Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

  • Opposed by: Garnet, Raven and Ben Tennyson, Bowser, The Powerpuff Girls, Professor Utonium, Spirit Albarn.
  • Opposes: The Child Abuse Supporters, The Evilutionists of Mad Science, Promestein, Bondrewd
  • Complicated Relationship: K.O (His son)
  • Professor Venomous was once known as Laserblast, the most popular member of a famous hero organization named POINT, though he enjoyed being one of the most popular and acclaimed heroes of all time, he fell into insecurity due to his powers being to absorb the power from other beings, causing him to feel inferior to his teammates and attempt to empower himself, however one of his teammates discovering his lab compromised his operations and unleashed a chain of events that led to him losing his powers, upon believing his own teammates viewed him as weak, Laserblast decided to go into hiding to recover his lost powers to no avail, but in the midst of trying got involved in the villainy business and renamed himself Professor Venomous, while unaware that one of his experiments in his attempts to get his powers back made a split-personality: Shadowy Figure, who would proceed to manipulate events to become more powerful and rule the Universe.
  • Having once been Darth Vader's high priest, Venomous was ascended once word came out of how much his desire to have power and being depressed whenever he actually got it, proved that ultimately sometimes wishing is better than having what you think you want and thus let him into the Pantheon. Once he arrived, he was met with disdain from almost all sides, with only a few handful of deities willing to be his allies or amicable towards him, surprisingly he didn't hold it against them for their disdain, knowing fully well that he has no one to blame for that but himself.
  • His relationship with K.O is... Complicated, while his son has mostly forgiven him and is willing to let him slowly back into his life, he still hasn't forgotten about the pain that Venomous put him through and how close he came to killing all of his loved ones due to Venomous' and Shadowy Figure's influence, and as such has made their reconciliation a slow process.
    • K.O's allies have less than positive opinions about Venomous themselves but are willing to let him be for K.O's sake; that said the trio of Raven, Ben Tennyson and Garnet (especially Garnet) aren't going to doubt about making sure Venomous is permanently put out of commission should he try anything funny on K.O, particularly Garnet whose future vision has led to see possible scenarios of Venomous manipulating K.O once again and thus is prepared to instantly take action should the possibility come to pass.
    • The Planeteers and Captain Planet have also disdain for Venomous as well, having teamed up with K.O in occasions and seeing the sheer emotional damage that Venomous' machinations caused him. Though his redemption has put him out of their enemies list, they still watch out for any possible transgression against K.O's goodwill.
    • Finally there's Sonic the Hedgehog, who also once teamed up with K.O to fight against Lord Boxman. He was quite angry to see how badly Venomous used and tortured his own son and knowingly allowing his eviler alter-ego to further push him down the villainy path when K.O gave him a chance. And given his own alliance with Boxman, who resembles Sonic's nemesis, it's given PV little popularity with the blue hedgehog.
    • The rest of the Good-Aligned Cartoon Network Deities have not much positive things to save about him either, given how K.O (alongside Garnet, Raven and Ben 10) once saved them from the threat of Strike, a villain who began capturing heroes from cancelled shows and destroyed CN City. Venomous has made sure to keep his distance from them all, especially Prof. Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls, who due to their relation to science are not quite happy to see Venomous' face around the Pantheon.
  • Among the deities willing to be allies are the various Mad Scientists and Evil Geniuses of the Pantheon, at least those that aren't too evil for Venomous to like. Among them stand out Ivo Robotnik, who reminds him greatly of Lord Boxman (his husband), Dr. Neo Cortex, Plankton, Wile E. Coyote, and Mojo Jojo, who all don't really mind Venomous' nastier past and are willing to ally with him even if he no longer dabbles in the villainy business.
  • Having been a villain once and redeeming himself made him allies with Ben Solo, Gru, Megamind and Anakin Skywalker (to whom he acted as the High Priest of in the past) who all once followed the path of evil before an event in their lives allowed them to reform and become better people. The trio all did unsavory things in their time as villains and as such are more forgiving of his worst actions in the past than most. Particularly Anakin as he also made his son suffer for selfish reasons even if he eventually redeemed himself for it.
