Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
- Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
- Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
- For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
- For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread
in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3
means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5
is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For new and reworked deities, 3
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4
is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
- Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "
" or "
".
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
- You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
- Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website
is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site
to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud
or YouTube
.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Just need a few more paragraphs for Claw and I should be good.
- His Live Action Movie version, or at least the first film, had a version of Claw that was In Name Only. I'd imagine that Claw would get crabby about that, so any other villain that fell into that hole?
Dr. Claw, God of the Unreveal Angle (Edward Claw, Stanford Scolex)

- Demigod
- Symbol: His Hand. Alternatively, the M.A.D Logo.
- Alignment: Neutral Evil
- Portifolio: His Face Is Never Shown To The Camera, The Series Main Antagonist, Extremely Deep Voices, The Comically Serious, Evil Is Hammy, Prefers To Watch From Afar, Henchmen Are Complete Morons, Usually Gets Away (Though Not Always)
- Domains: Evil, Hands, Chairs, Crime
- High Priest: Mental
- Herald: His Right-Hand Cat, MAD Cat.
- Allies: Moriarty, Ratigan, Oogie Boogie, The Shredder, Grogar
- Enemies: Inspector Gadget, James Bond, Austin Powers, Dr. Evil, Santa Claus, Jack Skellington
- Rivals: Diavolo
- Frequently Employs: The Black Organization
- Dr. Edward Claw is the nefarious leader of the criminal organization M.A.D, and is Inspector Gadget's arch-nemesis. More often than not, he tends to stay out of the action, preferring to monitor whatever evil plan he's cooked up from his chair alongside his Right-Hand Cat, though that hasn't stopped him from getting involved personally from time to time. Usually, he comes up with a plan to Take Over the World, has one of his minions enact said plan, and occasionally contact them to check up on how said plan is going. Said plan often has extra steps taken to stop Inspector Gadget, often completely overlooking the fact that it's actually his niece, Penny, that stops his plans. When inevitably thwarted, he'll curse Gadget and move on with the next scheme, with new henchmen and new steps.
- Dr. Claw first made his presence known in the Pantheon by naturally plotting a robbery of the realms biggest bank, having planned out a full-scale assault on the bank so that he could steal millions. Unfortunately, Gadget was able to figure out that he had arrived, thanks again to Penny's indirect aid, and managed to thwart the robbery and arrest the criminals. It was later discovered that Melkor found out about Claw and, admiring how he was a genuinely effective villain despite the setting, had arranged for him to ascend under Unreveal Angle. Claw, who had escaped capture during the aforementioned robbery, now aims to make himself known in the Pantheon as its most successful villain.
- As his title suggests, his face is usually hidden from sight, with only his right arm being visible. That being said, plenty of characters have seen his face and body, but for the audience themselves, the universe seems determined to hide it from plain sight every chance it gets. There has been a few times when his face was visible, consistently depicting a White-Haired Mad Scientist look, but their canonicity is questionable at best, and details regarding everything else seems to change. There was also The Movie, where he was visible all the time, but he was completely In Name Only there, so it isn't exactly a reliable source. That hasn't stopped Claw from using "Stanford Scolex" as a alias to throw potential enemies off.
- As someone who's a Affectionate Parody of James Bond villains, specifically his nemesis Ernst Stavro Blofeld, he naturally gained the attention of the famous super spy himself. Bond was savvy enough to realize that, despite his failures against Gadget, most of them were do to luck and outside help, and he was otherwise a competent villain. In relation, Bond's own parody, Austin Powers, also ended up on Claw's shit list, seeing the spy as basically Gadget, but more competent. Thanks to Powers, however, he ended up discovering the one person he hated the most out of the group: Dr. Evil, the reformed twin brother of Austin. Dr. Claw was furious that a Card-Carrying Villain like Dr. Evil would even entertain a Heel–Face Turn, and vowed to cave the former villain's face in the next time they meet. Evil, obviously, has taken precautions to avoid him at all costs.
- Being a Diabolical Mastermind, Claw found it fitting to find other similarly cunning villains to join forces with, the more notable of which include the original Professor Moriarty and the rat criminal Ratigan. While they generally get along, spending their time cooking up schemes to destroy their nemesis's, one thing that annoys the duo is that Claw can never seem to get that Inspector Gadget isn't the cunning Guile Hero that he thinks he is, but rather a bumbling moron who's just ridiculously lucky, which to be fair, doesn't make him any less dangerous. Claw always rebuts these claims, stating that only a genius is capable of thwarting him regularly. At the very least, they're currently trying to get him to notice the little girl who keeps sneaking in and foiling his plans, whom he's aware of but usually dismisses.
- Another reason he constantly fails is that his minions are complete dolts who sometimes come across as dumber than Gadget. This is an issue he's painfully aware of, and tends to think little of his henchmen, with the exception of the occasional competent one. Nonetheless, the Pantheon has opened up numerous other mercenaries and criminals that he can hire, and while Claw is willing to give others a try, he's found that his favorite is The Black Organization, an entire league of assassins for hire. Naturally, he almost always hires them to take out Gadget and his friends. Despite the massive leap in competency they have compared to his regular henchmen, however, they still find themselves frequently thwarted by Gadget and his dumb luck, though this has not stopped Claw from still employing them, as they still make much more progress than his minions ever had.
- Despite this, he's still forced to rely on his minions most of the time to save money for his schemes, much to his dismay. Thankfully for him, he has found a few other competent villains that are Surrounded by Idiots and ended up acquainting with them thanks to the fact. For instance, The Shredder is (sometimes) depicted as a serious menace, but is usually surrounded by incompetent dumbasses who get their asses whooped by the Turtles regularly. Another example is Grogar, who's a Gruesome Goat and terrifying sorcerer who's right hand man is a cowardly donkey that can't do anything right. Together, the three hope that their combined strength would get them better minions than they currently have.
- Claw is among the many deities that tried to ruin Christmas, though unlike them he tried to go and outright ruin Santa's reputation by disguising as him and delivering unfinished and broken toys, tarnishing his name forever. While Santa obviously considers Claw to be on his permanent Naughty List, his close friend Jack Skellington despises the guy, considering Claw to be just as petty and cruel as Oogie Boogie. Unfortunately, as Claw took that as a compliment, he immediately started seeking out this apparently equally cruel villain and found Oogie Boogie, a sadistic bug sack with a love of death traps. The two quickly became fast allies, usually spending their time together coming up with traps and plotting revenge on Santa and Jack.
