Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Is there anything more that should be added to Boudica and Billy?

Boudica, Goddess of Wanting Invaders Out Of Their Homeland (Boudicca, Boadicea, Boudicea, Buddug, Rider)

  • Potential House: Acts of War (House of War) and Plain Neutral (House of Ambiguity)
  • [tup]s: 2 (Siegfried1337, The Wikia Editor)
  • Ascencion date: May 26 (repost on May 20 and May 24)
  • Rank: Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her long spear
  • Alignment: Believed to have Black-and-Grey Morality by multiple historians (Chaotic Good in multiple fictional depictions of her and also from multiple historians)
  • Portfolio: Historical Domain Character, Gets a lot of heroism upgrade in popular culture, Wants to avenge her daughters because of rape, Byronic Hero Cycle of Revenge, Roaring Rampage of Revenge, Lady of War, Will kill all people that she thinks are Romans even if they are innocent, slaves, or not Romans themselves, or any of those in between, Possibly ordered a massacre to three big cities, Your Terrorists Are Our Freedom Fighters
  • Domains: Vengeance, Rebellions, Queens, Warriors, Massacre
  • Allies: Ritsuka Fujimaru, Archer/EMIYA, Lelouch vi Britannia, Odin
  • As a Rider Servant: the British Heroes
  • On good terms with: Nero Claudius, Maximus Decimus, The Gauls (Opposition in terms of the real-life version)
  • Enemies: Every Roman that ever existed in the Pantheon, especially Emperor Nero (not really for the Rider version, though she does consider certain ones as enemies), Tywin Lannister, Gregor Cleagane
  • Boudica is the queen of the Iceni tribe who is well-known for her rebellion against the Roman Empire. She started her raging vengeance after the death of her husband when the Romans started taking everything from her, including raping her daughters. She eventually massacred three big cities of the Roman Empire and killing every citizen that lives there as she considers them enemies, even if the cities themselves are not involved with anything that happened to her. However, it ultimately led to her demise when she was killed by Suetonius and his Roman army and/or committed suicide.
  • A lot of historical figures are in heavy debate of her actions whether or not she's an Ax-Crazy murderer whose actions cannot be justified even by ancient history standards or not she is a heroic Badass in Charge who hws to do what she had to do. There are a few historical records depicting her history and it's still not known what is the cause of her death. However, because this is the Pantheon, these two depictions of Boudica could technically exist here and as long as it's well-known by a few circles, they could exist as long as they liked.
  • Hearing that the one and only Nero Claudius pretty much made her mad and started storming off to his temple to kill him before being stopped by other deities in fear of her causing chaos. The emperor doesn't seem to care upon hearing her presence and would rather stay in his temple seeing performances, although he fears that some day that he will be killed mercilessly by her even if he could technically be revived in the Pantheon considering her neverending hatred of the Pantheon.
  • She can be summoned as a Rider Servant and answer the calls of Chaldea thanks to the Incineration of Humanity. Suprisingly, she's mich more nicer as a Servant, is at least much more considerate, and acts like a big sister. Her endless rage towards the Romans also gave her the possibility to become an Avenger Servant.
    • Suprisingly as of right now, she is now at good terms with the female version of Nero. Boudica tells her that she shouldn't responsible for what happened to her people, knowing that she is not involved with what happebed. While she couldn't forgive Rome for what happened, her vengeance against them is done, while also feeling bad for her endless massacre she caused in the past, which caused Nero to tell her to not discuss it furthur as the resentment will go on forever. Ultimately, as they are Heroic Spirits and are not the living versions, they forgave each other and are civil enough to not caused an outrage. Boudica knew that if her Class is altered, it will be a completely different story.
    • She is pretty happy to see her master again and is willing to be at his side once more. Though it's pretty much hypocritical given her new friendship with the female Nero, she personally asked him to not let her be in the same room as the other Romans in the Pantheon, which he gladly accepted unless they will be facing a dangerous common treat. She is also excited to see her fellow Servant, EMIYA in the Pantheon, as they're pretty much the best chefs that Chaldea has and formed the Chaldea Kitchen Team along with Tamamo Cat and Raikou because of it.
    • She has huge respect of British Heroes, regardless of their actions, and considers them to be similar to her daughters. She is also considered to be a British folk hero despite the debate of the justification of her actions from multiple historians. Also, because of her more heartwarming personality, she is much more tolerable to be in other people's presence.
  • She's happy to meet a man named Lelouch who is born in the Britannian Empire and praises him for going against his own empire because of their endless conquest, thinking that they are the same as the Romans, and also for making the world a better place for his younger sister. Lelouch is happy to see someone that is a rebellious person like him and feels bad upon hearing what happened to her, although he thinks that her actions are just too much even by his own standards, but decided to not push it as he thinks that he might face her wrath endlessly and is smart enough to know to not do something about it.
  • She loathes Tywin Lannister as she sees his actions and behavior as similar to the Romans, and considering how much of an Abusive Parent he is, it pretty much fueled the hatred. Seeing that he is also an employer of Tywin and keeps him around because he is a Sociopathic Soldier, she also loathes Gregor Cleagane and also for killing Elia and her son.
  • Hearing that he is from Rome, it is enough for the real Boudica to hate him, without even considering of what happened to him and that Roman is not his nationality. Thankfully, while she hesitates upon hearing he is not, the Rider version actually took the time to listen to him. Even before learning he's not a Roman himself, the two found kinship learning that the Romans took everything away from them and staged a rebellion against them. She is happy that there is an actual Roman (even if he is not one) other than the female Nero that she could be friends with and promised to him that if there are any evil Romans that are lurking around, they will staged an attack together.
    • This is also the same case with the Gauls in the Pantheon. No matter how much they try to convince her that they are not like the rest of the Romans, she hates them because of her blind hatred of the Romans. The Servant version meanwhile admires their dedication to protect from the Romans, especially Asterix because despite his small stature, he is to be The Ace and thr best defender of the entire village.
  • In Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, Boudica became one of Odin's Valkyries after her death. She was also considered to become the captain to replace Gunilla, however, because of how violent she is, she is not recommended. Odin is happy to see one of his Valkyries ascending even if she got that from an another universe, but he wishes that she'll tone down her violence.