  • The deities that are most unhappy with his actions are those who've suffered from manipulation coming from their parents or being used as mere pawns for their plans, chief among them being the following:
    • Goro Akechi, as his status as an illegitimate child and the way his father used him being rather similar to how Venomous treated K.O. As such, he has thought of murdering Venomous when he gets the chance, but is mostly held back by him trying to become a better person, as such he has decided to simply wait for any possibility of Venomous becoming a threat once more and thus elligible for him to take down.
    • Riku Asakura, who was used by his own father, Belial, in his scheme to destroy the Universe and Land of Light. He has made it clear that he won't be forgiving the professor anytime soon, but is willing to keep things civil with the former villain for the most part.
    • Shoto Todoroki, who had to endure abuse from his father due to the latter wanting Todoroki to live up to his legacy. He feels really bad that K.O's father treated him like crap and willingly cooperated with an entity that he knew was manipulating and using his son for selfish purposes. As such he's one of the least enthusiastic deities about PV's presence.
    • Zuko, who had to endure his father's abuse and neglect, while he is glad that Venomous' second child had a happier upbringing, he severely dislikes the way that he treated K.O, given that Fire Lord Ozai put Zuko through the wringer for the sake of defying him, which is not too dissimilar to Venomous happily and unrepetantly hurting K.O due to the latter being a hero instead of a villain, simply because PV felt like it. He is somewhat willing to leave him alone following Venomous' repentance on it, but has told PV that he will set his hair on fire should he do something that kills what little faith Zuko has with him.
  • Good fathers in the Pantheon also have varying relationships with Venomous, depending on various factors. Hector Rivera detests Venomous abandoning his son in spirit and mentally torturing the poor kid, as he is a dedicated family man, he is somewhat willing to give him less flak due to his better relationship with Fink, but nonetheless has occasionally told Venomous that K.O does not need him in his life and is rather bothered by K.O letting him back in, even if slowly. Bowser, on the other hand, is pretty much one bad day away from tearing Venomous apart, limb from limb and roasting him afterwards, as he can't quite comprehend why Venomous would torture his own son knowingly and has not given him any pass due to his treatment of Fink, unlike most. Heinz Doofenshmirtz has been willing to let Venomous become his ally, but has also made it clear that should he go back to his manipulations of K.O, then Doof will no doubt make an -inator specifically to deal with Venomous for good.
  • He's afraid that his personality of Shadowy Figure will resurface one day, especially with the among of evil deities roaming around in the Pantheon as well as all the corruptors in it. As much disdain as he gets from various Deities, many of them have reluctantly decided to protect him from possible corruptions, as while Venomous has done horrible things, Shadowy Figure is by far and away worse; so therefore the less possible a comeback of the monstrous Superpowered Evil Side is there, the better. Among the deities willing to exploit this is Ultraman Belial who is capable of utilizing his own dark energy to corrupt other living beings which could make Shadowy return, thus Venomous became quick enemies with him.
    • This situation with split-personalities earned him allies and enemies in the House Identity Issues, with his allies being the ones who suffer from being taken over by split-personalities, particularly Dr. Jekyll. While evil split personalities earn his scorn, such as Mr. Hyde and Bakura, particularly the latter for his manipulations of his friends, which painfully remind him of how Shadowy subtly manipulated him into further vile acts.
  • Has occasionally received the offer of being granted back his powers, but his Character Development has made him reject those offers, as he now knows all too well the price of selfish desire and is trying hard to become a better person than he ever was, as such he has no interest in getting his original powers back, fearing that he will simply backtrack over and over again in the scenario that it happened.
  • Heavily opposes the Evilutionists of Mad Science and fellow evil scientists such as Bondrewd and Promestein, as while he once was an Evil Genius, he's abandoned that life for a long time and wants nothing to do with it anymore, as such PV is eager to help out those seeking to defeat those scientists forever, as means of continuing his atonement post-retirement.