- As his title would imply, Claw is generally a reclusive villain, coming up with plans and having his henchmen carry them out while he stays at his lair and monitors the whole thing. However, he's also not afraid to join in the plan physically, and plenty of his allies and enemies have seen him in the flesh, so it could be chalked up to simply hiding from the heroes instead of protecting any kind of identity. This has lead him to detest fellow crime boss Diavolo, who hides his identity from everyone out of paranoia and will do anything to kill anyone who's seen what he looks like, with Claw calling him a cowardly dolt for it. Doesn't help that, in a particularly strange case, he ended up catching a glimpse of Diavolo, who promptly vowed to tear apart him and his organization to secure his secret.
Maybe something with Wilson Fisk and Giovanni, the latter of which also has a Right-Hand Cat.

Bowser and The Fraternity both have movie adaptations selves who are In Name Only.

- Marco Pagot was once an ace fighter in the Italian Air Force during World War I. But during a disastrous mission, he saw every member of his unit die to enemy fire, becoming the Sole Survivor out of all his friends. After this, he was cursed through unknown circumstances into the form of a humanoid pig, as a symbol of his own self-loathing due to Survivor Guilt and of his growing disillusionment towards humanity. He defected from the army during the rise of Fascism in Italy and became an excellent bounty hunter, earning him the hatred of both sky pirates and the Italian government. Though he kept a cynical point of view during much of that time, his bonding with a young mechanic by the name of Fio Piccolo made him progressively regain some hope of humanity. But after a dogfight with a french mercenary, the two parted way as Porco ended up chased by the Italian military. After this, there were no records of his whereabouts...
- Until when he suddenly entered the Pantheon, crashing in catastrophe in the House of Beasts after his plane took a nasty hit. As he left the wreckage, he was shocked to discover a wilderness populated by sentient animals and other hybrid-looking persons much like him. He was guided towards the Court of the Gods, where his life was reviewed. Finding that he was no doubt the most notorious Pig Man there was, he was given the role of being their divine representative. Though apprehensive at first, Porco took to his new life in the Pantheon pretty quickly. He doesn't mind having to live in the Bestiary either, as having a place to rest away from people suits him just fine.
- Naturally, he has met several other deities originating from Studio Ghibli works:
- As he was flying through the sky, he was shocked to see two young girls riding on a strange small machine and a broom respectively. There were none other than Nausicaa and Kiki, who was enjoying a stroll. Ever since this, the pig-headed man sometimes joins them in flying together through the sky, and he often calls on Kiki to send and receive deliveries from his isolated home.
- He can't help but feel great pity when he learned about Seita and Setsuko Yokokawa, two children who got an even more ignoble death in the World Wars than his old friends. Still, he doesn't talk to them much as he figures it's because of selfish adults like him that they suffered in the first place. Not to mention that as a 'traitor' to Italy, he was technically an enemy of Imperial Japan.
- Okkoto-nushi was at first confused by the presence of a porcine who worked on his two legs, but he quickly lost all interest in Porco Rosso when he smelled the stink of civilization and warfare on him. The bounty hunter doesn't blame him for resenting humans as he perfectly understood the boar god's situation.
- Chihiro Ogino, upon hearing of Porco's condition, was immediately reminded of how her parents were once transformed into pigs. She went to meet the aviator to tell him that she'll do anything to find a way to change him back. He appreciates the thought but told her she shouldn't bother herself for him, as he's gotten used to his form. Still, the girl really wants to help him with it.
- On another flight through the House of Pantheon's sky, he happened to notice a very odd building moving through the wilderness. He curiously approached it, which led to him meeting the great wizard Howl and Sophie Hatter. He gets along with both of them rather well despite the sorcerer's flighty attitude, as he empathizes with him wanting to stay out of a war and Sophie having been once under the effect of a curse respectively.
- One thing he noticed very early on during his days in the Pantheon is that there was no way his 20s era biplane could keep up with the much more advanced technology in this place. And so, he wandered around to find someone who could help him upgrade it. Upon hearing that a so-called genius inventor was experienced with similar-looking planes as his, he went to meet the young fox Tails to ask him for help. The latter was happy to provide his services and so upgraded Porco's beloved ride so that it could keep up with more modern machines.
- He got to meet other people who were once under the effects of curses that turned into something else, like the prince known as The Beast or Tiara and Naveen. They very much empathize with his situation and wish for him to eventually find a way to turn back into a human. He answered that he doubts it can be fixed with something as simple and idealistic as 'true love', but still get along well with them.
- Some deities have noticed that he seems to return to human form at the rare moments when he's truly happy or optimistic about his life, though he tends to brush that off if people tell him about it. Howl has theorized that, much like Sophie's curse was, his form is tied to his emotional state and self-esteem, and that he would truly be able to break the curse only when he fully surmounted his trauma. The wizard has also noted that this information shouldn't be shared with him as he has to develop naturally.
- He absolutely pities, Gregor Samsa, who had turned into an even uglier form as a representation of his self-loathing, and didn't even have the freedom that Porco got. Sometimes, he tries to give advice to the vermin-like man, but it's to no avail as Gregor doesn't have enough confidence to really change by himself.
- He has met a few other aviators in the Pantheon and generally gets along well with them due to their shared interest. Despite Richard Halsey Best coming from a country enemy to his own, Porco had no love for Fascist Italy and by extension, the Axis Powers and so doesn't mind him at all.
- Though he appreciates Launchpad's love for planes, he has explicitly forbidden the duck from trying out his own after learning what happens most of the time. The same thing applies to Joseph Joestar, who is forbidden from even being a passenger.
- While he was enjoying his time at one of the Pantheon's bar, he happened to notice Ted Cruz drinking in his own odd way. Curious about this, Porco walked to the other ex-war pilot to ask what was up with that. Though the sheer boredom of the story was the thing that came the closest to ever killing Porco, he still emphasizes with Ted's trauma from the war. He just knows to not go drinking with him from now on.
- After learning that there was a humanoid pig piloting a flying vehicle in the Pantheon, the members of Star Fox were worried that their old enemy Pygma had somehow managed to ascend. They were relieved to see that Porco was a much nobler person than his fellow pig ever was, and sometimes hang out with him to share stories about their lines of work.
- There were already a few pigs in the Pantheon that were curious to meet him. He doesn't think much about Babe or Pumbaa, though he does find the first cute (not that he'd admit it) and can get behind the latter's philosophy of a carefree life. He was surprised to learn that Porky Pig also had experience as a pilot for the military, which allowed the two to bond over talking about such an experience. One pig he is absolutely disgusted with, however, is Napoleon after seeing the latter's despotic reign over his farm. In Porco's words, he's a man who grew disillusioned with mankind and became a pig, while Napoleon's a pig who became everything disgusting about men.
