She handed him Dies Iraes, before turning as their team-mates joined them.
Something about the two of them seemed... disheveled, 'off'. I can't quite put my finger on it, but... hmm. They look satisfied, I guess? And Medus doesn't have all of those awful burns...
"We, um... we missed most of our classes, and Pius... Pius lost his duel with Raqib. But it's okay now."
Her smile was one that could've melted glaciers.
Well, a few ice cubes, maybe.
She shrugged.
"I don't know what to think any more, though. First I assumed we were all rivals, then there's teams so I assumed we must all be supposed to work together, but..."
She sighed.
"People keep getting into pointless fights. There's no glory in beating up someone else that no one has heard of... that's just a waste of talent."
She turned to Pius and rolled her eyes a little.
"Sorry to say it, but you're no giant Grimm."

"Ca... Callie... I, umm apparently said something that hurt your feelings and I... I'm sorry. I never wanted to hurt you, I just didn't want to see my first friend go away... Do whatever you think you need to, to feel better, I'm fine with it so long as we can be friends again..." Barry trailed off looking at Callie as seriously as he could under the drugs.

Ayers hefted Gaston a little higher on his shoulder and finally started heading for the door. He looked Chelsea in the eye, bit his lip. "Well, shoot, Chelsea, I ain't no doctor or anything, but from whut I could tell Jack messed'm up way worse'n we thought. He just, uh, passed out. So I thought I'd—" Belle spoke up on the Scroll. "Belle's right, ma'am. We was gonna tie him to the flagpole." He grinned again and tipped his hat. "Y'all're welcome to watch."
Say nothing, Pius. He said to himself when he saw his other teammates enter the room in a manner that told him that they had been sleeping before arriving here. He gave them a polite nod in greeting to mask his inner thoughts
Not a word about the sex you think they had. This was where Pius' assumptions diverged from reality, as they often did when his mind was disturbed by something like pain, medicine, or sleep deprivation, but he would never be aware of that if he didn't inquire as to what Ieria and Medus were doing earlier.
The gray-eyed Nobel let Urujauni speak to them about the results of his duel with the Vacuo youth. Pius himself was rather tired of talking about duels for now.
"Oh, Urujauni; you wound me with the implication that no one has heard of me." Pius deadpanned as he retrieved his gauntlets from Dies Irae's whole.
"There are quite a few people out there who would revel in the glory of beating Pius Ashen-Nobel." Activating the spring-green glow once more, Pius crossed his arms over his chest and laid down as the Dust within bathed him in healing light.
"Then again, most of those people are racists." he added with a chuckle. He looked to his teammates again after a relaxed breath, the pain and injury slowly being mitigated by Dies Irae's power.
"I should be fine and back on my feet before curfew. You guys should head back to the dorm. It's been a long first day, and you guys could use a little more sleep." The glance he gave to Ieria and Medus when he said those last few words was a complete accident, totally unrelated to what he believed the two had occupied their time with.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...She looked at him a little more, before sighing and nodding at him.
"Okay then... get well." By the lords, you had better.
And with that, she slowly trudged away, back on the path to Dorm Rose.
Dorm Rose
Back at Dorm Rose, she made a mad dash for the bathroom, locking the door behind her as she stepped in, the warm shower just what she needed - and as it fell, she thought, as she often did when she was alone.
When you are not fighting, run. When you are not running, plan. When you are not planning, live. That's what father always said.
But she had found over the last day or so that it was becoming difficult to do any of those things - fighting was a surprisingly rare option. Running only slightly more common. Planning was easy to do and she had plenty of time for it, but without an end goal it was simply an exercise in going around in circles. And to simply 'live' brought no glory, especially when you had so little time left for it - no one remembered you for simply 'living', because anyone could do it.
So she simply sighed once again.
"But then... what does that leave? What do I do?"
She shook her head. Pius had given her enough of a boost to not get completely stuck in a feedback loop of despair, but it wouldn't last. But she had to think of something - anything.
I cannot be remembered as a footnote. I must think of an answer...
But she could leave it for now. She sighed again as she heard somebody knock on the door, no doubt looking to use the bathroom themselves, and she turned off the water.
"I'm nearly finished, give me a moment!"
Arena
"Great!" Ayers replied. "Let's grab it an' git this done!"
Dorm Rose
Ayers walked through the first floor, through the kitchen, and upstairs with his team in tow, unconscious Gaston still over his shoulder. "Scuse me, don't mind us—Oh hey, is Urujuani in there?" Ayers heard the girl's voice. "Y'all're wanted in Belle's shop, U-Money!" He called at the door, shouldering open Team BLAD's room. "Now, Davros, where's yer rope?"

