Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • The very first thing any contributor should do before working on an idea or a profile is to propose and nominate the idea on the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning, a paragraph of reasoning to justify taking a trope should be sufficient. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Attempting to work on ideas without a nomination and at least one net thumbs-up will not be accepted regardless of how much you have written already. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. For reworks in particular, nominate the idea as you would with new characters or profiles. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user, either in the Pantheon or the Sandbox sections.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters. Some real-life individuals, including content creators (fictional content created by them is still fair-game, but do not bring up the creators themselves in such cases), may be considered disqualified for profiles due to controversies that would make them concern the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment. To determine where a current creator would be disqualified:
      • Wait for at least a month after the latest significant update for a creator's controversy before any decision can be made. If a confirmation from the questioned creator (or associates) themselves occurs, then wait for a week.
      • Immediate disqualification for either a guilty sentence in a significant court case against the creator, or evidence of consistently repeated, deliberate, and/or intentionally provocative hate speech and advocacy of dehumanizing perspectives, with lesser examples warranting caution instead.
      • For creators with a clear persona of their character disclosed before any scandal, the persona can have a profile with no mentioning of their real-life information. Ambiguous existence of a persona would have to be discussed further hand for anything more decisive.
    • For obvious reasons, gods cannot be followers, high priests, or heralds. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one-week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions Expansion, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be one flavor text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like to look like Character Shilling.
    • Every troper new to the Pantheon is barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles, this means avoiding the usage of "[tup]" or "[tdown]".
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for the deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others. After all, no one is responding to their idea.
    • You can also adopt a profile or idea to work on from another contributor by messaging a request to them (preferably through private messages). Even if you get their permission, you still have to announce your adoption to the forum. Note that if the idea wasn't nominated in the first place you still have to properly nominate it.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to note in a trope example that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, correct the situation by deleting the offending text. This goes for any non-Pantheon page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Pantheon.Good And Evil Colors.
    • Do not bring things that would incite fights; hot topics and 'urgent' news are not pertinent to the Pantheon's mission. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight each other, so don't suggest things that go in that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • Please refer to Text Formatting Rules when writing a profile, since understanding how to make and edit site pages in general is a necessity for working on profiles or other Pantheon content. Additionally, if you are not experienced with English, refer to this forum page, as proper English spelling and grammar is expected.
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also, be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in another House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity at most.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part of their series' official soundtracks from the media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters' appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlight a character's behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute it to the original artist. Due to the website's dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too many bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, run the compressed image through other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikis to look for better images, as even wikis for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that make sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally an expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entirely from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well-advised not to abuse them. The only house where trope-less profiles are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
    • Do not write in self-promotion or blatant advertising. Minor references to something are fine but writing that clearly intends to advertise something will not be given toleration.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place, or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending on if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warper deities capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warper deities that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low-level Reality Warper beings capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Badass Normal citizens of the pantheon, making up for their lower status with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
    Templates
Template for adding a new deity: God X, God/Goddess/Deity of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on the representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral, etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here; the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignments to characters that don't have an alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case the deity would be unavailable, incapacitated, dead, or otherwise incapable of carrying out their duties. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.

    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either from their perspective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly oppose or are opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects", "On Good Terms With", and/or "Commonality Connection") in terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
      • OPTIONAL NOTE FOR CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: Should the list for Character relationships (IE. Allies, Enemies, etc.) become too big, categorize a certain number of characters to a specific group putting them on a sublist (One example: Luigi is from the same world as his brother Mario, hence Luigi should be fall under the Super Mario Bros sublist.)
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part, the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This is the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis of the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles: Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
Template for Treasure profiles: The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as to where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Lack of response. Suppose I'll assume Mora's rework will now include the shift from These Are Things Man Was Not Meant to Know to Keeper of Forbidden Knowledge

Be awed. Or be awestruck. This is the difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary.