- As was said before, Porco is a bounty hunter who specializes in going after sky pirates, though he refuses to kill them. Naturally, he has continued his work in the Pantheon, and so has competed with many of his fellow bounty hunters, such as Samus, Captain Falcon, or Boba Fett. Though he actually doesn't mind them on a personal level, purely seeing it as a professional rivalry. The exceptions are people like Lobo or Lockdown, whose absolutely odious behaviors disgust him. And he finds Deadpool completely insufferable, especially since the Merc with a Mouth keep making flying pig jokes.
- Ironically enough, his relationship with the god of Sky Pirate, Balthier, is similarly cordial. Though he does go after him when he's paid to, they're fairly chummy with each other 'off the clock', as they're both far from the worse example of their kind the other has seen.
- Naturally, he needs someone to provide him with contact and bounties, and so has been working with Greef Karga. He appreciates the latter's professionalism and understanding that he doesn't kill during his jobs. And so, naturally, he has joined up with the Pantheonic Soldiers of Fortune.
- Another bounty hunter that he got to 'meet' was Wolf O'Donnel, who challenged the pig-man to a dogfight after learning of his skills. The combat ended inconclusively, but the wolf does enjoy testing his skills against the World War I veteran. Though Porco says it's annoying, he can't help but enjoy those bouts a bit.
- He greatly enjoys the food of his homeland, and so spends a good while of his first days in the Pantheon searching for a way to get some nice Italian cuisine. He eventually tried out a meal at Takumi Aldini's restaurant. Though he was at first skeptical by the mixture of Italian and Japanese influence, a taste of the food won him over, and he's now a regular there.
- When he saw Porco, Wilson mistook him as one of the pigs from The Constant, whose services could be bought for food. And so he threw raw meat right in front of the pilot in a bid to recruit him. Porco Rosso just stayed silent for a good minute before raising his head and telling the scientist to piss off.
- A similar misunderstanding happened when his plane had to do an emergency landing in the Nether. Fortunately, he hadn't too much problem coming back to safer waters thanks to the help of some Piglins who mistook him as one of their own. Despite this help, he was very annoyed during the trip by the obsession those monsters had with gold, and so has done his best to avoid both them and their habitat.
- At first, The Angry Birds often growl at Porco if he comes too close to their nest since their experience with egg-stealing pigs gave them a large distrust of all things porcine. He himself couldn't care less about those crazy birds and their eggs. Though after he heard about them burying the hatchet with those pigs, he was that at least their world was at peace.
- One day, while he and Tails were working on his plane, it happened to catch the attention of Hal Jordan. After talking with the superhero about it, he learned that Earth's first Green Lantern was himself a pilot before becoming a superhero, and how his own Survivor Guilt upon losing his entire home city lead to his fall into insanity as Parallax. Though Porco was naturally disturbed by the tale, he is glad to see Hal has gotten a lot better from those days. And so the both of them now often meet to talk about planes and how to pilot them.
- The Ancestor at first was bemused by Porco's resemblance to the swinefolks he had created. He then wondered if the bounty hunter could be a good asset to take care of the dungeon, but grew disappointed at the latter's refusal to kill. In the mage's eyes, indecision like this only leads to death.
- He has bonded with John Wick over both of them wanting to retire from the horror of their previous professions, though the latter was an assassin for a crime boss instead of a soldier. He can't really condone his violent vengeance, but he perfectly understands what drove him, and pity the fact that this prevented the hitman from truly retiring.

@Dood: I personally don't think writing about characters being upset at a certain way they're being depicted in a form of media (especially if it's In Name Only) is necessary to add in.
That kind of text comes off as a remnant of old Pantheon (where I noticed texts about characters being upset at a low-quality work featuring them) where contributors complained about works they didn't like in Pantheon profiles.
@ Dr Claw: I wonder if there are villainous/criminal cats he would be fond of
The Spore Galaxy goes up today. Anything else to add to Perpetua?
The Spore Galaxy, Divine One-Galaxy Sci-Fi Setting (The Milky Way Galaxy)

- Votes: 4(Sailor Venus 372, Necromancer 10, Crimson Shark, Tropers/Excessive-Menace)
- Date of ascension: 17 May
- Dominion: Other Dominions
- Description: A purplish-blue spiral galaxy
- Symbol: A white spiral galaxy on a blue circle, with a radius of thousands of parsecs
- Theme Song: The Galaxy Ambience
- Alignment: True Neutral
- Portfolio: The Milky Way Is the Only Way (Look Close And You Can Even Find The Earth), Danger in the Galactic Core, Ships Can Move Up To 20 Parsecs In One Bound, 4X
- Domains: Space, Exploration, Sandbox Games, Evolution, Alien Life
- Sacred to: The Spore Player Race and The Grox
- The galaxy of Spore. An expansive system of countless different alien races, and ten possible archetypes one can follow. Or if you're the Grox, an exclusive class. There are 41,560 available star systems to the player, and at best one can transfer between 20 parsecs in seconds. However there needs to be a star in reach, so there's no way of leaving the galaxy.
- Humans know it better as the Milky Way, though they don't seem to be around and Earth is uninhabited. It's unknown which Earth it is though the continents are where they'd normally be. Unlike homeworlds it only has a T1 score, which some blame on Hexxus, or just humanity as a whole. That, or it might just allude to the idea of super-habitable planets
.
- Unless you're the Grox, violating Galactic Code will hurt your relationship with any civilization within 10 parsecs of said violation. The Grand United Alliance of Law has been warned not to use Heel–Face Brainwashing akin to Fanatical Frenzy, and planet exploders along with those who can wipe out all artificial structures in one blast ala the Gravitation Wave.
- Because the Star Wars residents have technology to traverse their own galaxy in hours, residents of the Spore Galaxy wonder why they follow the same trope they are constrained to as they still need a star to be within 20 parsecs. There were explanations, but now they're gone. The Republic and Empire have simply stated they are busy exploring their own galaxy, however Palpatine believes it might be a good idea to exploit the galaxy's limitations for a potential invasion one day. Given he desire control of the Force and the universe itself, him wanting to expand control beyond one galaxy surprises nobody.
- The Zealot Archetype seems to believe God, or Spode as they see it, is represented by the galaxy. The center is the Eye of Spode, and the arms are Its tentacles. Bender believes they're instead referring to the Galactic Entity, who they misinterpreted as Spode, before mocking their zealotry.
