Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Topping a new page. grin

No need for approval for a High Priest. Generally it isn't an issue unless the choice happens to be inappropriate trope-wise or controversial, and those are rare.

[up] Great! I appreciate you letting me know.

I'm going to post my two most prepared profiles here for commentary or additional relationships- it's been a while since they've been approved, so if you need any other info, such as how they embody their tropes (although I hope it's made clear in the profiles), let me know.

Oryx the Mad God, the God who Fights After His Minions' Defeat (Oryx, O1/O2/O3, Oryx The Exalted God)

  • Opposes: Apophis, Lord English
  • Fears: The Scarlet King
  • Oryx the Mad God is the Top God of his own dimension, and is a callous and malevolent god who serves only himself and his minions by serving them humans. The humans of the realm have obviously taken up arms against him, but Oryx chooses not to interfere in his realm's affairs himself, instead sending his minions to subdue the realm's heroes. When those eventually fall, Oryx loses his patience and whisks them away to his castle, where the heroes must fight their way to his chamber to get a chance to defeat Oryx himself. From there, players must use artifacts looted from Oryx's minions to break their way into his Wine Cellar, and then his Sanctuary, as he unveils and unleashes more of his power each time, to the point that he becomes the greatest challenge the heroes could ever face.
  • Oryx teleported many of the Pantheon's heroes to his castle after one of the major battles they triumphed in, openly challenging them to combat. However, they fought through wave after wave of minions, and after finally catching sight of Oryx, they won the day. However, it was found that Oryx had made a simulacrum of himself (as he is prone to doing to confront the heroes of his own realm), and he had made himself at home in the Pantheon while his simulacrum did the dirty work. Considering the large amount of minions, including his heralds, that he brought with him, nobody really bothers to evict him from the Pantheon, especially after he started forming alliances with the gods already established there. However, rumors are among the heroic side of the Pantheon that if they slew enough of his minions, Oryx would become frustrated enough to challenge them himself, which would give them an opportunity to drive him out of the Pantheon for good.
  • Oryx, eager to rebuild his base of minions and allies within the Pantheon, makes a tempting bargain for allegiance, namely that they can cheat death if one of Oryx's enemies kills them. Medusa and the Sphinx, both with counterparts under Oryx's employ, have allied themselves with him. Zanza has no such counterpart, but finding himself unwilling to stomach his own death and seeing life with similar contempt to Oryx, has also organized an alliance with him, even if only for Zanza's selfish reasons. Seeing them as similar to his top generals from his homeland, Oryx has struck alliances with Fortinbras and Dracula, who also recommended the Crimson Court as allies. Oryx's reliance on and trust in a vampire lord from his realm has helped make these alliances go smoothly.
  • Oryx has gotten into territorial disputes with the infamous God-King of the Hive (also named Oryx) and Sauron (who maintains a similar level of authority over his minions and realm)- while they don't have any particular reason to oppose each other, they find themselves unwilling to get along because they get in each other's way.
  • Oryx and Mr. X have similar conflicts of personal gain- while they both use similar tactics regarding their minions, Mr. X doesn't want anyone he could possibly rule over from getting ruled over (and probably eaten) by Oryx's administration.
  • Oryx often finds himself butting heads with Geb, who is knowledgeable of his counterpart in Oryx's realm, and has opposed Oryx due to the Mad God's malevolence and Geb's willingness to bless humanity.
  • Those who Rage Against the Heavens will quickly find a justified target in Oryx, whose selfish desires to maintain power are more than enough to warrant his downfall. Kratos battles Oryx purely on principle, evil godly reign be damned. Egil, embittered by millennia of suffering with the influence of a deity as selfish as Oryx, is among the people most prepared and eager to fight the Mad God. His Homs ally, Shulk, has also had enough of being played around by malevolent gods and has turned the Monado against Oryx. Dunban follows Shulk in raising arms against Oryx, but also because Oryx's rampant alcoholism and the destruction associated with it is a strong reminder of why Dunban quit drinking himself.
  • Ike, having slain a divine being before, joins Shulk against Oryx, but Ike's fight comes very easy to him due to Oryx's armor being similar to that of a certain sinister general who orphaned him.
  • Oryx has varying relationships with a few ascended Touhou goddesses, as he and his minions also host a plethora of Bullet Hell attacks. Cirno sees infuriating Oryx and defeating his minions as a challenge and takes up arms against him purely on the basis that it'd be a great way to show off her strength. Due to the amount of monsters in Oryx's employ and general level of malevolence, Reimu also opposes him. Meanwhile, Oryx asked Alice Margatroid to be his ally due to the loyalty of one of his own puppeteers from his home realm, to which she agreed, although she doesn't display the same loyalty to Oryx as his Puppet Master.
  • Mario, the quintessential hero, has heard of the extent Oryx's depravity and has joined the fight with Shulk and Ike, his fellow participants in the Smash tournament, against the Mad God.
  • Oryx doesn't take kindly to oblivion-related deities, and has joined the fight against Apophis with zeal. Lord English's desire for wanton destruction and oblivion of reality has also earned the Mad God's ire. Due to the oblivion-related deity of his universe having a strong association with emptiness and the void, he also has a hatred of void-powered deities. Zeratul makes this hatred mutual due to his benevolence, but Exdeath is the closest thing to the Void Entity in the pantheon, so Oryx's enmity with him was inevitable. The White, with similar associations with the Void and oblivion to Exdeath, also disgust Oryx due to their methods of despair-crushing (which Oryx sees as needless) and goals of ending all of existence.
  • Oryx and Black Doom have found themselves steadfast allies, as both of their means of survival involve consuming humans. As the greatest champion of humanity, the God-Emperor of Mankind has rightfully deemed Oryx a threat to humanity due to humans being one of Oryx's main sources of nourishment, and stands ready to oppose him. Knowing that being eaten is an unpleasant fate, Oryx is terrified of being put on someone's menu himself, namely that of the Scarlet King, who is renowned for eating other gods to consume their power.