  • Ascencion date: Jun 5 (repost on May 30 and June 2)
  • Rank: Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: A pair of skiis
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Is the Goddess of Skiing, Also associated with archery, winter, and mountains, Avenging the Villain, Awful Wedded Life, Wants to marry Baldr, Didn't get the man she wanted to marry, Triang Relations
  • Domains: Odd Jobs, Mountains, Winter, Archery
  • Allies: Thor, Her fellow deities in Norse Mythology, the House of Ice and Cold (except for Kaldr), Scathach, Ritsuka Fujimaru, Chiron, Nanashi, Makoto Yuki, Aigis, Yu Narukami, Ren Amamiya
  • Rivals: Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Katniss Everdeen
  • Friendly Rivalry: Artemis
  • Enemies: Loki's children, Surtr, Kaldr, the evil deities of the House of Justice
  • Special Relations: Freya (her step-daughter)
  • Annoyed by: The House of Love
  • Pities: Hanzo Shimada
  • A jotunn who is the goddess of winter, bowhunting, mountains, and skiing. Enranged by the death of her father, Thiazi, she planned to take down all of the Aesirs as they are all responsible of his father. She and the Aesirs instead reach a compromise and to reconcile. The first one is to make her laugh, which Loki managed to succeed in doing so, which lets Odin's take Thiazi's eyes to the sky to turn into stars, which pleases. The second is letting her choose a husband among them, but only by looking at her feet. Wanting to marry Baldr, she failed as she accidentally choose Njord, which also makes her the step-mother of Freya and Freyr. Their living conditions eventually led them to lie an awful wedded life, which causes them to seperate and return to their lives.
  • She's very happy to see her fellow gods again the Pantheon and celebrated. She's shocked to see that the Thor is different from the one she knew, being that he is much more noble, less of an asshole and more kindhearted, and has different requirements of using Mjolnir, because of this, they get along pretty quickly. She's very happy to hear of Loki's redemption, and because of that, they become friends again, although it did take a while for it to happen, but Loki still doesn't forgive her for placing a venomous snake around his face. She's not exactly happy seeing Loki's children and Surtr as they pretty much one of the reasons why Ragnarok happened, killing most of the gods with only a handful of them and two humans survived to rebuild civilization.
    • From her fellow gods, she heard a different counterpart of Hel existed and she's not pleased upon hearing the details. Considering she's the Goddess of Death and using that position to caused greater death than what is imagined, destroyed Thor's hammer, and slaughtered the Asgardians in that universe, she is not exactly pleased.
  • Due to being the goddess of winter, she met the House of Ice And Cold. She befriended all of the deities due to her association with it and although they're weirded out with one of associations is skiing, they didn't spat her out of it since it's a winter sport. It also helps that she knows how to fight, which managed her to get some bonus points with Olaf and Ymir. The only god in that House she didn't get along with is Kaldr. This is because he is the personification of heat death in his universe, uses his powers for evil, and the fact he doesn't mind it really sets her off.
  • She got to meet a living snowman in the Pantheon, who is Olaf. Olaf feels bad hearing the story of her father's death, and attempted to console her for it. The fact she managed to reconcile with the people that are responsible for her father's death pretty much astounded him. She is warmed by his loyalty to his friends and is happy to see that he could live in summer without melting. It also helps that he is created by one of her new friends in the Pantheon, Elsa.
  • Hearing about a Lostbelt where a Celtic figure became an avatar of her instead of being a warrior queen and goldslayer, she decided to go off to meet that person, who is Scathach. The goddess of winter is not impressed with what happened in that world and wanted to knock some sense into her....that is until she was stopped by the Master of Chaldea. Hearing about the story from them, she apologized to Scathach from confronting her mercilessly. She admires the Master from saving humanity as a whole even if the current situation requires to destroy other Lostbelts to survives and that Scathach is one of the Servants he summoned. She became good friends with them after that and hearing about her other self, she wonders if she could be summoned as a Servant someday.
  • Seeing that one of her domains as a goddess is archery and is an actual goddess, she was approached by Artemis and became rivals because of this. Artemis feels bad for her awful marriage, ststing that she didn't deserve any of this and wanted to kill the Aesirs for this, but Skaði calmed her down, as she already reconciled with them. Hearing about her association with the mountains, Artemis is happy to hear that there is someone share the same positions with her, even though Skaði is much more associated with winter. Because of this, the two established more of a Friendly Rivalry.
    • Through Artemis, she met other archers as a result, including her student, Chiron. She admires the centaur for his good wisdom and his good nature compared to the other centaurs and his family members, with Chiron admiring her sense of justice and judgement (though he does feel uneasy with some of her punishments), which is why they got along and passed more as friends rather than rivals. She also met other human archers, such as Hawkeye, Green Arrow, and Katniss. She is impressed with how keen sense of eyesight and their mastery of archery, and most of all, they're able to do it without having any superpowers to contribute it and are just mortals. With that, they're more like rivalry because she doesn't see them as the type she could hang out with and they're much more likely to have other archers as their own rivals, though she does admire the first two for their jobs as superheroes and the latter for volunteering as tribute in the Hunger Games, seeing it as a selfless act.
    • Hearing about an another archer named Hanzo Shimada, she feels bad for him. She thinks it sucks that he is in a redemption quest that is entirely pointless and thinks that he is irredeemable. He is also a bit of Death Seeker, but it also infuriates her that he couldn't find a way to forgive himself and also accepting Genji's forgiveness, which really sets her off. But she seems that he suffered too much that she calmed down a bit, but she hopes that he'll find a way to forgive himself and also accepting Genji's forgiveness and to become true brothers again. As someone who pursues justice and judgement, she forgives him for his actions, knowing that he has so much regret in his heart that she could feel sympathy for him, and seeing that she forgive the Aesirs for killing her father, it would be hypocritical of her to spite him if it wasn't for his desire of atonement.
  • Passionate in the pursuit of justice and judgement with some sources saying she is also the goddess of justice and judgement, she got along with the good side of the House of Justice. She is horrified to learn that there are evil deities of the House of Justice, wondering why they have a position there in the first place. She wanted to say that they should be disband from that House, but she knew she couldn't do anything and decided to leave them be.
  • She can be summoned as a SMT demon and as a Persona. She was contracted by Nanashi, Makoto Yuki, Aigis, Yu Narukami, and Ren Amamiya. Hearing that they are already in the Pantheon, she's very happy to see them again, congratulated them in their efforts to save humanity (though Nanashi's situation is different), and is willing to be contracted with them again if they ever need her help.
  • Some sources say thst after she and Njord have a divorce, she remarried Ullr, others said it's Odin. When a lot of deities ask her about it, she gives no comment about it. She doesn't want it to spill around the Pantheon any longer, especially in the House of Love, which really annoys her, as that House is known for it's Ship-to-Ship Combat, so she doesn't say anything about the issue, which disappointed some of the deities.

Once more with the Nightwings questions.

1. (Rukey) Anyone who worked as a smuggler to raise a family member while hiding that profession from them?

2. (Sir Gilman) Any warriors who went to self-exile due to their or their commander's shortcomings?

3. (The Stowaway) Any... odd-minded people who were cast out just for being different from the rest of society? Any who didn't decide to lash out against that society?

@Wikia: I am taking your answers into consideration. And I'm not quite sure Sho's situation counts, sorry.