- The ascended Spore Player Race identifies as a Knight(one of two player-exclusive archetypes), and the Grox have an unnamed and inaccessible archetype. The Wanderer Archetype isn't present in the pantheon as there isn't a second Spore Player Race, though some neutral-aligned gods like Kino are considered Wanderers. Different empires and their archetypes reacted differently to groups in the pantheon. The Diplomat Empires were the ones who suggested opening up to the Trope Pantheon in the first place.
- The Bard Empires were the most accommodating to the Grand United Alliance of Chaos, at least at first. They're a group of anti-nihilists who are chaotic for the lulz and seek entertainment. However the GUAC declined their membership seeing they were more concerned with being The Gadfly than any actual chaotic and freedom-based goal. Their Soothing Song keeps people on good terms with them for a bit.
- The Ecologist Empires claim to be the protectors of nature, and their Safari Vacuum allows them to collect examples of species if a world is threatened by the Grand United Alliance of Destruction. Naturally they have allied with the Grand United Alliance Of Nature, though have been accused of hypocrisy as they don't have a problem with their allies inflicting Hostile Terraforming.
- The Shaman Empires are the friendliest of empires, barring the Diplomat Empires. Even then the Diplomat Archetype has an offensive Static Cling that shuts down turrets, while the Shaman Archetype have the Return Ticket to immediately transport people back to their home world. This has proven extremely useful for the House of Time And Space. They work alongside the Grand United Alliance of Good in order to find greater understanding and a peace
- The Scientist Empires lack any preference for groups in the pantheon, but they are biased towards the House of Science for obvious reasons. Most archetypes are untrusting of cyborgs and the Grand United Alliance of Machines because of the Grox, but they are the exception. Given the GUAM's goals of domination, they still tread egg shells around their more aggressive members.
- The Trader Empires aren't picky when it comes to groups either, but like the Scientist they have a preference for a house; the House of Commerce. They have an investment in the pantheon and are uber-capitalist, much to the communist deities' annoyance. However their end goal is to make everyone happy, despite how greedy and snarky they are.
- The Warrior and Zealot Empires are the most aggressive, distrusting strangers. However the GUAL and Hounds Of War were aligned enough to their ideologies to become allies...somewhat. The Warrior Empires may be blood knights, but consider waging war for the sake of war a bad idea. They may be closer to the GUAC due to taking the approach of The Social Darwinist. For those wondering, their superweapon is the Raider Rally, which summons pirates.
- Azmuth has been visiting the Spore Galaxy in order to get more DNA data for the Omnitrix. To his and the Genetic Engineering sub-house's relief, evolutionary data can be found by digging up certain fossils on the T3 planets that have yet to develop a fully sentient species.

- Comic book deities: Pretty much the whole DC Comics continuum, but especially Mar Novu/the Monitor and Alpheus/the World Forger (her sons), the the Presence (superior as the Source), Jon Osterman/Dr Manhattan and Diana of Themiscyra/Wonder Woman), The Celestials, The Living Tribunal, Eternity, her former allies (especially The Batman Who Laughs)
- Creator and Top Gods: gods with a capital-G (especially The Love That Moves The Stars and Eru Illuvatar), The Flying Spaghetti Monster, Present and Future Zen'o, Arceus, Gan
- Divine beings: The Ones, Cosmos, The Creation Trio, The Flying Spaghetti Monster, The Unconquered Sun, Ahura Mazda, Beerus, Gowasu
- Other: The Protectors of the Plot Continuum, The Pantheonic Time Police, Aleph, Kratos, The Emperor of Mankind and his Order Of Humanity
- Opposed by: The House of Magic, the Forms of Immortality sub-house
- In the greater Omniverse live the Super-Celestials, beings meant to start multiverses and give themselves to them in order to forever sustain them. However the most feared of them, Perpetua, sought to sustain herself forever with her creation of the proto-DC Multiverse. Her sons would maintain the positive matter, antimatter and dark matter aspects of her creation, while she sought to turn the multiverse into a weapon. Ultimately her sons ratted her out, resulting in the Source sending a messenger to imprison her in the Source Wall, which'd guard the multiverse from the energies beyond. However the breaking of the Source Wall has released the Mother of the Multiverse, and she plans to weaponize her creation against her brothers and sisters, and escape the judgement of the Source.
- Her ascension sent waves of fear through the Celestials; they aren't the same Celestials Perpetua is a part of, but they know the reputation she has among them. The Mother of the Multiverse soon took notice of the House of Time and Space, and its role in the expanse of the greater omniverse. Her plans are to twist it into a weapon against the Source and all true supreme beings, to ensure she will forever exist. However Perpetua knows she's a recent player in the field and if she's going to take over the Trope Pantheon, she'll need some help.
- Both Zamasu and the Divine Powers envision the overthrowing of the status quo and the current order to achieve their own vision of a utopia. Due to the sheer power of Perpetua, they think it's wise siding with her for now to achieve their ends. Of course, despite her promises of making perfect universes for them interactions with Luthor show she cannot be trusted as a true ally to them. Then again, the same could be said of the mad Kaioshin and the Divine Powers. And yes, they are quite aware of that
- Kronika was willing to go along Perpetua wholeheatedly. A Titan in charge of time, yet manipulating it to her own selfish ends along with...questionable parenting skills makes her similar in personality to Perpetua. That said, while Kronika has been promised absolute domain over the MK multiverse in exchange for aiding Perpetua, she dislikes her selfish motives. The Super-Celestial doesn't think she has much room to talk.
- Chakravartin is a creator god with malicious intentions on reality, though he frames it as otherwise. Come his defeat at the hands of Asura, he has chosen to join Perpetua in hopes of gaining his ultimate ambitions. Zanza is exciting at the idea of working with the Mother of the Multiverse as they share a selfish spirit for their universes, and Perpetua will allow him the means to forever create and reshape his reality as he sees fit.
- The Ebon Dragon and Angra Mainyu joined as she is associated with "doom" over "justice", but more importantly to finally have the edge over their antitheses. In particular Perpetua has promised to make the Ebon Dragon a cosmic force and true being. That said, camaraderie is non-existent and both sides see the other as a means to an end. The Unconquered Sun and Ahura Mazda chided them for believing it would make any significant distance, and Perpetua asked the latter God of Good why.