  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: Outlaw, Famously known as Billy the Kid, His life has more fiction in it than facts, Has multiple legends surrounding him that he's not actually murdered at that time, Combat Pragmatist, Escape Artist, Guile Hero, The Gunslinger, Killed by his former associate in the name of justice, Sudden Name Change

  • Despite his life containing more fiction in it than reality and living a short life, Billy the Kid became one of the most famous outlaws in American history. He started his life of crime at the age of 15 by committing theft. He became famous across The Wild West thanks to the Lincoln County War. He had bounties that surrounds him and was able to escape jail multiple times. He was then eventually killed by his former associate, Patt Garrett. Billy's legend became a worldwide phenomenon when his murderer wrote a sensational biography ghostwrited by Ash Upson. The urban legends surrounding him were inspired by the biography itself.
  • The person who vouched for his ascencion is the Master of Chaldea. The outlaw thanked for vouching it, not believing that his Master will do something like this. The Master responded back that he has faith in him, just like how he has faith in every Servant that he summoned and that he does it to see them again. In return, Billy promises to fight by his side once again if he wants to.
  • Seeing that the real Billy the Kid ascended, Lucky Luke wanted to bring him to justice. The two ended up having a duel, while it is a tie, the outlaw is so impressed at the selfless cowboy, seeing that he is so good at everything he does, that he started to consider him as an Worthy Opponent rather than a sworn enemy. The heroic cowboy doesn't seem to return the sentiment however and still wants to arrest him as the outlaw still wants to pursue his life at crime.
  • He considers John Marston as a fellow rival due to being a former outlaw who is a great gunslinger and horse rider. That said, he does sympathized with the former outlaw when he hears how his life as an outlaw is All for Nothing and he performed a Heroic Sacrifice so thst his wife and son will live in peace.
  • Became enemies with Yosemite Sam, suprisingly. This is because he actually started to obey the law on not shooting with his guns in The Looney Tunes Show. This is made even worse when he actually became police officer one time. Seeing that Billy the Kid would rather stay as an outlaw in his entire life and wanting to escape jail all the time, yeah, the two would never stay friends.
  • Well it makes sense that he is a mercenary and is Only in It for the Money, but Billy doesn't like Hol Horse because he lacks a lot of loyalty for Dio that his associates have and how he repays the Crusaders by stealing their the one time they saved him from Enya's wrath. He also laughts at the fact that despite the fact he can control the direction at the bullets, he is so bad at aiming that he actually accidentally shot himself twice.
  • He established a rivalry with other cowboys/outlaws such as Erron Black and The Man With No Name. For the former, he is impressed with him that despite the fact he lives in a world where almost everyone has some sort of special power and is just a Badass Normal, he is able to hold off on his own. For the latter, upon hearing the latter, he wanted to hear sbout his travels seeing that he is constantly adventuring, wants to know about his duels and how he fights with his weapons, and is not disappointed. He established a Worthy Opponent relationship with Jesse McCree seeing that he is a former outlaw who Took a Level in Idealism and now wants to fight for good and justice. Seeing that he doesn't any of these acts yet, the outlaw wants to see how he will succeed on his job.
  • He knew he should be expecting this but he never thought he would meet an intergalactic outlaw like Star-Lord. He wanted to know more about his exploits in space after hearing about his misadventures. He could easily relate to him on what it feels like to lose a mother because of a deadly disease and their father leaving them behind (though it's never known if it happened in real one). Star-Lord establishes a rivalry with him due to becoming more heroic later on and having more standards and because they are both outlaws, they couldn't become enemies.
  • Of course Billy the Kid is enemies with the House of Justice for obvious reasons. Seeing that he always jail with no detailed explanation makes it hard for the police to let him remain in jail and considers him to be one of their greatest targets when they realized how great of an Escape Artist he is. He doesn't even accept any of their offers of letting him get out of jail after he got arrested as that happened to him one time.
  • Ironically, his former associate Patt Garrett killed him in the name of justice. Due to this experience, he hates those that betrayed their friends, even if there are good reasons of doing that. He hates Brutus when he assassinated Caesar when the latter is being such a good friend to the former when he actually sparred him and give him a position as a governor. This is also the same with Akechi Mitsuhide when he killed Nobunaga, when he is considered as one of the warlord's most trusted vassal before their downfall. Even if he is unsure what is the cause of the betrayal, Akechi got on the bad side of the infamous outlaw.
  • In Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, Billy is the first historical figure to be "borrowed" by the duo for their history presentation. He encountered them during the salloon and asked them to play poker with two other dudes, which they happily accepted. Though Billy is caught cheating when he gsve Ted three aces. Fortunately, they managed to save Billy in time and sent him to the time-travelling booth. He continued to travel with them to "collect" more historical figures and formed a friendship with Socrates of all people and he and the other historical figures managed to perform the historical presentation in time before they all went back in their time periods. Seeing that he ascended, Bill and Ted are excited to see him again and the three actively started hanging out with each other again
  • In The Last Sharknado: It's About Time, Fin Shepard and his group accidentally helped him escape arrest by having Fin get arrested instead. Hearing that they are from the future, he wanted to travel to the future with them as he wanted to continue his theft in the modern world, believing that there are more exciting things to steal. When they gladly refused, the outlaw and Fin have a duel, before being eaten by a shark. Seeing that the latter is in the Pantheon, the two remain enemies because of that encounter, with Fin keeping an eye on Billy when he committed considering what he heard for his reasons to travel to his time.
  • In one Treehouse of Horror episode of The Simpsons, Lisa forced a gun ban after seeing Billy the Kid's grave with his real name in it with the quote "I dream of a world without guns" without knowing who he actually is. Billy and the other outlaw cohorts came back as zombies and rule over Springfield since they are the only ones with guns. Professor Frink sent Homer back in time to stop the gun ban from happening which Homer did by telling the citizens of Springfield to shoot at the zombies' graves. The zombies come back, but they eventually run away from the gunfire. As a result of this experience, Billy the Kid developed a bad relationship with both Lisa Simpson and Homer Simpson not lovong the former for the gun ban (even if she has an excuse that she didn't know is false) and the latter for shooting at his grave.
  • In Kamen Rider Ghost, he is one of Takeru's fifteen Eyecons, based on different historical figures. In this form, while transformed into Kamen Rider Ghost, he is armed with Gan Gun Saber and Bat Clock, both in Gun Mode. Combining those will create Rifer Mode. Because of this, the Kamen Rider and the outlaw got along with relative ease, with the former receiving sympathy from the latter upon hearing his fate of dying when 99 days have passed and Billy is so glad to see that he got his happy ending that he didn't commit any crimes for a day.
  • In a weird alternate universe, Dracula plans to take Billy the Kid's fiance, Betty Bentley, to turn her into a vampire to become his bride. Also, Billy is such a good guy in that universe that he teamed up with a sheriff and a doctor. He was able to kill Dracula using the silver scapel given to him by the doctor. It ended with Billy the Kid and Betty presumably living happily ever after. Although it does take place in an alternate universe, when they hear about this, Dracula and Billy became sworn enemies because of how Billy killed the vampire with Billy is willing to kill the vampire if he is interrupting on his business.