  • Odd Friendship with: Sans and Papyrus
  • Unknown Relationship With: Richard, The Reaper (Persona)
  • Pities: Ai Astin, Jacket
  • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • After his final assignment by the Fire in his home Place, the Reaper enjoyed a comfortable life of retirement in his apartment with his cat. Until one time, the Fire spoke to him about another assignment. The Fire told the Reaper to head up to the Pantheon to clear out some of those who had yet to return to their graves, as such a menagerie of undead could not live with him. After a night had come and gone in the pantheon, Nagash, Dracula, and Dr. Zomboss found a building full of their undead Mooks entirely devoid of un-life, with every victim having been killed via gunshot. While there were few signs of a struggle, the assailant had apparently snuck around the building through its ventilation system and taken the undead out room by room. The Reaper not only had time to complete his first assignment, but he made himself at home in the Afterlife Entities house, where he continues to take charge of ensuring that the undead die for the last time.
  • Obviously, those who oppose the Reaper are the several powerful undead gods within the Pantheon. Dracula, Nagash, and Dr. Zomboss are not in the slightest eager to die again, nor do they take kindly to the Reaper killing their Mooks by the buildingful. The Reaper also takes issue with the White, due to the result of their manipulation creating among the most advanced and miserable undead that the Reaper targets.
  • Among the most challenging assignments for the Reaper to return to death are the Scourge, due to their sheer numbers and determination when challenging him. Considering the booby traps set up by some of the skeletons the Reaper is used to, the Reaper is considering using some of his own to split up and destroy the individual members of the Scourge, or to level their base camps.
  • The Reaper notes that among the undead of the Pantheon, vampires are easily among the most prominent and organized. With this in mind, he consulted with Buffy Summers and the ascended members of the Belmont clan to better know his enemies, to compare fighting styles, and to establish a vampire-hunting alliance. Sometimes, the Reaper can be seen fighting alongside the Belmonts in their war against Dracula and his allies.
  • Among the vampiric alliance are the von Carstein clan. Despite Vladimer's utter contempt for his two sons, the three of them have joined Dracula and the Crimson Court in fighting to maintain their undead reigns against the Reaper. While Mannfred is too self-centered to be of any use to the other members of the alliance (especially his family), and Konrad is too batshit crazy to bother with anything but trying to kill the Reaper, Vladimer maintains the alliance with Dracula and take countermeasures against the Reaper whenever he may appear to claim the souls of their vampiric underlings- although he admits that the best he can do regarding his scions is to try to push them in the right direction.
  • While Leoric and Spinal aren't born of the same suffering that the skeletons the Reaper deals with are, they're both still considered undead, and the Reaper has them and their skeletal minions on his hit list. Leoric and Spinal obviously take umbrage to this, and have even considered alliances with Dracula and Nagash to keep the Reaper occupied while they form a plan to get rid of him.
  • Alexstrasza and Hestia both remind him of his boss, who took the form of a fireplace within his apartment, and would like to confide in them if he feels the need to do so.
  • The Ancestor, having had trouble with the undead stalking the Ruins of his Estate, strongly considers the Reaper's expertise in exterminating the undead and seeks the Reaper as an employee. The Reaper, while open to this assignment, would also be open to assisting in flushing out the vampiric Crimson Court. The Highwayman and the Reaper get along well due to their similar fighting styles (namely, the swift, careful, and often vicious use of handguns), although the Reaper is capable of handling much greater firepower than that available to the Highwayman, which should prove more than adequate in flushing out the evils haunting the Ruins and Courtyard.