Ahura Mazda: "It is not a lack of power or scale for why you will fail; it is the nature of evil to hinder itself. This is why justice shall prevail over doom, despite all your attempts." - Perpetua wields the Seven Hidden Forces of Creation. They are as followed:
- The Still Force; counter to Speed Force. Based around inertia and entropy. Despite this power being in line with many of Nekron's desires, Perpetua considers herself far above him and regards herself as more "constructive", thus isn't going to utilize the Grand United Alliance of Destruction. The worst part is that she legitimately is more dangerous and powerful than the Lord of the Unliving.
- The Invisible Spectrum, which feeds on buried primal emotions. The only one known so far is the Ultraviolet Corps, which represent repressed shame and guilt. She has her sights set on the House of Emotion to further re-unlock this ancient power of hers, believing that the UV embodiment Umbrax can be awakened by exploiting the Regret sub-house.
- The Tear of Extinction, which brings death to all living beings and immortals. It is driven toward isolation and solipsism and is tied to the Death Force. Even gods can die to it. And as such, the sub-house for immortals is on edge with her existence in the pantheon, and she believes sufficient amount can override the Death Is Cheap nature of the pantheon. Partnered with it is the Void Wind, which can snuff out magic and gods. Thus, she is feared by the House of Magic.
- Other forces include the Black Apple, the Sixth Note and Faithlessness. The Black Apple represents forbidden knowledge, which she is trying to tempt members of the House of Knowledge with. The Sixth Note is an esoteric power beyond imagination itself. Then the Faithlessness, which while little is known it appears to be tied with the concept of Doom. The Nothing may be connected to either the Void Wind, Sixth Note or the Faithlessness. She feels it is a useful tool, though given what the Nothing is it isn't going to side with her.
- Her arrival immediately got the attention of the Presence; though He takes a different form, He is still the same being as the Source Perpetua betrayed. He immediately called on her three sons to prepare and empower them so they can form the Ultra Monitor again, while making sure the Anti-Monitor is kept on a leash. Mobius is still somewhat loyal to his mother and regrets joining his brothers to rat him out as it made his roles as a Destroyer Deity obsolete, but is forced to be disloyal whenever the Presence says so. By contrast Mar Novu and Alpheus won't hesitate to fight their mother and they don't regret ratting her out.
- Superheroes and supervillains across the DC Multiverse were on high alert come her ascension to the pantheon. Even if he's not a superhero persay, she was immediately concerned with Doctor Manhattan since it was his powers that the Batman That Laughs recreated for himself to even stand a chance against her. Likewise, she put Wonder Woman high on her hit list as when empowered by the World Forge she was the one who finally put Laughs down for good, and the Mother of the Multiverse doesn't want that kind of power up to happen again. Despite their differences, Diana has absolutely no problems with Kratos wanting to tear Perpetua apart as she is everything he sees wrong with the gods. Aleph was also in total agreement with this, but he knows he and Kratos need to do some serious work before they can take her out.
- Not all DC characters oppose her, however; Barbatos was convinced to strike down his master with Perpetua's advice. Substituting the Batman Who Laughs, Perpetua wants him to replace the role and join with the Mind Flayer at her side to run her new and improved Dark Multiverse for the darkness they'll bring. And she has not just whispered to Barbatos, but her son Mobius, Parallax, Alexander Luthor Jr and Darkseid, encouraging them to act in various crises to damage the Source Wall so she may one day be free. Like Melkor it is likely a stretch to say she influenced crises beyond the scope of DC, but by most metrics she is her multiverse's Greater-Scope Villain as well. Darkseid has already been promised by Laughs a world where he won the Final Crisis and Perpetua promises to maintain that for him. She has also made a clear promise to Parallax that he may run rampant and feed off the terror of The Dark Multiverse so long as he serves her.
- Because of her opposition to any true supreme being, she detests The Love That Moves The Stars; a truly transcendent presence that is the source of creation. As the Mother of the Multiverse perverts creation to her own selfish ends, He sees her as being little better than Dis. The Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous has as much of a kinship as possible for an omnimalevolent being such as himself with Perpetua, who seeks to restore him to shape in order to be an important asset against her war of the true divine. To aid in the war against their creators she formed a strained alliance with the GUAD; giving them the firepower to destroy whole universes, but only if it's universes she thinks should go. The Mother of the Multiverse doesn't want to destroy everything forever, just re-shape things the way she sees fit.
- Perpetua believes the Force is some sort of aspect or connection to the Source. As such, she desires to capture and subjugate/twist the Ones for her own purposes, boasting "I have faced mightier Celestials than you". More generally, the Mother of the Multiverse is hated and feared by the divine. Many have compared her Gnostic Demiurge, being both a malicious god and a betrayer of the cosmic order. Though significantly less powerful than her, the Father of the Homunculi fits a lot of her character traits. Perpetua has some measure of sympathy for his desire of ultimate freedom, and she recognizes that the Truth is much like the Source in many ways. As such, she is aiding Father in taking down the Truth in order to achieve her own ends with existence.
- Perpetua's perversion of the natural order gained her many enemies even before her re-emergence. A supremely selfish creator, Gowasu regards her as the pinnacle of disorder that a god of creation can reach. Beerus agrees, and when the Mother of the Multiverse claimed he was being hypocritical, he defended this by saying he would never go so far as she did. Both Zen'o were so offended by her abuse of power(even if she argued they weren't innocents in such, they tried erasing her on the spot...only for it to not work, though she did emerge with scratches. Everyone was terrified.
Perpetua: "Perhaps if you had proper training, I would've been in trouble. But I am feared through the greater omniverse for a reason.
- Arceus despises Perpetua for being a traitor to her job as a creator, however she doesn't think much of the Original One. Ahura Mazda fears she might be what he would become if he breaks from the stress of his job. The Mother of the Multiverse is a serious enemy to the Pantheonic Time Police and the Protectors of the Plot Continuum as well, what with her plans to warp reality to her liking and exploitation of Crisis energy. Despite all of this antipathy towards her, there were a number of divine beings who think she's justified in her feelings. It's just that they get in the way of their desires, making her a rival.
- Obvious comparisons were made to YHVH once it was revealed He is not in fact the true God of the SMT Multiverse, but an Avatar/representative for the true Great Will. Even before that, they are selfish egomaniacs who feel creation should bend to their whim. However Perpetua believes He is overly worried about The Evils of Free Will, and there are easier means of asserting domination. The God of Order simply considers her on a level of power as to be a serious threat to His regime.
