Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

I don't think it needs splitting, because with all these moves, it's not too long anymore.
Also, I'm not sure if Mashaar actually fits Planet of Hats. I removed that trope from Lost Eden's page earlier because it was misuse:
- Planet of Masks: Nearly every tribe has their own unique masks; the Ulele's entire religion revolves around them, and a full-head mask allows Eve to masquerade as a man to lead the Tammnians against the Tyrann.
Not to mention, some of the paragraphs are lacking.

- Conflicting Opinion:
- Special Relationship: 9S, A2
- LOADING – Booting System... Commencing System Check…All Systems Green. Model Unit No.2 Type B was a YoRHa unit designed for combat capabilities against machine lifeforms for the "Glory of Mankind". Being aided by 9S and Pod 042 in their efforts to investigate the world, battling against hostile machines sent by an unknown yet invasive alien race, and making efforts to gather intel about humanity and the past, she quickly discovered the truth about the war between aliens and humans wondering if she was truly unable to be anything other than a blade of quiet will. The androids faced intense hardships and turmoils, which culminated in the spreading of the Logic Virus, which corrupted machines and androids alike and drove them into raging berserkers bent on destruction. Ultimately, 2B caught the virus and was forced to be put down by a rogue YoRHa unit A2, which unfortunately led to a conflict between her and 9S who mistakenly believed that 2B was killed mercilessly. After the war concluded, she was given a second "life" thanks to her Pod.
- Details of 2B's ascension into the Pantheon were largely unknown despite her history stating a clear conclusion that a backup body and her data were retained to allow her, 9S, and A2 to finally be given a life free of conflict and taking orders. The first sign of 2B in the divine realms came in the form of one of her backup bodies activating itself and taking her time to recollect and rationalize the events that she had gone through before making a journey through the Pantheon, leading to her discovering quickly that she was in a new world and that being free from YoRHa meant that she had to make her own choice on how she wanted to lead her life in the Pantheon. Although still stoic and reserved, she was happy to see that 9S was in the divine realms as was A2, so the fact that she wasn't alone gave her some support. Regardless, her specialization as a combat unit did conflict with the potential options she had in regards to how to lead a second life, but 2B has steeled her thoughts in deciding to travel more in the hopes of finding a conclusion in her decision.
- 2B is part of a series of androids designed for combat, scouting, and intel-gathering, but mainly specializing in the former. To that end, she was one of the more capable and formidable fighters YoRHa had in their android category with 2B having led multiple missions to success as well as supposedly accelerating her organization's plans of bringing "glory to mankind". Befitting of her occupation, 2B is a master practitioner of various weapons including katanas, greatswords, axes, spears, and gauntlets while Pod 042 is equipped with various ranged weapons like a gatling gun, missiles, and lasers to provide further combat support. Yet despite her reputation as a powerful warrior who has defeated countless rogue machines, 2B's greatest priority lies in her relationship with her designed support unit, 9S. She would never state it vocally, but 2B is very affectionate for him to the point of love, in addition to trying to keep a professional demeanor to keep things platonic, she feels burdened by the fact that she's had to kill 9S several times because of the inevitability of his curiosity leading to discovering the truth about mankind's extinction and the real nature of androids and machines. Regardless of her professional nature, she is capable of compassion, kindness, and reflection as she is willing to acknowledge the existence of machines who would rather eschew violence and question complex subject matters as well as express interest in basic human topics.

- In one of the Chosen Undead's pilgrimages to Anor Londo, there was a location he had to pass through first in order to get there. This location was known as the Undead Burg, a fortress filled with hostile undead. Upon reaching the edge after running through a Hellkite Dragon did he meet an unlikely ally, a person gazing at the rays of the sun as if he had met a god for the first time. Weird how this lone-standing warrior was staying in a dangerous place but upon talking to him for the first time, an aura of optimism was felt and introduced to him to a form of companionship, in the form of jolly cooperation! This warrior was Solaire of Astora, a self-proclaimed adherent to the Lord of Sunlight, who has sought to find "his own sun". He would introduce the Chosen Undead to the Warriors of Sunlight, a covenant based upon the idea of cooperation through summons. From there he would be able to assist him in various areas, such as the Bell Gargoyles, a Gaping Dragon, demigods Ornstein and Smough and a Centipede Demon. Depending on the Chosen Undead's entrance to Lost Izalith, he would meet Solaire's fate in 2 ways, he would find him going insane after a Sunlight Maggot parasitized his head thus forcing him to kill his friend or should the Undead find said maggot and kill it, find him in one piece and able to help him in his final fight against the once Lord of Sunlight. Whatever his fate ended up being, one could say Solaire did find his sun after all.
