Not skype voice chat: Skype has I Ms, which are very useful.
IRC's good too, I suggest Sorcery for the server, cause I can borrow a dicebot on there... ... Not that Chuubo's uses dice.
And for various reasons, I find having a chat room to be verruh, verruh useful.

I ship it.@Primordial: ... Can those even be elements? Also Storms doesn't account for sunny days :P ... Sunstorm? Lightstorm? Raining Sunrays?
@Child of the Ash: I just wondered if it'd make more sense than living weather. I mean, I'm not even sure what that'd look like. Maybe if it's cloudy she turns into... Fluffy white clouds?
I don't think it really matters how much *sense* it makes, it's a Jenna Moran work. That said, I do kind of like the idea of being an Eastern Dragon better, out of personal preference, basically.
I'm guessing Primordial Elements can be anything that seems Elemental-y and can jive with the powers that use the Elements. Honestly, looking at the powerset, it seems more like aesthetics that factor in, in terms of Primordial's element.
So they are! If you want to get to the chatroom, the easiest way is just to go to chat.mibbit.com , select the server as Esper Net or irc.esper.net, whichever one it is, pick whatever username you want, and set the channel as #namcohigh
I ship it.@Victin: "Weather" works fine for Primordial - just summon little clouds to follow people around, make it cloud up when you're angry and lighten when you're cheerful, and occasionally give people little gems that have been charged with lightning.
As for Child of the Ash, it's your call whether you want kaiju and non-kaiju powersets, but do bear in mind that Child of the Ash doesn't have many tricks that don't involve phrases like "I radiate [mood]" or "I use turning into a snake/dragon/living storm to do [this]".

Sorry for double-posting, but is there any problem if I link this game to other people I know and see if any of them are interested?
Also:
- I'll probably need to reread the Rulebook and my Character's playbook, but is there any problem if when I do so I PM you anything that comes to mind? It may not be exactly wholly relevant but it'll probably be a hell of a wall of text. (This topic assumes you are Dorku the HG. If you are not Dorku the HG assume someone wished an Imperial Miracle and changed all mentions of your name to Dorku the HG)
- I think Eastern Dragon is more constant than Living Weather, so I think I might probably go with it.
- I'm sure there were more but I forgot. :S

Hmm. I might try and figure out how to set up an IRC channel, then everyone can use that. Or you could just send PM's.
As for XP Actions, you can use them up to twice a chapter, and they add 1XP to a central pool that gets split equally between all players (rounding fractions up) at the end of the chapter, to spend on any Quest that takes your fancy. Each XP Action has a Condition and an Action, and may earn you points of Issues depending on how you roleplay it.
Example: The "Slice of Life" XP Action has a Condition involving an experience - tasting a friend's cooking, watching the sunset, indulging in the smells of the bakery you're walking past - and the Action is to get lost in the moment or to have it linger with you for a while. Depending on the situation, this may also earn you points of Issue - Isolation if you're doing it alone and develop a bit of detachment from your friends because they didn't show, Calling or Hero if it spurs you to vigilance in protecting the area, Something To Deal With if you're using it to avoid dealing with something, etcetera.
The XP Actions for Gothic are Shared Action, Shared Reaction, Slice of Life, and Obsessive Action. These are in the rules doc I'm working on.
Edit: Also, I came up with some Properties for Namco High:
