Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Alright, here it is. I haven’t done that much to it, but it’s been way too long since I proposed the rework and I’m hoping posting it here will make me work on it more.

SCP-105 rework (no-thumbs mode)

    SCP- 105
SCP-105, Goddess of Portal Pictures (Iris Thompson, FIELD OPERATIVE SK-107 "Snapshot", (possibly) Lily Veselka)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/xwo3mp2ujae41.png
Artistic interpretation from the light novel SCP Foundation: Iris Through the Looking Glass
  • Lesser Goddess with the powers of an Intermediate Goddess (Safe by SCP standards)
  • Symbol: SCP-105-B, her camera
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Transforms photographs into portals with the help of an anomalous camera, “iris” is another word for camera lens, genuinely kind and friendly, wrongly accused of killing her boyfriend, joined Mobile Task Force Omega-7 in her teens, blonde and innocent... until the “Able Incident”, only survivor of MTF Omega-7, begrudging but very capable member of MTF Alpha-9, subject to retcons
  • Domain(s): Cameras, Portals
  • Under Watch of: The SCP Foundation
  • Superiors: Dr. Sophia Light (director of Mobile Task Force Alpha-9)
  • Heralds: Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 (as a team leader), SS Agent Andrea S. Adams (her handler and only friend in the Foundation)
  • Allies: SCP-073 (Cain), Miku Hinasaki, Mio and Mayu Amakura, Max Caulfield
  • Enemies: Yoshihiro Kira, the Global Occult Coalition
  • SCP-105 is a young woman named Iris Thompson, and SCP-105-B is her Polaroid camera. When Iris touches a photograph she took with SCP-105-B, it becomes a real-time image of the pictured location. She can then reach into the photo and manipulate objects in it. Iris can technically do this with any photo from any camera, but it’s much easier for her with SCP-105-B.
  • Sometime after tending to SCP-105 yet again, one researcher was sympathetic to her situation and wanted to find a way to get better living conditions. Knowing what happened to the last guy who tried (even if the Foundation removed it from memory), she did this by way of a deity submission form to the Court of the Gods. It would get lost with all the other submission forms before being found a few years later.
    • By the time the Foundation received a notice for that submission form, the events of Resurrection were already in progress. Seeing this as an opportunity, in addition to Iris being transferred to better lodgings in the Pantheon, MTF Alpha-9 now has a "forward base" of sorts as a result.
  • The first to visit her was SCP-073, whom she was acquainted to in her tenure under Omega-7 and they had a warm hug together. Well, as warm a hug as Cain's metal arms would allow.
  • She's gotten acquainted with other users of special cameras such as Miku Hinasaki and Mio Amakura (plus Mio's sister Mayu) with their respective Camera Obscuras. When she tried out the Camera Obscura for herself, it showed that while Iris does have powers, they aren't psychic ones and thus have no effect on ghosts.
  • Another with similar powers to hers is Yoshihiro Kira, whose powers unfortunately eclipse hers in scale. However, given his Stand's weakness, he stays away from her, fearing that if she catches a photo of him via SCP-105-B, he would be entirely at her mercy. He even thinks the Foundation might eventually employ her just for that purpose.
  • Yet another is Elizabeth, who eventually heard of Iris's powers and is intrigued by her camera. I looked in Fighting Combos and there’s no Elizabeth. Any idea who she is and if she was moved or deleted?
  • While her powers aren't tied to her camera, the time-traveler Max hit it off with Iris really well. Iris wonders if life at Arcadia Bay (were it not for the tornado) could've been her life had her boyfriend not died and the Foundation taken her. Given her own powers, Max thinks she would've had a more restrictive time in the Foundation had they captured her, and the Pantheon thankfully keeps them from trying that now.

I’m not sure if this is the point where I’m supposed ask for characters for Iris to interact with or not, but I might as well:

[up] Sumireko Usami & Leshy of the Scrybes both utilize magical cameras. The former is also investigating the SCP, albeit their beef regarding themselves & Yukari Yakumo, and technically counts under “supernatural characters working for strange groups” given she’s the so-called president of the Secret Sealing Club so do with that as you will.

Tanya von Degurechaff is quite literally a child soldier.

Strangely enough, Portal Pictures technically include paintings, and both Mario & The Ib cast have experiences with travelling through paintings before.

[up][up] The Animorphs are also child soldiers. (Also, they should really be in Narrative Genres (A to M) because you're supposed to ignore articles when you're alphabetising.)

@loserswithwifi: As the one who ascended her in the first place, I think you should still add trivia that cover the scope of her powers so that people know her limitations and her potential.

Also, Able is in the Pantheon (I ascended her before he showed up), so there should be some manner of interaction that she would not be happy to have.

Here we go! I think. It would be preferred if both were ascended simultaneously, as previously stated.

Jo’on, the younger sister, acts as the brains and burglar of the operation- she’s the one who pulls up the ideas, scouts for targets, and makes the main moves. Shion, the elder sister, serves as mainly just a distraction, using her misfortune on others to draw their attention while her younger sister does the rest. Well, I wonder what has happened to them since the Perfect Possession incident…?
  • Of course, like a few other deities from Gensokyo, Jo’on & Shion jumped at the chance to ascend after they partook in the Tenkyuu Uprising against Brand X. The problem was that they also wanted to represent The Almighty Dollar, which for clarification, is the trope Chimata ascended under. So instead, they bide their time within the Pantheon, scamming and pilfering from poor schmucks that got roped into their schemes. It’s not until Tenshi, Shion’s apparent best friend, who was also trying to find a trope, found that Blue and Orange Contrast was a recent but open slot. Working with the sisters, they would conspire to all ascend together under their respective tropes that they found, with Tenshi replacing her old trope of Weather Dissonance with Defector from Paradise.
  • As masters of the art of the con in Gensokyo, it is natural that they’re able to scam and swindle many out of their money and other possessions. So they began to put their practices to good use in the Pantheon, as well, able to successfully con and pickpocket many poor schmucks of their riches. When the Houses of Commerce & Law and Justice learned of these thieveries, they groaned with annoyance, and particular members of Gensokyo from those respective Houses (being Chimata & Eiki) were quick to alert their peers of what the Yorigamis were up to. The former house, and the market goddess in particular, however, were appalled that they would openly do such things in their markets, especially Chimata's, so despite Jo’on & Shion being among many that aided her in the Tenkyuu Uprising, she would have bad blood with them, and specifically, the more deviant younger sister, as she was the mastermind of these schemes.
  • The Perfect Possession incident, which they mainly spearheaded, involved the Master and Slave system, which can be alternatively known as, well, the act of Perfect Possession. This system would allows one person to completely take over another's body, as the name implies, giving them full control over them and any abilities that they can use. Ryotaro Nogami, aka. Kamen Rider Den-O, is sort of a walking reminder of that system, as he has to deal with the 5 Taros within himself on the daily. He also happens to be like them, and in particular Shion, in the fact that they're both extremely unlucky. In fact, they had the unfortunate timing of being in the House of Food when Youmu Konpaku & Ragna The Bloodedge inadvertently kickstarted the food fight that lead to Kasen Ibaraki's temporary ban, and both were sent to the House of Health and Diseases afterwards for recovery; at least Shion got to eat well during that fiasco, and the trio (and eventually Tenshi as well) have been tenuous ever since.
    • Another incident that they were involved in happens to be the Black Water Incident, which they tried to take advantage of by selling off whatever "oil" they can find. At some point during their involvement, though, they were suddenly taken by a back door and forced to fight Flandre Scarlet, a fight which they barely squeak out of. When they learned that the person who sent them there, Okina Matara, was present in the Pantheon, they were rightfully mad about the situation and went to beat her up; instead, though, they got lost in the Land of the Back Door for a few hours, only angering them further.
  • Their strange duality regarding the dissonance between the rich and the poor has raised the eyebrows of the Kim and Park families. It’s kind of unnatural for the Koreans to see the Yorigamis go about their work- while Jo'on acts like a Park and Shion’s essentially a Kim, they both are expert con artists like the Kims, and are irresponsible with their wealth & status like the Parks...yeah, you get the idea. The sisters, on the other hand, are surprisingly scared to learn about the fracas regarding the two families given how realistic it was, and tend to be shy around them, choosing not to get into their business.
  • Applies to only Jo’on:
    • Jo'on spends just about everything she earns- and I mean every last penny. She wastes no time in flaunting her riches by buying the most expensive things that she can afford without any guilt whatsoever, as well as just throwing it out in battle and using that as a weapon as well. Members of the House of Commerce' Hall of Poverty and Riches in particular seem to be very divided on her, with among Jo'on's contemporaries being Princess Morbucks & Nagi Sanzen'in.
    • After the Perfect Possession incident was resolved, Byakuren Hijiri took on the responsibility of trying to reform Jo'on by having her stay at the Myouren Temple as part of her rehabilitation. However, this did not change much about the younger sister's core habits, but at least sharpened her resolver to steal, and only steal, from those that can manage the losses. Nowadays, every so often, Jo'on would make a visit to the temple after a spree of thefts to lay low and even have a chat with some of the temple's members.
      • This more neutral-aligned villainy stemming from her brief stay has gotten the attention of former supervillain Gru, who's interested in getting to draw more from his experience. However, their alliance is a bit shaky considering that Jo'on also happens to be allies with the aforementioned Princess Morbucks, which Gru is not that enthusiastic to learn about consider that she reminds him of Vector. Despite this, Jo'on would, under the watch of both Gru & the Anti-Villain League, perform her capers against corrupt millionaires, billionaires, and other rich people; sometimes, Shion would be in tow.
  • Applies to only Shion:
    • Her bad luck is probably among the worst in the Pantheon, rivaled by only people such as the aforementioned Den-O. And despite the fact that said bad luck can also prevent people from falling too far into debt, many really dislike her just because she can affect just about anyone near her, as well as herself. And because of that, she barely has any friends to be with, despite her wanting more...that is, she does have a friend: Tenshi Hinanawi, the celestial with inexhaustible good luck, countering hers. Their bond, especially after they've met since the Perfect Possession incident, has grown so considerably that some say that it's a foregone conclusion.
      • When not with her younger sister or Tenshi, Shion would actually be found in the Hall of Misfortune, and in fact considers it to be her second home. Her already bad luck goes pretty well with the preexisting misfortune given in that hall, so its residents weren't too perturbed with her presence. In fact, as of this writing, they've all voiced that if the Yorigami Sisters ascended separately, Shion would ascend as the Goddess of Millstones, signifying that they're all in general friendship with her, or at least amicable with her.
      • While in the Hall of Misfortune, she just so happened to run into Milo Murphy...which resulted in a meteor crashing down near them, the dust causing a group of birds to fly away past them only for a stray Sword Beam to kill a few and cover the duo with feathers, before a band of hunters came in and tried to hunt them in the belief they were a dangerous species, and uh, other things, too. While Shion seemed to be usually not so happy with her bad luck, Milo has a positive attitude with his own misfortune, something that does make the goddess rather happy. She aspires that, through her own bad luck, she would smile through it all, just like Milo.
      • Visiting the Hakurei Shrine with Tenshi one day, Shion noticed someone unfamiliar to them there- a guy in a tracksuit jacket, jeans, and some sort of scarf. That was Yato, Loser of the Gods, and he’s taken up one of his usual Pantheonic odd jobs- sponsoring the Hakurei Shrine in hopes of it reciving more donations. When Reimu also noticed the celestial and pestilence goddess around, she took time to introduce them to him, and Shion resonated with Yato relatively quickly, as they're both down-on-their-luck divinity doing whatever they can to stay afloat; as for Reimu, the shrine maiden still is a but salty about her being near her shrine previously, but is seen as amicable towards her now.
    • Normally in Gensokyo, the younger sister is stronger; just ask Flandre Scarlet & Koishi Komeiji in regards to that. However, the Yorigami Sisters are an inversion of this case; while Jo'on is the face & fighter of the two, when The Gloves Come Off, Shion can unleash enough power to drown the world in misfortune and match many of Gensokyo's strongest with ease. However, under normal circumstances, she wouldn't do such a thing, given that would make everyone unhappy and depressed.
      • Shion was actually a former High Priest of Kamen Rider Killbus, likely as a result of two things: Being just the stronger one between herself and Jo'on, and Killbus himself manipulating Shion in secret to be his just a pair of his eyes and ears in Gensokyo. However, she didn't know of the evil Kamen Rider's true intentions right up until Keiki exposed him for all of Gensokyo to know, after letting her and the Getsu sisters know of his machinations. Realizing her error, she now is hateful of him, and is more than ready to put him under six feet of bad luck if she needs to.