  • The Reaper initially saw Sans and Papyrus as nothing but his next potential targets, but he decided against taking them out when he found out that they were (both unlike the skeletons he is regularly accustomed to eliminating) not technically undead and not living in constant misery. In fact, he tried striking up a conversation with them, despite his quiet nature. Papyrus naturally dominated the conversation, as both the Reaper and Sans are laconic and rather soft-spoken. The three can be seen hanging out with Grim, who rarely appears with the trio at Grillby's when Billy and Mandy aren't forcing him into misadventures. The Reaper's terseness, however, has made him a very good listener when Grim needs to vent about his circumstances.
  • The Reaper takes pity on Jacket, who felt forced into murderous circumstances, and hopes that his soul is at peace after the nuclear annihilation of Miami, since he'd hate to have to try to fight and execute him. He has an unclear relationship with Richard, one of Jacket's most prominent hallucinations, but if the theory that Richard is another form of The Grim Reaper is true, they could work in similar departments.
  • The Reaper also has issues with Fortinbras due to battling demonic mercenaries, and is prepared to oppose him as well should Fortinbras ally himself with the Reaper's main targets. The Reaper went to Dante for tips on combating demons, which Dante was willing to oblige, as long as the Reaper picked up on some of his style points as well. The Reaper also consulted the Doom Slayer for use of heavier firepower against demonic foes against which his standard revolver might not cut it.
  • The firepower that the Reaper learned to use while training with the Doom Slayer could also come in handy for combating the Wither, as the Undead Abomination is extraordinarily durable and would be able to shrug off even the mightiest of the Reaper's weaponry- even the Headhunter would be ineffective due to the Wither's three heads, the other two of which could find and kill the Reaper before he could make two follow-up shots or reposition.
  • While the Reaper doesn't take issue with Lord English's rendering of ghosts of the departed Deader than Dead, he does take issue with Lord English's wanton destruction for everything else in the universe, including the living, which the Reaper doesn't have jurisdiction over the lives of.
  • One of the Reaper's priority targets is Gabriel Reyes, who continues his reign of terrorism even into undeath. Aware of Reyes' Hellfire Shotguns bringing him unmatched close-range power and maneuverability, the Reaper knows his best bet would be to take him out from afar, using the sniping skills he picked up during his Sniper Duel with Vall. However, Reyes' Shadow Step could allow him to close the gap between himself and the Reaper during any engagement between the two, leaving the Reaper coming up with a plan to avoid detection, or an escape plan for if Reyes catches him up close.
  • The Reaper has little sympathy for Gig due to his hotheadedness, which he sees as unbecoming of a manipulator of death, and his habit of slaying the living on a whim, although the Reaper hopes that Gig comes back to his senses and returns to properly overseeing the cycle of life and death as he did as Vigilance.
  • Ai Astin's task in ensuring that the undead return to the has brought up a significant amount of sympathy from the Reaper, as he feels a sense of sadness that someone so idealistic should be assigned to so grim a task. He would be glad to help assist her with or take up her task of ensuring that humans are freed from the downsides of their immortality if she extended her hand to him.
  • The Reaper was blessed with a fairly large collection of tunes associated with him, and has gained an appreciation for music. Partly because of this appreciation, the Reaper feels contempt for Ernesto de la Cruz for his taking advantage of the music world and vows to put him back in his grave if he ever tries to return to the world of the living.
  • The Reaper would like to learn much from Persona's Reaper, considering its immense combat abilities and skill with its unusually large revolvers could make the Reaper a better fighter for the sake of assassinating his many powerful targets. However, he fears that delving into the Pantheon to seek the Persona Reaper's guidance would only provoke his wrath, and with the Reaper's unimpressive durability, that's not a risk he would like to take.