- The opposite, Lucifer, denounces Perpetua as a coward as her core motive is to avoid becoming irrelevant. She chooses not to react to this, and as far as she's considered "Law" and "Chaos" are mere means to an end. She feels much the same about Galeem and Dharkon, who "reset the playing field" so to speak. Between Lucifer and YHVH, the Mother of the Multiverse actually respects the Divine Powers more as they seek to change the game rather than continue it, which seems the more productive action to her. Of course, she has different ideas to them on what is "productive".
- Solaris totally agrees that reality should be torn apart to achieve their own ends, like Perpetua. However she feels the time god is myopic; if you devour all of space and time, what are you supposed to do with nothing to rule? Though she is willing to throw the multiverse under the bus for her own ends, the Mother of the Multiverse still wants an omniverse to rule. The two will at least team up if it means opposing the Pantheonic Time Police, given they are two of said police's gravest foes, and see each other more as competition than enemies.
- Melkor is more of a clear Satanic Archetype, but Perpetua likes him the most out of her rivals. His views tie more into the idea of "doom", and they have an Arch-Enemy in a creator that they ultimately can't ever truly defeat. Melkor's Start of Darkness was frustration at not being able to create, Perpetua's was Mortality Phobia, something that the Dark Lord has come to feel as well. They'd probably be allies if they weren't so high-profile that they'd inevitably fight over control rather than be a Big Bad Duumvirate. And as far as Perpetua is concerned, Evil is but a tool.
- Eyeing up the Throne as it allows one's Law to be the law of the multiverse, making it an extremely powerful tool for whoever sits upon it.
- Part of her goal in weaponizing the multiverse includes making hybrids of Martians and humans. There are a lot of the former to pick from, and she has decided to offer the Martian from Mars Attacks! a deal; serve as her foot soldiers and she will enhance them, becoming a powerful force in the new order. They accepted this deal. Ragyo Kiryuin has also accepted her deal for power and spreading the Life Fibre. Part of why this worked out was they have similar ideals as mothers.
- While the various alliances consider the Forever War of the pantheon frustrating, given it seems none of them will ever have a definitive win, Perpetua takes a "glass half full" approach to it. However this is only because the resultant Crisis energy will empower her. As such, she is one of the major backers of the Hounds of War, but only until such a point where she has gained so much power from the pantheon's Crisis energies she can steamroll the other alliances and take over the Trope Pantheon itself. To keep fuelling Crisis energies she has been supporting all of the Chaos Gods, even if she doesn't care about their ideologies and neither do they. This only fuels what the Emperor of Mankind has in her mind of the Mother of the Multiverse; The absolute WORST of gods. Her "vision" of violent human-Martian hybrids is an abomination to him and he regards her in the same tier of "EXTERMINATUS AT ALL COSTS" as the Chaos Gods, YHVH, Lucifer and Melkor.
- She has made sweet talk with Ulanaq in that her "doom" fits his vision, and he could reach even greater heights of divinity by being one of her disciples. He's considering it, since for now he's still siding with Vaatu. She has also promised Lord Drakkon and Bandos a fair bit of multiversal power as well. On a more academic level the Lich was interested in her and her place in the greater mythology of existence, as was Darth Plagueis because of her nature as a creator. Their ambitions have precluded becoming her allies, but they are still permitted to study her to an extent.
- Perpetua wonders if Lucifer, the son of Chuck, could serve her interests. The answer was yes, if it also serves his own. What with him being a powerful and rebellious devil, he's the kind of guy who she thinks stroking his ego would lead to him aiding her. She was most amused to learn his dad was Evil All Along, as a deity who sees creation as His amusement is an attitude she agrees with, and wonders if he can use his "writing" to help her "story" of becoming truly supreme.
- Gaining more intel onto the Dark Multiverse thanks to the Batman Who Laughs, she plans to create Dark Multiverse nightmare worlds where The Bad Guy Wins stuck in a perpetual loop with the various events in the pantheon. Well plan is more accurate; she is not to be trusted. She lied to Luthor about humanity surviving and ascending, something the Batman Who Laughs figured and eventually convinced to be her Dragon instead because of his knowledge of the Dark Multiverse. And of course he's not to be trusted, as after implanting his brain in a Bruce Wayne with Dr Manhattan's powers the "Darkest Knight" plans to overthrow her. Ultimately the Darkest Knight succeeded at killing her by pummeling her to death with the remains of the Source Wall, and now that she's been revived in the pantheon she's absolutely livid about it.
I need just one more

- Interested In: SCP-953, Kurama, Nightmare
- This is Saya, the top agent of a group known as Ouma, which seeks to merge all worlds together and create unbridled chaos by creating a monster called Byaku Shin. Saya has tried many times to accomplish this goal and has usually gained the aid of some of the most famous (or unknown) villains in video games. But every time, her plans are thwarted by Reiji and Xiaomu, who work with the enemies of these villains to take them and Saya down.
- One day in the Pantheon, Reiji and Xiaomu were meeting with each other, when Reiji suddenly experienced a huge bout of pain where his scar was. Xiaomu recoiled in horror, as she realized that could only mean one thing- Saya was back yet again. Sure enough, Saya appeared from a Rift with all of Ouma in tow, uncertain of where she had ended up. As usual, she was quick to make her presence known to Reiji and Xiaomu, but was shocked to find that many of the heroes who had worked with them were also in the Pantheon, and she was forced to retreat after a fight. Quickly managing to ascend under Crossover-Exclusive Villain, Saya and her minions set up a base to resume their plans.
- Saya was quick to find some of the villains whom she had worked with during her plans, including M. Bison, Jedah Dohma, Nemesis, Sigma, and Vile. These villains were surprised to see that she was back, but agreed to help her with her plans. For her part, Saya is hoping more of them ascend so that she can bolster her ranks further. In particular, she’s wishing for the ascension of the other five major villains who originally took part in her first plan: Astaroth, Yoritomo, Druaga, Zouna, and Grandmaster Meio.
- From Bison, Saya also learned of the GUAE, and quickly applied to join them. The GUAE accepted her into their ranks quickly, and Saya personally made certain to keep in the good graces of all of the assembled villains. She has no plans to usurp Melkor, but does intend to have him defend her should her plan of merging the worlds come true. If this were to happen, her ideal plan would be to have the entire GUAE attack the GUAG as they approached while she, her heralds, and Byaku Shin observed from their position, and then fight them once they managed to reach them.
- As Saya’s first plan to merge the worlds primarily relied on trying to obtain the Soul Edge, Saya began having the GUAE try to track it down. They eventually found out that it was in the possession of its rightful owner, Nightmare, but he refused to give the Soul Edge to them, believing that Saya’s plan would destroy the Soul Edge. Thus, Saya and her troops have begun resorting to underhanded tactics to procure the Soul Edge.
