What about Faction Paradox? The Description could be changed.
Like Is, Like, a Comma needs help please. It's painful to read.
The Awesome, Funny, Heartwarming, Quotes, Trivia and Your Mileage May Vary pages for The Joker need to be re-written so their no longer in first person.
Why do they need to be changed from first-person?
... because they're not in the Self Demonstrating namespace.
Okay, my issue is that this page is... well, clearly written by someone who has no idea what Buffy Speak is. In the entire thing, there's maybe one sentence that is actually Buffy Speak. And that's borderline impressive, considering Buffy Speak is a hilariously broad trope. The thing would need a complete rewrite.
If no one wants to rewrite it, I'm voting we add it to the cutlist. It's actively misleading at best right now.
Regarding Faction Paradox, I've made my best efforts to remove self-demonstration. It's at Sandbox.Faction Paradox for now, but someone more familiar with FP will need to clean up the examples.
FYI: BuffySpeak.Home Page was cut.
As I described here, Administrivia.Ghost Wicks appears to be a ghost wick itself (links to it are blue but the page doesn't exist and there aren't any other pages with the same title). That's taking self-demonstratingness over usefulness - it doesn't even try to explain anything about ghost wicks. Which isn't a good thing, considering that ghost wicks are a very common phenomenon on this wiki and are often brought up in discussions. So yeah, we need a proper Administrivia.Ghost Wicks page.
I've always been uncomfortable with the self-demonstrating description of Opening Scroll, given that having the text zooming into the screen, though popular after Star Wars, isn't a requirement for the trope.
Yeah, Opening Scroll is borderline unreadable in its current state. The formatting is really distracting.
At least the scrolls we give to the Star Wars pages stick to one font size and are left-aligned.
I just changed the Opening Scroll description back to the plain format.
Am I the only one who finds the shtick on The Mockbuster to be equal parts grating and confusing?
... what's the schtick?
Every trope linked in the description is potholed to a phrase that sounds like its name, but off - similar to how mockbuster titles work. For instance:
I dunno, I thought it was really noticeable (and annoying).

I noticed that the page for Spoonerism is self-demonstrating. This almost seemed reasonable enough until I got to the example folders, where alphabetical order was screwed up by making each of them a spoonerism. (Also, since "Radio" and "Music" are one word each, I doubt "Dario" and "Sumic" count as examples anyway.)
[Trope Name] always confused me. Even one of the Haikus agrees. Trope Name In Jokes is already a Just for Fun of the same trope, so we wouldn't even lose anything if we changed it. And the PlayingWith page is a mess.
Why do we have JustForFun.Trope Name Injokes instead of just SelfDemonstrating.Trope Name?
Creator.Adam West seems to have acquired a first-person SD description at some point. If no one else objects (or handles it themselves), I'd like to clean it up.
Faction Paradox subpages are still written as SD.
The page Attack of the Eye Creatures has the double "the" gag removed for clarity a while ago, but a lot of people agree that it's funny. Could we make a self-demonstrating version?
Yes, as long as you put it in the Self-Demonstrating namespace and do NOT link to it from the main Wiki.
N 1 KF: Because Self-demonstrating pages aren't the only injokes we have.

Sandbox.Adam West is now ready with a non-SD version of the page. What do you all think?
Long-range bumping regarding feedback on Adam West and the associated sandbox.
Also, I think the SD gag on Hostile Show Takeover is overblown - especially the overly long stinger, which REALLY needs to be trimmed down.

The Sandbox on Adam West looks good.
