Elizabeth decides to not even bother, and casts Mahamaon on Joshua, Anguis, the Reaper and Primal Dialga.

Well, that's what my kyurem is supposed to be fused with, but Joshua decided to steal my DNA Splicers...

anyway, I vote for a move to The Moon, or at least Termina.

Joshua appears behind Elizabeth. "Sorry, not gonna happen." He switches to the UG.

I chase after the bot.

calls back Primal Dialga, the Dark Star, and the Boldergeist.

"No point in letting them die to the attack. I'll have them split up and search for the bot."

Not quite, it doesn't do anything if it fails to kill instantly.

A squad of Reapers go with Joshua, as he disappears into a orb of light headed for space.

Elizabeth triggers her Megidolaon, completely obliterating the army of Reapers. It's very unlikely that Joshua and his squad escaped the blast.

Elizabeth pursues Joshua, having already prepared another Megidolaon.

Joshua calls down more pillars of light from the sky to hit Elizabeth.

Thantos appears behind Elizabeth again, conveniently absorbing the pillars of light. Elizabeth and Thanatos are wreathed in bright light once more.