Tenshi Hinanawi, Goddess of Abandoning Heaven (Chiko Hinanai, Tenko, Girl of the Sphere of Neither Perception nor Non-Perception, Young Mistress of Bhavaagra, Superficially Scarlet and Otherworldly Celestial, The Well-Fed and Well-Dressed Celestial)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/423px_tenshi_whos_who.png
  • Greater Goddess
  • Symbol: A Keystone with the Sword of Hisou stabbed into it from the top center
  • Theme Song: "Catastrophe in Bhava-agra ~ Wonderful Heaven" and "Bhava-agra as Seen Through a Child's Eyes"
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, with shades of Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: A Celestial (not really an angel) who finds Heaven boring, doesn't like anyone to belittle her abilities, almost destroying Gensokyo because she was bored, a childish person who doesn't know her limits, Designated Villain, Earth-based attacks, Enemies with Shinigami, Jerkass (but actually nice, according to ZUN), Meaningful Name, Pint-Sized Powerhouse, knowledgable of Kasen's secret, wielder of the Sword of Hisou
  • Domains: Earth, Weather, Deliquency
  • Herald: Iku Nagae
  • Allies: Shion Yorigami, Kasen Ibaraki, Nami, The EBF Team (especially Matt), Donquixote Rocinante, Trafalgar Law, The Doctor
  • Neutrals: Reimu Hakurei
  • Enemies: Yukari Yakumo, Donquixote Doflamingo
  • Opposed by/Opposes: Eliphas, Any and all grim reapers and shinigami (especially those in the Hall of Death and Postmortem),
  • Odd Friendship with: Lucifer
  • Bored out of her skull one day, she heard stories from some of Gensokyo's residents about the Trope Pantheon and decided to visit. After hearing about the multitudes of incidents that happened there, she decided to cause some trouble in the Pantheon with unusual weather and constant earthquakes to join in on the fun. After tiring from constant combat with those who challenged her, she apologized and helped in restoring what she destroyed. This incident, coupled with how she accomplished much the same in Gensokyo, is how she attained her title…is what would've been Tenshi's ascension story if it weren't for her eventually getting bored of the Pantheon after quite a while since then, against all odds. She would not get much traction at all, as so much was going around back then that nobody seemed to want to waste time with her. So, well, she just packed up and left for Gensokyo again, and would remain until, you guessed it, Chimata Tenkyuu's rebellion against Brand X. She would quickly sign up to join the frontlines, and seeing that the Pantheon has more than changed since she left, she found it a great opportunity to start fresh and return at large, much to the chagrin & excitement of many.
    • It was confirmed by ZUN that Tenshi is good at heart. Despite the damage she caused during her initial ascension, the only casualties were those that she fought in self-defense against. She thought it was tradition to cause an incident in the Pantheon in order to ascend, which, while has been a common occurrence, is not as required. However, it was later discovered that if Tenshi did not have her morality (er, actually an wacked-out version of it), she would be much more dangerous and very likely attempt to completely devastate the Pantheon- but given that was a very exaggerated version (known as a "Dream Self", as mentioned by Doremy Sweet, Sumireko's Herald) of her self, who knows how much of it is true.
    • Storm, the at-the-time Goddess of Weather, was one of those who fought Tenshi during the above event. Faced with Tenshi's abilities, though, there wasn't much that she could do. Though she doesn't hold a grudge against the Celestial, she underwent training to keep her defeat from happening again, something that sounds like music to Tenshi's ears- as it reminds her of her own herald, Iku Nagae, and her own powers over thunder and lightning. And through Storm, Straw Hat member Nami also took interest in Tenshi's abilities to control weather and has asked to shared her knowledge about meteorology. Through a tea party at Tenshi's temple (which of the two old ones she had, this was in her temple at the Hall of Afterlife Entities and constant flattery, Tenshi promised to share her that in exchange for Nami's adventures and experiences with the strange weather and occurance on her world, and the two became friends. Nami would also analyze Tenshi's powers and the Sword of Hisou in order to help her friend Storm, under Tenshi's acceptance, with the celestial saying that it would make her future fight against Storm a bit more exciting. It's been a few years since, and with Storm having left during Tenshi's own time departure, the celestial now is eager to find a new rival with Nami's help.
  • Her sword, Hisou no Tsurugi (aptly translated to "Sword of Hisou" in English), has the abilities to exploit the weakness of her opponent by "channeling the most effective attributes to counter the nature of that opponent". It can also shape-shift, control the weather, turn spirits into energy stored in the sword and release it all at once in form of giant beam, making it a versatile and dangerous weapon. For this reason, many have come to claim the sword with no success, with one exception being Matt of the Epic Battle Fantasy team; as the group are already in good spirits with Gensokyo, it wasn't long before he heard about such a strong weapon. While he wasn't really a celestial, given that the Pantheon just makes everyone a deity (and therefore, a celestial of sorts), he was able to wield it, but he did need to learn by Tenshi how to effectively use the sword first.
  • Being a chaotic person yet still a human that attained divine status, she earn great ire from Eliphas without knowing why, because, well, she didn't care. Eliphas himself wanted to personally humble Tenshi and her thrill-seeking attitude, but he was quelled quite quickly by Eiki Shiki, his fellow GUAL member, for it. He's still opposed to the celestial as of now, but isn't all that immediate to strike her down, unless she gets something spiraled out of control.
  • Opposes the various reapers that exist in the Pantheon, as she has to fight them often to extend her natural life. While most of them doesn't really care about her, Dhumm however fought her constantly, even during her hiatus from the Pantheon, while kept shouting how he gonna bring the end to her, much to her annoyance. Remember when I mentioned Eiki earlier? Her assistant, Komachi, is a shinigami- therefore there's some distaste between them (Tenshi & Komachi) as well, something that can only make the yama sigh.
  • Her relationship with Gensokyo's guardians is…to day the least, a bit strange. She's neutral towards Reimu, as while Tenshi did cause an incident, she would later try to make up for it by rebuilding the Hakurei Shrine with a keystone built into its infrastructure. She also happens to be one of the few people from Gensokyo to learn of Kasen Ibaraki's true status as an oni, and has kept that secret to this day, something that pleases the hermit sage. Speaking of sages, though…earlier, you read that the Hakurei Shrine was built with a keystone, right? Turns out, this made Yukari Yakumo beyond pissed, an emotion that no other member of Gensokyo has ever drawn out of her, and she even threatened Tenshi with death as a result. Reason being is that the keystone being part of the building means it could be much more susceptible to earthquakes, and since the Hakurei Shrine acts as part of the barrier between Gensokyo and the Outside World...
  • Has constantly visited the House Of Food, as she's a bit sickened from eating peaches every single day and wants to eat food with actual flavor from time to time. Incidentally, having taken some peaches from her previous parties at her old shrines and successfully growing them in there, the House of Food has, after some deliberation, decided to put Bhava-Agra's peaches on their menu as part of their "healthy lifestyle" options, much to Tenshi's annoyance. Though, they aren't too far off, as they're a superfood in more than one way.
  • The Doflamingo Brothers happen to be the White Sheep of the World Government, so unlike the rest of the hardy, cruel, affluent fools of the ocean's “police force”, they were a bit more (or less, in Doflamingo’s case) kind and preferred to be away from that madness. Tenshi commended the duo, and especially Rocinante, for straying away from their original path, but would later have her opinion of Doflamingo shattered when she learned of his true machinations. That being said, though, Rocinante would also bring in old pal Trafalgar Law to meet the celestial as well, and both of them would become particularly interested regarding the capabilites of the Op-Op Fruit and Bhava-Agra's peaches, and have agreed, in secret, to undersrand their respective foods' qualities.
  • Gallifrey isn't that much of a utopic paradise, but The Doctor, who has hailed from it, still left regardless as he, much like Tenshi with Heaven, found it to be ridiculously boring and preferred travelling the universe instead. Tenshi was excited to learn about their wanderlust, and has boldly claimed that she has gone on similar journeys herself. While it is unconfirmed whether these stories of Tenshi's were genuine, what is genuine is her friendship with most of the Doctor’s incarnations, generally their good-aligned ones.
  • Tenshi has...a surprisingly amicable and non-malicious friendship with Lucifer of all deities, a fact which shocked many. Turns out, they both have relatively similar interests and actions- they both relish in the idea of thrill & chaos, and both left their respective heavens as they feel like they weren't up to their standards (as they're just...too peaceful), and both are of the mindset that you're free to basically do whatever you want, whether it'd be to cook garbage food or cause a cataclysmic earthquake. In fact, Lucifer did offer a deal for Tenshi to join the GUAC as one of their Token Good Teammates, but she has mulled over the idea so long that she might've forgotten it.