- Though Saya is a powerful agent, she answers to a higher authority- 99, a monster who is the original form of Byaku Shin. He was sealed in an area known as the Abyss of Time, but when the Key of Time, which controls it, was stolen, he and all the others trapped there were freed. Saya merged with him at the culmination of her original plan, but Reiji, Xiaomu, and their party were able to destroy him. Saya has been working to find out where the shards that were created when 99 was destroyed are to revive him, and the GUAE have been helping her in her goal.
- During her second plan, Saya had to compete with a group called Oros Phlox, who sought to destroy all worlds rather than control them. It got so bad that Saya was forced to ally with her enemies to fight them. The members of this group, alongside the agents of Ouma, have ascended alongside Saya, but they did it in secret and are only doing this to establish themselves in the Pantheon and do not seek to help Saya in any way. In fact, once they find a good trope to work under, they intend to reveal themselves and join the GUAD.
- When Lord Vortech caught wind of Saya and her plans, he approached her about merging worlds together, as this was also his plan, though with different means of accomplishing it. Saya soon formed an alliance with Vortech, allowing the two of them to become even more dangerous. This naturally put her in the crosshairs of the various enemies of Vortech, but she doesn’t mind that. She’s a more than capable fighter against these opponents, after all- although she is quite concerned about having to fight Batman, knowing he’s one of the most dangerous opponents in the Pantheon.
- As she’s a very competent planner and was able to change her original plan on the fly when it became apparent that obtaining the Soul Edge was impossible, Saya was quick to ally herself with Tzeentch and gain the aid of his forces. Tzeentch attempted to get the other Chaos Gods to work with her, but they felt she did not exemplify them enough. That hasn’t stopped her from considering to use Archaeon in her plans, and she’s also been trying to trick the other villainous Warhammer factions into working with her as well, with varying degrees of success.
- Saya’s plans have often drawn the aid of some of Capcom's greatest villains, with the three biggest powers (the Infernal Village, Shadaloo and the forces of Grandmaster Meio) in her first plan working with her on her two subsequent attempts. As a result, when the Avengers and X-Men learned of her presence, they quickly informed all the other heroes from their universe about Saya and what she is capable of. As a result, the Marvel heroes are on high alert should Saya try anything.
- Being a werefox, many of the other kitsune in the Pantheon feel uneasy around her. Ahri, Tamamo-no-Mae, Yomi, and Ran Yokumo all personally feel particularly uneasy, as she wields no magic but instead elemental katanas and a grenade launcher. For her part, Saya thinks they’re all stuck in the past and need to adapt, as she believes that weapons are the modern day version of magic, and that magic is no longer useful. Saya has also become weary of Ran’s master Yukari and knows she will have to get through her if she intends to merge Gensokyo with the other worlds.
- That being said, there are two kitsune Saya is interested in. The first is SCP-953, who she wishes to control to attack people with, even though some have tried to tell her it does not like to be called a kitsune. Similarly, Saya believes Kurama is a good source of energy for her plans, but she knows she’ll have to contend with many of the deities from his realm to capture him. In particular, Madara Uchiha has been trying to prevent her from using Kurama, as this would interfere in his plan to use it as well. Saya has attempted to reason with Madara, but he isn’t really interested.
- Once SHOCKER found out about her plans, they approached her with a request to ally themselves with Ouma. Saya quickly accepted the request, and proved perfectly willing to work with their constant supply of monsters to attack opponents with. It helps that they constantly keep being brought back every time the Kamen Riders meet. That, of course, has put her on bad terms with the Kamen Riders themselves, but Saya is confident that Ouma will be able to handle their desires to fight them.
- Before long, the Kamen Riders informed the Gokaiger and the Space Sheriffs of Saya's activity. These two are no stranger to crossovers, so they quickly took it upon themselves to help combat Saya whenever she shows up. Saya firmly believes that they, too, will be stopped should they step in to attack and combat her forces.
- Tabuu also joined up with Saya when she entered Subspace due to his desire to merge all realms with Subspace, allowing her to join up with his many, many monsters. For her part, Saya has been considering rebuilding the Subspace Bomb Factory to help him, and has also been trying to figure out how to make the bombs be operable without ROB units, as once the factory was destroyed, there was no way for Tabuu to make more ROBs, and the one who was secretly the Ancient Minister is clearly on the side of good from now on.
- She also allied herself with Galeem and Dharkon after seeing their realms and noting they were like what her end game is. She doesn’t really favor either of them, but is leaning more towards Dharkon due to her desire to create chaos. This has also increased her enemies to those who fought against them- including Ryu, Ken, Lucina, Chrom, and Shulk, all of whom Saya has encountered in the past before.

Preliminary draft for this duo profile. Any suggestions for any interactions? Looking for enemies of heroic spies/assassins, other couples who married under false pretenses before developing real feelings for each other, and anyone who's trying to instigate a nuclear war (preferably in an Eastern Europe-esque setting).

- Domains: Marriage, Family, Killing
- Loid: Espionage, Children, Cooking
- Yor: Assassination, Strength, Roses
- High Priests: John & Jane Smith
- Herald: Anya, their adoptive daughter
- Allies:
- "Loid Forger" is master spy codenamed <Twilight> from the country of Westalis. To carry out his current mission in the country of Ostania, he's required to have a child enrolled in a prestigious school with the requirement of a two-parent household. Thus, he adopts Anya, who's actually a telepath, as his child and tries to find a wife. Yor is an employee at Berlint City Hall who's actually the infamous assassin <Thorn Princess>, despite being an airhead and bad liar. Scared of falling under suspicion by the government for being a single, twenty-seven year woman, and thinking that Anya is Loid's actual daughter from a previous marriage, she agrees to a fake marriage with Loid. Over time, the fake family becomes closer and gradually turns into a real one.
- When chosen to ascend by the Pantheon, Loid and Yor weren't told that their spouse was also chosen because they've been using their sham marriage as a cover for their real job as well, and continuously hide from each other that they're a Deity of Going Undercover as Lovers. For this reason, they each continue to put up the façade that they're simply a psychiatrist and city hall worker, completely oblivious to the fact that they're both the deities of the trope. Everyone they've met in the Pantheon who knows about their status has been sworn to secrecy about it.