First draft of Impel Down. What should I add?

Impel Down, Divine Hellhole Prison (Underwater Prison, the Great Prison. Consists of Crimson Hell, Wild Beast Hell, Starvation Hell, Blazing Hell, Freezing Hell and then Eternal Hell)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/impel_down_ships.jpg
The entrance to Impel Down.
  • House: Establishments (House of Dominions)
  • Description: A multi-layered prison with 6 levels, the last undisclosed to the public
  • Symbol: A crowned emblem with wings on a black background
  • Theme Song: This
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Portfolio: The Alcatraz, Stylized After The Circles Of Hell from The Divine Comedy, Hellhole Prison, From Bad to Worse, Doesn't Frivolously Kill Its Prisoners
  • Domains: Prison, Torment, Despair, Hellish Fates, The Justice System
  • Sacred to: Magellan (former warden, current vice-warden)
  • Unholy to: Everyone who's ever been locked up there, Dante Aligheri
  • The World Government has to deal with powerful criminals, pirates and other threats to both people and their status quo. For this, Impel Down was created. A vicious, near-inescapable prison with each deeper level being worse. Head by Hannyabal, and before him Magellan, each can expect a different kind of torture.
  • The first layer is the Crimson Hell, with razor-sharp tree leaves stained with prisoner's blood, guards and blue gorillas chasing them. The second layer is the Wild Beast Hell, where dangerous beasts hunt the prisoners. The third layer is Starvation Hell, a desert where prisoners are at the edge of dehydration and starvation. The fourth layer is Blazing Hell, with the presence of a boiling blood pool. The fifth layer is Freezing Hell, a desolate frozen wasteland. And not known to the public is Eternal Hell, where the prisoners are forgotten and left to die of boredom.
  • Dreaded by the House of Crime, and more so that they are requesting resources from the pantheon. The more dangerous and animalistic members of the House of Monsters are permitted under the warden's keen eyes to cause trouble for the criminals there in the Wild Beast Hell. At least, as long as they can control them.
  • If it seems like a literal Hellhole Prison, that's because it kind of is. Impel Down was stylized off the Circles of Hell from The Divine Comedy. Dante, having traversed through the Inferno, recognized the similarities and morbidly impressed for a bit, before leaving out of fear. The Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous was amused at this apparent recreation of his unholy domain, before shifting to irrational rage at the feeling of being plagiarized.
  • The House of Justice was impressed by Impel Down, however how often it should be used by the pantheon was up for debate. While most imprisoned there were hardened and dangerous criminals, some believed it was too sadistic even towards them. Currently, only the biggest pantheon scum will be punished there. Still, for all its ruthlessness Impel Down doesn't permit frivolous cruelty. Shillew got put in Level 6 because he killed prisoners for fun.
  • The SCP Foundation was impressed by the effort, and feels like they could put their deadlier SCPs there in case current containment doesn't quite work. "Could" being the key word, as the Foundation considers themselves better and handling and containing dangerous entities. It's more a secondary containment than a replacement altogether. Still, they work better working together.

"DIE ROMANS DIE!! DIE YOU SCUMBAGS!!"

I think this is something Boudica will say.

You know what, I think I should stop making Wei Shen. I have a feeling that there are better candidates for Character Level (specifically those from RPGs) where they have more skills and abilities that help them better prepared for battle and I couldn't find any other alternative tropes for him.