The Unterzee, Celestial Seat of Strange Bodies of Water (The Neath)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sunless_sea.jpg
  • Potential Category:
  • [tup]s:
  • Symbol:
  • Alignment: All across the spectrum, with a strong leaning towards Chaos
  • Portfolio: Alien Sea, Alien Geometries, Undergoing Alterations, Nightmare Fuel, Ocean Madness, Ocean of Adventure, Beneath the Earth, Crapsack World, Denizens Are Weakened by the Light, World of Chaos 10 to 15 only
  • Domain(s): Zees (Seas), Zailing (Sailing), Eldritch
  • Similar Places: Sand Era world, The Amoebic Sea, Marinus, the Jade Sea, Mer
  • Sacred To:
  • Unholy To:
  • Banned From Entry: All deities with The Power of the Sun
  • When it comes to the sea, we're familiar with its blue hue as a result of reflecting the sky, its equal parts beauty and danger underwater and over it, as well as the unknown depths. When the sea you find is different from that, starting with the color or (non-water) composition, you get an Alien Sea. Enter the Unterzee, where it is colored a sinister dark green, with the main exception being the far south (where it mingles with the blood of an Eldritch Abomination and dissolves the hulls of ships). All the islands are strange in their own ways, and the laws of reality don't always apply. And under it is far stranger.
  • Access to the Unterzee was made available when a canal inexplicably appeared somewhere in a lake in the Dominions, which incidentally was close enough to Rapture. Being seafarers on the side and explorers to boot, the Armoroad Guild (with a few Court emissaries on board) was tasked with investigating it, and Edward Kenway was assigned as an escort, given his ship is more naval combat-capable while the Guild is more suited to on-foot engagements, even with Zodiacs and Arbalists able to fire from range.
    • On their side, the residents of the Neath underwent another Alteration. However, this would be markedly different, for the Cumaean Canal (which was the only way to reach the Surface and the rest of the world) and its Staging Area was inexplicably replaced by a strange location that would eventually be renamed to Janus Checkpoint (though much of the Staging Area population was still present), and the way through it was a much simpler gateway big enough for an Eschatologue-class dreadnought to pass through with ease, and its waterway deep enough for a zubmarine to zail beneath said dreadnought even if it was a dreadnought itself. It would reveal a straight tunnel, but would turn and leave what lies beyond a mystery to those not sailing down it. This was a serious concern given that some people in Fallen London have now lost contacts to the Surface.
    • That's when the "Trope Pantheons Emissaries" (TPEs) passed through the gateway and established contact. Word soon spread of these newcomers as an embassy was established. It's also discovered that there is no wind in the Neath, so the visitors were unable to go far. They would have to bring their own aerokinetics or vessels that don't rely on the wind to proceed further. But in the meantime, representatives from the "local" ruling territories reached out to them on separate occasions. A few days later, more visitors would arrive, including the Tharsis guild (their airship towed in through the entrance tunnel), Aquaman (who noted to his concern that his command over sea life is greatly contested by the native denizens), and a few modern naval deities like Green Earth CO Drake have set up a standing base.
    • These expedition parties would spread out to Fallen London and the Khanate, the main political parties in the Neath. More would reach out to Dahut, the Grand Geode, the Empire of Hands, the Fathomking's Hold, The Iron Republic, Irem, Saviour's Rocks, the Presbyterate, Varchas, and Wrack.
  • With so much territories of note, they are as follows.
    • First off is Fallen London, a place that (Insert Name Here) is familiar with, for some reason. However, Her Enduring Majesty was wary of these TPEs, and has banned them from entering London itself, restricting them to Wolfstack Docks for trading. But whenever INH happens to have a Zeeside Mansion, TPEs are able to dock near there too, so long as they stay in the mansion grounds.
      • Hunter's Keep is an island east of London. On that island is a mansion in smouldering ruins after a disaster of madness burned the place down. Since London wouldn't reclaim it, the Court of the Gods was able to negotiate a claim for it instead, turning it into another TPE embassy. Though the mansion ruins itself has been mostly cordoned off, native zailors are still allowed to explore it for artifacts.
      • Venderbight is a Tomb Colony, where Fallen London residents are shipped off to (TPEs can partake in this trade too) if they become too ill or too disfigured to be in a polite company, for death isn't permanent in the Neath, but that doesn't mean they're immune to illness or injury. The Tomb Colonists are an odd sort, who enjoy both extraordinarily quiet parties and vicious bloody duels.
    • Second is the Khanate, which is even more distrusting of TPEs, and have banned them from even entering the Copper Quarter in Khan's Heart (which even London zailors can access, albeit under heavy scrutiny), let alone Khan's Glory. This leaves Khan's Shadow as the only Khanate territory TPEs are allowed to visit.
    • Adam's Way in the South is a large inland waterway leading from the southern Unterzee into the Elder Continent, governed by the Presbyterate, one of the other large political parties in the Neath. All ships that approach are intercepted by the Gracious - the Presbyterate's splendidly head-dressed coastguards. Passage is granted by handing over one of three stories; A report on Mt. Palmerston, news from Fallen London, or an unread captain's log. A mandate by the Court of the Gods prohibits TPEs from talking about the Pantheon.
      • Once through, a seed will be planted in the town square, which will quickly grow into a sapling called a Tree of a Single Day, which will grow and eventually die over the course of two-thirds of a single day. Until that happens, visitors can explore the port town, but once time is up, The Gracious will usher them all back to their ships lest they suffer hysteria, rapture, and/or animescence (an endemic disease that sets souls on fire, culminating in spontaneous metaphysical combustion).
    • The Fathomking's Hold is the home and court of His Complexity the Fathomking, ruler of all the drowned. To gain passage to his Court, provide a "zee-ztory", of which there is no short supply to those proficient in zailing the Unterzee. A deal was made between the Fathomking and the Court of the Gods in regards to any TPEs who drown in the Unterzee so that they don't become Drownies under his domain. The details of this deal are unknown, but the Fathomking was accepting of the conditions.
    • The Iron Republic is a Hell-sponsored colony where there is freedom. Freedom from laws and tyrants. All laws and tyrants, no exception. TPEs heavily inclined to order will find themselves driven mad faster than those attuned to chaos. Only the really chaotic TPEs like Discord can make full sense of it all, but conveying it to less chaotic minds is another matter. There are four markets in the Republic, but they cycle and are as unpredictable as the Republic itself.
    • Irem is a land of mysteries and contradictions, right near Parabola. Technically it does not exist yet, but it will. As such, all actions here are in the future tense. Things can get kind of confusing, to say the least. Any who rest in the the House of the Amber Sky will be taken to a strange dream-esque world called the Mirror-Marches.
    • Visage is an island of masks, where the town seems permanently stuck in some sort of performance, and all visitors are expected to join in if they want passage to the island. One has to put on one of the many masks provided, and act the role expected of them, such as the ignorant, oafish frog, the greedy and selfish locust; or the universally disliked bat. Not acting your chosen role is punishable. Thankfully for all TPEs who wish to visit, (Insert Name Here) has compiled a comprehensive guide for each mask in Visage and their expected roles. These masks also seem to alter those who wear them to better match these roles, so shapeshifters like the Spy should exercise extreme caution.
    • Abbey Rock is an island that holds the fortress-convent (officially a military installation) of an order called the Sisterhood, which is an entire company of elite combat nuns, just about the most well-trained and well-disciplined fighting force in the Neath. There's also a winged beast known as the Sisters' Adversary that can be called over for very specific occasions.
    • Aestival is a Deserted Island rich in nature's bounty and the only place in the Unterzee where sunlight shines. Zailors who pass by or stop by for supplies find it baffling that TPEs visiting can gallivant around or even bask under the sun without dying (except when they aren't). Occasionally however, in place of a deserted island, Aestival might instead be a kingdom of its own under INH (named either Aestival, New London, Lastport, Freedom. Utopia Beneath, Sophia, Fiddler's Gold, Peachtree Isle, Bugger Off, Head Office, Sanctuary, or the Empire of Trees), allied either to the Presbyterate, the Khanate, London, or no one. Also, the sunlight is somehow rendered safe for Neath residents during this period.
    • The Avid Horizon is where one always ends up when trying to go North. It consists of a massive gate, guarded by two massive statues known as the Watchers, winged sculptures that represent something not totally known. Fallen London's Admiralty has sent criminals too vile even for the darkest reaches of New Newgate Prison to exile, and to beg for forgiveness, they have to go here. Given the (insert beast here) that patrols it, not to mention how awful it is here, that's a nigh insurmountable task for most zailors. There's also the fact that a zailor also has to come here to collect their names.
    • Port Carnelian, or the Carnelian Coast as some call it, is a colony on the shores of the Elder Continent, famed for its rich sapphire mines. Currently under the control of Fallen London, but bitterly contested by both the New Khanate and the local tigers (the Neath is a strange place, after all) and has all sorts of spies within. The Mountain Of Light has, as in all areas on the Elder Continent, bathed this port in its glow, and things have... changed... under its warm light.
    • The Chapel of Lights is an incongruously bright and welcoming church amid the darkness of Void's Approach. The priest there even offers free food to ship captains, but the Pantheon has been warned that human flesh is (sometimes) served during dinners there. Also, the church there worship the Drowned Man... better known to those in Fallen London as a certain Mr. Eaten.
    • The Chelonate is a city of hunters and cultists, built on the remains of a great turtle the size of a large island, slain ages ago. Actually, said turtle was long dead by the time the Chelonate's founders got there. Said to reek beyond belief, and that once you smell its stench some part of it will stick with you, burned into your nostrils. Refuse and carrion choke the waters. For all its dangers though, it's very profitable to do business there, both importing and exporting. The Eater of Names, an enormous battleship built from the bones of dead sailors and monsters and decked with one of the most powerful guns in the Neath, patrols its waters, and is hostile to all zailors.
    • Gant Pole is the heart of a colossal sea creature taken over by Chelonites. Like their fellows on the nearby turtle, their primary concerns are ritual, hunting and rancid meat. It also serves as an "Elephant Graveyard" equivalent for zee-monsters. Barrels of rotten Mystery Meat that's bought here can be turned over at the Chelonate for a profit. For some reason, Fallen London doesn't believe this place is real. The Irrepressible, a large, strange-looking submarine that packs a hell of a punch, patrols the waters here and is just as hostile as the Eater of Names.
    • Whither is a small fishing town on the northwest coast, notable for two things: a prominent temple to the Gods of the Zee (Stone, Salt, and Storm), and the locals' habit of answering every question with a question, no exceptions. This behaviour is considered extremely tiresome by visitors. Codex is an icy mountain off the coast of Whither, inhabited by that town's exiles (and an inexplicable colony of shivering, bad-tempered monkeys). No one speaks, because they dared to answer questions instead of answer them with questions back when they lived at Whither.