- Solaire's ascension into the Pantheon was among the most unusual, as the Court did not consider Solaire a worthy candidate to bring under any title, rather he came from a simple summon sign that the Chosen Undead utilized in one of his fights against a mighty creature, rumored to be a balrog under Sauron. When Solaire appeared as a cooperator, the Court was stunned that the Chosen Undead brought a character not affiliated with the Pantheon, thus was forced to intervene once the beast was slain. Surprisingly, Solaire was not displeased with the disruption, rather he was joyous, seeing new faces that he has never seen. With such dumbfounded gaze, most of the Court evaluated the chances of Solaire staying, and found something worthy of him to bring in with. The day after the intervention, Solaire suddenly found out he could no longer return back to his own world, as his own world is now the Trope Pantheons, thus allowing him to be a valuable cooperator to adventurers needing a hand, and spreading the glory of the sun!
- With his ascension, the Chosen Undead was the first person he relied upon, given that he has met him in various areas and helped demonstrate how covenants work, particularly the Warriors of Sunlight. The remaining warriors that noticed him saw similarities with their own companions. For instance: the Slayer of Demons saw similarities between him with his own, specifically Biorr of the Twin Fangs and Ostrava of Boletaria. The Bearer of the Curse has seen the Heirs of the Sun, followers of the same dogma the Warriors of Sunlight have followed alongside the comparison between him and the warriors he encountered, Benhard of Jugo and Lucatiel of Mirrah, who share his joyful attitude and number of times they could be summoned for assistance. Finally, the Ashen One, despite having not much warriors who closely resemble him (the possible closest of Siegward of Catrina, but he is closer to Siegmeyer) can acquire Solaire's gear alongside the covenant being available to him. This has brought great joy to him, as his faith has been rewarded as a legacy in various times.
- Beyond those who he can be summoned with, he has great respect towards the Lord of Sunlight, Lord Gwyn, being one of the sources of his faith towards the sun, hence his title. Despite being summoned to kill his hollowed state, he says that it was a necessity to finally achieve what he wanted, to link the First Flame and become a sun of his own of which he did. As the world progressed, a portion of his essence can be felt by a gestalt being of the First Flame, the Soul of Cinder. Seeing the world from where the Soul originated, some wonder if Solaire's fate was worth it in the end, as while he may fulfilled his faith, some might consider the worst that his soul would burn in agony after countless linking of said Flame. In addition to this, while Solaire's faith goes to Gwyn and the sun, the actual progenitor of the covenant came from Gwyn's son, the Nameless King, who has been watching him and members of the covenant atop Archdragon Peak. Rumors have spread that where ever Solaire goes, the King watches over him.
- As one of the few possible cooperators who have slain various monsters, including demigods, this has lead to him joining the Chosen Undead in a possible rematch against Ornstein and Smough, as his summoning has helped even the odds against the two. Many gods within the House of Gaming see it as a worthy spectacle to watch as the two duos duke it out in one of the Chosen Undead's most memorable boss fights. His faith towards the sun has also lead him to oppose those who wish to snuff out the First Flame, whether that be the progenitor of the Abyss, Manus or his own Children within Drangleic. Thankfully, with his absurdly strong stats, he can be summoned to fight them, so long as the summoner does not die in the middle of the fight that is.
- His temple is shared with the Chosen Undead and company, as he and the rest of said warriors are the ones he has familiarity with. In addition to this, the Maiden in Black often serves as the host of their shared hub and can transpose the souls he has collected from slain foes into his stats. In particular, he seems more into strength and faith, given his ability to withstand a large chunk of damage and summon lightning bolts to strike against oncoming foes. In one of his stays, he overheard from the Maiden a similar warrior akin to him, a Hunter who also has the ability like him but with Blood Echoes. The Hunter sees him as the closest he can get to fellow Executioner Alfred, as his jolly attitude and devout faith are remarkably similar, down to even how Alfred's fate is described, between him killing the Queen of the Vilebloods and Solaire going mad after being parasitized by a sunlight maggot. Maybe it is a show that sometimes the most jolly person can change all by their own faith.
- One of the core ideals about the Warriors of Sunlight covenant is that when summoned, they would help the summoner until the host summoner dies, hence the co-op aspect of those who follow it. Being one of the first, if not the actual first adherent of such faith, Solaire is mostly outgoing, especially if the summoner is willing to talk to Solaire about anything, as with the Chosen Undead and him questioning about the state of Lordran and Anor Londo. His ascension allowed him to be able to be summoned to any willing adventurer who needs a companion, a battle-ready one at that. The first summoning he received outside of the Chosen Undead was Guts, who is more than willing to accept company especially to an optimist such as him. While the Berserker has offered his help to the four warriors, he did not expect Solaire to be that cheerful, often being one of the few people he has met in the Pantheon that helped lighten the mood while also being good at combat enough to defend himself. After much deliberation from his companions, he has decided to give Solaire a place to his group, seeing that the Warriors of Sunlight could be of great use in his fight against Griffith and the Godhand, of which the both of them have noticed his presence after being introduced and are determined to break his spirit.
