That would be dumb, especially if it was just an attempt to salvage an unpopular continuity by bringing a beloved, popular legacy character who was shafted by the editors back into existence.
Oh, and absolve the asshole who accidentally wrote him out of existence by pinning the blame on somebody else.
Flashpoint the movie was pretty good. Flashpoint the comic book was terrible.
But then, the big summer crossovers are always terrible.

Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies. After seeing the finale, I'll say that the emotions are more or less right on but it gets too big for itself. Too many important plot points are spelled out in the finale and too many things are rushed. I liked the convergence of the various storylines, all sorts of hints throughout the season reach fruition.
But they didn't allow nearly enough time to let these plot points develop. The revelation that Zoom had been visiting other parts of the multiverse was very last-minute, as well as the declaration that Earth-1 is the convergence Prime Earth. What, exactly, the doomsday machine was going to do was opaquely explained. It went from "destroy everything" to "destroy everything but this universe" and didn't really change the stakes. And it still doesn't explain how Hunter had any knowledge of Fake!Jay's fling with Caitlyn.
Fake!Jay was only a day or so younger than Zoom. The vast majority of the time he was at STAR Labs and getting close to Caitlyn, it was Zoom. He only did the time remnant thing at the end.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Wait... If Arrowverse!E-3 is the home of actual!Jay Garrick, what's Supergirl's world? Is it still E-3, or is it something like E-4? Barry never told anyone about Supergirl's earth, so nobody ever explored it beyond National City. I guess that it's possible that it's E-3.
This is a signature.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureWait why do people think Future!Barryfrom the season one finale was telling Barry not to save his mother due to time paradoxes? The way I interpreted that was that he was telling Barry not to save his mother because he (Future!Barry) was going to save their mother so Barry didn't need to worry about it. The fact that they showed Barry giving a thumbs up to his past self in this finale kind of furthers that interpretation as well.