Guys, is The Emperor taken? I was thinking of giving it to Qin Shi Huang Di. Yes, I am willing to make a profile of him. Though you could say he's controversial and he has a lot of Alternative Character Interpretations of him because a lot of people suprisingly think differently of him. He is the Trope Codifier of emperors in East Asia and wanted to become immortal so that he could live up to his title by using mercury, which of course kills him. Should I not make him because he is that controversal with so many different characterizations of him that we aren't so sure which is the real him? But of it's okay to make a profile of him and I could do it (anyone could adopt him by the way since he has a lot of background information of him that I'm sure would take a while for me), is the trope not taken or is it taken or if it is taken, is it too universal historically and fictionally to let him have that trope?

@ r-lock: Oh. Should I just delete Impel Down? I didn't know, since that would've been a while back

@ louisent: Weren't you planning on doing FGO Qin for Immortal Ruler? Speaking of controversy, I want to do Adolf Hitler for Godwin's Law and Hitler Ate Sugar, due to him being an almost universal example of negative comparison

[up][up]I decided to do the real one because why not. And also because I would rather do the historical figures like the real ones and I wanted to apply the fictional versions of him in his profile even if the profile will be too long with all of those. Although that's kinda hypocritical of me because the Fate versions of Boudica and Billy were mentioned a lot.

I want to say that Hitler could ascend, but I'll wait for the others' responses because he is pretty much one of the most evil dictators in history even if all of the controversial characters ascending.

[down]Okay, I'll stop if that's what you want. I apologize for my behavior.

@RJ I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with Hitler being god of anything unless he's tied to a specific fictionalize version of him (think Saddam Hussein from South Park). I don't want to invoke anything from certain people.

@Louisent: I think that Billy would be allies with Vash the Stampede and Rushuna Tendou since they prove nice enough to him to not hold much enmity to them as well as people comparing his Archer self to Vash. Billy is impressed at Vash duping everyone that he's stupid to throw them off of suspicion that he's a very deadly outlaw in his world and Rushuna stripping away her opponents' will to fight by hugging them with her breasts (that one he finds weird) but most of all, disarming their enemies by Blasting It Out of Their Hands. He knows that should he duel them, it will end the moment the fight starts; nevertheless, they're good friends to have drinks with. Add this in and you'll have my [tup] for Billy.

He's got lots of enemies due to him being pissed off a lot. And his wide range of pop culture knowledge offers a lot of story potential from here.