    • The Janus Checkpoint, which has replaced the Cumaean Canal, is the only entryway between the Unterzee and the rest of the Dominions in the Pantheon. Thanks to new treaties arranged between the Bazaar and the Great Game in Fallen London and the Pantheon's Court of the Gods, there's a surprising lack of political shenanigans, corruption, or red tape, aside from the occasional arrest for smuggling certain goods outside the Neath.
    • The Salt Lions are a pair of colossal sphinx statues lying in the middle of the Unterzee. A company of London stonecutters known as the Unmakers have set a camp on the top of the northern Lion to quarry precious Sphinxstone and send it back to London. Zailors can pick up shipments of these as long as their hold has room for them. Exporting Sphinxstone outside the Unterzee is banned, though naturally that means there are smugglers of it.
    • The Grand Geode is at the southwest edge of the Unterzee, therefore always directly south of London and the Janus Checkpoint. It is a naval base with the Royal Navy's emblems, and its inhabitants are happy, fulfilled, and with purpose. Because of the Dawn Machine's subtle brainwashing effects, TPEs are forbidden from going there unless they're selling Sphinxstone, which isn't as profitable. Somewhat adjacent to the Grand Geode is the Dawn Machine, an artificial sunrise built by a breakaway faction of the London Admiralty. It's extremely inadvisable for anyone to zail too close to it, let alone beneath it, since it can drive zailors mad and Terror can skyrocket.
    • Demeaux Island is rich in fungus, which is harvested and shipped to London by the Iron & Misery Company. Conditions are miserable here, with many workers being broken by the banality and isolation, and some others being reduced to little more than walking fungus from spore exposure. Harvesting some is possible, but not recommended.
    • The Empire of Hands is a handful of lush islands ruled by soul-stealing monkeys (though they prefer to be called apes). They build towns, give each other titles and ranks, and wear clothing, in some kind of perverted imitation of human society. A large zeppelin is chained on an island, though sometimes it's missing after its Emperor departed in it. Officially, there's a trade embargo on it for Londoners ("They know what they did."), though zailors rarely heed it. TPEs have no such restrictions, though the apes and their soul stealing are enough of a deterrent for some.
    • A colossal Eye on the zee floor that is usually in the southern part of the zee. It is a terror to behold, so keep your distance.
    • Frostfound is twin castles of ice rising from the northern zee, in the shadow of which Witherns and Iremis meet to play their riddling-games. Their spires are pristine, never scarred by human habitation. But it stands alone in the Boreal Reach for a reason, and one should never enter Frostfound without a reason... and so TPEs are officially banned from entering, for there is nothing substantial to gain. Also, anyone who zails too far North end up here.
    • Gaider's Mourn is a town built on a series of rickety platforms, halfway up the stalagmites of Corsair's Forest. One has to be winched up from zee-level (or have an airship) to reach it. Piracy runs rampant here, and it is very much an unsafe place. Caution is greatly exercised for this reason, though the more nefarious pirate TPEs have managed to make themselves welcome.
    • Godfall is a monastery built on the side of an enormous stalactite that fell from the cavern roof. Its "monks" (who are more like pirates) are rabble-rousers who seem to spend most of their days drinking, fighting, and boasting plus great measures about evolving not just spiritually but physically, by using the Shapeling Arts the Rubbery Men are deft with, and very little time praying. While TPEs can choose to get into fights with them, the monks refuse to fight females, recommending Abbey's Rock for that.
      • Below is a system of tunnels leading to the Shattered Citadel where the Starved Men reside. It's mostly sealed off by the monks of Godfall, but it can be explored at great risk (and bets are made between the monks), and require plenty of foxfire candles or other sources of light, as well as plenty of fighters due to the dangerous monsters and cultists within. Close to the bottom is a way back down to the Unterzee, where one's ship can stop by to fetch their crew.
    • The Isle of Cats is an island of pirates and smugglers, where the single most highly controlled substance (red honey, a.k.a. Gaoler's honey) in the Neath is produced. Don't let the vast flower gardens confuse you, this is not a pleasant place... for red honey is harvested from the memories of prisoners, and ingesting it is excruciating for the victims while the consumer experiences the (pleasant) memories. As such, Red Honey is illegal in Fallen London (though native zailors can smuggle it anyway), and is another product banned from exporting outside the Unterzee. Naturally, this also means there are smugglers of it too.
    • Kingeater's Castle is a half-ruined stone citadel surrounded by vast, mostly-sunken statues. It's an extremely dangerous place and should not be interacted with without a very good reason. One can sacrifice three zailors to heal Wounds, and "sacrificing all of one's zee-stories" can take one either to Irem or Fallen London (at the cost of 1 to 3 crew and minor damage to their ship), but there are less damaging ways to do this.
    • Mangrove College is a centre of philosophical and scientific thought, inexplicably located amid the unnaturally lush jungles of the Autumn Isles. That said, all intellectuals are too absentminded to build more than a barely rudimentary village. A TPE project to do so in their stead is underway. The Wisp-Way swamps outside the village boundaries can be explored. It's teeming with manner of beasts, but persevere and one can find treasure, or even some Solacefruit, which is delightful and refreshing in small quantities, but too much will lead to peaceful death.
    • Mount Palmerston is a volcano-island where devils exiled from Hell plot their return to it. The volcano itself serves as home to the Brimstone Convention, which acts as a Government in Exile for the devils, and they mostly keep to themselves. The human dwellers at the volcano's base actually don't mind the devils for this reason.
    • Mutton Island is a fishing island that's known for its Rubbery Lumps (Lorn-Fluke meat). Seemingly a quiet, peaceful little hamlet known for its seafood, its apple orchards, and its country festivals, it's a popular resting spot for Zailors on their way back to London. It's also secretly in worship of the Drowned Man, it involved with the wrecking of ships, and its ritual human sacrifices. Depending on the Alteration, it has since either become forcibly annexed by London or the Dawn Machine, conquered by the Khanate, abandoned after a Fruits of the Zee Festival, or under permanent quarantine by London's Admiralty.
    • Nuncio is a postal office run by the Postal Rat that regularly receives undelivered mail washed up on its shores. It accepts zailors who take up temporary shifts to help with deliveries. TPEs have a maximum number of hours to do work here before they're required to leave and not return between a few days or forever in order to keep workaholics from obsessing over clearing out the queue. Depsite his experience with managing a post office, Moist von Lipwig is forbidden by Lord Vetinari from visiting Nuncio in fear of losing such a valuable asset. Visiting the back room is restricted to those in good favor with the Postal Rat, but what lays behind is maddening due to a Judgment's law regarding "messages".
    • Pigmote Isle is an island governed by, depending on the Alteration, the House of Cavy (talking guinea pigs, escaped from a wealthy eccentric's collection, seeking to establish a glorious kingdom of their own) or the Republic of Murinia (comprised of common Rattus Faber, often seen in London, looking for a land to practice their engineering arts in peace), after INH helped oust one of the other out (they can't remember which). Or maybe both territories are at peace after being in a feud for so long before INH's arrival (but with one being somewhat superior over the other, or as equals after fighting for independence against Visage and/or the Fathomking). Or it's closed off to INH. Or it's in complete ruins and ruled by neither. For some reason, Fallen London is skeptical of its existence despite how mundane it is compared to the rest of the Neath.
      • In terms of services and supplies, depending on who is/are in charge, the Republic is willing to fix one's ship, or/and the House is willing to trade Scintillack. Regardless of who's in charge, there may be a Fathomking's Ambassador who trades Drowning Pearls, or a Visage Ambassador who trades Secrets, or neither if independence was chosen. Due to the tumultuous state of affairs depending on the Alteration, TPEs are not recommended to visit.
    • Polythreme is the place where everything is alive, from the clothes you wear to the waters you drink, courtesy of the King with a Hundred Hearts, whose very dreams render them all animate. It's also home of the Clay Men, who either voluntarily get shipped to London (payment upon delivery) or can be hired as crew that require no sustenance. These Clay Men are content to serve, and are treated as second-class citizens in London. Some even get exported out of the Unterzee altogether either for similar purposes or to be "liberated". However, a word of warning: there are also variants of Clay Men called the Unfinished Men, who are more inclined to crime and are more free-willed. That said, not all of them are bad, and a few are even helpful. As for how they come to be, here's how.
    • Port Cecil/The Principles of Coral is a London colony built on an eerie blue coral reef, and home to the most fanatical chess tournaments in the Neath. Be careful not to play too much, as the games of chess played here are... quite different than what the average Londoner is used to, and far more damaging to sanity.
    • Saviour's Rocks is a charming series of islands, whose inhabitants are most certainly not held hostage by thousands upon thousands of enormous, intelligent spiders. TPEs are advised to stay away, unless they can tolerate the non-spiders' oppression and are willing to trade for their silk. Muffet has taken interest to the place and hopes to take a trip there one day.
    • Shepherds Isle is a place with no sheep (they're illegal here, in fact), and a lot of Tall Tales.
    • Station III is a land of machinery, warehouses and industry. The truth is The place's main operation is heartmetal production, for use in naval weapons. The metals can only be obtained in useful quantity from letting them grow in human hearts. This result in the Soothe & Cooper Tonics, which are pain tonics that have minute quantities of heartmetal in them. When people consume the Tonics, the heartmetal will start to grow and build up in their hearts. This will eventually kill the user, permanently. After that, their corpse will be locked into a longbox, then shipped to the Station for extraction. For that reason, TPEs are prohibited from prying into Soothe and Cooper Long-Boxes.
    • The Uttershroom is a giant mushroom, located in the Myceligaea sea, home of the blemmigans, and even gianter than the Neath's usual giant mushrooms. There's a tiny, isolated village square on the top of it, and the mushroom itself seems to possess both intelligence and a drive to nurture those living on it. Nothing exciting of note ever occurs there.
    • Varchas is a city that still considers itself part of the kingdom of the sun, separate from the rest of the Neath. No shadows are permitted anywhere in the city — lamps and mirrors illuminate every single corner. However, because of INH's actions, it is in two separate states depending on the Alteration. In some Alterations, the city is barred to all visitors, though after one TPE demonstrated powers over light, they have permitted only those TPEs to visit.
      • According to those TPEs, its citizens are contemptuous of everyone else in the Unterzee for being tainted by shadows, and call them all Taamas. There were also three very important things they had to heed while in Varchas: 1) Don't touch the mirrors. 2) Don't even look into the mirrors. 3) Try very hard not to dream. In other Alterations, the city is in ruins, in darkness, full of broken mirrors, and haunted by certain malicious spirits that reside in mirrors and can prey on dreams.
