decide to save a child Davros. To say the former would have fallout is the understatement, and Jurgen Voller has insulted the Doctor by calling him an idiot and if he was in his shoes he wouldn't hesitate. Of course, it should be noted that this is coming from an insincere place from a man with limited knowledge of time travel, who somehow lacks the awareness that the Dalek mindset is basically the Logical Extreme of his own ideology. However there's also a good shot even if he gives it "the old college try" eliminating Hitler just wouldn't work. John Connor and his allies have tried their damndest to eliminate SKYNET from the timeline, and seeing as how SKYNET was hostile minutes after being "born" there's no moral debate about it...but it just never sticks.
- It is also worth noting that while Jurgen Voller wants to go back and take out Hitler, it's a very specific timeframe. He won't tolerate any attempt to eliminate Hitler before 1939 because he needs him to set enough up so he can supplant him. He regularly butts heads with the Pantheonic Time Police since the following six years are still very important in human history and even if he only ends up being a more inept leader than Hitler, the paradoxes and chaos on the timeline cannot be tolerated by the likes of Chronoa. Not that Voller was ever fond of Chronoa, as it's in his best interest to try and capitalize on time travel. Ascended Jewish gods and Nazi hunters agree even if he's a worse leader, it'd be a Meet the New Boss situation and they want to make him pay for the atrocities he was either complicit in, will still try to inflict and/or fully support; just because he wants to replace Hitler doesn't mean he's less evil.
Doctor Who. The Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond, Rory and River Song met Hitler and Rory shoved Hitler into a closet during 1938. The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond worked with Wiston Churchill to stop an attack on London by the German air force caused by Daleks switch on every light in London. The Daleks had been pretending to be robots created by an inventor as part ofa trap for the Doctor. So for six months they aided the British as they tried to defeat Hilter and his Allies

Jojo Betzler would not take kindly to someone trying to get Hitler out of the way (as he formerly worshipped the Fuhrer but grew to see him and his rule as the evil they were) purely to replace him with an even more evil/effective leader.

Adding onto Hitler stuff, the Seventh Doctor had to give life advice and encouragement to Hitler who was possessed by the Timewyrm who gave Hitler psychic abilities, and Hitler still considers Seven a life changing friend. Sixth Doctor would give Hitler a sausage roll with the Brigadier.
RJ@ Well, recent DC media just revealed that John Constinine manipulated the Barry Allen version of the Flash to killed baby Darkseid when he did another Cosmic Retcon in Justice League Crisis On Infinite Earth.
@Voller: Definitely an enemy of The Battlehawks, who are tasked with "setting Europe ablaze" (i.e. stopping anything and everything that the Nazis and their allies could use to further their war effort). They're an Eagle Squadron supervised by the SOE, making them an elite fighter squadron, and are mainly tasked with destroying any Nazi German wonderweapons projects, as well as sabotaging the Germans' efforts to send this advanced technology to their Japanese allies. Voller would be on their list, due to the potential threat that he poses.
Consequently, Voller would be a close ally of Nemesis, the Evil Counterpart of the Battlehawks. Originally established as an elite fighter group composed of the German Luftwaffe's best Ace Pilots, the squadron eventually becomes heavily involved in the development of advanced aircraft and missile projects, as well as sending this technology to Imperial Japan.

are also nanomachine based organisms. If there's any being that would possibly stand a chance against the Metal Virus and protect others from it, it would be them.
I was looking for the god or goddess of Anti-Gravity Clothing when I discovered Clothing Style has reached "Very Long" status. I cannot break it up because I don't have the organizational skills at this time, nor can I find who is the god or goddess I am looking for.
Anti-Gravity Clothing is not taken by any Deity right now. You can use the Related page of a trope to see if it's taken or not (scroll down to the Pantheon and Sandbox sections to check).

- After the death of his parents, Kimba is tasked with becoming King of the Jungle like his father before him. Kimba has plenty of idealism in him, including believing in other animals coexisting with each other peacefully, as well as wanting carnivores to have a vegetarian diet, but many challenges await him and his rule. Luckily, Kimba has some friends to help him navigate the difficulties of being leader of the jungle and eventually grows up to have a family with his childhood friend Kitty. The path towards a more peaceful jungle is never easy with violence coming from both animals and humans testing the pacifist mindset Kimba has, but he remains determined to fulfill these dreams despite the dangers present.