  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Dumb Blonde Republican Sex Kitten, Beware the Nice Ones or Bitch in Sheep's Clothing (depends on her mood), Ms. Fanservice That Exploits The Hell Out Of it, Nice Girl Though She Has Her Moments, was a Hard-Drinking Party Girl who Really Gets Around, Attracting Her Son's Friends, Can Be Smart If She's Really Determined, Cloudcuckoolander, Not So Above It All

  • Allies: Stan and Steve Smith, Liane Cartman, Amy Wong, Uncle Chan, Greg Universe, Betty Suarez, Marge Simpson
  • Headbutting Heroes with: Santa Claus and Nicholas St Nick, Kitty Forman and Son Chi-Chi
  • Vitriolic Best Buds with: Roger the Alien
  • Enemies: Eric Cartman, Stewie Griffin, Robot Santa Claus and SCP-4666, Judge Claude Frollo, Tomie Kawakami, Dr Sofia Lamb
  • Pities: Dr Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Finn the Human
  • Francine Smith is the wife of Stan Smith and mother of his two children. A fairly happy housewife, she fits the image of a Blonde Republican Sex Kitten though lacks any interest in politics. She knows she's attractive and often uses that to get what she wants. While a nice person, she has her moments of being a jerk and if she's determined to do something, she can be pretty smart at it.
  • Before marrying Stan she was known to get around, all in the name of fun and partying on both sides. She's got the biggest sex garden in North America, but outside of one moment of weakness at the beginning of her marriage remains loyal to Stan. The lust sub-houses are happy to let her visit and tell tales, however made it clear she's not going to do any swinging given how Stan wouldn't care for it.
  • Has a mostly amiable relationship with fellow sitcom mother Marge Simpson. Marge is much more prudish compared to her and they do disagree with each other's parenting, but found they were similar enough to get along and both can be too overly motherly at times. Both sometimes want to take up hobbies and tasks to break the mundanity of being housewives, even if they enjoy their dayjob.
  • Sometimes discusses parenting tips and other things with Kitty Forman and Chi-Chi. They disagree with her more loopy moments, but otherwise find themselves liking Francine. Liane found her a comforting presence since she's not one to judge her slutty ways. Francine finds her son Eric Cartman intolerable however, reminding her of the time Steve became a spoiled a-hole when only she raised him, but worse. Stewie Griffin doesn't like her, as she reminds him of Lois for all that's worth.
  • Adopted by a Chinese couple. She gets along with Uncle Chan as he reminds her of her dad, Bah Bah Ling. She also ended up getting along with Amy Wong, a Martian-Chinese woman who was and still is to an extent a party girl who occasionally boasts of her general sluttiness. She seems to like Greg Universe for being a down to earth father.
  • The reason she was adopted? Her parents abandoned her as a baby, just because they a first-class ride on the airplane wouldn't allow babies. And later on after her bio-mother died, her bio-father went crazy and had his family fight to the death. Naturally, she sympathizes with Finn the Human for how much of an ass his bio-father turned out to be, and Heinz Doofenschmirtz for the multiple abuses his parents inflicted on him like leaving him to be raised by ocelots.
  • Grew up with the belief that left-handed people are evil, despite being left-handed. She grew over it. She doesn't like Frollo due to how judgmental he'd be with stuff like that, and that Frollo is quick to slut-shame her past and claim she's inspiring "unwanted lust". Francine also has a serious grudge against George Clooney for stealing her big moment, going so far as to chop off her own hand to try and kill him when it was handcuffed.
  • Like the rest of the Smith family, she wasn't on good terms meeting Santa Claus or Nicholas St North. Ever since the family shot Santa by accident he's been out for their blood. These Santas have no bad blood and aren't the same as the Bad Santa that bothers them, and will help them out with that incarnation, though the family is cautious. Robot Santa Claus and SCP-4666 proved much worse than even the Santa they know.
  • In order to keep her looks, she has to do vigorous work-outs and binging and purging. She relates to Betty Suarez to what it's like dealing with ugliness when she doesn't have her looks. By contrast, Tomie insulted her for "not being naturally beautiful" like the sociopath she is.