Dorm
"Is right here," Davros said, walking over to where 'his' bed used to be, before he had given it to Belle. In its place was just the potato sack he had used to carry his things to Beacon, which he reached into. He fished out a length of rope good enough to tie someone to something, cut the section using Chelsea's pointy bits, and turned around. "Okay, we now are having rope."
U-Money? Workshop? Wh-what...?
She shook her head, turning off the shower and drying herself off, patting herself down with her towel and sighing a little as she completely rubbed down her hair. When she looked in the mirror, she couldn't help but frown - it had, somewhat typically, exploded, huge and poofy and tied into knots.
Her fingers moving with practiced ease, she separated the knots and straightened it out, before twining and curling it once again.
"You are to take nothing so fickle as make up, or tools for braiding your hair. It would just be a needless weight on your journey. Remember! A true Huntress is practical, strong, focused - utterly determined to succeed, to not be weighed down by anything at all."
But mother had still taught her how to look after her hair - it was too pretty to be ignored, and father had insisted that, if she had to keep it, she shouldn't get it straightened: straight hair was the style of Vale and Mistral, and so even when they had taunted her as she moved from place to place, she ignored their words
"They are farmers, peasants, cowards, fishermen - every single one of them will mock you for your heritage. They will say you are 'messy', 'angry', 'uncaring'. They are wrong - you will stick in their minds, and they will never forget you. They, however, will all blend into one, and will die unremembered. Not even a footnote."
I will never be a footnote. I will not. Even if the world should end, I will find a way.
Her task finished, she picked up the pin and ribbon, carefully tying her hair into its usual bun, and held it in place. Elegant, but able to hold its position even if she got hit squarely in the face by a Beowolf. Though I'd have more to worry about than losing my pin if that happened.
Then she slipped on something she hadn't worn for months - her pajamas. Coloured in patterns of purple, loose-fitting and from ankles to wrist (mosquitoes were always annoying if you weren't careful, after all).
And with that, she unlocked the door and stepped out, smirking at herself in the mirror.
By the lords, looking good. Now, eh, ahem. To Belle's... Belle'es workshop?
Belle would quickly hear a tap on the door, as Urujauni stood outside, left hand on her hip and right hand holding her rucksack and what few possessions she had with her.
NURSE
"Yeah, dislocated it. Want me to pop it back in for ya?" Jack offered, feeling sorry after hearing Lucas's frustrated tone. "Yeah, and sorry for the cheap shot. We wre supposed to work as a team, and there I was punching you in the back. Sorry."

Good to be backInfirmary
Ieria's face remained flat and stony as usual, although she passed the bowl over to Pius before they got up to leave. "Breathe this in deeply, it should ease your pain." She said softly after listening to the others for a while.
Dorm Room
Ieria didn't understand why Urujuani started yelling when no one had knocked, that she could see at least, but she was even more confused when she heard Ayers call back from the other side of the doorway. "...what..." She just mumbled under her breath, the armless boy had said something about a party at Belle's workshop, and judging by the way Urujuani walked out of the bathroom raring to go, she had plans to attend. "...I guess we're going as well." She sighed to herself as she got off the bed, and joined Urujuani in her march to socialize with other students.

Jack nodded, grabbing Lucas's Bicep, and his shoulder, "This is going to hurt," he warned Lucas, if he did right, Lucas's shoulder would go back into place with a loud crunching pop. "Nah, your problem was after you threw me on the ground, was that you really didn't do anything else afterwards."
Good to be backInfirmary Medus could see the conclusion that Pius had reached, the team leader was trying to hide it but not doing as good a job as he thought. Heh, appreciate the thought. But you're a total perv.
As he was looking he couldn't help but notice that Pius' injuries seemed a bit extreme for just a duel. So did something just go wrong or are Ire and I being left out of the loop about something? Well, mystery for another day.
Dorm Rose Hey party, now that I can get behind. Then Medus noticed his partner grumbling and just generally being a stick in the mud. Moving quickly he came up alongside her and threw an arm around her shoulder. "Hey now Ire, cheer up. I mean sure none of the other students there will be even as close to as awesome as I am but that's no reason not to at least try to get along with them. I'm sure we can find someone else there you can get to like." He said all of this quite cheerfully and using large arm movements to emphasize his words.

"So the duel went that badly huh?" Medus commented wearily. "I didn't expect you to lose this badly. What happened man?"