  • Complicated Relationship: The other Studio Ghibli deities
  • The leader of Tataraba/Iron Town, Lady Eboshi came to The Pantheon on a pleasant summer evening, when the first stars flickered in the darkening sky, a gentle breeze blowing from the east. Things couldn’t have been more idyllic... if it wasn’t for her old enemy San learning about her arrival and coming to visit... with a dagger thirsting for blood and an old grudge to finish. Even without her right arm, which had been bitten off by the wolf Goddess Moro, Eboshi held her ground against the wolf girl, trading blow for blow in a dance that lasted for about five minutes. It only ended when Ashitaka arrived and, per tradition, knocked both women out cold. When Eboshi came to, she was confronted by the Court of the Gods, who examined her history and decided to present her with godhood, much to the fury of San and her wolf brethren.
    • That said, they didn't restore Eboshi's right arm, as Cosmos had done with Jaime Lannister's hand in the past. The Lady of Iron Town didn't seem to mind. She views it a reminder of the deeds she committed... and the heavy cost that came with it.
  • Eboshi is seen as a bit of a controversial figure in the Pantheon. On one hand, she was the catalyst for the events that transpired in her world from shooting the boar god Nago and turning him into a demon - which lead to Ashitaka becoming cursed - to wanting to wipe out the nearby forest to mine the iron beneath... along with killing the Forest Spirit, resulting in the destruction of not just the forest but most of her home with it. On the other hand, she's seen as a beloved figure to her people, taking in lepers and former prostitutes treating and giving them a much better life in Iron Town. For that, the people treat Eboshi treat her with the utmost respect.
  • Serving as Eboshi's Heralds are three of her most trusted followers.note  The first is Gonza, captain of the guard and head of her riflemen. He provides the brute force of the three. the second is Toki, leader of Eboshi's former prostitutes and a strong leader figure when the Lady is not around. Last but not least is Kohroku, Toki's long suffering husband. He was brought up alongside Toki when the ascension took place and out of the three he's shown the most curiosity of the Pantheon and its many other gods. They're all on good terms with Ashitaka, and through him, Toki and Kohroku have begun to show a little more respect for San. Gonza's still on the fence about it all.
  • As the first major antagonist of Studio Ghibli to ascend to the Pantheon, the studio's other deities have had mixed feelings about Lady Eboshi, especially since most of them have a strong connection to nature and have a firm anti-war stance. But the lady of Iron Town did find allies of a sort.
    • Princess Nausicaä was reminded greatly of her world's Kushana when she met Eboshi. While she was displeased about the Forest Spirit's death. she was glad to see Eboshi was making a change for the better, and has offered the assistance of her valley's people to aid in Iron Town's restoration. This only made San's already tenuous relationship with Nausicaä more strenuous.
    • Totoro, Catbus, and the Tanuki of Tama Hill were less than thrilled to encounter someone who operated a militarized industrialization project, since the former two were spirits of the forest while the latter lost their home to human development. This extends to Totoro's friends Satsuki and Mei Kusakabe, who don't exactly see eye to eye with Eboshi.
    • At first glance, it seemed that Seita and Setsuko Yokokawa would be opposed to Lady Eboshi due to her waging war against both the forest and Lord Asano's samurai. But things turned out very differently. In fact, Eboshi showed sympathy for the young orphans, and welcomed them into Iron Town with open arms, even revealing to have a supply of Setsuko's favourite candy tin for her to enjoy. note
  • Whenever she's not in Iron Town to oversee its restoration, Eboshi can be found in the Pantheon's armoury, looking to improve on her own firepower. This is rather ironic, as Eboshi herself can no longer use a rifle due to the loss of her right arm. But the improvement aren't for her; they're for the other women in her home world. As such, she has sought out Hidemitsu Samanosuke Akechi, despite Iron Town's disdain for samurai, to instruct her people on how to better use their new rifles.