  • Followers: The rest of their variants, and the rest of the unascended monsters from Monster Hunter for that matter
  • Heralds: Ratha and Rathi
  • Allies: Master Hand
  • Rivals: Deviljho, Lagiacrus, Rajang, Zinogre, Glavenus, Brachydios, Akantor, Odibatorasu
  • Enemies: Plesioth, Barroth, Nerscylla, Seltas and Seltas Queen, The House of Food, Big Al, Hircine, Acnologia, The Gang of Seven
  • Fears: All Elder Dragons but mostly Gore and Shagaru Magala
  • Opposed by/Opposes: The Monster Hunters, All ascended Smash Fighters (especially Yoshi, Bowser, Marth, and Duck Hunt Team), users of electricity
  • There have been many monsters, both from the New World and Old, known throughout history of the Hunters Guild. From thunderous lupines, killer frog sharks, ice cold or molten behemoths, to giant spiders, crocodilian cobra eels, and virulent dragons. But few can match the sheer recognizability and numerousness of the Flying Wyverns that are the Raths. All Raths have excellent vision, ability to breath fire with flamesacs, poison foes (either with talons or tail), and bloodcurdling roars, though a Rathalos and a Rathian have different approaches in comabt. The Rathalos takes to the air, befitting its title of the King of the Skies, and pelts foes with fire before descending upon them talons open. Befitting her title of the Queen of the Land, the Rathian prefers fighting on ground using instead the poison located on the barbs her tail and the giant spike on her chin to fell prey and rival monsters.
  • While the Pantheon is home to an exceedingly diverse amount of wildlife, in all honesty, it had been a long time coming for the Raths' ascension to the Pantheon. It had actually started out with a Gold Rathian being the follower of Ahtal-Ka, but soon became dissatisfied with the lack of territory and flew off its own one day. It flew around the Pantheon before eventually settling in an empty, elevated point in the House of Beast. Following her, denizens began to report Rathaloses and Rathians in a bunch of different colors, some even constantly burning. Eventally the Court of Gods decided, after also deciding that wyverns are different enough from traditional dragons, to just ascend the entire species as a whole for Our Wyverns Are Different.
    • The Raths, save for colder areas such as the House of Ice and Cold, just about inhabit a wide array of environments and it wouldn't be out of place to find them flying around their territory, with the Rathalos and Rathian alternating from this and protecting the nest. Unfortunately, they're also very territorial and won't hesitate to attack intruders on sight. Weaker monsters like Barroth, Nerscylla, Seltas Duo, and Plesioth prefer to hide and not deal with them. Others like Zinogre, Brachydios, Lagiacrus, Rajang, Glavenus, and Deviljho put up a greater fight though the Raths prefer not to tangle with the last three. Akantor even Odibatorasu even less so.
      • And speaking of monsters they don't want to tangle with, Elder Dragons are a definite no-go. They're cunning enough to know that trying to oppose them is practically suicide. Especially with the Magalas and their Frenzy Virus they spread around.
  • There is one guaranteed way to grab a Rath's attention: Stealing their eggs. Particularly in the Rathian's case, they will drop whatever they're doing to hunt down whoever touched her eggs without fail. Usually it's one parent hunting the thief down, but people are in a very special world of hurt if both of them are drawn. Still, it has not deterred some in the House of Food from making requests to those like the Monster Hunters to do the dirty work for them. The Monster Hunters warned people not to overdo it but Rath eggs quickly caught on anyways. As a result the Raths quickly caught on to the House's schemes and just resorted to going after requesters themselves. A spike in hospitalizations by incineration and maulings later, the requests for Rath eggs were soon kept at a regulated minimum.
  • When fighting the Raths it is important to watch for its many moves it can pull off, not just the weapons and skills it had on hand- er, claw. A Rathalos may fire off a volley of Fireballs or even briefly fly up off the ground seemingly fleeing but actually just swoops down on the earth to create a small blast of poison. But the biggest one to watch out for, in terms of just the Rathalos at least, is the Rathalos World Tour. It lifts off the ground and circles around the attacker in air and... that's it. That's all it does. It's true purpose is to waste people's time.
    • On a more serious and helpful note, the Monster Hunters note that generally Thunder and Dragon element works best for all of them as they tend to be weak to both save for the Azure Rathalos, who's weak to Dragon and Ice, and the Silver Rathalos, who's weak to Thunder and Water. Blinding them with a sudden burst of bright light is also a good thing to do, although in Dreadking's case it's much more harder to pull off if you don't meet the right conditions.
  • Typically, the Monster Hunters are called up when problems involving the Raths arises, though many in the House of Hunters have had their fair share of tasks dealing with a Rathalos or Rathian at some point or another. The Dovahkiin distinctly remembers a time when a Rathalos lowered its altitude to rake the adventurer with its claws only for the Dovahkiin to use Unrelenting Force and cause the Flying Wyvern to come crashing down into someone's temple, caving in both the walls and most of the roof. Said deity (who for this purpose chose to remain anonymous) angrily asked why couldn't just use Dragonrend to just force the Rathalos to land. They agreed that they would of tried that, but the Monster Hunters told them before hand they weren't quite like the Dragons they fought back in Skyrim. As in, they aren't immortal children of a god and the whole point of Dragonrend was to force upon the alien idea of immortality on them.
Anonymous Deity: Okay, so you can't use it on the Raths. But did you have to use Unrelenting Force like that?
The Dovahkiin: I had to chase that thing all around the House. It was a long day, alright?
    • Being the Egomaniac Hunter Daedric Prince that he is, Hircine is quite fond the King and Queen. Though they are not the flashiest of beasts, he thinks their more grounded way of fighting and sheer amount of staminanote  is satisfying as it is and has brought the Raths over to the Hunting Grounds from time to time. They don't like that he keeps doing that, though the Nature Preservers thankfully have already begun cracking down on his hunts, at least for the wildlife being dragged into them at least. Hircine dragging people into them is a different issue in of itself.
  • The Rathalos has the greater spotlight of the two, being a Mascot for the original Monster Hunter but also Series Mascot for the franchise, sharing that spot with the Felynes. The Azure Rathalos, meanwhile, serves as the Mascot for Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate. Though, that isn't to say the Rathian is completely left out. In Monster Hunter: Stories, a Rathalos and Rathian (named Ratha and Rathi) serve as the main Monsties for Lute and Cheval, respectively.
    • Big Boss recalled fighting a Rathalos during the time when he wa driving out some armed forces in Costa Rica. He did so after heading the sales pitch of a talking cat to head to Isla de Monstruo on the promise that "they'd drop amazing stuff". The use of modern firearms made the Flying Wyvern's domain over the skies almost trivial, if only for the fact that it ate loads of bullets and rockets before it finally went down. The dozens of Velociprey didn't really make it any easier.
    • Continuing off of Big Boss's tale, Solid Snake, and the rest of the Smash Fighters for that matter, also describe their recollections with the Rathalos. They said he appeared as an assist trophy, but they also vividly remember having to corner it to actually fight it during their conflict with Galeem. Whether or not if it's the same Rathalos or just one that holds a grudge, it apparently holds a special disliking to Marth, Yoshi, Bowser, and the Duck Hunt Team for some reason. The Rathalos did, however, get along with Master Hand considering they both were under the command of Galeem. Technically speaking, anyways. The rest of the Raths don't mind Master Hand which is quite the surprise given their temperament.
      • Isabelle got sheepish at the mention of the Rathalos and when questioned why people pointed to footage of her summoning an infinite amount Assist Trophies, which of course included the Rathalos and the sheer chaos it brought. People cackling at the insanity of it all and snide comments on "Rath mating season but with only one Rathian" aside, one comment from the crowd stood out.
Dogged Monster Hunter: Still wouldn't get a Rathalos plate.
  • Naysayers of the Raths tend to bring up their dwindling status in power as newer monsters get revealed. Said new monsters tend to include an invasive thousand-bladed scale wyvern, a theropod with a massive flaming tail, and a giant flying psycho bugzapper and it isn't to say all newbies get the better of the Raths. In the New World, a Rathalos easily picks up and manhandles an Anjanath like it's nobodies business. The Rathalos here was courteous enough reenact this scene, only with Big Al and he instead tossed the lesser theropod on the poor sod who badmouthed them.
  • Deities in the House of Beast were in for one hell of a spook when a Rathalos swooped by one day and bore an uncanny resemblance to Acnologia. The Fairy Tail Guild was immediately notified, but the confusion was quickly cleared up though they were still unnerved at the idea of anything looking like him. Predictably, Acnologia thought it was pathetic that a Rathalos having the gall to try emulating him.

