I didn't mean you. The thread just moved really quickly in the last 10 minutes.
I had fun killing all the guards in the Dren plantation. It was a good challenge as well, since some of them were pretty strong compared to my character.

For we shall slay evil with logic...There are two ways to do it. One is exclusively if you kill Vivec (good luck with that), and the other is if you break the main quest in a more general sense (or just want to do a crazy insane speedrun
).

Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)
It backfires, once, the first time you use it. After that it's safe. The backfire can do up to 490 damage.
You can also get in good with a high rep and then talk to certain characters who will put you back on the Main Quest path; people who feature prominently in the House and Tribunal Temple quests, IIRC.
Irony: I actually did an extermination attempt on one of my Morrowind games where I killed everyone in the gameworld.
If you do it yourself, level archery before. Ebony Arrows of Slaying. Look into it.

Nous restons ici.I've been mostly behaving myself. Limiting it down to theft or the occasional killing out in the wilderness. I stumbled upon a couple Dunmer bandit types and wound up using a scroll to escape because they were too well armored to kill quickly.
The game glitched that woman on the second story of the Balmora mage guild. She never went back up to her desk after the fake soul gem quest. So I pocketed all her gems and the platter they were on. I stuck them in one of my safe houses and sold the rather expensive platter for pocket change.
Now, a double question related to this:
1. Do I need to worry about thieves getting into my safe houses?
2. Besides selling and recharging enchanted items, what else are soul gems good for?

I think the only folks I've killed were in Seyda Neen and Caius because he aggroed on me.
