Inspired by the Mohs Scale Of Rock And Metal Hardness, should we have a trope page about rating books by how difficult they are to read? With things such as Goodnight Moon being a 1 and Finnegans Wake being an 11.

NO. Sliding scales are very much discouraged, especially ones that are as subjective as "how hard a book was too read."