Anguirus, God of Close Range Combatants (Angilas, Angurus, Anguilosaurus, God of the Sea, Killer of the Living)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/showa_anguirus_transparent_ver_3__by_jacksondeans_dd2jyss_fullview.png
  • House: Fighter Archetypes
  • [tup]s: Sailor Venus 372, Excessive Menace
  • Intermediate God.
  • Symbol: A silhouette of himself.
  • Theme Music: His theme from Godzilla: Unleashed.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good.
  • Portfolio: Close-Range Combatant, Lightning Bruiser, Grievous Harm with a Body, Everything's Better with Spinning, Determinator, Badass Normal, Everythings Better With Dinosaurs,
  • Domains: Dinosaurs, Armor, Spikes, Combat, Determination.
  • Allies:
  • Friendly Rival: Gomora (Rei's herald)
  • Enemies:
  • Anguirus is quite an odd kaiju, first appearing in 1955 where it fought against the second Godzilla in a battle to the death that devastated Tokio once more. Just one year after the death of the original. It perished in battle, but eventually returned in the form of a second one who instead became allies with Godzilla, becoming Godzilla's best friend. What he lacks in fancy and showy powers, he makes up with an admirable amount of brute strength and determination that is not to be taken lightly. Ever since his reappearances, Anguirus might not have the best track record of all Kaiju, but his bravery and strength are valuable assets regardless and has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with.
  • Anguirus quickly met up with his fellow Kaiju such as Godzilla, Mothra and Rodan. Together they made sure to stay aware of each other's allies and be supporters to the forces of good. He's also hoping to prove his worth to the world, as he laments that most only remember scenarios where he lost, forgetting that he's been easily capable of taking down human armies and was perfectly capable of giving Godzilla a hard time in their first encounters and fight.
  • Anguirus and Godzilla started out as enemies, but have since turned into the best of friends and are generally seen together when exploring or wandering around the Pantheon, even chatting in ocassions, Anguirus will protect Godzilla from harm even if he loses his life in the process, similarly to how Mothra will do. Godzilla himself respects Anguirus ever since the monster was able to evenly match him in their first fight for a good while, and has reciprocated his friendship since the day they both fought against Gigan and King Ghidorah. From time to time you can even hear them outright talking with one another, much to everyone else's confusion.
  • He still hasn't forgotten about the instance where MechaGodzilla snapped his jaw, forcing him to flee. Or the instance that Gigan made him bleed profusely, or just about anytime that Ghidorah bullied him. That said, Anguirus has proven that he's no pushover against them and has been getting out of his reputation as a "loser" as recent years have recognized his virtues, notably it's been seen that he was capable of fighting and driving off Destoroyah (with some help from humans), an action that has also had the after-effect of making Destoroyah see Anguirus as its number 2 priority to take down after he's done with Godzilla.
  • He enjoys a more amicable relationship with King Kong and Gamera than Godzilla does, as he is eager to help them out in their struggles and hasn't really had a clash with either, though it ocasionally gets a little awkward with his interactions with King Kong due to the latter having once snapped Gorosaurus' jaw, given how Gorosaurus is an ally of Anguirus himself.