    • Wisdom is a floating prison built by the Khanate on top of giant incongruous lilypads, but now it answers to a person called the Governor, and he answers to no one. Any TPE who somehow ends up locked here (with the sole exception of INH) will remain there until they die and get revived in the Pantheon, after which they're banned from entering the Unterzee ever again. However, should someone (another TPE, preferably) manage to free them either by breakout, ransom payment, or exchanging a Searing Enigma to the Governor, this ban won't take effect. If the imprisoned TPE is important enough to not be banned, the Court of the Gods will make sure there's enough Echoes to pay.
  • And those are the ones accessible by boat. There are far more locales (and dangers) under the Unterzee, but a zubmarine is required to get there, and they're more prone to Alterations than the Neath already is, not to mention the more threatening monsters there.
    • Aigul is a huge, stationary Lorn-Fluke upon which the vessel Fortas Kettle ran aground. Rather than attempt to extricate it, London turned the sunken vessel into an observation station also called Station VI. The crew have become... attached, addicted to getting prodded by Aigul's needles, which works like red honey in that it allows them to experience memories of others. Depending on what INH has done, either the entire crew is morose and really addicted to the spines and their Captain is dead, or the crew is cheerful, their Captain is alive, and they plan to leave Aigul one day.
    • Anthe is an austere, underwater city of crystal. It's beautiful, but also very sharp. Its inhabitants call it the city of flowers, but the flowers are crystals, spiral matrices grown on the walls of Anthean caves. The inhabitants of Anthe are at least partly crystal too: they call it "going sharp." Becoming more perfect, and clearer, and colder. Zailors can develop this condition called Sharpness as well, granting them deftness bordering on perfection, at the expense of their natural flaws and emotions pertaining to it. TPEs are not recommended to develop Sharpness for too long, since it requires a trip to Polythreme to lose that Sharpness.
    • Dahut is a ghostly, submerged mirror of London, populated by drownies. An air bubble surrounds it to enable air respiration, though some zailors have foolishly wandered away from the livable zone and drowned. There is a glamour in effect that makes the drownies appear beautiful and idyllic. Their "Bonfire" is warm, but doesn't burn or scald, because it isn't fire at all. Time may also feel wonky while inside the settlement. They've also got human prisoners in the cathedral, holding them there until they agree to go drownie as well. As a result, there have been occasional attempts by some TPEs to try and acquire these people, either for liberation or for themselves.
    • On the back of a gigantic beast named Temtum by Arik live exiles from every corner of the Neath. In Hideaway gather the traitors, heretics, artists, fools, and the too-honest. Despite possessing a range of radically different ideologies, these outcasts live together peacefully, mainly because the work required to keep everyone from drowning ensures there's never enough time to spare for old rivalries. When they aren't working maintenance, odds are they're participating in the nightly completely and utterly bizarre festivals. Temtum itself is content with carrying a city on its back, loves its trainer dearly, and has actually been fighting back against the urge to shed its shell to avoid destroying the city, though the call of biology means it's only a matter of time before Hideaway is destroyed anyway. Depending on the Alteration, it's either mostly abandoned after the truth of impending doom was revealed, or people decide to stay despite the truth.
    • Low Barnet is a stone's throw from London, and is the most well known underwater township, a sunken church where congregations gather to regale each other with tall stories. Not much is there in terms of trading, but the church bell has some manner of intelligence, and anyone who rings it loses their soul with no chance of getting it back unlike at the Empire of Hands or Mt. Palmerston. And that's if they're lucky; it could otherwise choose to eat them alive.
    • Nook is an anarchic semblance of civilisation, nestled within the throat of some unknown leviathan of the same as the Masters of the Bazaar. Most visitors need to have diving gear to visit, and it's not certain what effects there would be for those who can beathe underwater. While Nookwater does become breathable for air-breathers after an adjustment period (made easier when wine is imbibed, at least for residents of the Neath), breathing it for too long risks one forgetting air to the point of choosing to never leave. The residents speak in some form of sign language, and just seem to do whatever the hell they want to as long as they enjoy it, be it rob each other, sleep with each other, drug themselves into stupors, or all of the above. The teeth of the leviathan sometimes bear treasure, though of course competition from Nookfolk tooth miners may occur unless they're jewelry, pottery, or Echoes. Phosphorescent Nodules can be found there too and all over Nook, though this is coveted by Nookfolk. Down the Seerated Abyss are giant teeth, some of them even the size of manors in Fallen London, and TPEs are strongly advised not to imbibe on the Nookweed growing there. Deeper down the Bilious Cleft is more blurry and more dangerous to be in, though Phosphorous Nodules and Blemmigans that propagated after a previous zubmariner released one to the place can be found.
    • Rosegate is a cigar shop underneath the Reef of Roses, which should not be strange by now. The more vile TPEs find they get better cigars by doing vile acts there, and so the zumariners among them find it a wonderful place to trade.
    • Scrimshander is a citadel carved out of bone, dedicated to the keeping of history. Do not overstay your welcome, or the scribes will come down on you like a ton of bricks if you do, and you will not be the same afterwards. Be prepared to hand over significantly valuable information (and sackfuls of coffee) in exchange for knowledge you acquire from Scrimshander. As such, any TPEs who aren't highly intellectual or academical are advised to not visit. The "price" for leaving can vary between admitting A Lost Pilgrim to take to Gant Pole (in exchange for Echoes and an Outlandish Artefact), admitting A Scholar of Lost Causes to area of academic interest (preferably to Hideaway in exchange for a number of Echoes), a number of Zee-ztories, a trophy of a past triumph (preferably from the Unterzee), Iron (skill in dealing damage), Hearts (skill of healing and morale), or even a number of fingers.
    • The Undercrow is a small underwater port where the keeper for the Ragged Crow lighthouse (which is visible from above, but is otherwise unnotable) resides. It, the overside, and the keeper himself are infested with various different types of moths, given they're a giant light in the dark. Depending on the Alteration, it may be abandoned completely and left darkened, and where supplies and fuel can be gathered if you're lucky (otherwise you'll be beset by the clouds of moths that threaten to extinguish yor light by their mass alone)]]. Otherwise, the Incomparable Aurelian will need to be found at Venderbright if some other zailor hasn't already escorted him here (in which case he won't be quite as accommodating).
    • Wrack is an arbour of shipwrecks, where the flesh of kelp brings intoxication. However, the local wreckers won't let any "Trespassers" in unless regaled with a Tale of Terror!! (which can be bought in Irem, acquired by observing autopsies in Station III, visiting the Iron Republic, etc.) or if the "Trespasser" successfully wrestles the entire welcoming committee. That said, only the most malicious of TPEs would have a fun time, leading more ships to crash there to further expand itspreimeter. At least there's the store Hull-harvest for everybody, though its wares depend on its prosperity, which varies depending on the Alteration.
  • As for the Dominions Neath zailors visit (which tend to be few in number), they tend to check out only a few places, preferably those that don't have the sun shining on them (which means only indoor places or nighttime places). Trade routes have been established between Andrew Ryan's Rapture, Los Angeles, the (Upper) Londons (but not UnLondon/SCP-1678 after an incident with the Bobbies), Eylstadt, Mashaar, and even Nuka-World, with Darkdrop Coffee trade being the most lucrative one just like before beyond the Cumaean Canal. Other locales they visit include the Yggdrasil Labyrinths (preferably Armoroad's), The Library of Babel, the Far, Far Range, the Succubus Instrict, the Supermarket, The Abyss (though they never go far since they always have to go back lest the Sun affect them aversely), and Mount Volbono. A few zubmarines even zailed close to Atlantica, though panic and Terror ensued for both merfolk and zailors alike that King Triton wanted them out of the territory. There was also an attempt to trade with the frozen New London, but their general distrust means there's barely any progress made. Surprisingly, they have also been invited a few times to participate in Takeshi's Castle's challenges for the chance of prizes.
  • Because of the fact that the sun in their world is one of many Judgments, eldritch beings that enforce the laws of reality and prove lethal to denizens of the Neath, for everyone's safety (both natives and visitors), all deities with The Power of the Sun (e.g. Helios, Ra, Amaterasu, Princess Celestia) are prohibited from entry since they could draw too much attention with their powers or possibly even fall under the control of the Judgments, probably in the case of Helios, which would wreak more havoc in the Pantheon than there already is. Those who merely channel the Sun's power are fair game, though, but are only permitted to freely exhibit their powers in Varchas. On the other hand, catching light with Mirrorcatch Boxes is more feasible for TPEs since most of them aren't affected by sunlight (unless they are) and thus suffer no addiction like Neath-dwellers, though the fact that TPEs are closed off from the Khanate means the boxes have to be acquired at Irem. But due to not knowing what foreign sunlight might do to Neath-dwellers, there's also an embargo on Mirrorcatch Boxes being brought out to the Pantheon. Naturally, as with all forbidden things, there are always smugglers.
  • While Black Cat Mantaray 5-4 don't sail in a ship, they are Naval aviators specializing in Air-and-Sea rescue, and are sometimes stationed at the Janus Checkpoint to help shipwrecked TPEs. The KanColle Shipgirls tend to go exploring on occasion as well, courtesy of missions taking them to the Unterzee sometimes. However, they are heavily advised to go with a conventional ship to hop onto, given the local creatures could hurt them enough to risk sinking, as well as potentially inciting Terror to non-hostile zailors by their very nature (as humanoid girls cruising over water like it was nothing). Captain Nemo has also made a few visits to the Unterzee aboard his Nautilus, and Black Manta is one of the unscrupulous folks who would want to plunder the Unterzee. He just has to watch out for the wildlife there, some of which are FAR more dangerous than anything Aquaman can call upon.
  • Among other things, the Bedtime Stories Crew have covered various disappearances of ships, planes, and people in the open ocean, ranging from shipwrecks and bodies to no trace of anything whatsoever over their last known location. The Unterzee would inevitably catch their interest immediately, and they'd make a video on this place one day. And ever since the Unterzee came to be, TPEs have reported sightings of little sentient mushrooms called Blemmigans stowing away in their ships, and eventually escaping to the rest of the Pantheon. They were eventually contained as followers of the fungal Pokémon quartet.
  • Despite her affinity for sailing, even Moana knows that traversing the Unterzee is a bad idea, given there's zero wind under there. As for the Star Fleet, who are boats that don't need wind to travel, while they do stand a better chance, fighting other zailing ships and zee creatures is not in their forte, and Grampus is already well beyond his prime to deal with the tougher ones.

@ SCP 105: Some incarnations of HYDRA have been known to collect magical artifacts, and not for benevolent reasons. The MCU incarnation of the organization, for example, captured and studied the Tesseract and Obelisk, which are powerful artifacts originating from outer space, for their leaders' personal ambitions, which in this case involved using the Tesseract to power all of their weapons and vehicles, and the Obelisk for experimenting with prisoners on.

@ loserswithwifi: Gray Fox and Raiden both were Child Soldiers.

Lobotomy Corporation is a Wing that draws similarities to the SCP Foundation with the big difference being they contain supernatural entities (in this case, Abnormalities) for the sake siphoning their energy. L Corp is also responsible for manufacturing them in the first place. And their identity as a large power company is actually a smoke-screen for the founder's true goal of curing mankind's "disease of the mind" and waking them from their ennui, no matter the cost.

@Donnietu - The Keroro Platoon

  • Keep in mind that the minimum recommended amount of sentences per flavor text is 4.
  • Additional suggestions:
    • Ryu Hayabusa and Jiraiya are human ninjas. The latter is frog themed.
    • Okay, I have an actual interaction idea for Kururu - How about Heinz Doofenshmirtz? He's wannabe evil mad scientist when really he's deeply cares about his daughter. He has his silly moments too. There's also the Hall of Jokes and Pranks where some of the prank related deities reside.
  • Kermit and Gonzo for all of them, the latter because he is a frog and the former because he's a suspected alien. Perhaps some shinanigans involving the frogs trying to perform muppets or something.

@nightelf37 - Tadano Hitonari
  • Old Chaos Hitonari may be allies with several (especially the evil-aligned ones) Demons, like some of the deities in the House of Demons
  • New Chaos Hitonari is allied with good aligned demons like Sparda
  • New Law Hitonari may be friends with the peaceful version of Markus as he too prefers not non-violence and advocates peacefully existence for his fellow androids.
@nightelf37 - Princess Pitch
  • Princess Morbucks who tried to ruin Christmas for every kid because she didn't get what she wanted.
  • I feel like they could get an odd friendship with the Creepers simply because they are creatures who try to explosive themselves when they are near someone.

@Zenchchcrowme - Asahina Mafuyu
  • I feel like she can find some friends in the Breakfast Club, some of them are like popular kids who are actually have a sad home life.
  • Florence Nightingale is also a nurse, it's noteworthy that her parent also don't want her to be a nurse but she went on to be one of the most influential nurses of all time.

@PuzzarianIdeal
  • Jo'on and Shion - I would like to see more interaction with other con artists like Faye Valentine and Stan Pines
  • Tenshi Hinanawi - No mention for Charlie Barkin? The dog who tried to escape heaven because he finds it too boring and wanted to fix his affairs first.

@loserswithwifi - SCP- 105
  • While not supernatural themselves, there's the actual Men in Black members Agent K and Agent J who contains alien threats.
  • Again, do keep in mind that the minimum recommended amount of sentences per flavor text is 4.

[down] I think the only bunny I can think of who can rival Cinderace are The Rabbids. For reference see the minigame Bunnies can't Play soccer and their appearance in Academy of Champions: Soccer where they are one of the playable characters along with Rayman and a bunch of other ubisoft deities.

Updated Cinderace. Still don't feel I've added enough to it yet but I've run out of ideas

Cinderace, God of Fireballs (The Striker Pokémon, Aceburn)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cinderace.png
Gigantamax Cinderace
  • Hall: Fire and Heat (House of Nature)
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A fireball enveloping a white-hot stone
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Ability: Libero
  • Gender: Male
  • Moveset: Pyro Ball, Court Change, Electro Ball, Acrobatics
    • G-Max Move: G-Max Fireball
  • Portfolio: Starter Mon, Playing with Fire, Uses Fireballs Like Soccer Balls, The Only Pokemon That Can Have Libero, And Learn Pyro Ball or Court Change, Fully-Dressed Cartoon Animal, I Know Madden Kombat, Apparently Its Soles Can Give Good Luck, White Rabbits, Hot-Blooded Beast Man
  • Domains: Mons, Fireballs, Rabbits, Soccer, Sports
  • Heralds: Scorbunny and Raboot (his pre-evolutions)
  • Interested in: James Bond, Austin Powers
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Incineroar, Hop, Alex the Lion, Arthur Pendragon (mainly his Monty Python incarnation), Bugs and Lola Bunny, Ronnie Raymond
  • On good terms with: Blaze the Cat, Cream the Rabbit, Flame Princess
  • On speaking terms with: Chairman Rose
  • Rivals: Charizard, Greninja
  • Enemies: Pokemon Hunter J, Rusty, Springtrap, General Woundwort, The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog, Vargo Hoat, Yosemite Sam
  • Opposes: Pyromaniacs
  • Annoys: Elmer Fudd
  • Annoyed by: Angel Bunny
  • Respects: Bunnymund, Miyamoto Usagi
  • Wary of: The Hall of Water and Moisture (unless he just used Acrobatics or Electro Ball)
  • The region of Galar has three different starters to choose from, as is tradition. The Fire-type is a rabbit quick on their feet and full of boundless energy called Scorbunny. As it grows and develops it will evolve to Raboot, then finally Cinderace, the Striker Pokémon. The only user of Pyro Ball, and later on Court Change, Cinderace is capable of creating fireballs by getting a little rock and covering it with flame. They then kick the fireball around like some sort of soccer ball. Cinderace is one of a handful of Pokémon with the ability to Gigantamax, where it rides atop a massive fireball. Its Hidden Ability is a signature one; Libero, which lets it change types to the move it just used. Gigantamax Cinderace is said to boast the greatest leg strength of any Pokémon.
  • Following his community service, Chairman Rose proposed that if any Galar starter should ascend, Cinderace is the best bet as it is the most sports-focused of the three evolved starters. Cinderace caused a little bit of trouble at first by using an illegal soccer ball (as in, it was on fire) in the House of Sports but he quickly learned his lesson. The Cinderace in the Trope Pantheon is notable for possessing its signature Hidden Ability, so it has less to fear from the Hall of Water and Moisture via Electro Ball. Greninja bemoanded this by calling Cinderace a rip-off; its Libero is just a carbon copy of hisnote  Protean! Add in their opposing types and you have the making for a rivalry.
  • Cinderace felt Rose's endorsement sort of awkward because he caused some trouble for native Galar by prematurely awakening Eternatus. He is closer to Hop since depending on the player's decision, he also has a Cinderace. And Ash, who besides generally being nice to Pokémon has a good friend with the Scorbunny line. Unsurprisingly Hunter J and Rusty were added as enemies by default, but at this point people have stopped counting. Vargo Hoat is another enemy of Cinderace's, and not just because he is an Ax-Crazy Sadist and leader of a group of all-around awful people; the Crippler wants to cut off his rabbit foot notnote  out of cruelty, but because he heard from a good source a Cinderace's soles give good luck.
  • Upon his ascension Cinderace would be the third Fire type starter, after Charizard and Incineroar. The Striker Pokémon has a settle to score with Charizard because he feels he steals the spotlight from him. He's a lot more cool with Incineroar though; Incineroar is more into "showmanship" as a Heel wrestler. Incineroar tried and failed to get the rabbit into Pokkén Tournament, so instead he's trying to make a Pokémon sports team for Cinderace. To start with, Cinderace needed to look for a partner if he was going to play for the big leagues. And who else was a better soccer partner than the Field Samurai himself; Tsubasu Ozora? As a whole he's pretty easy going and was waiting for the right Pokémon, Digimon or other 'mon to answer the call for a partner of his own.
  • Rather Hot-Blooded, but this has more to do with his passion for athleticism than being all that crazy about fire. Many a pyromaniac thinks his take on soccer should become the mainstream version, which embarrasses Cinderace. The Pyro is an exception to that interest; They perceive his fireballs as regular footballs. He prefers to use fire responsibly, which is one of the reasons he's fond of Blaze the Cat and Flame Princess; despite their pyromancy they are level-headed...well, FP was a pyromaniac but she grew out of it. Occasionally they'll compete in some athletic sports with Cinderace, but it's not something they make a habit of doing; Cinderace's showboating can be off-putting at times. Fellow rabbit Cream hopes that he can grow out of it because she wants his and Blaze's relationship to improve. He's got more of a relationship with Ronnie Raymond as the half of Firestorm is an American Football player.
  • At one point Cinderace got a bit too showboaty and said he could easily beat Bugs and Lola Bunny in soccer, thinking they may know their basketball, but they don't know footy. Through trickery the two humiliated him in the field, but Cinderace was a Graceful Loser since he realized he was being a jerk about it. Afterwards he expressed interest in learning more about other sports like basketball; he's called Cinderace after all, and feels he owes it to himself and Tsubasu Ozora to live up to that. Bugs decided to take the opportunity, but first he wanted Cinderace to use his kicking abilities and fireballs to troll Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam to prove he can work with one of the Looney Tunes. Cinderace kind of feels bad about Elmer Fudd, but has no problems messing with a Jerkass like Yosemite Sam, who swears he's going to have some spicy rabbit stew after all's said and done.
  • The Galar starter has made an enemy of the Killer Rabbit as he finds the foul beast's actions contrasted to its cute appearance rather disturbing. He wants to personally apologize to King Arthur for the vile actions of another White Bunny, and this ultimately led to him allying with his and the Knights of the Round Circle's Monty Python incarnation in a quest to prove himself. For Cinderace, this is to stop the meaner rabbits from causing trouble. While he gets why General Woundwort would dislike humanity, he still finds him and his actions unsettling. And of course there's Springtrap, who is more "horrifying robotic zombie rabbit" than just "evil rabbit". Since fire is one of the animatronics' weaknesses, he's careful not to get too close to the Pokémon.
  • Some have noted that with the above, they all share something in common; they are either British or from British media (except maybe Afton, but he has a British accent so it's likely). Galar is the Pokémon equivalent of the United Kingdom, so the Striker Pokémon might be motivated by some sense of familiarity. Wanting to seek out familiar deities is why he's a fan of James Bond and Austin Powers movies. One of the other Galar starters, Inteleon, is clearly influenced by the former, so Cinderace was hoping to get an autograph from the two. They appreciate the attention but otherwise are neutral on him. Cinderace personally respects Bunnymund and Miyamoto for being heroic and strong rabbits.
  • Some believe that Cinderace would fit right in Zootopia. The Striker Pokémon prefers his native region, but will sometimes go there to play as part of the Opposing Sports Team. Incineroar suggested it, saying "kids like a good antagonist; you should try the Heel role for once". Unfortunately for Cinderace wasn't able to get Judy Hopps to fight against him because she's not a soccer play. Fortunately he was rather ignorant to the whole "prey and predator" Fantastic Racism and didn't listen to any of the BS propaganda Bellweather tried to push. After some time there he went to New York, mistaking it for Unova, since he had a soccer/football gig there. The rabbit quickly hit it off with Alex the Lion, as they're both showboaty performer animals.