- As a grown-up Kimba closed his eyes, he was thinking back to his past adventures and all the trouble he endured in trying to make the jungle a peaceful place. Just when it seemed like his journey was about to end, he heard a voice telling him to wake up and that he was home. Kimba opened his eyes and saw not only his friends, but a few faces he hadn't seen before in front of a jungle that looked similar to the one he lived in at a glance. What surprised Kimba about what was going was being told that the human world expanded greatly since his tenure in leading the jungle and that far greater adversaries awaited him in and out of his home. Regardless of whether he is a cub or an adult (his appearance alternates between the two depending on what’s happening, though the children he had with Kitty only show up whenever Kimba is an adult), Kimba’s goals and mindset when it comes to a thriving jungle, peace between other animals and understanding the good and bad of humanity was something he remained committed to.
- The main similarity regarding Kimba and Simba is that they are both lions who went on adventures as a cub and grew into adults who became king of their respective lands and would go on to have kids of their own with their childhood friends. There were plenty of differences in how things played out getting to that point in their lives, with Kimba having to become ruler of his jungle after his parents died when he was still a cub while Simba was blamed for the death of Mufasa and later returned from his exile to become king once he was an adult who understood what was going on. In the Pride Lands, the Circle of Life is a concept that allows predator and prey to live harmoniously with each other (akin to what Kimba is aiming for minus the all-vegetarian diet) and disrupting that ideal like what Scar had done when he took over the Pride Lands can lead to ruin. Despite the differences in Simba and Kimba’s own adventures (and an occasional disagreement such as Simba feeling that Kimba as an adult could be less harsh to his son Lune in wanting him to be able to confront the dangers that lie ahead), the two have shared a common goal in being a good leader towards many animals while keeping out troublesome figures such as Scar and Zira and have worked well together in that regard.
- Where Kimba was an animal who took up a leadership role in the jungle after his parents died at the hands of humans, Bambi was someone who did a similar role for woodland animals after going through a somewhat similar ordeal (the main difference being only his mother was killed). Both also felt they had a lot to live up to from their predecessors in that regard when it came to keeping their respective habitats thriving in the face of danger, though Bambi found it a bit disturbing that Kimba would sometimes talk to his dead pelt of a father regardless of the significance the dead pelts had to Kimba’s white lion lineage as a whole. Despite this oddity, Kimba was otherwise a kindhearted leader who wanted all animals to live in harmony together and was quick to befriend Bambi given what the deer had to go through. As for humans, Kimba has seen both the good and bad in them and his experiences served as a good learning tool for Bambi to help the deer better understand the broader scope of human nature from an animal’s point of view.
- There was a group of prehistoric animals who went on different adventures with each other who Kimba took a liking towards thanks to them being able to get along with each other despite largely being different species. While he obviously got along with Manfred due to being a leader of a varied set of animals like Kimba is, there was more to it than just leadership. Manfred had a bad experience with humans because they were responsible for killing his original family, much like how Kimba had a difficult experience with humans because of how they played a role in his parents’ deaths. Manfred was able to not let his hatred of humans get the best of him thanks to helping a baby named Roshan find his family and Kimba had a human boy named Kenichi help him understand that not all humans are bad. Kimba was also acquainted with a mammoth that resided in the mysterious Mt. Moon who he talked to during some difficult times and while such a place was unlikely to be visited by Manfred and the others in their travels due to not just the dangers involved, but how difficult it was to find it (not that it’s going to stop Buck from trying), this particular prehistoric pack is more than welcome to visit Kimba’s home at any time.
- Caesar was a primate who Kimba looked up to when it came to leading a group of animals and navigating the good and bad that’s inherent in humanity. Caesar could tell that Kimba is a capable leader who can unite many other animals together no matter his age and saw a bit of himself in Kimba not just when it came to wanting peace between animals and humans before war between the two broke out, but in having a human friend (Dr. Rodman for Caesar and Kenichi for Kimba) shape his beliefs before leading a group of animals. Kimba’s open-mind towards humans resulted in him gaining a vicious enemy in Koba, who wanted to get revenge on humanity for abusing him and ended up causing said war between primates and humans to break out during Caesar’s lifetime. Koba’s violent behavior meant that it was impossible for Kimba to try and use words to get him to stop, but Caesar has proven to be a valuable ally for Kimba not just in stopping Koba, but many other threats to the jungle that Kimba lives in.
