On her own? She's got nothing, and even her various Mystic Codes aren't exactly enough against even a low-power Mob.
But, typically, she fights by commanding her Servants, and they are a whole different beast from Mob, most of them anyways.

The Void Siren could probably take him out with a few well-aimed shots from her wing cannons. Even if he can come back from or survive that, those cannons have other uses such as trapping someone in a barrier made of solid light.

Dealing with unruly mobs is part of Liskarm's job description, except that she usually does it in a team. A bit of googling says that a single truck can carry six people in the bed, plus three in the cabin, but I assume they don't care much about safety and crammed 10 people in it. That's fifty (presumably armed) men against a single, well-armed and experienced operator. Liskarm doesn't quite have bullshit OP anime girl powers, so she has no choice but to retreat and radio for backup. Her gun and flash shield should allow her to buy time for them to arrive.