- The second summon got him into a snowy area between a civil war with the Stormcloaks and Imperials, with the destiny that the dragons would rise once more. This land, called Skyrim, is home to the Dragonborn, who summoned Solaire for a companion that would help him defeat Alduin upon his return. Despite being a supposed outsider, his optimism and joyful attitude made him a surprising visitor within Skyrim locals, often hanging out at bars and killing the occasional giants, stray dragons and bandits. The Dragonborn has found that he is a very dependent ally but tends to be dumb at times. Though he has noticed that in times of solace, the Warrior of Sunlight can be found within the mountains, raising his hands for his pose to Praise the Sun \[T]/. He can't help that while Solaire has been helpful, something has been watching him from the shadows, one of royalty and of partial connection to the dragons. On the other hand, Alduin finds Solaire's faith to be disgusting, for a mere human like him to praise as something as bright as the sun, though the only thing that Alduin will see from him is a broadsword to his eye.
- A third summon was made but was done with a group of dungeon adventurers, each with their own differing classes. Solaire recognized some of the classes the adventurers were, such as thieves, warriors, knights and even sorcerers, all of which are similar classes that the Chosen Undead can choose as an origin story. Despite his role being already filled with the group's own, they have welcomed him, claiming that more hands could be useful in times of need. In the several days they have went venturing towards unknown places, they have noticed that Solaire had an unwavering faith to the sun, of which they have found to be charming, even the Dungeon Master, the one guiding the group, found him endearing and kept him for a bit longer. Eventually, Solaire had to leave back to his own temple but the group has welcomed him for his summon. The last words parted by him was that his summon was always available, if needed for a very difficult quest.
- Sunlight is often one of nature's most beautiful sights, a sight that Solaire himself has gotten used to once his ascension was complete. He can be sometimes seen in his temple, at the edge where the sun rises for him to gaze in sheer awe. His faith has led him to a realization that there are gods beyond the Lord of Sunlight who can help him have his own sun, whatever those words actually mean. He has met a few sun-based deities and even met Ra, the Egyptian God, of which he sees a great amount of respect, almost comparing him to Gwyn, for his responsibility as a God of the Sun and him being a Pharaoh of Egypt. But his love for sun shined brighter when he met Amaterasu, one of the few Goddesses who has taken Solaire faith with utmost joy. Even her son, Chibiterasu, sees him with great spirits. As he stayed more, the Sun Goddess slowly observed the one of two faiths Solaire would face, thus when she learned of what happened in Lordran, she has heavily opposed Gwyn, as his actions, despite being praised by the Warriors of Sunlight for granting them peace via the First Flame, has done irreparable damage in his domain. She might be one of the few Gods who is also aware of Solaire's fate as one of the few souls burning in agony after Linking the Flame, evidenced by the Soul of Cinder, the First Flame made manifest.
- Beautiful the sun may be, some appearances can be deceiving at times. Such was the case when Solaire appeared in Hallownest, where reports of a sun-based being were heard from that got him curious. The Chosen Undead and company has warned him of entering the area, as none of the four have ever traversed the land. After a few treks, he would almost give up until a large ray of sunlight blocked his sights. This being, a primordial goddess of light, promised Solaire of unity with a sun should he sacrifice himself to her service. Before he could think about it, the goddess, revealing herself to be the Radiance, controlled the Warrior of Sunlight into her bidding, turning the once friendly companion into a hateful soul lashing violently at anything that moved. Soon however, the land was bombarded with firebomb and spells and the Radiance flee with no injuries done to her. Following Solaire's restored consciousness, a vision had appeared on his mind, a vision that resembled him going insane all due to a Sunlight Maggot. With his encounter to that being, he has vowed to slay this Goddess and put an end to her madness.
- The attention Solaire got from his newfound companions would be noticed, not by other wandering adventurers, but by otherworldly forces that represent challenges in his journey. It started with the Godhand when Griffith noticed that Solaire and the Chosen Undead (and the other warriors) were being introduced to Guts, which has lead to the Godhand calling a headhunt to Solaire. Though sending someone as strong as Griffith would be seen as overkill, as he has reserved his energy for the eventual confrontation with Guts, thus sending Nosferatu Zodd to do their orders to apprehend Solaire and company. Despite being a Demigod, he is able to handle Zodd, with a large amount of health and defense, it was a surprise how much he could tank most of the Apostle's attacks, though for a short while. Zodd retreated after he struck him with a lightning bolt and the Chosen Undead came to finish the job. The Apostle's failure has cost the Godhand time, but said time also caught the attention of Sauron, who has seen his faith to his dear sun as breakable. Unlike the Apostle however, he thinks that he cannot have a chance against the Dark Lord of Mordor, but with help from the Chosen Undead and a few other warriors, there is a chance to fight him and win, even if it is a small chance.
- Oddly enough, a summon sign was made, warping him to a nearly abandoned town of darkened skies and evil lurking around the shadows. His location was an estate, of which he was summoned to help seal of a Warrens infestation. From afar, the shadow of the Ancestor has been watching him closely, seeing similarities between him and a certain Man-at-Arms
. His journeys in the estate has netted him some souls to transpose but has felt a presence stalking him, as if he is watching his every move. It would eventually be confirmed once he reached into the Darkest Dungeon, where the Ancestor awaited, and was more than willing to share some insight to him. This insight costed him greatly, with some saying that he may have pierced into the one of the few fates that await him within his journey to the First Flame.

SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMY@ Crimson Shark: The Pantheon has three deities from the Video Game/Drakengard series. Caim and Angelus are in the hall of Beast Handlers, Nowe is in the hall of Family Dynamics, Zero is in the hall of Soldier Archetypes. There is also characters from the original NieR game. Nier is in the hall of Game Progression, Grimoire Weiss is in the hall of Living Objects, and Devola and Popola are in the hall of Twins.
The Drakengard section in the Square Enix Pantheon page should probably be merged with the NieR Pantheon page since the NieR games are sequels to one of the bad endings of the first Drakengard game and they both referred each other and the events that happened.
I think I have finally finished Vetinari's rework.

- Vetinari is a master strategist and manipulator with an eye for details, an expert politician and assassin. Knows the nature of anyone he observes for more than a few minutes. He is the tyrannical ruler of the City of Ankh-Morpork. He is hated by the people of Ankh-Morpork but the people of Ankh-Morpork prefer him over any other options because any replacements turn out to be worse that him at the job. So even when he isn't in charge, he soon asked to become the ruler again because his replacement couldn't handle the job of ruling Ankh-Morpork.
- The story of Vetinari's ascension began when the various corporations and factions in the pantheon could not work with each other. Each of factions and the corporations were sabotaging each other even when it wasn't in their best interests. Eventually it was decided to bring in someone who could handle the task of getting the factions and the corporations to work together and Vetinari was the person chosen to do so. He was able to get the sides working together when it would be better for them to do so, however after he had solve the problem the corporations and factions decided that they didn't need him anymore and kicked him out of power. After that they started working against each other again until they realised that things were better with Vetinari in charge so they gave him back his job and are now reluctant to have him leave it again.
- He was interested in Grand Admiral Thrawn however they never in the same area at the same time. They recently met in the house of craft at a painting exhibition of Yusuke Kitagawa's works, Vetinari knowing of Thrawn's interest of art knew that such an event would be the best chance of meeting Thrawn so he arranged for the exhibition of Yusuke Kitagawa's works. They respect each others skills as strategists despite the fact that work in different fields. Vetinari has taught Thrawn about the game of Thud! in order to get an opponent that could challenge him in the game.
- He hates Mimes, any that he sees get chain up in his temple's dungeon with a sign saying "Learn The Words." Upon meeting Mime from Happy Tree Friends, Vetinari immediately had Mime chained up in the dungeon in his temple for being a mime. This led to the rest of Happy Tree Friends disliking Vetinari for what he had done. Vetinari has banned Mime from his temple so that he doesn't have to have Mime thrown in the dungeon again.
- Vetinari has been known to take his heralds and dogs Wuffles and Mr Fusspot on walks around the Pantheon's gardens. During one walk he met Hachiko and his herald/owner Hidesaburō Ueno. Hachiko made friends with Vetinari's dogs Wuffles and Mr Fusspot and had lots of fun with his new friends in the Pantheon's Park. Vetinari and Ueno were also enjoying talking about the great things about Dogs.
- Vetinari's love of dogs has made him an enemy of all gods that abuse and bully dogs including Cruella de Vil and Garfield. He wants to lock up Cruella de Vil for trying to make coats of dogs. Cruella didn't help her case by trying to buy his dogs to make into coats. Garfield was furious to hear that because he just bullies some dogs who bully him back, he is nowhere as bad as Cruella.
- Vetinari respects the members of the Hall of Planning with the exceptions of Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias, Light Yagami and Benny. Vetinari did respect Ozymandias originally until Vetinari learned of Ozymandias failure to plan for the long term and was disappointed by Ozymandias's shortsightedness. He dislikes Light for his obsession with killing all criminals since Vetinari finds some have their uses. He dislikes Benny the most because the other two were at least competent enough to achieve some of their goals, Benny couldn't even kill someone correctly.
- He thinks that it was stupid that nobles of the Arcadia Empire to betray Yoruka Kirihime. Since since she was a loyal assassin to the Arcadia Empire and she would have been more useful to Arcadia Empire as a servant of the empire rather than an enemy. He has since sent an offer to her to do some paid work for him. He understands if she wouldn't accept and plans to just leave her alone if she refuses.
- Vetinari as a former assassin respects the skills of 47. He has noted that they have both used camouflage and disguised themselves as other people. Vetinari does think that 47 should either buy some wigs to improve his disguises or at least get his tattoo removed so he is harder for people to notice. 47 professionalise has made him one of Vetinari's main choices when he needs an assassin in the pantheon.
- Vetinari believes that a tyrant should be feared, indispensable and respected by his people. This has led him to view tyrants that rule through hate like Prime minister Honest as foolish and incompetent people that give tyrants a bad name. Honest thinks that Vetinari is a fool for not doing whatever he wants. Jafar is viewed by Vetinari as a foolish for going after more power since he already had the Sultan under his control so he was basically the ruler in all but name.