For Francine, give her a funny situation in the pantheon where she has use her sex appeal. Maybe that's how she ascends. Missing him, she literally flashed her way to the pantheon to be reunited with her husband Stan, detracting everyone in the process, even the hardened security of the pantheon couldn't help but stare. Like this, [1]. Stan's a bit mixed about this but he's happy nonetheless and the two make-out or something.

For Bullock, how does he feel about James Bond and/or Jack Bauer or other spies/agents there in the Pantheon?

I've noticed that you have The Fashionista in your second sandbox with no candidate selected, so you could give it to her again if you'd like to.

Weiss, Goddess of Breakable Power-Ups (Weiß, The Sword-Summoning White Valkyrie, Sophie, White, Weisy)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chara04_a.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Two of her own swords crossed over Gottfried's sword
  • Theme Song: White Valkyrja
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Pale Heroes, Red Eyes, Katars, Insta-Creating Dozens of Blades, Rei Ayanami Expy, Sugar-and-Ice Personality, Lack of Social Skills, Wanting For a Simple Life, Norse Mythology and Nazi Naming, Child Soldier, Artificial Arcana Maiden
  • Domains: Appearance, Heroes, Swords
  • Allies:
  • Enemies: Nu-13
  • Odd Friendship with: Hikage
  • Weiss is a "Valkyrie", a girl implanted with celestial energy and given an artificial Arcana by the Drexler Institute. She was raised as a soldier from young age until she was saved by ´Celestial Union. She currently works for them to solve any celestial incidents what may occur while also trying to adapt into living like a normal person.
  • Scharlachrot was really happy and grateful about her ascension, as now they can be together again. Though when Weiss heard what was going on with Scharlachrot before she ascended, she felt really guilty due of her getting brainwashed again. Other gods ensured it wasn't her fault, and if she feels bad about it, she should make sure nothing like that would happen once again.
  • Her main form of combat is being able to summon blades with her gauntlets. One of her most central applications is being able to summon small blades which she uses as katars, thus increasing the range of her basic attacks. The thing is that as soon as she gets hit by anything, she looses those blades, thus requiring her to resummon the blades. Other stuff she can do is summon larger blades what appear next to her and giant swords which she rides on. She can even summon multiple blades like placing them to the ground and then sending them off, stabbing opponent with daggers and, well, this.
  • Even though she used to be a follower of Nu-13, she frankly dislikes her a lot. Even though she was born as a Living Weapon, she cannot but be reminded how Scarlachrot was during the Ragnarok Incident, and she doubts that there is no cure to her.
  • Of all things what can be considered a signature item to her, it is her bowtie, as even as a shadowly blob, she still wears it. Eleventh Doctor approves.
  • There is one particular problem what Weiss has: her absolute lack of any understanding of normal social interaction. Due of her being raised as a soldier for most of her life, she normally acts as a soldier as well. We are talking about a girl who's idea of a "date" is going to a dark alleyway for combat training, asks her foes how to say things in casual way and stops her conversation when she feels like she said something right. While she is trying to adapt to the normal society, she has long way to go.
  • She has heard rumours that some people used to say she is like Jin Kisaragi due of her "Ride the Swordning" going with Jin's "Ice Car" and something about their themes sounding similar. She herself is glad that Jin managed to escape the NOL when he could, not really knowing much of the background behind it.
  • Not to be confused with another Weiss. Mistakes like that have been made before (just ask Scharlachrot).
  • Raiden really feels disgusted by what she had to gone through due of Drexler Institute, and she appreciates his concerns.
  • Her Arcana, Gottfried, was designed after the Norse God Tyr. After hearing about this, Tyr got interested on her, and the two of them are in a sense close to eachother. And due of that, she also got close to Freya as while she doesn't appreciate the word Valkyrie being associated with such a project, she cannot but feel concern of the soldiers created in the program.

