App sheet, comin' at ya!
- Name: Rufus
- Age: 20-ish (never really specified to my knowledge)
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: In all his glory.
◊
- Power: If I have this right, then Rufus shall obtain Batman's Utility Belt! Using it's immense technological power, along with his natural tinkering skills, he shall become the newest Dark Knight! Or not...
It shall be stocked with the following equipment (If it's okay, I sorta kinda copy-pasted this from Wikipedia...I didn't have the time to write out my own descriptions);- Batarangs: Perhaps the most famous equipment used by Batman. These take the place of firearms, which Batman does not use, as firearms killed his parents. Batarangs are customizable throwing weapons, similar to shurikens, and are collapsible so that a large number of them can fit inside of Batman's utility belt.
- Grapple gun: Lovingly dubbed the batclaw, the grapple gun shoots out a claw shaped projectile on a retractable high-tensile cord, which grabs onto a surface. Then, this cord pulls Batman to his target. He recently received a boost upgrade, launching him high into the air above the target point if he desires. The grapple gun can also pull down walls, grab enemies and pull them closer, or pull guns straight out of their hands. It is not kept in the belt itself. Rather, it magnetically attaches to it.
- Cryptographic sequencer: With this computer-like device, Batman can hack into computer systems, communications frequencies, etc.
- Bolas: Thrown around the feet of Batman's enemies to tie them with a composite-nylon cord. Often causes an escaping opponent to trip. With the push of a button in Batman's glove it can deliver an electric shock.
- Smoke pellets: Large amounts of smoke can be deployed by throwing or breaking open these small hardened-gelatin spheroid capsules. Often used to quickly provide cover for Batman's stealthily exits and entries.
- Faction: None, as of yet.
- World of Origin: Deponia
- Personality: Despite being what some people might refer to as a “hero” in his universe, he's far from the nicest guy. He's overly self-centered, thinking of himself several steps before he even begins to wonder what effects his actions have on others. He steals from people, play jokes on them, sometimes even ruin their entire lives to get ahead with his own goals. That's pretty much his only (and biggest) flaw, and yet so much has stemmed from it that it's night impossible to find a bright side to him! However, deep, deep in his heart made of black ice, lies a core. Not a golden core per-se, but definitely a part of him that's better than the rest. Despite his large ego and extreme narcissism, he does tend to care about the people he bonds with. And while he may not show it often, he doesn't want to see them hurt in any way; any problems he winds up dragging them into are littered with good intentions. He's also not one to kill another person, or let anybody die for his needs and wants. He's not a villain...just, not very likeable.
- Backstory: Rufus was just a simple man, living on the junk planet of Deponia...not that he wants to. He hates his trashy life filled with nothing but pain, polluted water, and, well, junk. He's always dreamed of traveling to the distant city in the sky, Elysium. And he's tried, on multiple accounts, yet failed horribly. One time however he came closer, landing on a traveling cruiser to Upper Ascension Station to catch a ship there. However, he misses by a few feet and ends up dragging an Elysium girl, Goal, back down to the planet with him. And thus begins his journey...
Not that we're here for that. Skip ahead a few days or so, and you got good 'ol Rufus, falling from the boat he's tried so hard to get to, having just sacrificed himself for Goal's safety. And thus, he falls, laughing, down to Deponia... - Quote: “Duh-da dada-da, they call him, a-RUFUUUS!~”
I hope that turned out alright.

Hm... I'm going to have to say... Accepted!

His powerset is alright, though how he gets to Museum Island isn't detailed in the backstory... Though by this point, I'm not sure if that's really a mandatory thing considering a plot point would have people not at Museum Island to be teleported there... Soooo... Accepted!
Well, considering that the leader of the Black Cross is fueled and revived by the hatred of defeated Super Sentai villains, I'm probably not sure. There have been Anti-Villains in Sentai before, though, so she could probably fit...

