I would say:
- Namespace it To Administrivia
- Make it only a Predefined Message
- Limit it to use in YKTTW; make it clear that it's not to be used as 1) a general example on trope pages or 2) to mean "It's really common" in trope descriptions.
- Clear out wicks that use it as a Stock Phrase Trope, or as either of 1) or 2) in the previous point.

Seconding that.
Seems like a reasonable fix proposal. Anyone else?
Bumping for input before it gets buried.
I also support Maddy's proposal.
I agree, only YKTTW and the repair forums should be using it.
How much additional discussion before implementation? Single-prop crowner?
I also agree with that motion.
So is there an assumption/immediate decision that the trope part of the "hybrid trope/predefined message" isn't worth keeping?
Yes. "This happens quite frequently" is a poor basis for a Trope Trope.
Madrugada's proposal is sound. Make it so.
Bumping. I am good to go for the implementation, but it needs a description rewrite and I currently don't have one.
OK, let me try to write a description for the new page:
Mostentimes, it just means that the YKTTW needs examples added. Sometimes, it's a sign that we are dealing with one of the Omnipresent Tropes.
Please use this page only in the context of YKTTW, not as a reference to frequently used tropes.
Comments?

Seems good.
Any more input, or can we go ahead?
Sounds good to me.
Make it so.
OK; I'll implement it this evening at home.
And it's done. Tagged, wicks cleaned and new description in the new page.
Nice work. Locking this up.
OK, this is kind of a "what do we do with this" thread.
Basically, Seen It A Million Times is a Predefined Messages page. These pages are being namespaced to Administrivia/
, but this page in particular seems to be a hybrid trope trope/predefined message page judging by the way it's being used in trope pages
, and I don't know for sure whether these ought to be put in Administrivia/ as well - the thread above linked wasn't very clear and is dead now.
So I would like to ask the Repair Shop whether this page should be namespaced, or changed in some other way or left alone. Opinions?