  • Targeted By: Every deified Bounty Hunter in the Pantheon (her bounty is $999,999,999!)
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: with Caius Ballard (just like Mom)
  • Pitied By: Satsuki Kiryuin
  • Interested In: Heather Mason
  • Conflicting Opinion With: YHVH
  • Shinnok. Has A. Sister? Kronika, sure, but a sister?? As Cassie Cage had once famously stated upon discovering this fact, "There's like, no family resemblance." Thanks to Kronika and Shinnok, Cetrion has made her way to the Pantheon.
  • With Cetrion's ascension. Kronika's scheme is made clear: she wishes both Shinnok and Cetrion to wage an eternal war against each other, Light versus Darkness, in order to restore the balance between the realms. The Main House immediately told Kronika that was not to happen in the Pantheon.
  • Cetrion despises those who do harm to their family. She especially has it in for Erron Black, as he shot his own father (despite Black claiming that the sonoabitch had it coming). And as confirmed by Cassie Cage, his relationship with his mother wasn't any better. Kratos is a close second due to his war against the Olympians. Her devotion to family is seen especially when carrying out Kronika's will.
    • But, despite her devotion to her mother, even Cetrion has her limits. She's on the fence regarding YHVH, but chooses to hold back. After all, the most important thing to her is honoring one's parents.
    • Speaking of Kratos, Atreus called Cetrion out when she criticized his father and his vendetta against Zeus and his relatives, pointing out that Cetrion herself murdered her fellow Elder Gods on Kronika's orders. Since then, Cetrion found herself at odds with the angry Spartan and his half-blooded son
    • Speaking of Erron Black, he has confirmed that the bounty on Cetrion's head is a jaw-dropping $999,999,999! Of course, this puts Cetrion on the radar of every deified bounty hunter in the Pantheon.
  • Once reached out to Ororo Munroe and Pamela Isley in order to recruit more numbers for Kronika's New Era, with the promises of reuniting with T'Challa and making Earth a New Eden respectively. Unfortunately, Cetrion's reputation proceeded her, being Shinnok's sister and being the one responsible for murdering the Elder Gods. That, and Kronika isn't a Titaness of her word, as her past actions have shown.
    • Despite being a paragon of light and virtue, Cetrion is not on good terms with Gaia and Captain Planet. Maybe it's because Cetrion is a willing participant in Kronika's scheme to undo the realms. Either way, whenever Cetrion visits the House of Nature, the other gods watch her every move.
  • If the fact that she sides with Kronika doesn't piss Raiden off, it's the fact that not only did Cetrion wiped out the Elder Gods in a decapitation strike, but also the fact that Cetrion claimed that both her and Frost assassinated Fujin, the God of Wind. Raiden is more than willing to go Dark Raiden on her just for that.
  • Discovered Kolin and her cryokinesis simply by chance. This led her to her direct superiors, Gill and Urien. Seeing potential in getting the Illuminati on board with Kronika's New Era, Cetrion seeks out an alliance, promising that should Gill's Illuminati join Kronika, then their organization shall be exalted in the New Era. In the first time that the two brothers agree on anything, both Gill and Urien refused the offer. Declaring that the New Era has no place for them, Cetrion departs, promising that the next time they meet, they shall be enemies.
  • If Cetrion dislikes Liu Kang when he's in Fire God mode, then she really despises the Avatars, mainly Aang and Korra, but mostly Korra, as she can match Cetrion move-for-move, and with the Avatar State activated, is even more powerful than Cetrion. Only if Cetrion has the Hourglass is she more powerful than Korra.
  • Was successful in making contact with Regime Superman, making him an offer he can't refuse: both the Regime and his deceased wife restored, and Batman wiped from history. The former High Councilor is seriously considering that offer.
  • Surprisingly, Satsuki Kiryuin understands Cetrion, as she herself was loyal to her own mother, Ragyo Kiryuin, who was just as horrible to her as Kronika was to Cetrion.
  • Should Cetrion usurps her mother and takes the Hourglass, Cetrion chooses to baptize the denizens of the realms in hellfire after numerous failures in trying to maintain order in the various timelines. After centuries of battle, good will triumph, and in Cetrion's eyes, "they will be humbled. Eager to embrace the light." She sees something a connection with Heather Mason (aka Cheryl Mason, aka Alessa Gillespie). Or rather, a connection between herself and her unwanted followers, The Order, who believe that Heather is Saint Alessa reincarnated, of whom will lead the chosen to Paradise "with blood-stained hands." While Heather wants nothing to do with her, Cetrion is trying to convince Heather to accept her destiny.
  • "The restoration of time will not predetermine your destiny. That is for you to shape."

Is there anything else to add?