  • As a Badass Normal among Kaiju it earned the respect of various Toku Heroes, particularly the Ultras as many of them have fought alongside heroic Kaiju and are impressed by Anguirus' never-ending determination despite his lack of powers compared to most of his peers. As well as Moonlight Mask, who as a Badass Normal himself, admires that Anguirus can stand out among his peers despite his lack of flashy moves or powers.
    • In the side of Ultra Series Deities, Anguirus has obtained a new friendly rivalry with the Kaiju Gomora, fellow melee fighter under the command of Rei. Similarly to Godzilla's and Gomora's small rivalry, Anguirus respects his fellow dinosaur Kaiju for being strong and fighting for justice and good.
  • Is friends with dinosaur deities in the Pantheon, mostly those such as Rexie, the Raptor Pack, Speckles and The Gang of Seven due to their relatively friendly and neutral behavior. On the flip side it absolutely hates evil or legitimately sadistic dinosaurs such as One-Eye, Indominus Rex and the Indoraptor as they have killed many creatures for fun, which reminds Anguirus of the sadistic Gigan and King Ghidorah. Anguirus has had to many times show them that in spite of not having any flashy powers or overtly showy abilities he is still as force to be reckoned with.
    • Similarly, deities who admire dinosaurs are friends with Anguirus, particularly Harry, who was impressed to see a giant ankylosaur; Harry's dinosaurs also became friends with Anguirus quickly. Anguirus will occasionally give them piggyback rides in good spirit, enjoying Harry's passion for dinosaurs and admiration of him
    • The Mighty Morphin and Dino Thunder Power Rangers teams also earned Anguirus' favor due to their use of dinosaur powers as well as being enemies with Mesogog, who Anguirus has nothing but contempt for due to his actions. If the need ever comes for Anguirus to help them, he will do so without any doubt.
  • Alan Grant was impressed by Anguirus' size, as the giant Kaiju dinosaur was quite something to behold. He does appreciate that Anguirus is a real dinosaur all on his own instead of an experiment, and his existence has made Grant curious about the dinosaurs of Anguirus' world, given Grant's awareness of Godzilla being mutated by an atom bomb. Malcolm and John Hammond were also impressed to meet the Kaiju in person and have grown curious about the Kaiju that Anguirus is allies with as well.
  • Curiously enough, he formed a large connection with Connie Mashewaran of the Crystal Gems, as Connie is The Team Normal to the rest of the Crystal Gems with her fighting skills being her only "power", yet not being any less capable than her mentors and teammates. Their commonality also made Anguirus become friends with the rest of the Steven Universe deities, who generally get along much better with him than they do with Godzilla.
  • Cosmos herself has major respect for Anguirus' unending determination, which she considers makes Anguirus far stronger than many who have mocked him for his not-quite-stellar track record, with herself denoting how his determination paid off immensely in many situations, as such she has made sure to make Anguirus' reputation one of respect in the Grand United Alliance of Good, which Anguirus' allies have fully supported.
    • This Determination of his has also earned him allies in the Undertale Deities, particularly Frisk, as they admire his refusal to stand down when beaten back and desire to do good and save the day even when the odds are not in his favor. He also came to know of Flowey's true identity and alignment and is willing to be allies with him in secret.
  • Like his allies, he heavily opposes and seeks to exterminate the Gyaos' race, knowing that their uncontrolled growth will lead to their species spreading and destroying everything they find, including the Pantheon itself, and thus makes sure to stick close to his allies in any case of a Gyaos emergency.

Okay, here is a grating thing I am getting sick off when seeing other people's sandboxes, especially new tropers: why is nightelf so damn insistent on adding his own format into other people's sandboxes. I even had that same format on my own PM's. I say this because it unnecessarily clogs the sandboxes to a certain degree and becomes monotonous. Seriously, let the newbies learn on their own first instead of shoving them your format.

Quick draft for Wikus and Christopher Johnson.

Wikus is a government agent who is tasked with relocating the District 9 aliens, only to get exposed to an alien substance and mutate into a prawn. He becomes more sympathetic towards what Christopher Johnson goes through as the transformation progresses (especially since Wikus becomes a target of the same racism the aliens go through) and goes against the former agency (MNU) that he worked on.

Christopher Johnson is an alien who endures hardships in District 9 and is trying to get to a dropship, both to find something to restore Wikus' condition and to find more help from Christopher's kind.

Looking for suggestions on what to add for interactions.

Christopher Johnson
  • Lesser Gods (Wikus was a Demigod prior to mutation)
  • Symbol: A sign with a prawn and “No Humans Allowed” written below it
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good, formerly Lawful Neutral (Wikus); Neutral Good (Christopher)
  • Portfolio: Fire-Forged Friends
  • Domains: Aliens, Slums
  • Heralds: Little CJ (mainly for Christopher)
  • Allies: E.T.
  • Enemies: The Black Ops
  • Observed by: Agents K & J, SCP Foundation
  • In 1982, a legion of aliens landed in Johannesburg, South Africa and in the years since then, they have been relegated to living in District 9, a camp intended to be a place where the prawns (as they are derogatorily referred to) can live. Nothing resembling positive progress has occurred and tensions between the prawns and humans results in the prawns having to be relocated. Wikus van der Merwe, an agent for MNU, is hired to take charge of the relocation and in doing so, ends up getting exposed to an alien substance and gradually mutates into a prawn. As the mutation progresses, Wikus comes across Christopher Johnson, an alien living in the district, and as he comes to understand just how bad the aliens have it, helps Christopher and his son escape the area amidst heavy opposition from the MNU.
  • Yet another extraterrestrial sighting was reported in the Pantheon and measures were taken to ensure that things will work out, whether the aliens in question meant no harm or would present themselves as yet another threat to the Pantheon. The encounter took place in an isolated area of the Pantheon and the aliens in question turned out to not be much of an issue. These prawns somehow ended up in the Pantheon planet and things went comparatively more smoothly to get them to understand what the Pantheon planet is like than what happened in Johannesburg, with Christopher Johnson and Little CJ (the two aliens who escape from that place), as well as human-turned-prawn Wikus also being present during the Pantheon’s initial meeting with them.
  • Christopher and his son have taken a strong liking towards E.T. and how the latter making the effort to return to his kind brought to mind Christopher and Little CJ doing what they can to return to their dropship. Unsurprisingly, what Christopher and Little CJ had to go through was much more violent than anything related to E.T., but the big difference here was that Christopher had the help of a government agent who was turning into an alien whereas E.T. was a target of government agents. It was quite a bit for E.T. to comprehend, but the alien saw Christopher as a good friend and has shown sympathy towards Wikus, with the latter generally returning that sentiment.
  • The fact that the aliens that landed in Johannesburg was common knowledge amongst its locals came as a surprise to organizations dedicated to keeping extraterrestrials in check and ensuring that they remain a secret to those outside of their respective organizations. Given how the Pantheon’s scale meant that secrecy was going to be much harder (if not outright impossible), the most those organizations could do is watch them and see if anything of note will happen. Seeing a government agent mutate into an alien that they’re keeping an eye on gave reason for these groups (notably the SCP Foundation given the circumstances regarding some of their members) to be careful that what happened to Wikus won’t happen to them.

[up][up] For aliens who live alongside humans, there's Lum Invader, Roger Smith, Ichika Takatsuki, Eureka, and Lala Hagoromo of the Star Twinkle Pretty Cures. All of them had a much better experience regarding coexistance with humans. Gregor Samsa was turned into an insect and suffered much because of that.

[up][up] Seto Kaiba is another Deity who has it set that only he will defeat his rival, Yami Yugi. Okay methinks of new ideas:

  • Baron Draxum, God of Moral Luck
    • Reasoning: Baron Draxum starts out as the Big Bad of the series, planning to mutate humanity into Yokai and monsters. When his attempt to use the Shredder armor gets him drained of most of his energy and powers, his sorry state is pitied by Michelangelo, who decides to let him stay around and try to redeem him because he was the one who mutated Splinter into a rat and created the turtles, which makes him family by extension. Though all characters acknowledge that Draxum didn't do it for good reasons, that still leads to his redemption and being forgiven.

  • Hordak and Entrapta, Deified Couple of Ambiguous Hookups
    • Reasoning: Both have a lot of Ship Tease throughout the series from the moment they met. They get separated from each other but their friendship and bond is shown to be the most important thing to one another, Hordak even bypasses various memory wipes when he sees Entrapta's gifts to him it gets to the point where Hordak rebels against Horde Prime when he tries to have her killed by Hordak's hand because he loves Entrapta. They're not shown hooking up in the finale, however, in spite of every other couple being outright/practically confirmed by both the show and crew (Adora x Catra, Glimmer x Bow, Mermista x Sea Hawk, Scorpia x Perfuma, Netossa x Spinerella). There's a lot of room for ambiguity as there is for a straight-up hook-up.

  • Kipo, Goddess of Mutants
    • Reasoning: Kipo's status as a mutant human, or mute, is an important part of her character. Her series is about a post-apocalyptic future being rule by mutated lifeforms with human intelligence. She slowly discovers the ramifications of her being a mutant when she tries finding her human father after being separated and it soon makes her go through various trials to save the world from evil humans and mutes. Her mutant status also drives forward other arcs and is crucial to the entire main plot once revelations come in the final season.

Sorry I was gone for so long- my college workload was fairly steep recently/over the past month. I'm considerably freer for the next month or so at least, so I'd be glad to collaborate with everyone here in the near future!

Although, I do have a question: What kind of approval do we need to add a High Priest to an existing god that doesn't have one? Can we just add them right away, do we need to consult people here first, or is that section generally off-limits?
