I feel like using Jeremiah as the Joker this early is a misstep that will only distance the character from his rivalry with Batman, but Gotham stopped caring about continuity two seasons ago.
It's a little disappointing because using Jerome to set up Jeremiah as the "real" Joker was a brilliant move. I feel like they're going to use up Jeremiah and introduce a third Joker that will become Bruce's enemy in the future.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Well, I think I noticed something: Bruce is doused with fear gas and thinks he sees Alfred getting infected with Joker gas. But when he sees "Alfred" attacking him, Selina discovers on the monitor that the "Alfred" Bruce is fighting is actually Jeremiah's follower, and the real Alfred is locked up in the closet, where she rescues him. Pretty scary.

Getting one last season. Seems to be a ahorter one
Well, that's cool. I'd be a shame if they spent all this time setting up No Man's Land only to not get to do anything with it.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I really have to give props to Cameron Monaghan's performance. It's so easy to forget that he's played both Jokers because the two of them are so different. The slow, subtle way Jeremiah slowly tilts his head or turns his eyes makes him seem like something truly inhuman. And When He Smiles... wait, that's not right.
Seems like Executive Meddling is the reason
Jerome and/or Jeremiah aren't Joker (and didn't have green hair). I guess it all worked out ok in the end though.
Y'know, even Penguin is starting to feel old and tired, I mean, I'm glad it gets a Lampshade Hanging from Butch of all people...but even so...I hope something is done. Shame this happened, 'cuz Robin Lord Taylor still gives such a good performance.
I've always believed Gordon should know who Batman is, but not say it out loud.
What I don't get is why no one considers curing Jeremiah. Everyone knows he was gassed by his brother but they all act like he's fully in control of his own actions. It's not the first time they've dealt with people under a crazy juice influence.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.

Jeremiah's plan was pointlessly complicated.