Hannah Baxter, Goddess of Unproblematic Prostitution (Belle du Jour)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/piper_call_girl_7616.jpg
  • Potential House: Love
  • Theme Song: Theme Song
  • Quasideity
  • Symbols: Her diary
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Work Com of a High-Class Call Girl, Stars a Writer, Author Avatar of Brooke Magnanti
  • Domains: Good, Lust, Knowledge
  • Allies: Lisa Williams and Ally Carter, The Sex and the City Quartet, Mad Moxxi, James Bond, Charlie Harper, Jack Harkness, Calistria, Inara
  • Enemies: Queen of Pain
  • Opposes: Slaanesh
  • Complicated Relationship Aphrodite
  • Not to be Confused With: Rose Tyler
  • The demand for a dedicated deity for prostitution has increased as of late. This was a prospect the House of Love was having a difficult time finding. It was then that the recently ascended Carrie Bradshaw had a solution. They received word of a British equivalent of their escapades in the form of Hannah Baxter, codenamed Belle du Jour. After a brief conversation, she agreed to take the position for her relatively safe venture as a High-Class Call Girl.
    • Hannah started the business when she needed money to pay for college. Interested in how much money escorts make in the UK, she decided to join in on the business. It should be noted that her author went through the same predicament, even writing a story about it. Belle remains amused at the fact that the Author Avatar successfully ascended on the back of a real-life story.
    • It was understandable that Rose Tyler objected to it. Now, she has to turn down every bloke who mistakes her for Belle. It didn't help that the two share the same actor.
  • Her temple consists of an oversized version of her home apartment. One room is reserved for her living quarters. The rest is where she and her followers can conduct their business with clients. Belle sees to it that all of her followers are treated nicely and throws out anyone giving her trouble.
  • The House of Love was distraught with her strained relationship with her boyfriend Ben. She decided to choose her job as an escort over a stable relationship and left him to his own devices. It is this reason that she decided not to bring him over as a herald. Various love goddesses hope for a continuation with her story in the hopes that the two can reconcile with their lifestyles.
  • Belle's focus us usually sex, but she understands that many of her clients are interested in BDSM. As such, she sought out someone who could fill her in on the prospect. At first, she met a blue-skinned woman who was willing to help her own. Unfortunately, she didn't know that the woman had ulterior plans. The Queen of Pain was about to take her in when she was wrapped up in rope. By the time she Blinked out, her victim had already escaped, courtesy of Lisa and Ally. Unlike the demon, the co-goddesses of BDSM were willing to help her out free of charge. Belle was at least thankful there was at least one dominatrix that didn't want to take advantage of her (her own experience with Charlotte wasn't that well received).
  • One thing is clear though; she does not want to be associated with the Overdeity Slaanesh. She has had many potential clients trying to coerce her into the services of the God/dess of Sensory Obsession She fears that a follower of Slaanesh may one day decide to kidnap her and force her to their services.
  • Charlie Harper asked for her services one time. Interested that such services were legal in the Pantheon, he decided to give it a go this time around. It was a surprisingly quiet affair where he took her to the House of Food to taste some American cuisine before settling in her office. She wondered if there was more to the Divine Manwhore than meets the eye.
  • Was shocked to discover that James Bond, a British icon, asked her her services. She immediately agreed to the proposal. What happened next was a whirlwind of an adventure leading her against lethal spies and dangerous locations. Overall if given the chance, she would do it again.
  • There was one time when what she thought was a client turned out to be an Auton. The robot was looking for Quasideities to capture and take over for themselves in the pursuit of ascension. This was thwarted by the actions of Jack Harkness, an immortal who was tracking their movements. After helping him clean up the rest of the legion, he proposed some time with with. She agreed with a discount for saving her life.
  • Received a business card from Inara, frequent resident of the Serenity. She was interested in creating a new network of Companions in the Pantheon to look over their source material. Hannah thought it was a good idea and agreed to share her contacts. Religion was never her thing, but she did ask Inara if she could learn how to use a rapier, a skill that could come in handy against unwanted attention.
  • She has gotten a surprisingly good amount of relationship advice from Moxxi of all people. After respectfully turning down a carnal relationship, Hannah opened up her woes with her boyfriend and Moxxi was more than willing to help. While not a fan of her cheating, Moxxi believes Hannah can find a someone willing to balance her love life with that of her clients. She also handed a list of men who may be interested in pursuing her in a relationship.
  • Calistria on the other hand would rather that she forget about trying to have a relationship. To her, pursuing her lustful urges on any man she is interested in is more satisfying than sticking to just one man for a relationship. Hannah has taken both lessons to heart, but it remains to be seen which one she will follow in the end.
  • As for the Greek goddess of love, Hannah has mixed feelings with the woman. She is a notorious cheat herself and thus nas no qualms with sleeping with men doing the same to do so behind their wives/girlfriends backs. With that said, she is striving to move past that herself so she no longer seeks advice from her.