I'm looking for the following so I can add to my profiles. They don't have to fit all of these criteria.

  1. Misogynists.
  2. Those who had angst over their skin color.
  3. Support fighters with a constant need to prove themselves.
  4. Characters from post-apoc worlds (like, well after) such as Aloy.

The Beyonder, God of Disillusion Towards Reality Warping (Frank, Kurami)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/new_avengers_vol_3_29_textless.jpg
  • House: Power Mentalities (House of Power)
  • Adopted from: Crimson Shark
  • Overdeity
  • Symbol: His face and Kirby Dots imposed on a brilliant white sphere
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: One of Marvel's most powerful Deities, Reality Warper Which he isn't Really Fond Of, Blessed with Suck, Time Abyss, Superpower Lottery, Functional Omnipotence, First Showed Up In Secret Wars
  • Domains: Reality Warping, Boredom, Understanding
  • Of interest to: The Alliance Leaders
  • Curious about: The Hadou Gods, the House of Gaming
  • Allies: Mr. Mxyzptlk, Loki, Discord, Present and Future Zen'o, SCP-239
  • On good terms with: Mercurius, The Alpha and Omega, Bruce Almighty
  • Rivals: Lord Vortech, Lord Fuse
  • Enemies: Thanos, Victor Von Doom, Darkseid, Fused Zamasu, Hajun, the Anti-Monitor
  • Opposed by: The SCP Foundation, The Living Tribunal, The Protectors of The Plot Continuum
  • Feared by: Beerus, Nobuyuki Sugou
  • The Beyonder is an enigmatic cosmic being behind the original Secret Wars. Coming from somewhere beyond the normal Marvel Multiverse, the Beyonder is almost omnipotent and created a Patchwork World to see whether the hero or villain faction was stronger. Dr Doom stole his power, and soon learned that Reality Warping Is Not a Toy when you still have a human mind. Honestly, even the Beyonder has problems with his power, though they are primarily related to the total boredom that comes with getting whatever you want.
  • A cosmic being with all the power in his own multiverse, the Beyonder's ascension has all alliances seek out his power. Given he can knock Galactus to the curb, wipe out Lady Death and immediately bring her back among other achievements, it's hard to say who in the pantheon might actually beat him without some master-level trickery. When he actually wants to help, it has mixed results.
  • The Beyonder's ascension set alarm bells ringing for the SCP Foundation, who fear the damage that the Beyonder might cause. The Beyonder is Above Good and Evil (and genuinely, not a "uses it as an excuse" like most villains) and isn't malicious, but still he has the kind of danger level as SCP-239. The Witch Child likes playing with him and reading comics, which puts them further on alert. It's theorized that he could once and for all eradicate SCP-682, but they sure as hell don't trust him enough to test that out.
  • The Protectors of the Plot Continuum are looking out for him to make sure that his power doesn't threaten the stability of the pantheon. Darkseid and Zamasu are in more severe opposition, but for malevolent reasons. The former hates the idea of the Beyonder getting in the way of his domination of all things, but he also wants to hijack his power. Perhaps he can achieve it through the Anti-Life Equation. Zamasu is livid that someone so irresponsible should hold such power. You know, like him.
  • Would kindly like to remind the Anti-Monitor he is the Original Generation of a comic book Crisis Crossover that came first. The Anti-Monitor considers the Beyonder as a threat to the omnicidal destruction of everything that is not his Antimatter Universe, and doesn't even want him as a rival because, in his own words, "he's childish and immature". The Beyonder thinks the Anti-Monitor lacks imagination. Both are of such overwhelming power not only does the latter consider talking with him(read: pissing contests) is something to do, but they can fight on an even field.
  • Wiz and Boomstick want to convince the Beyonder to organize a Death Battle royale, for the entire pantheon itself; battle simulations and their budget for when the characters are in-character willing to fight to the death aren't enough to fill their cravings. The Beyonder doesn't think he'll let them, given what happened last time.
  • The House of Gaming was intrigued by the idea of a new Battleworld. Lord Fuse did something similar, though he had a more nefarious gambit. He would love to wrestle the Beyonder for his power, and has teamed up with Lord Vortech. Given the Beyonder is almost omnipotent, they are willing to perform a Fusion Dance into Fuse-Vortech out of necessity. This intrigues the Beyonder. He is generally interested in the events of the House of Gaming as a respite from the doldrum of how powerful he is.
  • Intrigued by the two Zen'o due to their incredible power and their desire to be entertained, resulting in the Tournament of Power. The Beyonder would like to help them house a second tournament, this time with gods around the pantheon. Wiz and Boomstick complained about how he can trust the Zen'o, but not them with such an effort. Beerus is absolutely mortified by this, seeing such an uber-powerful being get along with the uber-powerful beings who he fears and is subordinate to.
  • Who holds the position of Hadou God is the most powerful being in their multiverse, and their Law is a matter of fact. It reminds the Beyonder of how he is both his own multiverse and has absolute dominion over it. So the idea of a Hadou God is intriguing to him. Well, except for Hajun, given his omnicidal desires. While the Beyonder is the only being in his reality, he is somewhat bored by the fact. Hajun not only wants to be the only being in his multiverse, but the only being in all existence period. The Beyonder asked him "wait, wouldn't that get really boring?" Hajun was too self-centered and egotistical to listen or imagine such viewpoint and regards the Beyonder as "in the way".
  • By contrast Mercurius is a lot more sympathetic to the Beyonder, even if the latter has zero interest in his goals or aiding him; his drive is wanting an end because of the boredom of his omniscience and overall divinity. The Alpha and Omega relates to his difficulty in contentment with power, though he is concerned with more responsible uses of power. The Beyonder was amused and a bit impressed by Bruce's time wielding God's power.
  • A mix of arrogance and sheer idiocy convinced Nobuyuki Sugou he could persuade the Beyonder to give him more power in exchange for some means of slaking his boredom. However the Beyonder merely scoffed at him for being an annoying. No Humiliation Conga; Sugou wasn't even worth his contempt and de-atomized him. Mr Mxyzptlk says this was a good call; nobody wants him to have an Emperor Joker moment. Instead Mxy and the Beyonder chose to hang out; the latter was thrilled to have someone of comparable power to bounce off of, the former wanted to teach the Beyonder how to have more fun and tact with his Reality Warper powers.
  • You think the Beyonder is powerful? That's after a retcon weakened him. Worse; he's a child of his race. The adult members of his race devastated the multiverse before a Cosmic Retcon revolved things. Oh, and the beings in charge of the multiverse. Dead in all realities until their resurrection after the seventh multiverse became the eighth. This includes the Living Tribunal, who had to be flat-out replaced. He has warned the Beyonder to never follow in their footsteps or all the gloves are off. It still took multiple adult Beyonders to take his predecessor down, and he isn't going to be holding anything back if he needs to get rid of the most well-known juvenile Beyonder.