    • And yes, she's well aware of one handed firearms such as pistols, but reloading them turned out to be a bitch without her other arm to use. Still, she keeps a flintlock on her person at all times, hidden under the cloak in case anyone dares to attack.
  • It was only a matter of time for both Moro and Okkoto to learn of Eboshi's ascension, and when they did, the reactions were similar yet different. The blind boar god was absolutely furious and swore revenge against the woman who slaughtered his clan. On the other hand, all the wolf goddess did was bare her fangs and growled quietly. She and Eboshi go way back, and now that they're in the same place, Moro is patiently waiting for the moment she can finally crush Eboshi's head in her jaws. To that, all Lady Eboshi said was, "Come and try, if you dare."
  • While she may have killed the Forest Spirit, Eboshi regrets doing so due to the subsequent destruction it brought to both the forest and Iron Town. As such, she has come to oppose other god-slayers like Kratos and Asura. She's also not too happy with those who also search for immortality, calling out the likes of Ling Yao for selling himself out to gain a Philosopher's Stone and become a homunculus, which in her eyes is no better than becoming a demon.
  • Eboshi has developed something of a rivalry with Lord Tywin Lannister, whom she has compared to her homeworld’s Lord Asano... but far more interesting and ruthless. At first, Tywin found Eboshi and her Iron Town to be less desirable than Lannister gold... until he saw the matchlock rifles at work. This lead to a Lannister invasion of Iron Town, which saw the two leaders discussing over the matters of power and politics. Not much is known of what exactly was said but the Lord of Casterly Rock was admittedly impressed by the calm and collected Eboshi meeting him eye to eye, as well as the determination of the people defending Iron Town from his knights.
  • That same respect could not be said for Tywin's daughter Cersei. As she learned from Moro, the Queen of Westeros shares many of Eboshi's negative qualities, none of the good aspects, and had the aforementioned negative traits upped to eleven. As a result, both human and wolf will occasionally pull and Enemy Mine to combat the Mad Queen's own knights. That's about as far as that alliance goes.
    • She has shown a greater deal of respect for both Jaime and Tyrion Lannister though, finding their advise and mannerisms to be rather useful and at times amusing. She's also commented on Jaime's skill as a swordsman despite the loss of his dominant hand, and has asked him to be her sparing partner to help improve her own swordsmanship. After all, a woman with no arm and few friends needs all the help she can get.
  • Recently she’s become interested in the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal, the former especially since it resembles the Forest Spirit in both appearance and life-giving powers. The Nature Preservers, allies to San, fear Eboshi will use the two for her own plans, especially since it was Giovanni who approached her about capturing them in the first place. But things couldn't have been further from the truth. Lady Eboshi is more curious to see their true power in action, and after having to deal with the likes of Jigo, she wants no part in Team Rainbow Rocket's schemes, evening going so far as to call upon Ashitaka and San to help keep the two Legendaries safe. It still hasn't stopped Zygarde from going to Complete Forme and attempting to kill her for violating the balance of nature. Eboshi only managed to make it out unscathed thanks to Avatar Aang.
  • There are those who have speculated that Eboshi is in truth San's birth mother, having been forced to or purposefully thrown the then infant Princess Mononoke at Moro's feet. When asked about it however, both parties have denied it. Even Moro, who was the only one who remembered that fateful day, is hesitant to discuss the full details as well.
  • "Now watch closely, everyone. I'm going to show you how to kill a god. A god of life and death. The trick is not to fear him."

