Though I liked the pluckiness of so many of Flash's rogues being Badass Normal, the coolest thing about Cold is that he's the boss of the most official (or not necessarily most successful) supervillain worker's union in the verse, anyway.
Though I'll admit I think he's a lot more badass when he doesn't have powers, but that's just me.

Episode 8 of both shows will be a 2 hour Arrow/Flash crossover event!

Let us hope the inevitable Justice League Of America / The Brave And The Bold allusion will be less on the nose than Smallville's.

It really doesn't make much sense at all. The problem Captain Cold has isn't that he's using a cold gun, its that he's a guy without superspeed fighting someone with. All the natural power in the world won't change that Flash goes first, goes more often, and oh, Captain Cold is as hard to hit as an immobile statue.
So what you're saying is, when it comes to the Flash....
.....the cold never bothered him anyway.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureTV Guide has a special prequel comic by Geoff Johns and Scott Kollins. The last page shows a shot of the Rogues shadowed. Any takers on who we've got?
We Are With You Zack Snyder
Is it a Prequel comic or is it Flash Season Zero
which takes place between Episode 1 and Episode 2 of the Flash.
We Are With You Zack Snyder
Andrew Kreisberg
talks about the Crossover between Arrow and The Flash during Episode 8 of both shows.
I don't know how you can not watch both shows. Unless you really don't like one character or the other.

Either way, part of the reason they gave him powers is because for years people complained about some idiot with a cold gun being a threat to the Flash pushing their suspension of disbelief.