[up][up] The mention of the Merged Sentry doesn't need to be a spoiler, it's been a thing for two years now and there's even been some stories after the merger. And the mention of the Merged Sentry should be moved to Robert's portfolio because he's the one who forced the Sentry and Void to become one with him and he's the one in charge. Also he didn't cheat on his wife with the yoga instructor, she cheated on him with the yoga instructor, and he killed him for it. Also that "Theme" is fan made. Norman Osborn is a Manipulative Bastard who scamed the entire world into thinking he was a hero, being used by him is isn't the worst and Norman was genuinely nice to him. But he also ordered Bullseye to kill his wife, so they both should be listed as enemies. And Robert's origin story is one of Multiple Choice, his origin is what he thinks it is because he's a high level Reality Warper. Also Sentry should be placed as an Overdeity.

Nearly done with Herobrine. Which house would he go into?

Herobrine, God of Frequent Fan Characters

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/minecraft_pocket_edition_herobrine_roblox_mob_herobrine_png_minecraft_herobrine_png_900_720_removebg_preview.png
  • Rank: Varies, Can be either Lesser God Up to Greater God.
  • Symbol: Him standing in some foggy woods
  • Alignment: Again, varies, though he's usually some form of Evil.
  • Portifolio: Recurring Fanon Character, Referenced by the game itself every once and a while, Not much known about him, Characterization Varies (Sometimes a powerful Troll, Sometimes a Ghost, Sometimes a Omnicidal Maniac), Subject to Memes
  • Allies (Consistently, anyways): BEN, Slender Man
  • Enemies (Again, consistently): Steve, SMG4 and his Mario
  • Unknown relationship: The Wither
  • Minecraft is a game with many thing not yet discovered by its fanbase. One of the most notorious, however, was Herobrine, a mysterious Steve with white eyes who would appear in single player games and wreck havoc. Despite being obviously a hoax, this did not stop him from becoming massively popular with players, appearing in many fan works and mods. The game itself even likes to acknowledge him from time to time, putting him in the background of certain artwork and even some official skins made for him.
    • It was all of this that made the Court Of The Gods decide to ascend him for the title of Recurring Fanon Character, something that unnerved any god who grew up with the game.
  • Steve was naturally apposed of his ascension, considering the last time Herobrine appeared in his server, he completely wrecked his house. Despite his characterization issues, it seems that the being shares the sentiment, seeing how if anyone's gonna be a victim of his griefing, it's Usually Steve.
    • Nobody really knows if he has any special relationship with The Wither, considering both can be extremely destructive. Considering the Wither hates anything living, it's unlikely that it gets along with any version but Herobrine's ghost version.
  • Seeing how Herobrine has been handled by dozens of different fans, his personality tends to change a lot. As such, he regularly swaps between three universal characterizations, which also tend to change:
    • The first one is essentially a Minecraft Troll with Creative Mode on, regularly visiting different builds and completely trashing them for fun. While he's usually still silent, some versions of him are a lot more comedic.
    • The second one is a simple ghost who stalks any unfortunate person who sees him. This can overlap with the Troll personality to create a surprisingly dangerous being.
    • The final one is an Omnicidal Maniac who wants to destroy everything, and is obviously the most dangerous one of them all. He can either be a mindless being of destruction, or a devious fiend who revels in said destruction. Unlike the first two, the Omnicidal side tends to be the lone personality.
  • Since they're both mysterious, ghost-like beings who corrupt their games to their will, he's regularly seen with BEN, often seen combining their abilities to see just what they can create. So far, their most notable deed is A bunch of sand blocks that act like Creepers. Herobrine does tend to envy him on his more lucid days, seeing how BEN is still seen as a iconic Creepypasta, while he's seen as Somewhat of a Discredited Meme.
  • His Ghost personality can be seen hanging out (Well, as much as "Silently standing next to each other" can be called that) with the Slender Man, often creating an interesting image of a tall, skinny, faceless man standing next to a blocky, white-eyed man.
  • One time, he had an encounter with SMG4 and his Mario when they were in Minecraft. Long story short, it did not end well for anyone involved. He still holds a grudge for that day, something that the duo don't seem to remember.
    • Disturbingly, the two seemed to discover a whole damn cave of Herobrines. Thankfully, nothing's came of this, though many gods are still wary of the fact.
  • No, he's not the ghost of Notch's brother. He never even had a brother to begin with, so you could easily disprove this by simply looking it up. Bringing this up around Herobrine is guaranteed to end with him dropping 30 blocks of sand on you.
  • Sometimes, he'll pretend to be Steve just to mess with people around him. He sometimes even fought in Smash Bros via this trick. It usually doesn't last long, seeing as he usually blows his cover by using his powers in the open, but seeing the usual reaction people have to that, he thinks it's Worth It.

Do you know any characters that could be friends/priests with a dimwit, moose, people that like cheese, anthro animals, and children? Trying to find someone who could oppose/be enemies of them would be nice too. The most I know that could fit the bill is Homer, Randy, Goofy.

On a minor related note, I'm planning to propose a character that doesn't actually have a theme song (there are hardly any decent rips on YouTube for me to find). What do I do in this case? Do I just pick a random song (from the source material, I read the rules) from the work? This character comes from an animated series, so the most I can do is pick background music (I'm positive this character has no "official" theme song).

Yes, I am using a modded version of Lego Indy 1 for my avatar.

I don't feel like adding any more to angry salty candle man the Nameless God, and I think the House of Afterlife Entities to be a good fit for Our Souls Are Different.