  • Symbol: Luka, her dolphin

  • Allies: Ryouki, Ecco the Dolphin, Yuna, Angelia Avallone (Vitriolic Best Buds)
  • Enemies:
  • Commonality Connection With: Akatsuki
  • Kafuru is the youngest child of the current Mikagura Sisters, and the smartest of the three sisters. While her pair of dolphin-shaped water guns might look pitiful, she is able to fire multiple water jets out of them in rapid succession, which can change direction to hit where Kafuru is aiming at. She also carries around a super soaker, but that is for special occasions. And that's not taking account the events of Peach Beach Splash tournament, where all of the contestants were made to fight with water-based weaponry.
  • While she is a skilful shinobi, her skills are nothing compared to how sharp her tongue is. She is incredibly condescending forwards anyone who she sees being inferior to her mentally, and loves to argue with anyone she can get a grip on, deliberately talking down on them to rile them up.
  • Because she finds herself being really intellectually mature, she hates being called a child and treated as such. Which in results actually makes her seem even less mature as she seems like due of how persistent she can be denying that.
  • Due of he Guardian Animal being a dolphin (named Luka), she has a bond with Ecco. Though note that Luka isn't really a nice and playful dolphin, at least by looking at him from the outside.
  • After hearing about rumours that there is someone who might sound like her, her investigation eventually lead her meeting Mugen Yogoruma. At first Kafuru tried to place her dominance over her in her usual fashion... until Mugen started to throw dirt at her hard, speaking in really complicated manner and with concepts what Kafuru had hard time wrapping her head around. Eventually Kafuru actually started to cry, saying that she will become obsolete at this rate. However, Mugen actually tried to comfort her, saying that her mind isn't half bad for a human, just not good as someone in equal terms with an Outer God. All she needs to do is not get other people's trash talk get to her and she might be set for anything. Kafuru took the compliment well.
  • Her relation with her and Angelia is an odd one. Both of them spend a lot of time mocking each other. However, they find the fact that they are rather equal in that terms quite interesting, and it has generally turned into playful banter than anything serious.
  • Besides their shared sense of weaponry, the Inklings have banned her from taking place in Turf War due of the fear that her actual water guns would end up being overpowered and non-beneficial to her teammates.
  • She, begrudgingly, has some sort of connection with Akatsuki due of both of them being treated as kids even though both of them insist of being treated mature women. Begrudging as it means she has to admit the problem.
  • One time The Sole Survivor came up to her and said they want to upgrade her water guns. She didn't really understand how they would upgrade them, but she went with it. When she got them back, she didn't understand why they are upgraded to fire soda at people... until she tested them out and found out that the projectiles are explosive. She got mad at the Sole Survivor for providing something this dangerous without informing her and told them to return the guns back to normal.
  • Is MLG as heck.
  • There. Case closed.

I think it’s time to give Hitler a proper profile already. Hard to keep track of every version of him though