- Kimba is more than aware of the good and bad that humanity has done and it has led to him being fascinated with certain aspects of human culture to the point that he’s tried to adapt the good parts of it such as farming into the jungle. He’s far from the only nonhuman entity to have opinions on humanity whether good or bad and there are just as many nonhumans who are intrigued with some aspects of human culture. In some cases, this led to a significant shift in how relations between humans and nonhumans played out, like how Ariel was a mermaid whose fascination with humanity led her to becoming a human and how she was able to allow aquatic life and land-dwellers to live harmoniously together after plenty of turmoil. While trying to adapt some parts of human culture into the life of animals was always going to be divisive among animals and other unusual nonhumans, Kimba isn’t a naive lion for the most part and knows when to push back against humankind’s destructive impulses to ensure a better coexistence among animals and humans.
- Zootopia was a place that fascinated Kimba not just due to it being a place where animals have fully adopted human culture, but because it thrived on having a peaceful coexistence among different species, whether they were herbivores or carnivores. Much like how Kimba had to confront opposition from certain animals in his own home, there were some obstacles in Zootopia’s path to harmony, which primarily came in the form of Dawn Bellwether, who wanted to turn prey animals against predators so that she could take political power for herself. Her plans were thwarted by Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, who were able to overcome their own issues with themselves and the world at large to ensure that Zootopia remained a thriving place for everyone. Kimba approved of the partnership between rabbit and fox, with Judy and Nick finding it interesting that Kimba had his own domain where animals could live in harmony together without it being connected to a big city. The trio have worked well together in ensuring that a peaceful coexistence between predators and prey can continue while thwarting other animals that would threaten such a goal, including Bellwether who despised Kimba for his beliefs and considers him one of her biggest enemies aside from Judy and Nick to get rid of.
- Part of Kimba’s desire for a more peaceful jungle was to have all the animals become vegetarian to the point of setting up a farm to grow crops. The concept of carnivores transitioning to a plant-based diet was met with some resistance the same way that Kimba’s plans of integrating aspects of human culture to the jungle received pushback. It was unnerving for Kimba to learn that there were herbivores who were willing to eat meat and Kazar’s ruthlessness only added to Kimba’s worries about what could happen if herbivores tried to be more like carnivores. As odd as Kimba’s idea of a vegetarian diet for animals already sounds, wildebeest becoming predators was something that Kimba believes could endanger the jungle and having to fight Kazar to avoid being eaten by him would be as much of a challenge as having to fight other big animals.
- Kimba has met many animals ranging from violent troublemakers to troubled creatures in need of help. Chirin was an animal that was of interest to Kimba after learning of the tragedy the sheep-turned-ram went through and went on a perilous journey to find him. Kimba was eventually able to meet Chirin at a precarious mountain and the sight of a lion made the ram wary given how being trained by a wolf resulted in Chirin throwing away whatever kindness he had left. As the conversation went on, it became clear that Kimba had a good heart and understood the pain of Chirin losing his mother and how turning to a path of violence made things worse. What Chirin found strange wasn’t the fact that Kimba’s home was welcoming towards various species, but that the preferred diet there was a vegetarian one given how the once-herbivorous Chirin turned into a carnivore as a result of being influenced by a wolf. Going back into a herbivore was going to be a challenge, as is wanting to go back to a happy life he had before Chirin’s mother died. While Chirin hasn’t accepted the offer of permanently staying at Kimba’s jungle, the white lion said that he’ll be there to help no matter what happens. Understanding just how genuine Kimba’s kindness was, Chirin considered the white lion to be one of the few entities he was comfortable meeting with.