@ fasoman: Interesting idea

I am considering Lord Portley-Rind for either Brotherhood of Funny Hats or Villain of Another Story. For the latter, he would likely be the Big Bad if Snatcher didn't out-do him in threat and evil. He's a Jerkass who wastes taxpayer's money and ignores his rule at helping rule Cheesebridge just for the sake of indulging in his White Hat cheese party. He even had three cronies like the Big Bad. As for the former trope, he is the leading figure of the White Hats, a ruling caste and upper crust of the town. But they are upper class twits who are obsessed with cheese

[up][up]I think you should ascend them all as one party. Perhaps there's little known about the player, but what they can do still distinguishes them from (Insert Name Here). Then again, the same could've been said for the Doki Doki Literature Club (only the four girls are up), but that has its own justification (mainly meta reasons).

@Cinderace: Cuddles of the Happy Tree Friends is also a rabbit with an interest in soccer and other extreme sports. I doubt the Striker Pokémon would let him though, if even a simple Tackle can take him out of commission or even lead straight to death by circumstances.

Thus ends the Ascension Rite.

And thus, the Court of the Gods has chosen: Leonard from White Knight Chronicles appointed by Nightelf37 shall be ascended. His misdeeds made permanent in history. Brought quietly to the Pantheon.

His other profiles and those of all other tropers shall remain…

Ryoji
Pharos
Nyx Avatar
  • Demigod, Greater God as Nyx Avatar
  • Symbol: His scarf, surrounded by black clouds
  • Theme Song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR8HcBxaQsk The Battle For Everyone's Souls (Nyx Avatar)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good, True Neutral as the Nyx Avatar
  • Portfolio: Walking Spoiler, Chick Magnet, Handsome Lech, Nice Guy, Single-Target Sexuality, Looks Similar to Makoto Yuki, Anti Anti Christ, Humanoid Abomination, Apocalypse Maiden, Please Kill Me To Prevent The End Of The World, Younger Than He Looks, Anti-Villain
  • Domains: Amnesia, Divinity, Death
  • Allies: All of S.E.E.S. (especially Makoto Yuki and Kotone Shiomi, the latter more so), Raspberyl, Artix Von Krieger, Rin Okumura, Kaworu Nagisa, Joshua, Benevolent Deities in the House of Death And Post Mortem and Love and Affection, Hellboy, Zak Saturday, Balan
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Aigis (only on her side)
  • Enemies: YHVH, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki
  • Good Counterpart to: Damien Thorn
  • Special Relationship with: Nyx
  • Ryoji Mochizuki was the personification of death and a Harbinger of Nyx, whose role was to summon Nyx should humanity lose the will to live, allowing Nyx to destroy all of humanity. The Kirijo group, during its study of the Shadows, would eventually learn of the prophecy of the Fall and the Death Arcana. Believing Death to be a deliverance, they would awaken Death to bring about the Fall. Eiichiro Takeba, objecting to these beliefs, interrupted the experiment and lead to Death splitting into thirteen distinct Shadows bearing their respective Arcana. These Shadows would go on a rampage, creating the Dark Hour and Tartarus, while the thirteenth Shadow, Death's main body would clash with Aigis until she sealed him in Makoto Yuki or Kotone Shiomi.
    • First appearing in Makoto/Kotone's mind as an amnesiac little boy named Pharos, Death would help them awaken to their Persona, allowing them to join S.E.E.S. as they work to destroy the twelve Shadows that created the Dark Hour. Unbeknownst to S.E.E.S., their benefactor Shuji Ikutsuki tricked them into destroying the Shadows so they would reunite with Death's body to recreate the Harbinger and bring about the Fall, with Pharos disappearing from Makoto/Kotone's mind after the twelth Shadow is defeated. Resurfacing as a New Transfer Student named Ryoji, Death would befriend S.E.E.S. (especially Makoto/Kotone), though Aigis is instantly hostile towards him despite not knowing why. Ryoji would eventually reawaken his memories and warn S.E.E.S. about the coming of the Fall, offering them a chance to live their remaining days in blissful ignorance if they kill him. When they refuse, Ryoji would part ways with them, becoming Nyx's Avatar as he clashes with S.E.E.S. at the top of Tartarus. Makoto/Kotone are able to stop the Fall by using the Great Seal to become a barrier between humanity and Nyx, with Ryoji giving his farewells to S.E.E.S. in the process.
  • Ryoji Mochizuki was already in the Pantheon during its early days after S.E.E.S. defeated his other form Nyx Avatar, for some reason, and after Makoto Yuki became the Great Seal, but he had lost his memories (yet again) upon arrival. It was only after enough members of S.E.E.S. ascended to the Pantheon that he was found and brought over to the Court of the Gods to find a position for him, and due to his story arc (as Ryoji) and how he had forgotten about his divinity, it was decided that he ascend for that.
  • Is on good terms with most of S.E.E.S., despite being the harbinger of the apocalypse in their universe. The only exceptions are Aigis, who still harbors a minor distrust of him (though not to the point of hostility), and Shinjiro Aragaki, whom he's never met. He isn't exactly sure how to introduce himself to him and the rest of the Persona-users in the Pantheon. That said, though, he's kept himself up to date, especially on the Investigation Team, how they met with S.E.E.S., now knows as the Shadow Operatives, as well as the arrival of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts and their adventures.
    • Out of the all the Persona users in the Pantheon, Ryoji is the closest to Makoto Yuki and Kotone Shiomi. Makoto acted as his closest friend in one world, and Ryoji possibly formed a romantic relationship with Kotone, to the point he doesn't act like a pervert towards her and even addresses her by name after becoming the Nyx Avatar. He's happy to know at least that a part of himself helped to stop the Fall in the form of the two's Thanatos Persona, which still holds his human feelings. While he does acknowledge that the Makoto and Kotone in the Pantheon are not the originals (being more like a Living Memory), he still treats them the exact same way, and they happily reciprocate.
    • For Persona users that aren't a member of S.E.E.S., Ryoji gets along with Yosuke Hanamura the most, due to how similar they. While they note that their voice does sound similar, they both act as a Casanova Wannabe and a best friend to a bearer of the Wild Card. Both also didn't get the girl they have a crush on, since Yosuke's crush Saki was murdered by Adachi, while Ryoji had to part ways to Kotone due to his nature as a Harbinger of Death. They, along with Junpei, Teddie, and Ryoji, tend to get in trouble the most when they start peeping on the girls
  • Due to all of them being the Anti-Anti-Christ in their home universe, he gets along well with Rin, Raspberyl, Artix, and Hellboy. They've started a group of that trope, all wanting to help each other in showing people that they can be a force for good. In Ryoji's case, though, since he has no control over his destiny, they hope to help him one day to be able to prevent the Fall from happening permeantly not only so they can help his friend be free of their role as the Great Seal, but also allow Ryoji to live as a human.
    • That said, Ryoji also crossed paths with Damien Thorne, who is pretty similar to him in many ways in that he's destined to bring about the end of the world and had this role since he was a child. However, while Damien Thorne was a human being, Ryoji was a personification of death who took on a human form. Damien fully embraces his role willingly and has murdered anyone who tried to stop (including his parents), while Ryoji only accepts his role reluctantly because he doesn't see any way to stop the Fall, but still cares for his friends. Ryoji has nothing but distaste for Damien and refuses to associate with him, even if Damien shows interest in him.
    • Ryoji sympathizes with Zak Saturday and Balan, since they both are said to be destined to turn evil (Zak as the bringer of mankind's destruction, and Balan becoming the new Lance by being too attached to humanity). Both fates are said to be an inevitability, just like Ryoji's, but Zak and Balan are determined to find a way to change their fate. Ryoji admires their optimism, and admits that he could change his fate as well.
  • Tends to spend most of his time in the House of Death and Postmortem as well as Love and Affection for different reasons:
    • When visiting the House of Death and Postmortem, Ryoji tends to hang out with other entities personifying death, including psychopomps such as Grim, Gig, and Death of the Endless. Ryoji gets along with the latter the most, as they're both friendy embodiments of death. Ryoji and Gig formed a kinship after learning how they were both sealed in someone else, though Gig surprisingly is sympathetic towards Ryoji's plight. It could be because Gig saw some of himself in Ryoji since the latter is forced to play a role he doesn't want and loses most of his personality because of it. Gig was originally Vilgilance, a kind-hearted boy who was brainwashed to be an Omnicidal Maniac. Grim also sympathizes with Ryoji's plight since they're both slaves to circumstances, Ryoji as Nyx's Avatar, and Grim as Billy and Mandy's "best friend", and they both want freedom because of it.
    • Ryoji tends to visit the House of Love and Affection due to being a pervert and tends to flirt with a lot of female deities there. He also found a kindred spirit in Issei Hyodo, a fellow Chivalrous Pervert who also respects the women he loves, even if he's openly perverted. Despite this, Issei is understanding when he hears about Ryoji's feelings towards Kotone Shiomi and how he act perverted towards her, and also sympathizes with Ryoji for being unable to fight his fate as a Harbinger of Death. Issei is willing to help him and S.E.E.S. find a more permanent solution to the problem, which Ryoji doubts is possible but still appreciates the offer.
  • Ryoji has heard that Nyx is in the Pantheon, but quickly finds out that she is actually Nox, the Greek Primordial Goddess of the Night, is not the same Nyx that will bring about the Fall. Nox reassures Ryoji that she will not force him to destroy humanity because despite not taking sides, she embodies The Sacred Darkness and does not desire desctruction. She in fact even seems fond of him for embodying a concept of death, even to the point he even represents Thanatos as a Persona.
  • Many gods compare him to Kaworu Nagisa, and find the two similar, not only in voice, but in what they are; Both are the last in a line of monsters sent to destroy mankind who take the form of a Bishounen humanoid but willingly sacrifice themselves for the sake of humanity after befriending the protagonist. The big difference though is that not killing Ryoji is the right choice for Makoto Yuki's story. He's met him, and they get along well.
    • Ryoji eventually came to meet Shinji Ikari when he went to visit Kaworu and found him interesting and pitiable, given his terrible luck and his callous father Gendo. As a result, he's begun visiting the EVA pilot, too.
  • Is under the radars of SMT's YHVH, who wants him to destroy the world and recreate it in his own image of absolute order. When he found out about his plans, Ryoji became both scared and angry about this and is seeking help and asylum with the GUAG so that they don't get what they want. S.E.E.S. is determined to make sure YHVH and his forces never get ahold of Ryoji.
  • Ryoji has met fellow god-in-mortal-form, Joshua although unlike him, Joshua does retain his memories of who he is. Despite Joshua getting on Ryoji's nerves with his attitude and Ryoji's politeness gives Joshua a hard time, they still get along regardless. They have to stick together when not-so-benevolent forces are seeking their abilities.
  • Whether it was chance or fate, Ryoji ascended at the same time as Marie. Both were similar in many ways. They were entities that were split apart before coming back together, but they made friends in the teams that opposed their role. The only difference is that while Ryoji was forced to leave his humanity behind, Marie was allowed to live alongside humans after her friends saved her. Marie is sympathetic about Ryoji's fate, though he does annoy her with his flirting.