  • In the world whose natural order is dictated by the existence of salt, there are two types of souls: Those born of salt live normal, fleeting lives but their life essence, salt, is slated to be reused throughout the cycle of life and death dictated by the sea. Those born of candlelight see and live life differently, but their being is in many ways ephemeral. Candlelit souls are by all intents and purposes gods or at the very least higher beings. There exists a god, one without a name gifted to him by humanity, who was once mortal but managed to attain great power typically associated with the divine. Yet he was born of salt and truly desired one born of light.
    • This god's life was miserable. Full of envy and hatred against other, true gods this being stole away their followers and prayers and left them in a dingy mausoleum to starve out and rot away and be forgotten. Meanwhile, in a desperate quest to attain a soul of light they manipulated the world into giving it human sacrifices, fooling many into sailing towards their doom on his domain, the Nameless Island. The place is shaped and changed by those trapped and soon dominated by this demon and it is granted some power resembling a soul of light, but the Nameless God is never satisfied for long and this fruitless quest and sad existence continues. The cycle would end when a particular Saltborn proved persistent enough to finally confront the lord of the island and put an end to their madness.
  • Surely, as a Pantheon goer, you've heard of the legends of a certain scarecrow? The creepy crucified corpse hanging over a pile of the dead. The one that speaks with a venomous contempt against this place, the shallow copy of its domain which serves as the throne for pretender gods and idols who will one day kneel to it. How the entire Pantheon will be made an example of, broken and bloody before its feet while gasping for the last vestiges of air and hope. It's a occurrence throughout the years, even going back to the olden days, and such stories became increasingly common as the Pantheon's war escalates ever so further. More fighters, more alliances, more battles, so on. The Scarecrow is the voice of the Nameless God, the sad remains of, and each time it appears it speaks with more apathetic disdain as it comments on the passing events.
    • At what point did the Nameless God came to the Pantheon besides the vague period of the Pantheon's "early days". What is known is that after his defeat by a certain Saltborn whom it trapped in his island the Nameless God, instead of potentially being freed from torment by truly fading away, was reborn in the Pantheon. At this point the god was weak and cut-off from sacrificed tribute he shouldn't of been able to do much... until he found out about the grand overarching war between good and evil and secretly gathered the unascended fallen into his domain through them being lost or otherwise killed at sea. Again, and again, and again. They wash ashore on his island, feeding him more power to get ever so closer to the power of those Candelit, while their memories of far-off worlds shape and build the landscape of the Nameless Island. Again, and again, and again. It was a steady pace at first until other Alliances and factions entered the picture. More participants equals more for the Nameless God to claim, and the island along with his power grew, potentially surpassing the point he reached back in his world. And yet, even after all that, he's still no closer to his goal of claiming a Candlelit soul than he was back then.
    • His presence was soon discovered when the Kraeken ravaged the Pantheon's waters and coasts and some gods, in trying to investigate their origins, managed to find the island. To the Nameless God's frustration they were unable to be truly claimed by him though as a consequence they are also truly unable to manifest in his domain. Only Overdeities have had a consistent amount of success pushing forth an avatar there, and even then they can't bring about true change in his world with those trapped ultimately being left to fend for themselves. Ironic then that for all the rants made at the Pantheon pushing forth "false" titles on those who aren't gods they, in some mysterious way, are also protected from him even if they remain relatively unchanged. Don't expect this so-called god to acknowledge this fact, though.
  • Hailing from a universe not unlike the Souls series the Nameless God inevitably caught the attention of the many gods from said world, or fit the moniker. Being a purely malevolent force that usurps entire pantheons he hasn't really won any favors towards them and the vitriol is mutual. Though his state is already pitiful, the Nameless God seeks to permanently snuff own Gwyn and his ilk's influence to substitute his own on top of claiming the entirety of the dying worlds they live on.
