This whole Nora plot was so effin' pointless and forced. I really hope we won't have to suffer her another full season, seriously.

Just do a Rogues season already! Stop it with these bullshit single episodes!
Joe took down a Killer Robot last season. How'd he lose to Ragdoll just by having his arms pinned?
That Samuroid fight was pure BS though. I mean that thing tookk down Cisco and Wally.
Joe had no business beating that thing.
So uh.....no episode tonight?
No. Today should be a new one.
Damn. Ralph called it huh?
Well played, Mr. Thawne. Well played.
I can't say I'm surprised, but....still kinda mindblowing just how far his whole plan went.
So does that mean Barry was right? Another whole season of shitting on Barry for his decisions and he was right all along?
We dont totally know what Thawne is even using the dagger for yet. While being an asshole to Barry again'' is high on the list, there's still a slim possibility he's actually sincere about reforming. Very, very slim, but still.
He might surprise us, and not in the usual way either.
It looks like the dagger is what's being used to keep him depowered and in confinement. If it's destroyed in the present, it'll disappear in the future, and he'll be able to escape his death sentence.
So, yeah, he's definitely manipulated this situation to get what he wants, though it remains to be seen if he really has anything evil planned for after he gets free.
I mean Barry being right doesn't make his decisions right. Barry gets help from Thawne all the time. Treating Nora like she can't be trusted because she was getting his help is hypocritical and personally I'm still upset that the show never brings this hypocrisy up and just uses Barry's actions for ship angst with Iris instead.
Barry may have been right about Thawne being untrustworthy, but that doesn't excuse his actions or his hypocrisy.

It was a bigger deal to him that Nora kept going back, not that she went in first place. Not saying he's 100% right, him freaking out is justified.
Jeez, and I thought nothing Ralph did could wig me out any more.
Damn, that Team Combo on Thawne, tho!
Also, Thawne shows yet again how his "affection" works, just like he did with Cisco.
Daaaaaaaamn. Goodbye, Nora. Gone the way of Cir-El.

Its really disturbing when you realize Thwane basically sent Nora on a suicide mission without her knowledge.

So turns out, Thawne was Evil All Along. What an unforeseeable twist!

Disturbing, but very in character.
And now, with Nix taking Oliver away at the end of Arrow and now Barry's disappearance being fast tracked to 2019, it seems that the Crisis really is upon us. To be fair, we knew that, but still.
Edit: So, between the Time Language introduced in this season, and the reveal that the Negative Speed Force exists separately from the Speed Force and protects you from timeline changes, we finally have some explanations about how Thanwne not only keeps surviving timeline changes (like being erased), while still knowing about those changes but also how he was avoiding the Time Wraiths up until the events of Legends of Tomorrow season 2.
Negative Speed Force is quite the Negative Space Wedgie.

Yeah, my best guess is that, when the army of Thawnes started disappearing at the end of Legends of Tomorrow Season 2, one of them escaped into the Negative Speed Force before they could completely vanish, then laid low until the Black Flash was killed at the end of The Flash Season 3, leaving him free to get up to mischief again.
ralph looking at a file labeled Dearbon i see what you did there show. its really great slowly seeing ralph become the guy he is in the comics
Weeell, even I as a Nora detractor admit that ending was....emotional.
Also, f... you Thawne, seriously! When will Barry finally be rid of that guy?
As long as the Negative Speed Force exists...probably never.
In the comics he last died after Barry absorbed the nagative speed force from him and iris shot him with a super science gun