Dudley Do-Right, God of Unnecessary Acts of Good Deeds

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dudley.png
  • Theme Song: His Theme Song
  • Demigod
  • Symbols: His Mountie badge
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: One of the most morally upstanding heroes in the Pantheon, Can be dumb at times, Idiot Hero even to the point of Lawful Stupid, Is in love with Nell
  • Domains: Good, Law, Honor
  • Herald: His horse "Horse"
  • Allies: The Houses of Heroes and Justice (to an extent), The Lone Ranger, Miko Miyazaki, Smokey Bear, Inspector Javert
  • Enemies: The House of Villains in general, especially Snidely Whiplash, Molag Bal, General Tarquin, Crow (Nefarious)
  • Oppooses: Yogi Bear
  • Observed by: Wander, Raiden
  • Odd Friendship: Dr. Evil
  • Good Counterpart to: Dick Dastardly and Mutley
  • Snidely Whiplash had thought he place enough traps and complications to prevent his arch-nemesis from ever ascending. He had hoped that his opponent's absence would give him ample room to make a name for himself. When he went through a routine exercise with Nell by laying her across a rail track, his worse fears were realized when he was quickly subdued by a familiar man with a red suit. It was indeed Dudley Do-Right with a paper officially allowing him access to the Pantheon. Snidely groaned as he was taken away by the authorities, realizing that their antics will now carry over to the Pantheon.
  • While the GUAG celebrated alongside him for his ascension, many of their members were privately groaning at the prospect of working with the man. Many have heard horrifying stories of how far Dudley went to honor the law when it was more convenient to just do the right thing. Not even Nell herself is immune to his interpretation of the law as she was arrested one time for using the wrong stamp for her letter in her plea for help. As such, Dudley finds it difficult finding people who are willing to work with him.
  • It didn't help that the person who most appreciated his meticulous respect for the law was Miko, the Goddess of Lawful Stupidity. She claims to have always admired the Mountie and believes he is justified in every thing that he has done. The only thing that gets her worked up is why he gets to be Lawful Good while she couldn't. The GUAG stated that while Dudley can be... annoying at times, he still does it out of the hopes of doing good. That and his antics are merely annoying while she remains unrepentant for murdering her boss.
  • In response to Dudley's ascension, Snidely turned to an old friend for some help. Dick Dastardly may well be the polar opposite of Dudley. For every act of good Dudley does to someone who didn't ask for it, Dastardly ends up undoing it when there was no need in the first place. He was more than happy to make Mr. Do-Right's life miserable. What followed was a battle of wits to see who would give up first. It shows signs of stopping as the two unwittingly undid their own plans.
  • Word of his ascension reached the ears of underlings, who came to those of Molag Bal's. Though ultimately he finds that the do-gooder wouldn't be much of a threat to him in the grand scheme of things, nonetheless the Daedric Prince finds his dogmatic heroism and virtues disgusting. As such, he tasked some of his lesser minions to go after Dudley however the GUAG was quick to notice the God of Scheme's plot and take action.
  • The ascension of a Canadian Mountie was a long time coming. There has been a lack of rangers in the Pantheon proper, so for Smokey the Bear this was a pleasant surprise. He tasked Dudley to watch for any suspicious activities. That order had to be revised after several complains emerged from Dudley arresting people for crimes as innocent as walking off the designated pathway.
    • He personally sought to take over the role of finally bringing that pesky Yogi Bear and his partner Boo Boo to justice. Unfortunately, the two bears turned out to be smarter than he realized. Mere Paper Thin Disguises were enough to throw him off their trail for a long time. Afterwards it was the issue of finding where the bears would strike as the duo has been highly effective in eluding him.
  • The Lone Ranger sees a lot of him in the man... in certain areas. He made it his life work to make sure others will have the justice he was initially robbed of. With that said, he is worried about Dudley's Lawful Stupid tendencies. He is also weirded out that he names his horse "Horse". Besides giving the horse a better name, Reid hopes that some of his more tender moments would rub off on Dudley.
  • For Javert, it allowed for another person willing to go to the ends of the earth to hunt fown Valjean to aid him on his quest. The two work well as a pairing as they work to adhere to the law, even though Dudley insists in helping people outside the law. The Mountie felt bad with Javert's fate and hopes to help the officer achieve redemption.
  • Tarquin has made it his mission to teach villains throughout the universe how to get the advantage over their heroic foes. He even wrote a book to minions on how to handle common heroic tactics. A person like Mr. Do-Right only causes him to shake his head on how he could succeed in anything. Even with his advice, Do-Right manages to succeed with sheer force of ignorance and determination.
  • Crow has considered using his own successes to defeat Dudley Do-Right once and for all, but has decided not to. He figured that Snidely wouldn't want others to help him without his own permission, and doing the deed himself would diminish the mustache-twirling villain's presence. For now, he decided to give Snidely closes as to how he can prevent Dudley from winning.
  • Dr. Evil stated that he would have probably taken a liking to Dudley, even during his time as a villain. He could tell that the Mountie was the perfect person to test his death traps to see of the do-gooder could escape. Nowadays, Dudley considers him to be a friend, happy to see the former villain turn a new leaf.
  • Unknown to the Mountie, he has been under observation from two polar opposite deities: Wander and Raiden. Wander represents the Chaotic Good goal of happiness for all while Raiden represents the Lawful Good goal of seeking justice for all. Dudley is more aligned with the cyber ninja, but he heeded Wander's concerns about the do-gooder's tendency to disregard other people's circumstances. This he allowed Wander to tag Dudley around to show him he doesn't always have to adhere completely to the law. It remains to be seen if any of it has had an effect.

  • Subaru Natsuki was an originally an Ordinary High-School Student who was unable to live up the expectations of being the son to amazing parents in his school and life. Prone to taking the "easy" route, he actively avoided people and eventually became a shut-in NEET. After buying consumer goods at a local Japanese convenience store, Subaru was suddenly transported to another world. Being familiar with the usual conventions of such circumstances, he initially believed that he had gained magical powers and that Emilia, a half-elf girl who had rescued him from muggers, was the one who had summoned him. However, his expectations turned out to be wrong and he additionally discovered that, whenever he dies, he returns to an earlier "checkpoint". Calling the ability "Return by Death", Subaru set out to use his knowledge of the future to rescue and protect his friends, especially Emilia, with whom he fell in love.
  • Upon ascending into the Pantheon, Subaru was surprised to discover Puck, of all people, had ascended prior to him. After a friendly reunion, Subaru was ecstatic to discover that Emilia was also present as Puck's herald and declared that he would do his best to ascend her as well. Subaru also appointed Beatrice as his herald upon discovering that, due to their contract, she had gained access to the pantheon as well.
  • Subaru was quick to befriend various heroes in the pantheon who share a large number of similarities with him, such as Ayato Amagiri, Touya Mochizuki, Ikki Kurogane, Touma Kamijou, Ichika Orimura, Naofumi Iwatani, Sieg, Lux Arcadia, Kazuto "Kirito" Kirigaya, Shido Itsuka and Issei Hyodo. After discussing their various similarities and differences, Subaru became rather envious of how most of them actually became powerful fighters and didn't have as much trouble earning people's respect. However, many of them expressed a lot of respect towards him for persevering through numerous hardships and being willing to fight against opponents much stronger than himself. In general, he likes to frequently hang out with all of them.
  • Due to his past experiences with the Witch Cult and the Witches of Sin, Subaru strongly dislikes evil witches and magic users of any kind. As such, he quickly became enemies with the Wicked Witch of the West, the Evil Queen and Mother Gothel. The fact that each of them had threatened and tried to kill a young woman has further enraged him and he does his best ensure that they never get anywhere near Emilia.
  • Subaru generally avoids both Moby-Dick and Monstro, as they strongly remind him of the White Whale that he had previously helped kill.