- While Vetinari can manipulate most people using their mindsets and goals to make them do things that he wants to do. However there are some people that he can't manipulate those that have a mindset and goals that he can't understand. This has prevented him from being able to manipulate the Joker who has caused him trouble by dressing up as Charlie the Clown in order to infiltrate Vetinari's temple in order to plant a whoopee cushion on the his seat. Unfortunately for the Joker Vetinari is observant enough to notice the whoopee cushion and Vetinari couldn't manipulate the Joker but he could manipulate Batman to go after the Joker.
- He has a new rival in the form of Littlefinger, who is very impressed with Vetinari's trickery and cunning. Vetinari however, is suspicious of him. As of right now, the two are civil to each other when they met, however each is trying to manipulate the other behind their back. Vetinari is willing to work with him if it is in his best interests but he always has plans ready for when Littlefinger tries to betrayed him.

I don't know that is a part of the Pantheon that I haven't touched. So it is upto people that decide which alliance he goes in. Once I have merged Asterix and Obelix's profiles and got the approvals to add it to the pantheon, Big Fun will be free if any one wants to work on that.

"May your heart be your guiding key"For Vetinari, The Evil Geniuses used their intelligence and planning to rule their own evil organization and take over the world, and Lord Recluse is another super-intelligent leader of a faction of villains known as the Arachnos Organization, and similar to Vetinari, the organization and the Rogue Isles just can't handle itself when Recluse is out of the picture. - On an expedition of the US Navy, the marine biologist Professor Aronnax, as well as his servant Conseil, and Ned Land, a harpoonist, were looking out for a supposed giant narwhal attacking local ships, and encountered the "sea monster" only to luck to bring the three down for them to find that the monster was really a high-tech submarine beyond their comprehension, manned by the mysterious Captain Nemo. As the captain of the mighty submarine vessel known as the Nautilus, he forced them to stay on the Nautilus as "guests" to ensure they wouldn't leave and spread the secret of Nemo's activities. Other sources would identify him as Prince Dakkar, the son of an Indian Raja, and a scientific genius who roams the depths of the sea in his submarine, built on a deserted island. Nemo's stern, controlled confidence and his lifestyle of living off the sea's bounties with only very brief resurfaces had for a while intrigued Arronax, but gradually he would come to see the darker side of Captain Nemo. Wrought with ambition to establish himself as a N.G.O. Superpower, driven by a thirst for vengeance and a hatred of imperialism (particularly the British Empire), not only wracked by remorse over the death of his family in India, but also the deaths of his crew members and even by the deaths of enemy sailors, and by the time Aronnax and his allies escaped, it was before the Nautilius would be trapped in a gigantic whirlpool known as The Maelstrom, perhaps out of his own rage and sorrow, and from that point, no one had heard from Captain Nemo and his legendary Nautilus again.
- The seas of the Pantheon had begun to give out reports of a large sea creature roaming the waters and attacking government ships, and of course, plenty of navy marines and pirates alike had went on the hunt for this creature. However, their mark was no creature at all, but the Nautilus, piloted by a confused Captain Nemo unsure of his new location. But all he knew was that there were more seas to roam and claim, and more seemingly imperial ships and other hostile threats to strike down. Many who had tracked the target expecting a large animal would find themselves unprepared for the wrath of the Nautilus, and were mercilessly sunk. As Captain Nemo ravaged through ships and other sea creatures in his hunts, the Nautilus would be attacked by the Kraken, something that caught Nemo off-guard due to such a target being much fiercer than the giant squids he was used to hunting, but managed to fend it off and flee, only to find a large underwater kingdom, baffled by its very existence. In an attempt to investigate, Captain Nemo was attacked by swarms of sea creatures, and then the submarine would be infiltrated by none other than Aquaman, whose kingdom that Nemo had intruded upon. Despite Nemo's crew delivering volleys of electric shots, Aquaman took them out and caught the submarine's captain, but recognized the man from his land-dwelling friends' books. Delivering Captain Nemo to the Court of the Gods, Nemo would learn that he was in a new world entirely known as the Pantheon, filled with not only fantastical beings and sea creatures, but beings with technology that dwarfed Nemo's own impressive technology in the same way Nemo's technology and lifestyle baffled his own peers. Warning Nemo that his attempts to cause trouble among the seas would not be tolerated lightly, Nemo reluctantly heeded the warnings, returning to the Nautilus, dismayed by all of the new competition he would have in the Pantheon, but determined to make a name for himself regardless.
- Nemo's typical nature, regarding how he treats his crew, reflects on how secretive he wanted to be. He trained all of his crew to use a constructed language of his own, and was keen on not letting those who entered his submarine leave alive, due to not wanting any significant parties to know his existence. In the Pantheon, this point became moot since the deities, which he'd want to hide himself from the most, have already been aware of Nemo's presence for a while, so Nemo decided to ease up on his policies in order to work better with individuals willing to cooperate with him. Given what the Pantheon is now, isolating himself can no longer be an option; he would have to interact with them, though he would act like the Nautilus is a nation of its own. For one thing, he knows that to take on the greater threats in the Pantheon's oceans and some of the more powerful navies, he'll have to gradually adapt his Nautilus to be up-to-date with the Pantheon's sciences and technologies to keep up with the times, even if it mans cooperating with those he would not consider working with otherwise. Though Nemo tends to be picky on this matter, only going with sea-based products.
- Despite having studied in the Western World a long time ago, mainly in London, Paris, and New York, he wants to cut free from any ties with continental society in general. This was to the point where he initially planned to not recruit any new members back in his own world after his initial recruitment, even if it was only less than sixty people strong, and gradually dwindling. Even when bringing back all of such crew as heralds, criticism for his Oddly Small Organization has gotten to him, and so he's considered a very strict hiring process for non-deities in the Pantheon, being too paranoid that directly recruiting an actual Pantheon deity would hurt him in the long run. He also avoids dry land as much as humanly possible, except when it's uninhabited, such as Antarctica and desert islands, but in keeping with his contempt for the nations of the surface, he avoids products that are not marine in nature, be it food, clothing, furnishing, or even tobacco. If Nemo does make a coastal visit, it is only to help smaller, oppressed populations to help with their revolutions, or to look for mortal individuals willing to work for him for good.
- He has a comprehensive knowledge of marine life and it is his respect for Professor Aronnax's expertise in the field which led to his befriending the professor when the latter was cast upon the Nautilus. As such, he holds respect for similarly cultured experts in marine biology, like the Octonauts who dedicate their time in helping marine life and other animals, as well as Kukuru Misakino and Fūka Miyazawa, and even Jotaro Kujo who also had become a marine biologist, but his respect for them is not mutual, all of them finding Nemo's actions to be unsavory and perhaps even selfish, despite Nemo's claims that he looks out for the marine ecosystems as a whole. For what it's worth, his claims about hunting cachalots and other invasive species for the greater good are on shaky ground and do not trust the man given his hostility toward terrestial civilization in general.
- While the Nautilus has handled encounters with giant squids and similar kinds of sea behemoths, Nemo is cautious regarding encounters with the more renowned leviathans and sea beasts in the Pantheon, knowing fully well that the Nautilus as it is would at the very least have a rough time escaping destruction when forced to clash in a disadvantageous situation. The closest he wants to get to such creatures is from a safe observational distance, so he can understand their biology and how they work so he can adapt to take on such creatures in the future. Two giant sea monsters he's specifically concerned with are Octogeddon, a giant mutant octopus who will go mad at any offenses toward him or octopus-kind, and has rather specific experience destroying military-grade submarines. The Nautilus's technology and accumulated riches have also made Captain Nemo a coveted target of the greedy Tamatoa, who'd like to crack open the Nautilus itself for its spoils, something Captain Nemo isn't willing to risk. Additionally, Captain Nemo is despised by Rahab, since he already hates humanity in general for treading too far against sea-life, and only sees Captain Nemo and his submarine as another adversity to crush.
- He seems to have an almost maniacal hatred of oppression, with which he identifies with all the imperialistic nations of the world. Because of this, he holds contempt towards Charles zi Britannia, as he finds his empire, which directly stemmed from the British Empire in their world, to be a prime example of an imperialist force that Nemo hates. To this point, he does occasionally work with Lelouch on his own revolution-related operations on rare occasion. Lelouch doesn't fully trust Nemo given how Nemo runs things on his submarine and his attempts to claim territories that civilization hasn't already claimed, deeming Nemo not much better than the empires he opposes, though doesn't consider him as worse yet. Some rumors have spread claiming that Nemo has been sighted giving resources and assistance to specific parties with the Grand United Alliance of Chaos, but neither side is going to say anything about it.
- One of Captain Nemo's biggest motivations to live the rest of his life under the sea was to enjoy the freedom from the laws and oppression from societies on land. However, the Pantheon is full of deities from undersea civilizations, some even rulers to underwater kingdoms or related to them, with their own sets of laws and territories that Nemo has to obey lest he suffer retribution. Captain Nemo, while highly irritated by this reality in the Pantheon, he'll give them credit for overall being less destructive and materialistic than their land counterparts, and will respect their boundaries. King Triton doesn't want to see Nemo and his submarine approach Atlantica, and Captain Nemo is also disliked by his daughter Ariel given her own fascination with the human world that Nemo willingly left behind. He also gets stern looks from the Sub-Mariner Namor, who is also the ruler of Atlantis in his universe, with some wondering on a possible deeper reason for his tense views towards Captain Nemo. In his universe in fact, Namor has found some of his mother's photo featuring her as well as Leonard McKenzie and his universe's Captain Nemo, which does bring questions regarding whether Captain Nemo and Namor are directly related. It also so happens that said Captain Nemo may have known one of Danny Rand's predecessors as Iron Fist, not that Danny really cares too much. Regardless, Captain Nemo and Namor don't plan to get in each other's way, and Namor doesn't seem to think that much on the potential connection. Aquaman had also made it clear to Captain Nemo that his activities are not welcome in his kingdom, though rarely they can agree on an Enemy Mine regarding Black Manta, a murderous raider and pirate with impressive technology of his own, and being aware of how ruthless he can be, Captain Nemo knows that Black Manta is someone to be terminated on sight, knowing he'd do the same to him and his crew.
- Captain Nemo doesn't think highly about Andrew Ryan and his attempt to create an underwater civilization that effectively functioned as a safe haven for people with great ambition and talent, given Andrew Ryan's similar backstory of being driven out by bigger parties and wanting to start his own separate civilization of Rapture to oppose the land governments. Despite their similar goals and actions, as well as their distrustful attitude, Andrew Ryan and Captain Nemo have nothing nice to say about each other. Captain Nemo sees Rapture as a failed attempt to create another disgusting empire that was no better than the continental governments, and Andrew Ryan sees Captain Nemo's quest to try and conquer the seas with such a small and selective crew as a rival to other governments' navies as an utterly lost cause.
- The pirates in the Pantheon are considered as rivals to Captain Nemo by default, and given that many of them are out to satiate their own selfish desires, Captain Nemo will usually attack them if they seem to be approaching him, otherwise leaving them alone to minimize conflict. Even with the nicer ones, they do not tend to approve his rampant, vengeance-fueld destruction of navy ships either. While typically avoiding confrontation with pirates, one seemingly harmless individual who had plenty of talents, including being a cook, happened to be a pirate who had interest in infiltrating the Nautilus for his own interest (and some of the valuables), so he established himself as an innocent and abandoned castaway, and for weeks, integrated with the crew of the Nautilus. When opportunity arose as Captain Nemo parked onto land for some supplies, the dreaded Long John Silver made his move, getting himself and his accomplices some of Nemo's goods and managing to outsmart his electrical security system's measures, killing a few of the captain's men in the escape. Furious at Silver's trickery, he's been more careful and observant of those he picks up to ensure that this incident never repeats.
- One of the few pirates that Captain Nemo is on decently friendly terms with is Trafalgar Law, captain of the Heart Pirates who also happen to travel through a submarine like Captain Nemo. They happen to cross each other in a relatively isolated part of the seas, and Law wanted to bargain for some supplies, so he managed to get Nemo to negotiate with him personally. Captain Nemo, while reluctant at first, decided that Law was someone worth understanding and not to be trifled with, given that Law had also been victim of a horrible plague and the World Government killing off the inflicted, including his own family, much like how Nemo lost his family to the British Empire. The other reason was that Law's powers essentially made the idea of attacking the Heart Pirates a suicidal move, so there was not much of a choice. They gradually got along due to their opposition to tyrants and ruthless governments, with Nemo sympathizing with Law's feuds with Doflamingo and the World Government, and even managed to open up to each other regarding more personal information about one another. This ended up culminating in Captain Nemo becoming a reputable menace to the World Government and the ascended Marines in the Pantheon, due to Captain Nemo ambushing Marine ships to sink them, then flee before stronger individuals could arrive. Captain Nemo takes his reputation as a danger to Marines as a source of pride, having learned about all the horrible things that the World Government has done.
- Additionally, through Law he learned about Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat Pirates who not only made themselves known for being friendly pirates, but for their staunch opposition to the oppressive World Government and other tyrannical figures. Given Luffy's reputation as a destroyer of tyranny, a liberator of the oppressed, and a symbol of free will itself to those who know him, Captain Nemo holds nothing but respect for Luffy. However, Captain Nemo knows that his actions may not necessarily be taken well by the Straw Hat Pirates, and knows that he wouldn't be any threat to the Straw Hat Pirates. From what Nemo has learned from Law, Nemo would be completely at Luffy's mercy should they end up meeting in person, but Nemo still isn't too sure of how, and doesn't want to find out.
- Captain Nemo has been doing in his research on deities that manage their own navy forces, given that his hatred towards imperialism and many powerful land civilizations would make him enemies with said navies by default. He's been extra wary of the American navy forces in the Pantheon like Chester Nimitz, a Fleet Admiral who played a great role in America's naval fights against Japan in World War II, and likewise Chester recognizes the threat Nemo poses as well. The Nautilus is also looked out for by the forces of Black Cat Mantaray 5-4, given that their job of rescuing sailors from destroyed ships would include victims of Captain Nemo's attacks. That said, Captain Nemo despises the naval forces within the leagues led by Operation Kraken, not just for their impressive naval technology and seacraft, including aircraft carriers and submarines, but being an attempt to establish Nazi conquest, and the Nazis' idea of government is in line with the very parts of human civilization that Captain Nemo hates, so he's always making sure his work is a step ahead of Operation Kraken.