- As much as Kimba would prefer not to have any fights in his jungle, he understands that he has to put an end to these conflicts whenever possible. There were many pacifists and while some definitely didn't want to fight, others were involved in terrible wars that required fighting to ensure a greater sense of peace and Kimba understood the challenges many faced in being a pacifist in a world where violence happens regularly. Frisk was a pacifist whose kindness resulted in them making many friends and Kimba just so happened to be part of that long list due to similar beliefs. One of the more troubling things (or just a nasty rumor of some sort) Kimba heard from others was that there was some sort of outside force that could make Frisk into a genocidal monster and given how Kimba has struggled with his violent side at one point in his life (and he’s not the only one who had that problem), seeing a loving friend turn into a mass-murderer was something Kimba did not want to witness. Regardless of how much truth there was to that dark possibility, Kimba has set aside these worries and from his time spent hanging out with Frisk, has described them as one of the kindest humans he’s known in a while and someone who many can learn from when it comes to kindness.
- Poachers have been a recurring problem Kimba was confronted with when it came to human interference and that hasn’t changed a bit even with a more dangerous assortment of hunters out there. Hunter J has been going after rare creatures in the name of money and while a white lion is more manageable compared to some other powerful monsters she’s tried to go after, she knows that Kimba isn’t to be underestimated given that he’s the leader of a jungle who’s able to unite the animals against any intruders that endanger the place. While Kimba and his allies can put a stop to poachers’ plans on a regular basis, this presented a problem when it came to dealing with Looten Plunder. It was one thing for Looten to just be a poacher, but the fact that he was part of a group of environmentally destructive villains meant that Kimba’s home would be in more danger than the lion expected (and it was already enough of an ordeal to stop people from building a resort near the jungle back then). While Kimba is capable of stopping individual members of this group with plenty of help, it’s when these Eco-Villains are working together and with the help of Zarm and Captain Pollution, who are way too powerful for Kimba to deal with in any capacity, that it becomes a problem and that it would take more than just a magical tree to stop such environmental damage to his home.
- Kenichi and his uncle Higeoyaji were among the humans who Kimba had no problem with thanks to their kindness towards him and the other animals. As Eliza Thornberry went out and about in a jungle while working on a nature documentary, she ended up in Kimba’s domain and was surprised to learn that him being able to talk wasn’t merely because of her understanding him, but rather the animals in Kimba’s jungle can understand human language and speak it. While it was certainly a lovely jungle home to many different species, the largely vegetarian diet put in place by Kimba and how said species live in harmony with each other made it stand out according to Eliza (though it wasn’t without some conflict from intruders whether it was from aggressive predators such as Sabor or animals who hated humans such as Shere Khan), who was able to bond with Kimba and has been allowed to visit his jungle whenever she can. Eliza has shared her talks with Kimba to David Attenborough, who found it intriguing that some animals can set up their own ecosystem with a different set of rules to thrive compared to other animal habitats. When Attenborough learned of Kimba having a memory of Neo-Jungle through Eliza’s conversations with the white lion, he saw it as a worrying possibility for the future of the environment given how irreversible damage to nature resulted in humans creating an artificial habitat for animals and cloning extinct species, not to mention the various problems that happened to the Neo-Jungle especially on the management side of things.
SIMBAAA, I mean, KIMBAAAAAAAA, take this
and accept your place at Pride Roc-I mean the Pantheon, shoot...
Two things that are probably the same problem I had yesterday.
1. Clothing Style I still don't know what to do about.
2. I found someone drafted Tenryuu and Tatsuta as dual-goddesses for Anti-Gravity Clothing. Rework Profile. I don't know if this person is still active as the page was last edited 9 months ago. I don't if it's up for adoption. I also can't add to it meaningfully since I only watched one episode of the anime based off the game.
Should I just do nothing?
Whirl RX made that sandbox and they sometime pop up here to post. You can ask them if they intend to work on them someday or not.
As for Clothing Style, if you can't think of anything you can leave it be, it's not super urgent to shorten long pages immediately.
SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYSorry I haven’t been active for a while, but I just wanna say that I’ve lost a bit of interest in the project. I may still offer feedback and maybe come back to making profiles, but for now, I’m gonna take a break from profiles. Atticus is up for grabs for anyone who wants to rework him.
It builds character.

Is Hyperactive Metabolism taken by any chance, as I wish to Nominate Magnamalo for that trope if possible.

My mind is an enigma; nobody knows what I'm thinking of next!
