I love Snow-White and Rose-Red and Hansel And Gretel. It's so rare to have a good sibling bond in fairy tales. As someone with a brother and two close female cousins, we usually re-enact those fairy tales as a kid. Other stories I love is Rumplestilskin and Puss in Boots.

While it's not technically a fairy tale, as it has an author, I've always liked Oscar Wilde's "The Happy Prince."
As far as genuine fairy tales, I've always liked "The Brave Little Tailor," "The Boy Who Couldn't Shiver," "The Six Who Went Far in the World," "Bearskin," and "Iron John."

Beauty and the Beast and Bluebeard. Those seem particularly gothic to me. I used to love The Brave Little Tailor when I was a kid.