- Nemo finds Odysseus to be a very interesting man, probably due to several similarities surrounding the two sailors, from being the captain of a ship who commanded a loyal crew they cared much about, their identities essentially being “No One”, and their struggle with beings they could not truly defeat. With Nemo dealing with the ships of the British Empire and Odysseus' struggles with the gods, though unlike Odysseus, Nemo had no family to return to. Nemo has also been wary of Captain Ahab, a similarly vengeance-driven sailor who dedicated much of his life in pursuit of Moby Dick, a powerful whale. Given each other's questionable sanity at times, the two mainly stay away from each other, with Ahab considering Nemo too much of a danger to get in the way, and Ahab also reminds Nemo of the unpleasant hunter he used to have for a "guest" that was Ned Land.
- Milo Thatch was curious about Nemo given his own undersea adventures and considered paying him a visit, though despite a cordial meeting, Milo ended up not feeling too welcomed by the Nautilus crew, though Nemo does respect Milo's genius, but not enough for a cordial friendship, given how on-guard he was. While Milo does respect Nemo for his intellect, he doesn’t approve of several of his actions such as sinking down other ships. Upon hearing about a god who shares the same name with his submarine, he ended up paying him a visit. While they could relate to each other in that they’re both driven by Revenge, they disagree in their opinions on their ocean, as while Nemo is fascinated with anything ocean-related, Nautilus isn’t too fond of the sea if his past experiences with it are anything to go by. Shovel Knight also dislikes Captain Nemo due to him and his submarine reminding him of Treasure Knight, a greedy member of the Order of No Quarter that only sought to plunder the riches of the sea for himself.
- On top of the original Captain Nemo from the books, people have met other incarnations and counterparts of Captain Nemo who had began appearing in the Pantheon when the original Captain Nemo ascended. Whether they hang around each other or not is not particularly known, and some counterparts are easier to get along with than others. What can be said for all of them in particular is that they care about their personal crew, and despise tyranny and despotism with a passion. The adaptation of Captain Nemo that resembles James Mason, for one, was more benevolent and mainly opposed an unseen but distinctly more malicious unnamed empire that was highly destructive and hostile in nature, and even had plans to share his knowledge with the rest of the world before forces from said empire attacked him, and eventually caused the death of him and the Nautilus' sinking. Another incarnation of Captain Nemo, whose real name is Eleusis La Arwall, father of the titular protagonist of his originating work, Nadia, the Atlantean owner of a more advanced Nautilus, lacked any malice towards humanity, but it seems such unscrupulous traits were given to the nefarious Gargoyle, leader of the Neo-Atlantis organization, his mortal enemy who used to be a friend of this Nemo, but not only saw himself as better than other humans in general, but sought to conquer humanity himself through the Red Noah, but Nemo had ensured its destruction at the cost of his own life.
- In another universe, Prince Dakkar would also serve as a member of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, using his Nautilus to help his colleagues, ruling his own island nation, and slaughtering Englishmen who opposed him. This particular individual is also known to be Sikh and and not very friendly toward Muslims in general. However, he still had his own code of honor, and he was enraged to learn that the British government killed off the Martians in his world by deploying biological weapons in a city, and quit the team on the spot. Given that team he was in also included Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde and Griffin, he has a very sour relationship with them both as they're also in the Pantheon. For one, he's not planning to get along with Hawley Griffin again given how heinous he was, he very much doesn't want to deal with Hyde, still vehement about when Hyde violently raped then killed Griffin brutally, not that people think he's wrong to not want anything to do with them. Eventually, he let his daughter, Janni Dakar, succeed him at running the Nautilus, and from what deities have heard, this Captain Nemo is proud for her daughter, and managing to be succeed by her own son, Jack Dakkar, who went on to take on other oppressive governments, that he even let them be High Priests.
- One of the more particular counterparts of Captain Nemo is a Rider Servant and a Phantom, who is made from two spirits, the original Captain Nemo as well as the Greek god Triton. Notably, his crew consists of alternative versions of himself with different skills and specialties, known as the Nemo Series, created through the usage of Memory Partition, letting the Nautilus run without assistance from others. He can also keep up the ship via a form of Synchronization, which helps the vessel get through tough situations, but extreme stress can cause the damage to knock out the captain himself. This particular Servant is often seen working alongside the Master of Chaldea in their adventures. Among the other deities in the Pantheon with their own Servant incarnations, Nemo happens to hold some wariness and tension with Tezcatlipoca given that he took him captive when going through the South American Lostbelt, and is also hostile toward Nero Claudius, specifically the Queen Draco counterpart, also known as Beast VI/S, who attacked and nearly killed Grand Rider Noah, who fused with Captain Nemo to survive, and given Queen Draco's apocalyptic intentions, it's no surprise they're enemies.
"The sea doesn't belong to tyrants. On its surface they can still stake their evil claims, battle each other, devour each other, haul every earthly horror. But thirty feet below sea level, their power ceases, their influence fades, their domination vanishes! Ah, sir, live! Live in the heart of the seas! Here alone do I find independence! Here I recognize no superiors! Here I'm free!"