- During their stay in the Pantheon, Anya is being taken care of by Loid's co-worker Franky and kept company by their loyal, precognitive family dog Bond. Loid has given Anya studying to do in the meantime in hopes that she'll get good graces to obtain the Stella Stars to carry out Operation Strix. Sadly, Anya has been watching too much Spy Wars while they've been gone and getting into hijinks thanks to her telepathy. As a result, Loid and Yor are beginning to worry.
- Exclusive to Loid:
- As Westalis's Greatest Spy, Loid has garnered praise from James Bond himself for his mastery in espionage, social expertise, consummate lying, skill in combat, and appeal to women. With Bond, Loid has discussed his ongoing struggle regarding being a spy and becoming a family man, with Bond providing him advice on how romance has affected his career. Funnily enough, Loid finds it interesting how Bond is named similarly to TV show spy character in his world Bondman who Anya, a fan of the show, named their family dog Bond after.
- Loid has been serving as something of a mentor to Carmen and Juni Cortez, teaching the young spies all that he knows. Their enthusiasm reminds Loid of Anya, who's actually been showing potential as a spy herself. However, his training, including the belief that a spy must bury their emotions and show no weakness, and his harsh physical regimen has proven to be too rigorous for the young spies.
- Exclusive to Yor:
- Yor has formed a connection with Arya Stark over becoming assassins at a young age. However, Yor was horrified to learn about Arya's training, learning how to fight blind, getting repeatedly beaten, having to kill another assassin, and learning how to steal faces to get revenge on the people who wronged her family. Arya, on the other hand, was dumbfounded to hear about how Yor became an assassin to financially support her brother, happily coming home covered in blood all without Yuri noticing. They had a friendly spar, but Yor accidentally smashed Arya into the wall and broke her ribs with her ridiculous physical strength.
Other good assassins include Maki Harukawa and Killua Zoldyck of the Hunter x Hunter cast.

Of course, the various members of The Brotherhood of Assasins are heroic assassins, and Shay Patrick Cormac is someone who specializes in hunting them down. Night Raid is another such group with many enemies like Esdeath, Prime Minister Honest, and Wild Hunt.
The Metal Gear franchise have plenty of enemy for good spies, including Liquid Snake, Solidus Snake, and The Patriots
Edit: Pigs are now flying in the Pantheon. We just need Hell to freeze.

@ wootzits: Bloody Mary is a woman who struggled with love throughout her life, always trying to find the perfect groom. She's not terribly picky, but if they don't play along Mary gets homicidal. Even after winning Twisted Metal in her story, the lobotomized man still manages to reject her, leading her to kill him and vowing to continue her search even she has to go through each and every man, one at a time.
Be awed. Or be awestruck. This is the difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary.@WhirlRX If you'd want to ascend Anya (their daughter) I'd suggest Psychic Children. She's a 4-5 year old telepath from experimentation and the story constantly plays it for laughs because she's so young she can't understand other adults' minds a lot of the time, it shows how a really young telepath would react at school from knowing what their classmates think, and people around her a lot of the time think she's actually intelligent for her age because of her power and then she has to quickly stop using her powers to hide them.

- Odd Relationship: The Smash Fighters
- Confuses: The Grand United Alliance of Machines
- Servants of the evil Giygas, this alien race is capable of PSI powers and are his elite troops, with other members composing of UFOs, Octobots, Mooks (not like a minion variety), Barbots, R7038, Atomic Power Robots, Nuclear Reactor Robots, etc. This race of aliens is currently debated whether they are robots or organic. The former says that their robotic speech suggests this. On the other hand, the Rust Promoter has no effect on them and them being capable of taking Sudden Guts Pills as well as having a member of their ranks called the Ghost of Starman, makes them an enigmatic race. These two cases both have convincing evidence.
- Arrived to the Pantheon thanks to the aid of the Grand United Alliance of Destruction. They made themselves known by launching a full-scale invasion including not only themselves, but also their heralds, which happen to be the rest of Giygas’ army. Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo, who happened to remember that there was previously only one Starman in the Pantheon, proceeded to thwart the invasion with some help from other deities, but thanks to Nekron, it’s unlikely that they will be going away for a while.
- As they don’t really have a temple, the Starmen are really hard to keep track of. Sometimes they take over the temples of others to aid Giygas and even recreated Stonehenge Base in the Pantheon at one point. Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo put a stop to this, but still, it’s impressive that they can accomplish these things considering the amount of beings in the Pantheon that happen to be far stronger then they are.
- The Grand United Alliance of Machines have been having trouble figuring out just what exactly these aliens are. Like the rest of the Pantheon, they actually cannot tell if they are robotic or organic. Much to their frustration, the Starmen aren’t telling. Porky has no clue what they are and obviously they aren’t getting an answer from Giygas, the only being other than the Starmen that might know the answer.
- They like aiding Lavos from time to time as the Planetary Parasite happens to be very similar to their Master. Some of them have also been working with Grima as temporary members of his army alongside his Risen. Grima knows that their true loyalty is to that of Giygas, however, but doesn’t mind it at the moment due to his current state. What he doesn’t know is that the Starmen intend to change that...
- Really could care less about the war between the Forces of Order and Chaos. A Starman Junior expressed its race’s thoughts on YHVH and Lucifer. The alien race believes YHVH to be a “senile God who doesn’t know what he’s doing” and Lucifer to be “an imbecile for favoring humans specifically.” YHVH was pissed at them and wants their heads while Lucifer pointed out that it was humans who defeated them and their master, something the Starmen are quite aware of.
- They have been working with Junko as of late to restore Giygas’ sanity once they learned that she wanted to purify him into a state similar to her own. They have earned enemies in some of the Touhou Project deities because of this. They desire to capture Homura Akemi and use her as a battery to accomplish this while under the service of their “substitute master.” They have her as their highest priority target to neutralize right beneath the Chosen Four, even if they have to destroy the Pantheon to do it. Things went From Bad to Worse after she killed a few Starman Supers (They didn’t drop the Sword of Kings) when they raided a GUAC base for information on Nekron’s orders. They got better in the House of Life And Death while a Final Starman escaped via teleport with some information. It was later revealed that Death Phantom was the one who created the strategy to do this and watched them to ensure nothing went wrong, meaning the death of those Starman Supers were all a part of their plan.
@ShounenTrash - I'd tread carefully when it comes to Anya and Psychic Children. Keep in mind that SPY×FAMILY is still ongoing, so chances are there can be some kind of big twist or reveal at some point (also, this is kind of a thing when it comes to Shounen material). I'll only accept Loid and Yor for now until either a character from that series really fits a trope and/or if the series ends, after which anyone is fair game.
Bottom Posting.
