Hmmm I'd think it's a bit more free form. I guess alliances will be made between suit users... there will be the rogue jackass causing trouble. Those who ally with the military will get special mission... those who go around making trouble will have to answer to it. Politics, handling the new problems and such. I'd imagine other suit users or, depending on what you do, the government of where you are might be your biggest adversaries. War might be fought between nations or factions of suit users.
Very possible, though the geographic divide might make things a bit more difficult to manage in terms of getting people together. Especially if there were up to one million suits dropped; there would be plenty to deal with at home without worrying about any other part of the country, let along the world.
It's been fun.Hmmm if we take an equal distribution of Earth, taking the size of it and the number of suits, by chance there would be about one suit per 510 square kilometers.
There would be about... 1700 suits falling on my country (Venezuela) alone. Since it's roughly twice as big as California, that State would have roughly 850 suits on it. Though a fair number of those would fall on inhabited zones, jungles, mountains, barren stretches of land and such. A few would fall on cities I reckon.

Question: will I need to upgrade my suit's environment protection to be able to fly at top speed?
