it also the quality of his video move A LOT, is FNAF theory series is probably the best since he go many good point right(to the point Scott itself admit it) he become pretty popular in the FNAF fandom for it(since theorist are thrid part of fandom, with fan art and music)
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Minecraft Story Mode got off easy, since they were pretty brutal to it and Tell Tale.
I don't have an opinion on the film because I never cared about the Ghostbusters franchise enough to see the reboot, not even with all of the controversy surrounding it.
That said I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate when anyone types, "don't like, don't read or watch." How can you form an opinion on something that you haven't experienced? If everyone followed that logic you would have Complaining About Shows You Don't Watch and that becomes even more incessant and ridiculous.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I disagree to a point, 'just shut up and deal' is the worst kind of mentality. Especially with a beloved franchise that is just going to be driven into the ground, being pissed and vocal is completely understandable, all hope of a decent reboot are completely out of the question now.
Being pissed for all the wrong reasons though is another story.
Also, there are people who hate it for misogynistic reasons. They are awful. There are also people who hate it for reasons that has nothing to do with women. The latter don't like it when they are lumped up together with the former. Which Sony did.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Nah. I liked the movie. It was sure as shit better than the second one. As for the video slating the makers of the new film having cameos performed by the surviving members of the cast of the previous movies? They each took the paycheck for doing so, banked it and cashed it. They don't need your sympathy, Honest Trailer Awesome Voice Guy.
Oh sure GB 2016 is better than 2. It sure isn't a hard achievement anyway.
I'd have liked it even better if this trailer mentioned people getting viciously attacked for even saying that they wouldn't watch it, as with the case of James Rolfe. He made the video as James Rolfe, not in his AVGN persona, and it was mostly quiet and civil without raising any issues on the movie being remade with women. And cue the Internet Backdraft, because God forbid if in this age of capitalism and free expression someone say that they wouldn't spend their money on an intellectual property. He felt that he wouldn't like the movie, so he chose not to watch it. Isn't that the whole essence of "Don't like it, don't watch it"?
This is a particularly "great" comment from those involved with the movie:
"I would assume there's a very large crossover of people who are doubtful 'Ghostbusters' will be great and people excited about the Donald Trump candidacy," said Apatow, who is a producer on "Ghostbusters." "I would assume they are the exact same people."
- From this CNN article
Yup. He actually said that.
As a someone who abhor Trump with passion, I was rather displeased by that.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing. To be exact, depending on the sources the loss ranges from $25 million to $58 million. Whichever it is, that is a pretty big loss for a movie that is expected to...what was the word that they used, oh yeah, "revitalize the series."
There are people who say that the merchandise is selling well...but all they cite is that one Variety's article that says that the toys' sale are "exceeding the expectation." There's actually no actual figure on how much they sold, except that sort of vague wordings.
Seems like Sony is trying to swipe the whole thing under the rug, but hoo boy, non-misogynistic critics who are offended by the company, those who were involved with or supported the movie are not going to forget this anytime soon.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Problem is, the former are also adept at disguising their criticisms as the latter. A lot of people know better than to publicly say, "The movie's going to suck because of dumb bitches." They pretty up their complaints to try and sound legitimate.
And then they attract a crowd of people who do agree with the prettier version to effectively serve as human shields.
For instance, there might be a year where a movie has two important male characters who wind up in a romance together. Some of the deplorable crew might come out and go, "OMG go die gayfags" but there will also be those who recognize that they're not going to win anyone over doing that, and will instead go, "Ugh, f*cking obligatory romances. Why can't two people have a close connection WITHOUT romance being involved?"
And then people who hate obligatory romances will be like, "Yeah! Why can't they?!" and rally around their banner, never quite noticing that the only film the movement seems to care about happens to be the one with a M/M romance, while 30 other movies come out with heterosexual romances that same year and no controversy.
And the moment anyone tries to go, "Uh, guys, why is it only a problem when it's a gay relationship?" those elements hide behind the anti-romance crowd and just let those folks get defensive on their behalf.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.

I have criticisms of Mat Pat, and most of the things Ghliz mentioned I'm aware of, but I didn't think Game Theory had many groups that hated them.
