Hello, Magpie!
Goodbye, Magpie!
Also, I was amused by Eduardo doing the weird hands-in-chest pose Tom Hardy did for Bane in The Dark Knight Rises.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Oh man, this is just so messed up Jeremiah.
And I feel like Barbara is trolling Lee here.
This is getting weird man.
Oh great, Mad Hatter's here again. Yay.
Initiate the Knightfall Protocol!
I can't help but feel that Jerome would be giving these scenes a lot more energy.
Well that just diffuses the tension. We already know Jim survives based on the flash forward scene.
Called it.
Nice to see something finally going wrong for Jeremiah.
And finally, the chemical bath!
KILL HIM YOU IDIOTS! CHOP HIM UP AND BURN THE REMAINS!
You are seriously buying this Barbara?

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?Okay, I did not see The Ventriloquist coming.
Okay is this Jane Doe or Lady Clay or a Composite Character?
And oh man, Croc is back! Orrrr a sewer mutant, I guess.
Annnnd Ventriloquist is dead.

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here? What a waste of the Ventriloquist.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. The entire thing with Ecco skeeves me out.
She was "normal" when Jeremiah was nuts, but now she's full-on Harley Quinn. How loyal to Jeremiah was she that she willingly took a bullet to the brain for him? Or did he just shoot her in the hope that it would transform her into a crazy devotee?
I can blame the gas for Jeremiah's turn. Ecco went from hyper-competent henchwoman to a hyper-competent jester.
And jesus Bruce is badass this season.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!First Magpie and now the Ventriloquist.
This and next week's episode were the extra two that were added at the last minute and it shows. Kinda filler-ish.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).jane doe is an actual comic villian shes a newer one
her powers were made up for the show though in the comics shes a serial killer who studies her vicyims to the point she mimicks them and then takes their place after murdering them
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Lee, I see where you're coming from, but Gotham is more of a hellhole than ever. Gordon needs to do things like this if you're ever going to have a chance at pulling it all back together.
Really should've brought a vest Gordo.
Mind your surroundings Bruce!
You had that punch coming for a long time Penguin. And that one.
Evil-Jim!
Yeah, Alfred!
Does it seem to anyone else like nobody can aim whenever Zsasz is around?
Really should've just shot her in the head there, Lee.
Bat VS Cat!
Okay! Fair warning to anyone watching this episode, when the electric chair switch gets thrown in Jim's dream sequence, there is a sudden flashing of red and blue lights. So, be on the lookout for that. If you have a problem with epilepsy, you might want to skip that part.

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?Man, I was crying the whole time, because I thought for sure that Jim was done for. I even thought that dying in a dream would be dying for real. But then he suddenly wakes up, and I had never felt so scared in my entire life.
Honestly, considering we see Jim, Riddler and Penguin in a flash forward at the start of the season, so I knew those three at least would be good until then at least.
It honestly took a lot of the punch out of this episode.

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?Sooo tonight's episode was basically Dark Knight Rises.
Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?Everyone acts like Gordon is Bruce's new dad when it's clearly Alfred.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. The true villain of the season is March Madness, for making us wait a whole month after a two-week break.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Curse you, sports! [shakes fist]
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyPreview of Jeremiah out of his coma:
He looks absolutely awful.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.that looks like a time skip because its from ep 12 which is supposed to be an epilogue of sorts in the future
What the actual hell happened to him
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Chemical Bath.
Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?Note to self: always tip your spa staff.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!If only they made the finale one giant movie.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I think this is the first time I've seen Batman take down a building like that.
EDIT: Wait, no, Burton Batman was a thing.
Gotta admit, Nyssa had some sweet moves. Kudos to Gordo for sticking in there.
And Barbara for sticking it to her!
Well Jim just got wrecked now it's Bruce's turn I guess.
Not even fully suited up yet and already driving enemies Batty.
That feels anticlimactic.
And of course these two goofballs go right back to being criminals.
Evening, Commissioneeerrrrrrr.
It's the freaking Bat!

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?I agree that the resolution felt a little anticlimactic and perhaps rushed, but I can't think of any way they could have extended it without it feeling like padding.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI'm going to miss this show.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.Puts the movies to shame

I'm disappointed the appearance of Magpie didn't herald the appearance of Clark Kent.