  • Ever one to and to further his folie de grandeur as a god this nameless monster reached out to various figures through offers of power and access to his island such as with Dr. Facilier, Queen Sectonia, Pontiff Sulyvahn and King Allant (for the latter, there's no doubt the god did so specifically to spite his existing enemies). Of course like with Jaret he plans on a more permanent stay for his supposed confidants. This even includes the first of whom he reached out to, the infamous sorcerer Shang Tsung, despite a rather mutual exchange of knowledge between their respective worlds involving souls and magic. Then again, considering how much of a conniving snake Shang Tsung is the supposed partnership wasn't to last though the Nameless God is confidant he'll be reaping his rewards first. Accounting for what happened when he, Nightwolf, and Fujin were sent back in time...
  • Despite deliberately using the overarching war to fuel his ceaseless cravings he still holds the Alliances' various leaders in contempt for their petty wars, regularly ranting about them to those willing to listen to his voice. Much of his hatred seems to be concentrated on Cosmos, YHVH, Lucifer, and Gaea the most. On the leaders' end they generally dismiss him and agree to seeing the Nameless God as what he really is: A pitiful madman confined to a little island. At the same time they still keep an eye on him as he is still able to disrupt their plans and the ambiguous connection between him and the Kraeken shouldn't be ignored as the latter has greatly ravaged some of the Alliances operations too. And it's very likely the two won't stoop to being a pest terrorizing mortals for long.
  • His machinations in sending lost souls at sea into a purgatory-like realm has not endeared him with the many gods and goddesses in the Houses of Life And Death, Aquatic Life, and Water and Moisture. His relationship with the Kraeken, admittedly unclear it may be, hasn't helped his image that is built purely on terror and infamy. Of the many aquatic denizens Aquaman and Orm the Ocean Master really hate the Nameless God for that considering the havoc they wreck. Bryce Wayne aka The Drowned of the Dark Knights is of a different opinon, however.
  • The Radiance stands out among the other deities by taking the Nameless God and his actions as a truly personal offence rather than just brushing off as a pretender god or a cruel and monstrous being. Though, considering her backstory perhaps it's not a surprise why she despises him so much: In the kingdom of Hallownest she was a being who once ruled and was worshipped but had the entirety of her followers stolen away by the Pale King who then made sure she would be forgotten about. And she would of been had not a statue of hers was unearthed in Crystal Peak allowing her to unleash a devastating plague both as a punishment for their insolence. After piecing together the story for himself the Nameless God remarks how sad for a so-called being of her status to fall for such a low, mortal vice. Even if it isn't wrong, that's still rich coming from him.
  • When the Nameless God speaks through the puppet of the Scarecrow, what remains of his real body, he has a habit of referring to others as it. Often, he words his sentences in a way that is very detached, as though the Nameless God is merely observing them and not actually speaking to them. Consider it another sign as to how he views everyone and everything; utterly beneath him. Not once does he ever raise his voice in this form, though he tends to come very close to doing so when the subject of conversation shifts to the Saltborn that slew him for good before either escaping to the real world/afterlife or taking his place (the stories are quite mixed, you see). It's a different tale with the Nameless God's other body as every attack he does is punctuated by the bellowing screams of agony and/or anger, neither of which isn't without rhyme or reason.
    • And speaking of the Scarecrow, the Oz Gang isn't really fond of that puppet of his for drawing comparisons between him and their aptly named companion in the group. The Nameless God meanwhile hasn't acknowledged them, but the same cannot be said for Fiddlesticks and Jonathan Crane who are also monstrous scarecrows. As if his current list of allies wasn't bad enough, the Nameless God managed to be in good graces with them and have also been seen skulking around his island to torment the trapped fools.
  • Hypocritically, his hatred of the gods is especially prevalent against the likes of Sheogorath, Sigmar, Madoka Kaname, Dr. Manhattan, and even Bruce Nolan despite only having such powers for a limited time. It's speculated, but best not stated out loud, that it's envy over them getting a considerably better deal out of attaining such power while his gets to be confined to a cross for all eternity until the fated Saltborn put him out of his misery. On their end, Sheo thinks he's a bore while the rest are just not fond of his megalomania. Sigmar and Madoka in particular do not approve of him manipulating the various nations to go to war with each other thereby leading them to sending poor bastards for him to toy around with and break the wills of. The Nameless Gods shoots back he'll enjoy breaking them especially.
While they scurry to and fro, I am.
While they cherish their petty deities, idols, and false lords, I am.
While they fight their trivial wars, live and die for mortal kings and scoundrels, I am.
All priests of false gods kneel to Me.
All kings of empires great and small kneel to Me.
Life kneels to Me.
Death kneels to Me.