Name of Faction: Multiversial Defense Force
Alignment: Neutral
Goal: As the name implies, defend the multiverse and maintain the idea that everything is normal and there is no reason to worry at all. This does not necessarily mean doing good. They are actually very MIB-like in their tactics.
Leader: Supreme Commander Felix Barr
Method of Transport: A space battleship, christened the ''Rues Song''.
Description: After an incident involving a witch and the city of London, some universe's version of the United Nations realized what the danger might be if word spread through the public that there is more than one universe, never mind that a war is turning it into one huge battlefield. Thus, the created the Multiversial Defense Force, dedicated to keeping things under wraps. This war could mean a Code 000 breach (absolute proof of a multiverse), but the MDF will try to contain it the best they can. They are best summarized in the quote at the top of this page.

Name: Ashley Perkins
Age: 32
Gender: Female
Appearance: She is tall for her gender, and has short black hair, blue eyes and fair skin. She has a few freckles on her cheeks, but not many.
Power: Just a gun, a Desert Eagle to be exact, but it is incredibly accurate and appears to have unlimited ammo.
Faction: Multiversial Defense Force
Personality: Tired, a little cynical, but still has a strong sense of justice. Her Berserk Button is anyone cruel enough to harm a child with more than a spanking. She is also very suspicious of anyone who seems too friendly.
Backstory: Ashley has been through a lot of things she doesn't like thinking about too much, and joined the MDF mostly because she had nothing to lose. She came to the island to investigate a possible security breach (Code 274—unidentified artifacts). She thinks the problem is much bigger than her superiors let on, but she's just there to do a job.
Quote: "They say the only certain things in the multiverse are death and taxes. What they don't tell you is that it isn't necessarily your death that they're referring to."
This is dead. Don't you read timestamps?
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.

Name: Hugo Jackson
Age:32
Gender:Male
Appearance: A younger man with Caucasian skin, a toned body type, angry green eyes, a vertical scar adorning his left temple, shaggy brown hair and a goatee.
Power: The Efreet MF Mark 3
◊, A set of Melee oriented power armor that runs on a large battery stored on the back of the armor allowing for eight hours of continuous use before requiring a recharge, bearing the look of a cyclops knight or warrior of similar descent, colored Jackson's personal Black and Orange colors the Armor is capable of compartmentalization and compactly folding itself into a small briefcase that utilizes an Ultracompact Nuclear Fusion Reactor allowing the Armor to recharge. This Briefcase is carried by Jackson at nearly all times. While the armor is primarily used for Melee combat bearing a pair of short swords that are capable of superheating, it is not without a small amount of utilitarian uses, a pair of smoke grenades are stored within the forearms, alongside a cutting torch equipped in the left thigh for emergency repairs or to get through a thin wall finally the Optical sensors in the armors head utilizes a small sensor and communication suite, utilizing Thermal scopes, a magnification scope set up to 20x, and a short range radio. Though this armor has been refined several times, the armor is not without it's weaknesses, the armor's joints at the Ankle and Elbow are both extremely thin meaning one good hit or projectile would be enough to pierce the armor and injure Jackson, the Optics inside the Armor are also prone to software failure. Many have cited the lack of a ranged weapon leaves a major flaw but the answer was always the same, "When I can stop shooting like a stormtrooper then I will get a gun."
World of Origin:(Original Setting but this character and the armor have drawn heavily from UC Gundam, and the Marvel Iron Man Movies.)
Personality: Jackson is first and foremost a scientist leading him to develop a mind that has always asked "How can I make my creation better? How can I find a better way to do this?" Business is the first thing on his mind, everything else comes second, including others, while Jackson can work with others he will always feel slightly uncomfortable and in a combat situation tend to venture off on his own.
Faction:Factionless until convinced otherwise.
Backstory: Born to a family of Doctors and Mathematicians, Jackson was naturally drawn to the fields of science, as he grew it was discovered that his intellect was borderline genius, upon completion of his collegiate schools and attaining mind for military weapon research and development and later on applying it to a several year venture in the military, frustrated with the regulations a governmental military held, Jackson eventually joined a private military company using his power armor designs as his way in, eventually producing multiple prototypes that catapulted his company to the top. Jackson's arrival to Museum Island was caused by an attempted teleportation experiment conducted in a nearby area, though Jackson was the only one actually sent to the Island.