Marie, Goddess of Honorary True Companions (The Antisocial Poet of the Hollow Forest, Mariko Kusumi, Kusumi-no-Okami, Izanami-no-Mikoto)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/marie_ultimax_full.png
  • Lesser Goddess, Greater when whole
  • Symbol: Her bamboo comb
  • Theme: XOXO for you
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Identity Amnesia, Fish out of Water, The Fashionista, Tsundere, talkingreallfastwhenangry, Broken and then reformed deity, Weather Manipulation, Handbag of Hurt
  • Domains: Friendship, Truth, Wishes, Weather
  • Allies: The Investigation Team (especially Yu Narukami), Philemon, Igor, S.E.E.S., May, The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, Akane Tsunemori, Chiaki Nanami, The Doki Doki Literature Club, Ryoji Mochizaki
  • Enemies: The Psycho Rangers (particularly Psycho Yellow), The Master
  • On good terms with: Izanami-no-Mikoto
  • Pities: Phil Conners
  • Marie first appeared in Inaba as a girl without any memories, only providing support for Yu Narukami in the Velvet Room as both Elizabeth and Yu try to help her remember her past. After the defeat of Kunino-Sagiri and Ameno-Sagiri at the Investigation Team's hands, Marie would remember her identity as Kusumi-no-Okami, a fragment of Izanami whose role was to gain insight into humanity's inner workings and absorb the fog of Ameno-sagiri and Kunino-sagiri in the event of their defeat. Doing so would lead the fog to slowly take over her and make her disappear once it takes control and begin to spread across the world. In an attempt to prevent this, Marie goes to the Hollow Forest to commit suicide and make the fog disappear with her. Yu and the Investigation Team, upon learning of this, go to the Hollow Forest to save her, freeing her from the fog's influence and allowing her to exist in the real world. Marie would eventually absorb Izanami-no-Okami, Kunino-Sagiri, and Ameno-Sagiri to become her original self, Izanami-no-Mikoto, and go on to become a weather reporter that actually manipulates the weather for Inaba, remaining a good friend to the Investigation Team in the process.
  • After a long amount of time has passed, Marie would eventually learn of the Pantheon and find out her friends have ascended as gods there. After making her way to the Pantheon to join them, she would stand before the Court of the Gods, who after reviewing her case, decide to give her title of Honorary True Companion since she always considered a good friend to the Investigation Team despite not being a member. A happy reunion ensues between the Investigation Team and Marie as the latter ends up embracing Yu, much to Rise's jealously.
    • As is standard with Yu Narukami some gods wonder if there's more between Marie and him. Despite being friends, this also gets on Rise Kujikawa's nerves. Whenever Marie and Rise make reservation for Yu, they tend to bicker who gets first dibs in dating him. One particular funny moment the gods found amusing was when Marie confessed her love for Yu during her broadcast, much to everyone's shock and Rise's exasperation.
  • Often seen in the House of Theatre and Spectacle, definitely not practicing poetry, though everyone is hardly convinced. Some have found her poems lying about, leading Marie to immediatley grab them out of their hands as he runs her lines in anger and embarassment. Marie suspects that someone is taking her poems and dropping them on the ground for people to see just to mess with her.
  • Woe betide to any perverts, intentional or not, for Marie shall rain thunder if they look her way. It's a lesson that Yosuke and Teddie remember well, especially because when they angered Marie that time by trying to peep on her and the other girls in the Investigation Team, they were at the Amagi Inn's hot springs. Mitsuru Kirijo and Makoto Nijima have also inflicted severe punishment on their male friends for being perverts (though in both cases, it was an accident), so all the male Persona gods fear them just as much as Marie when it comes to the hot springs.
  • Has received a number of complaints from the House of Nature for casually changing the weather to suit her friends during her weather reports. This has led to many arguments about how Marie should use her powers and whether she should be altering the weather at all. Marie has stated that she will change the weather to benefit the people of Inaba, especially her friends, but she will always make sure that it doesn't affect the economy so much that it could hurt society.
  • Despite being an incarnation of Izanami-no-Mikoto, the Mother Goddess does not mind Marie's presence in the Pantheon, and in fact is even happy upon learning that Marie's Izanagi in the form of Yu managed to rescue her from her fate and still care for her. Marie in turn is saddened upon hearing of how her incarnation lost her life in childbirth and the love of her husband after he abandoned her in Yomi. She has wondered if her story with Yu is meant to contrast the original story and its ending, but in the end, she's happy that Yu is there for her even when she tried to push him away.
  • Phil Conners was a weather man who was trapped in a time loop and went mad because of it. He tried to escape it after several loops by taking his life, to no avail. It wasn't until he went through Character Development and accepted his love for Rita that he was finally able to break the loop, now changed for the better. Marie notes that her circumstances were quite different to his, but she still felt pity for him since she also attempted suicide to escape her fate. She was lucky to have friends who wanted to help her and actually succeeded in breaking her out of her role.
  • Found a place in the Doki Doki Literature Club due to their love of writing. She especially found a kindred spirit in Sayori, since Sayori's poems had themes of death and suicidal feelings. Marie also noted how Sayori was manipulated by Monika the same way she was manipulated by Izanami-no-Okami. Knowing what it's like to feel suicidal, Marie hopes to help Sayori overcome these feelings and find joy in life just like her friends showed her.
  • Absolutely despises the Master after the Immortality Gate Incident, which saw the seven human members of the Investigation Team be momentarily turned into clones of the Master and Marie and Teddie being forced to fight their friends to stay alive until the transformation was reversed. She and Teddie were immune since they weren't human, but that didn't make things easier. Because of this, Marie promises to destroy the Master if he ever tries to harm her friends again.
  • Regardless of whether it's a coincidence or not, other deities sometimes chuckle at the fact that she wants to shorten beefsteak to Fsteak. Marie is not amused by this, again running her lines in anger before telling everyone to buzz off. She has made it a personal rule for everyone not to mention Fsteak in her presence.
  • Even at her base "mortal" power, it's not wise to underestimate her since she has a capable persona, control over weather and can hit someone with her bag really hard. She's a bit eager as the last chance she had to fight, she was busy holding back a fog from consuming the residents of her home. And since she's awakened her own Persona, she's more than happy to dish out the hurt.
  • While most of the Investigation Team's female cooks are just bad, the chocolate she makes actually appears to be "alive". To the horror of many she has been known to throw it out during combat. Mitsuru and Naoto have decided to weaponize the living chocolate to use against enemies, though unlike the other girls who were hurt at seeing their cooking used like that, Marie didn't mind at all.
  • Whether it was chance or fate, Marie ascended at the same time as Ryoji.
  • Having sung and played the electric guitar prior to her ascension, will occasionally visit the House of Music to polish her skills and even perform as a band alongside the Investigation Team (serving as lead guitarist and backup singer)... when lead singer Rise isn't being interrupted by I-No.
