Another editorial exodus, Pat Mc Callum (former Wizard editor, he'd been there since 2011) and Harvey Richards (who'd been there since 1998) have been let go.

I will buy anything Doc Shaner does.

Boy, though, Tom King loves writing married couples, where the man has gone through a war of some kind and is suffering the aftereffects, doesn't he?

I wonder if he'll wind up giving Bruce and Selina a kid at the end of his Bat/Cat run?

Hmmm. If the 5G stuff is true, that might be why Bruce decides to pass the mantle on to Luke Fox. For a little bit, of course.

We still don't have a character page for the Monitor, or Perpetua and the World Forger. Where would they be put?

With the UK election over I keep thinking it's a shame Hellblazer isn't around anymore.

It's back under the new Sandman related line. Not bad too, feels like the Vertigo era again.

You should definitely read the new John Constantine, Hellblazer book. It's written by Si Spurrier (who did X-Men: Legacy about Legion and a really great run on X-Force) and he writes Constantine really well. And if you want to know his opinion on the latest election...

King said on twitter it'll 'be a while' before Bat/Cat comes out. Guess it's the new Doomsday Clock/Shazam after all

[up][up],[up][up][up] Is it a continuation of the original Hellblazer or is it a reboot?

Both? Sort of? Okay, you know that moment in the original Books of Magic mini-series where Timothy Hunter is shown a dystopian future where an older version of himself is warring on all magic and there's a John Constantine there who said he should have let Mr. E kill Timothy? Yeah, it's that John Constantine, who was given a way out of that timeline and into the New 52/DC Rebirth timeline.

They haven't expanded on it(but I think they will given time, like Johns did to the color spectrum), but what dark emotions do you think the other invisible colors will be with ultraviolet being shame. As a bit of an opposite I see infrared being pride

I mean, the regular Emotional Spectrum had bad emotions in it, too — orange was avarice, red was anger, yellow was fear. You know, what's weird is that Geoff Johns used indigo instead of cyan.

In any case, if they do decide to go with more invisible parts of the electromagnetic spectrum, then there is Gamma Rays, X-Rays, Infrared, Microwave, and Radio. If they really are "buried primal emotions," I don't think pride would be one of them. Perhaps Pity? Depression?

Why is that weird?

In any case, if they do decide to go with more invisible parts of the electromagnetic spectrum, then there is Gamma Rays, X-Rays, Infrared, Microwave, and Radio.

For the more scientifically inclined, how dangerous are microwaves?

alliterator Since: Jan, 2001

Why is that weird?
Because indigo isn't traditionally part of the basic color-naming system. Generally, it goes Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Cyan, Blue, and Violet (or Purple). But I guess he went by ROY G BIV, which includes indigo and not cyan.

For the more scientifically inclined, how dangerous are microwaves?
I mean, it depends. Usually, they are not that dangerous, since they are low energy, with longer wavelengths. The stuff that's dangerous to you — X-rays and Gamma Rays — are the things that are high energy, with shorter wavelengths. But, I mean, any amount of radiation can be dangerous if you expose yourself to huge amounts of it. Huge amounts of microwaves will, of course, produce heat, which is how microwave ovens work.

By the way, I just read Dark Knight Returns: The Golden Child and man, does Frank Miller hate Donald Trump. The book was definitely better than it had any reason to be — Miller is still overindulgent with his text boxes and there's some purple prose in there (but it's from Darkseid, so it makes sense), but Carrie as Batwoman remains awesome and even Jonathan Kent (the titular Golden Child) is awesome.
