Pius nodded to Oscar has a sign of gratitude. Then he leaned into his chair and closed his eyes. It seems he was trying to take a nap for the trip back to Beacon. He had already told his teammates what had occurred at Mia's funeral, so he felt like he had nothing left to say. All that he had to do now was to begin rebuilding Dies Irae and contact the Nobels about his arrangement with Sir Jude.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%..."Yes, Beth." Pius replied with his eyes closed, trying to find a comfortable position to rest his head. "She said her name was Mia." He exhaled quietly as he found a good spot to rest his head, and let sleep begin to take him.
"I wonder if we can find her family with that..." The Ashen muttered as he began drifting away into the restless world of his dreams.

"Thank you sir," Lucas said to Oscar.

A Silver Lion. A Silver Lion. That was one of the highest awards a Hunter could get. And he had earned it as a student.
Needless to say, he was shocked about it. Shocked enough not to notice Carol sitting on his lap until she yelled about today being the best day ever.
As he received his medal, Ayers grinned. Ma and Pa would love this.

Medal draped around his neck, Ayers approached the most knowledgeable people he knew, the people on top of things: Pius, hanging out with the new students. He held up an arm. "Hey y'all, hope I ain't botherin' y'all none. Uh, just wonderin', ain't it family weekend soon'r somethin'? I'm just wonderin' whut my timeframe is to have Wiglaf Platinum done by then."
Remus gave a little chuckle. "Well I'm sure as dust gonna try." He said calmly.
"By the way Remus, your father and I are going to have to bring Luna and Nate with us when we come for Parent's Day." His mother added calmly.
"...fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck..."

"It's so sad..." Ieria said silently, leaning against Medus, her head on his shoulder.
Francesca nodded her head as she played with Beth's hair, braiding it and running her fingers through it.
Oscar turned to Ayers and grinned. "Yeah, it's this Sunday, I can't wait to see your old man again, Ayers. Been meaning to pay him a visit."
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperAyers counted off on his fingers. "Huh. Yeah, seems like enough time. I got a pretty gud idear of whut I'm doin', so it won't take much time. Now, uh, yeah, y'all saw that ghost, Pius, Rufus, Davros, Raqib? Idunno why y'all're freaked out, ghosts'r pretty ordinary out in the boonies. Nothin' to be scared of, they do things pritty arbitrarily, like dogs."

On the Airbus
Raqib was not happy about the whole ceremony. Despite being as big of a personality as he was, he loathed any large-scale attention. Of course, the whole ordeal with the ghost gave him the perfect excuse to be acting odd and silent. Pensive, even.
"The dead are dead," he muttered, when he was addressed by Ayers. "That they should move again bodes poorly."

"Ghosts?" Lumen asked as he walked toward Ayers and the others, carelessly tossing his medal into the air before catching it in his right hand with about the same amount of care as when he had thrown it. "Don't tell me you people actually believe in that malarkey."
"Why does everything have to loop back to YGO?" -Guy who ruined YGO"Of course I am not believing in ghosts," Davros told Lumen. "They are sneaky, and many are trying to take your monies or your things, so is never possible to really be trusting ghosts. But still, for Dianna Gypsybreaker, because we were helping her into next life, I gave her ghost a stick to fight off the gypsies. Also fish."
Medus rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Strictly speaking ghosts aren't impossible since our Aura and Semblances are powered by our "soul" for lack of a better term. Especially given the theory that our semblance is somewhat shaped by our personality it might be possible for a mind to linger given that they were agitated or supercharged enough at the time of death."
The rocker paused. "Of course the other option is the dead can linger if they so choose to or cross back to this world if they feel the need to. I'd stick with whatever option makes you all happier."
Medus readjusted in his seat and got comfortable. "I know I will."
-dramatic music ensues-

Chelsea took her boyfriend's hand. "Well, that went well..."
Seth was inspecting his medal. "Wonder if I can sell this..." he muttered.
"Seth?!"
"What? I had to buy a dress for Liv! It was perfect for her..."
