Not really. Mind telling me?
A Puella Magi is an incubated form of one. To our duties, among fighting other Witches, is to make sure that we do not become what we hate, that we do not give in to despair.
As you can see, we're killing the few to save thousands upon thousands. I hope you have no objections to this.
It's fine. *smiles at him* You managed to get rid of the Chaos, and I must say you were quite the adversary. I would be proud to lead you into the new world.
Now... *looks around* Why are there suddenly so many people here?
Oh look, Mami, an almost squeaky-clean Soul Gem.
Miki glances around himself.
"Yeah, since... wait... Mami?!" (Quiet enough that (s)he can't hear him.)

The pillar of light in the hangar disappears, and reappears closer to the group, getting closer to Archer and Miki.
Hm. I presume you're the kind of person who's killed "the few" so many times before. How many lives have you taken in the name of saving others?
The blue light catches Archer's attention for the briefest of moments.

Let me make one thing clear. We don't hunt humans. Those things are not human, they've lost their humanity the moment they became Witches. We hunt down Witches. They threaten humanity. There's nothing more to it.(shrugs before looking back at Sayaka and frowning) This doesn't seem right... it was corrupted just a moment ago. Give me a sec.(descends from the rooftop, making her way towards him)
Hello, Miki-san.(smiles, her mask of courtesy perfectly fitting to appeal to the public. Also nods towards Lightning although with caution rather than kindness)

"T-Tomoe-san? Wh-what are you doing here?"
While he was being affected, the Soul Gem had had a red film of sorts over it, but now that's completely gone, revealing the Soul Gem only as corrupted as the magic use of the fight had left it - nothing alarming.

Archer stays on his rooftop and surveys over the others.
I'm wondering this question myself. This is no Witch's realm, is it? For that matter... why were you fighting this lady over there? I also seem to remember you a little shorter, take no offense to that.
The pillar of light disappears again, and reappears on Archer's rooftop, landing next to him.
\*nods at Mami, though her thoughts are elsewhere*
Hope, what do you make of that pillar of light?
I'm not sure. It's not Chaos, but I'm getting some strong energy readings from it. You should probably go check it out
Right. *after one last glance at Miki and Mami, Lightning runs off towards the light pillar. After it changes course, she starts climbing up to the rooftop*

(Archer can't help but notice that he's seen this light somewhere before. Intrigued, he tries to think - and sure enough, the image pops in his head. There's no need to reach out and take it...)

Miki clutches at his head in memory.
"We... we were trying to work out what was going on. I just got pulled here, and then she was there too... My Soul Gem told me it wasn't a Barrier, so we were trying to find someone to ask, and then... I started hearing something, in my mind... it told me to fight her, and then she started saying something about Chaos, and she attacked me... I tried to hold her off, and then it got a little blurry... I think I fought back, but I was telling her to leave me alone, too..."
"Oh yeah? Well, what happened to your hair?"

The pillar of light disappears, revealing an ancient gold and white sword embedded in the stone. It is intricately, but strangely designed. A massive ring connects the hilt to the blade, and the blade itself has three holes in it, with circuitry running from the ring to the blade tip. The pommel of the sword has a another ring on it, and it appears detachable.
The sword glows faintly with an eerie, and unnerving blue light.
Whatever do you mean? They're always like that.
Regardless, am I glad to see you unharmed, Miki-san.(opens up arms for a hug)
Miki nervously steps forward. Something's definitely not right here, and he knows it.
(Archer peers over to see Lightning climbing up. He then notices Mami extending a hug towards Miki. He is all too aware of this yangire trap, but something inside of him stops him from interfering.)
\*Lightning has now climbed the entire building, just in time to see the sword appear*
So that's what was casting that light. Interesting.
\*looks up at Archer* Say, you wouldn't happen to know where are, would you?
I'm honestly not sure myself. This place seems to be a desert planet - a giant dune.
(glances back at the sword, and back at Lightning)
You're not really here for any reason, are you?

The sword starts pulsating faintly with that eerie blue light, and the ring connected to the pommel falls off, rolling towards Archer and Lightning.
Right. I know of a place like this, but this town feels different, almost like it's in a dimension of its own. Hope, is that still possible?
Not that I know of. However, my sensors seem to indicate exactly that, so you're probably right.
That answers that, then...
\*turns back to Archer* No, I'm not really supposed to be here at all. I meant to head to Luxerion today to see the high priestess, but I ended up in this place instead.
\*notices the ring rolling towards them* I'm not sure I should trust that sword...
...is something the matter, Miki-san?(appears concerned because of Sayaka's hesitation)
It's only as harmful as the person swinging it around. Normally, anyway...
(once again, he starts to peer down at Miki and Mami)

\*looks down at the others as well, narrowing her eyes at Mami in suspicion*