All my fault, you say...? What fault? I daresay it's all thanks to me.

Well hey, time to try to get back to the swing of things. First things first, suggesting a proposal.

The Empress, Goddess of Female Mafia Rulers

Reasoning:The Empress is the ruler of the underground Nyakuza Metro. Not officially, but everyone treats her as such due to being the ruler of the Nyankuza, a yakuza group filed with black cats that obey her every whim. She is the most feared and most serious arc-wide foe Hat Kid has ever come across, killing her henchman onscreen due to him betraying her trust, making a deal with the entire police force to make them turn the other way, sending the entire metro after Hat Kid after she stole back her time pieces and putting a 1 million dollar bounty on her head and raising it to 2 million, being the closest anyone has ever gotten to killing Hat Kid, and paying her employees in counterfeit money.

Frogger, God of Dying In One Hit

Reasoning: From his arcade days, Frogger could only take one hit before dying, be it from getting run over, drowning, eaten by a crocodile, or being bit by a snake. The Frogger console games after that continued this, adding even more ways for Frogger to die, like being run over by a lawnmower, stung by bees, or falling from great heights. The Frogger Adventure games adverts this a bit, with 4 of their games having only one hit point with the other 3 giving Frogger a life bar. There is also Frogger The Great Quest...but nobody talks about that game, for very good reasons.

And a idea for reintroducing a old character that has been booted out...

The Black Cube Of Darkness, God of Self Describing Names

Reasoning:When you hear the name the Black Cube Of Darkness, the first thing that comes to mind is...just that; a cube that is black and dark. And the Black Cube Of Darkness is just that to a T. No limbs, no eyes, no mouth, not even any hair. He is a floating black cube. He does have his own character still, being a evil doer who ended up that way after being mocked at on his home planet for too long, but what you hear is what you get when you look at him.

Time to rise and shine. Good morning!
